I got a call saying i won a car of 12 lakh by shopping in shopclues and won by lucky draw coupon by my number. I also got a text message on my number of the details. Being a law student myself i could sense out of this online fraud. I want the fraud to be punished by law as soon as possible. They asked me to deposit transportation fees and gst charges in their bank details and assured to wait after the transaction being completed for the car, but i knew all in vain.

I want my money back.

I send money through bank transfer from ubi bank to sbi bank of the sum of 8, 600/- indian rupees.

On 6th september 2018, i got an an sms from shopeclues.com, that i have won the lucky draw first prize of tata safari. And they wants to login and check. So i check site they says "http://shopcluesluckydrawwinner.in/index.php" and knows this is true. The mega star anil kapoor also in that site with giving the prize. After a few minute call from sonu kumar mandal that this is not cheeting, and you should pay 8600/ for cash transfer of the vehicle's cost or pay 18, 200/- for vehicle take as insurance fee. I belives because that, these all from shopclues mail and he also says when i transfer the money to his account
"sonu kmar mandal, a/c no-[protected] (Sbi bank), ifscode-sbin0016981", and the money of the car's cost 12, 80, 000/- to my a/c without any delay. So i transfer the money. After the successful transfer of money, i send a snapshot to his saying email id. After a few minutes, i have comes a message from gsttax that, "money has been transferred to my account, but the transfer has blocked due to not pay the 2% of the money, 25, 600/- as gsttax." so i contacted the bank and they says this is not true. After i contacted gst officer, he says this is false. They donot send these type of sms. And this man - sonu kumar mandal will send sms to the officer's number as he not pay gsttax and pay fast. Between that he send an sms to me that another account number for send the money as gsttax. So i knows this is cheeting. After 2 hours i get an sms from md-ubi bank that "money has been transferred to my account, but the transfer has blocked due to not pay the 2% of the money, 25, 600/- as gsttax". So i again contacted the manager, he says this is cheeting. He also puchased some products from shopclues and comes so many messages like this, but he not read these because of his lack of time. Sonu threten me earlier i donot take this, they will suit a case against me.
After these i contacted shopclues through facebook chat and they not take any serious about this. So i have a suerty that shopclues also included this cheeting. They earn money from these type cheeting and not online sales.

I buyed so many products from shopclues and the give me lot of troubles earlier. They send wrong products, and brocken one also.

Kunal mandal is the man of shopclues, that is damp sure. If not they will pick him and send back my money.

Govt. Will take action against these type of fake companies and cheeting companies.

I sended the money from my mother's family pension. She is a sick person. Her treatment money has taken by shopclues by international level cheeting with anil bhai's picture.

So all of them in the whole universe will avoide the company shopclues.com, because this is a cheating company.

I want my amount of wrong product delivered to me by cash as i have ordered by cash on delivery and cant trust on your service now so kindly refund me my amount as some one called me today from shopclues and asking me about me account details and than suddenly he cutted my call in between. I told that guy about sending me the product actual that i have ordered instead of it he is asking me about my account details. Take action for this matter as soon as possible and revert me back for this.

I'm so angry because of this website I had ordered a product on August and still i didn't recieved it ShopClues given a message that 'we are unable to contact you', what the hell is this, they didn't even called to my mobile.try to make costumer satisfaction as your first goal.I just can't use bad words because of my self ethics if you can't run just shut it and sit in home.

The bag I ordered is not the one i got. I ordered a laptop bag from House of Tara through Shopclues and i did the biggest mistake of my life. This is the reason why Amazon, Flipkart have higher ratings than you because you people are just to cheat customers and send products which do not even are similar to what has been sent to me. I would never recommend or shop at shopclues further if my complaint is not taken seriously and I will have to take an action against all this.

I am not available at my office today and my coligue collected that order and also pay for that order after that she called me than i came to know that you have send me wrong product data cabel and also i charged for complete amount as per my ordered product how can you this possible you are not checking any thing before delivering product.
i want my order to be placed perfect at same address and take back your wrong product data cabel as soon as possible within 3 days only .very bad experience and never going to buy from this shopclues nowonward

Shopclues, your customer service number service extremely poor. I must say nd your all courier service is also amazingly poor one. I ordered my dress but i haven't received my dress on time or even i don't know where your courier service deliver boy vanished my parcel. Really it was my first tym that i ordered something from your company.. But really really disappointed.

Sir, i have ordered a fosill watch rs-5365 bt i receved a differnd watch, than i apply for retun bt next day the return request is rejected, i was continuesly try to contect shopclues care bt they are not responding nd not answering my calls, after too much stragal i contect to shopclues bt he said we not accept youe retune requst becuse the item is delivered to u are there is no any issu with the prouduct,
Sir its clear means shopclues doing fraud with me, so plz help me otherwise i will file a case in consumer court aginst shopcloues.

The employee spoke rudely and used abusive words when told i am not interested to take regiater with them. I had got the below message from shopclues,

Its really disappointing i will never ever buy anything from them in a future.

Hi sir, some peoples are your company name and fraud with customers, he send massage from sophocles and tell him about car or cash in you bumper draw and call from his side and sending account number talking to customers deposit some money for registration.

I will transfer some amount but after some time he again told me send me more translation that time i was understand he is fraud with me. So i will complaint with you. Please do something because your company reputation problem. Customer are believe on you.

Hi, I have purchased everyready gas stove from from shopclues.com but with in a month the glass has been broken while cooking due to heat.
I have raised a compliant to eveready cust care and there service center person has came for inspection but not turned back yet though they have told us it will be replaced and get it done very soon.
But since last 1 n half month they are not responding, the service center guy is not picking up phone
I have personally following up with eveready customers helpline but they are just giving us dates...

Pls intervene or I have to take strickt action or I will eslcate this on social media very aggressively...

After some time one person regularly pressing hard to me deposit amt about 12500 in his ac no mr akash anand a/c [protected] sbi bank ifsc sbin0001882. He asking that by mobile no[protected] that cash rs 1250000 will be deposited in my a/c instead of tata safari.
Request please check it whether this is fraud than approach to concerned legal view for arrest him please.

Hi team, I hope shopclues aware of my complaint. Support Ticket Opened [#6804047]. From last 25 days I m suffering from this complaint regarding refund. When I pay online via UPI I'd then money deducted from my account and but they said they did not receive and my bank said payment was successfully done from bank need to contact with shopclues. But shopclues are not bothered to refund that amount. I want my money back 1400 rupees. I have beg again and again to this guys. Very poor support. I think they have to learn from our end how to support customer. What is cx satisfaction.

As informed above i've ordered professional hair clipper electric hair trimmer clipper beard shaver trimmer for men but what i've received is three cutter head razor nv-188. This is the bad experience i'm getting. Please i want what i've ordered and nothing else. Please resolve this for me at the earliest. This is ridiculous. I must get what they have shown at the website. I want what i've ordered that's it.
