I had booked a 300 pieces garbage bag and on 4th october i received a mail and sms that the product was delivered. As there was no one at home i asked our watchman whether the product was delivered to which he said the delivery boy was rude and never gave him the parcel. When i called the customer service person said she will look into the matter. I have called up several times after that no one has reverted back. This is broad daylight robbery....
