According to shopclues it was a new ohone with 1 year warranty, but when i opened the delivered parcel, the packet of phone was too old and there was no any sealing. Inside data cable was not wrapped. All accesorios were misarranged. Phone was unable to power on. Then i plugged the phone in charging but it was not charging and screen remained blank. It was a dead set. I reqested a return request the same day but the didn't respond for 2 days. Then i talked with them and they said me to visit lenovo service center.in service center the phone was found out of warranty. Shopclues has badly cheated me and my issue is still unresolved

Dear sir i am sanjoy from orissa booked 2 nos of track pant having order id[protected] on dt 26/09/2018 and cancelled it the refund was processed on dt 27/09/18 by payment gateway having refund id 14627857 but till now i have not received it also i have enquirer at the bank but they are telling no amount has been received in that id the customer care people are not responding can you please help me sir

And not delivered my product in given time... I m wait but nobody come in my home to shopclues delivered man
So please kind attaionsion on public product... Amazon is best compare than shopclues now i m not order any product on shopclues and stop other peoples to order any product on shopclues

He told my full shopping details and i have won luxury car he asked me for registration of 6600₹ and further 15900₹ as bank tds to clear my check. I did this and he was asking from more. I need my money back, these were people among you who had clearance to see my shopping detail.

With respect that i want to inform you that i have purchased a motorola mobile phone from shakti enterprises through shopscluses.com dated on 19/07/2018. But when my phone had damaged /not working. I informed to motorola company. But they refused to repair my mobile and reply me out of warranty.

So, i am requesting to you, please take seriously action against m/s shakti enterprises. And solved my problem. And black list this company.

I had booked a 300 pieces garbage bag and on 4th october i received a mail and sms that the product was delivered. As there was no one at home i asked our watchman whether the product was delivered to which he said the delivery boy was rude and never gave him the parcel. When i called the customer service person said she will look into the matter. I have called up several times after that no one has reverted back. This is broad daylight robbery. All the other websites even chinese ones are honest. They deliver it to my watchman. Shopclues is just a let down.. I want immediate reply and revert of the money. Shopclues is just thuging people.

In addition to this i have also received few other text messages for rs.9500 to be deposited to the below mentioned account in order to claim the prize or the prize money. Quoted below.

"ashiq ali. A/c no [protected], ifse : sbin0005624".

I believe that this is a spam/fraud thats being done under your company's name.

Request you to kindly be alert and investigate further.

My mother received a call from a guy to pay an amount of 3000 inr in order to get a lucky draw gift (Scooty). He was able to say the details of previous order history. Kindly respond how to proceed. Can i file a complaint at consumer forum for the data breach? I stopped her in paying the amount. Kindly respond to this message as soon as possible. Thank you.

Description of incident:-my daughter sanjana patil order on mat online at shopclues.com on 9 oct 2018 and on 10 oct she received the message saying you have won the tata safari and call came to my daughter cell number told you are the winner of tata safari, got got selected form 60 customer,
She was excited given my number to the caller.
She also forwarded message to me.
Mean while i have 2-3 miss call.
This time i called back then the person told sanjana patil won tata safari do you want car then need to pay 8500 and driver will deliver car tomorrow. If don't want car then 12.8 lacs amount transferred to your a/c.

I listen all his music and asked him to send the details on my mail id then he said he refeused and said he can message or whats to my number. He provided the state bank of india name: mohammad kadia, a/c no: [protected] ifsc : sbin0000115.

Immediately i checked confirmed its a fraud call,
My question how our shoping details gopt these caller, is shopclues involved in it.

I hav placed many complaint ticket regarding my order ..as i hav ordered a product at shopcles .and i hav paid money through paytm online..but now order got cancelled by merchant...plsss refund my amount back to paytm wallet..i no lond need that product..cancell my product nd refund my money back to paytm..hoping issue will b solved as soon as possible

I ordered a battery for my acer travelmate. My order was placed with an id[protected]. I was also informed that my item has been despatched through blue dart with an awb# [protected]. However, i received a sms today that my item is undelivered due to wrong address. But, what is to be noted is that this isn't my first order in this address. I've been delivered my orders from quikr, paytm, snapdeal, etc. Moreover, even if it is undeliverable, atleast a call could have been made.

I had received a letter that i had won 10 lakhks in a scratch card and 1 lakh winning certificate. I want to know whether it is from u your side or not. A person given me a phone number [protected] and he told that i have to give my details and the amount will credit into my bank. I think its fake but i wanted to know whether it is correct or not so that i can aware people surrounding me to beware of this kind of letters.

My product is automatic returned by delivery boy and he was not calling me to purchase my product last night i was received a message by shopcluse company (Hi! This is message I received from Shopclues from the SMS code "HP-SHOPCL" through which Shopclues always send the SMS to their customer regarding their order related.

Above is the SMS which I got twice and after receiving the SMS I got a call to check whether I want Tata Safari or 12, 80, 000, for they asked me to send Rs. 6, 500 for registration after that in 20 min I will receive the amount which I win.

When I made a complain in Sholcues.com, they person are saying it a fraud call, if its a fraud call then how I am getting SMS for Shopclue end.

They people are trying to make fool to the customer and wanted to do fraud, because its not possible that anyone else can send SMS from Shopclues using his software and server.

Request to please enter fair and provide me compensation for mental harassment and als they tried to cheat me.

I have proof that this SMS came from Shopclues which they are denying now.

Hello Sir i have place a order on shopclues on oct 1, 2018, i have give them pament by netbanking. So they sent me it will delived to you on 15th oct, so long time delivery, thats why i have cancel the order on 2 oct. So they take my refund process on 2 oct, they sent me text with in 48hours it will show on your bank account, but 48 hours almost passed, its not showing in my bank account.

Wrong product delivery, shopclues raised the return request but no courier person called up and later closed the return request as courier mentioned not available and reattempt of pickup option is not happening. We were available at our office daily and no call has come from any courier company for pickup.
I want to return the product, had ordered conditioner and got shampoo instead in delivery. Want to return and refund of the order
