I received following sms today morning at 10:05 am from im-shpcls:

Ongratulations. Dear customer. You are (Lucky) winner of (Shopclues) company online shopping. You win 1st prize tata safari and amount rate is rs-12, 80, 000. Registration service charge 7500/- on 21/08/2018 deposit. Contact no:- [protected]

I want to know how this type of fake sms delivered to me from shopclues.. Earlier 2 days back i shopped something from website and now i received this type of fake sms... How my contact details goes to them...

Sir I have been given a message about Tata safari or 1280000 I had thought it is a fake news but to earn my faith they sent me their job ID card. It was said that to get that money I have to register by paying Rs3500. They are continuously calling me with this numbers [protected]. What should I do now. They are just calling me at least 50 times and saying it is really a great opportunity for you to have 1280000. So please consider in this matter. The number is coming from Bihar state.

Had ordered a juicer from shopclues and got it today and when opened the parcel found a broken piece of juicer.. The upper part of the juicer was found broken. Think that the problem occurred while parceling the product. Ordered for the first time from your store and was really disappointed. Complaint should be taken in action and my product should be replaced as soon as possible.

Mr. Ankit yadav contact no-[protected] (Claiming as legal advisor from shopclues offer department located in bishtupur, jamshedpur, jharkhand) is running a fraud lottery business in your organization name. They did same to me, shared 3 account number of your department i. E. Manish kumar (Claimed as manager) {account number -[protected]:ifsc code-sbin0004043}

Shekhar karmali{account number -[protected]:ifsc code-sbin0012548}. And asked me to transfer money for ferrari worth 1280000 with mention of gst, registration charges what not. Also when i asked to refund the above amount l of 25600 (Registration+gst.) he made me submit much heftier amount with different values making amount to be 162900.
Another person with no[protected] claiming as marketing head director of offer department when got to know about my case did same thing said since ankit yadav only charged money & didn't filled formality so pay 19000 and get whole amount refunded, however in next call refused to be shopclues member
It's a shame that a reputed brand would stoop so low to earn. Both these people even included sbi bank manager (Above mentioned account branch) of bishtupur jharkhand in their work. I do have all transactions proof to state my words. Total amount 162900 is yet not refunded. Do take immediate action and provide me my money back as soon as possible. This whole incident occurred from 5-17july2018

1. Please refer to my order number[protected] dated 28 jul 2018 and already been handed over to the bluedart on 03 aug 18 vide their my reference no [protected] dated 03 aug 18.

2. You are requested to replace my product (Ajanta led digital wall clock-olc 103) otherwise refund my money at the earliest please.

3. An early action is solicited please.

He give me the offer for tata safari car or cash also. But told me to send 12, 800 in their account. So it is fake. He asked my account number and ifsc code also to transfer the money in my account and said to me that 'i am going to the bank please transfer the money from anywhere, bank or money transfer shops '. I am too much disturbed from this actually. Please catch the culprits and save the innocent citizens from this threat.

Pathetic is the word when it comes to shopclues.com. No wonder, this website will soon pave its own doom. Pathetic customer care executives who tell me that if we deducted two times money, ask the bank to give it back to you. Cc avenue confirmed that money went to the shopclues merchant and it was processed from their end. But because the whole order wasn't placed and there was a transaction failure, shopclues deducted the money and didn't give it back too. Never never do online shopping from shopclues. Frauds and even customer care executives are pathetic and keep the phone down due to lack of an answer.

Sir, i didn't received my refund of rs.570/- about after shop clues informed me your order #[protected] was delivered on 22nd july, 2018. I post return the product on 23rd july 2018. They says they processed the refund and amount will be credited to my bank account that will be reflected on[protected] but till now that's not reflected in my account.

I regret to inform you that the stainless steel bowl with lid (5 pcs set) sold by shree girraj metal company india is defected, one of the bowls is broken and the lid is not properly fitting on the bowl. I would like to get a refund or request you to replace it.

I had given order through delivery order no[protected], product - philips viva collection hr1863/20 2-litre juicer, from site shopclues.com

But product delivered is already used with lot of scratches o[censored]se and small pulp are visible on grinder part...

Packing of the product also shown that it was used as mark of tape removed and re paste is clearly visible.

Will never recommend or purchase from shopclues.com

Very bad experience..

Sir, i had ordered for a i kall mobile with a 8000 man battery on shopclues online shopping site. After receiving the i kall mobile i charged the battery for about eight hours. But when i wanted to on the handset it never worked. I had given about a rupees 1400 cash i on delivery. I called the i kall customer care which never responded. The mobile sent to me by courier is a defective piece. Please get it replaced.

Now i have received a letter from shopclues calcutta and i am the winner of one lack rupees. A coupon also received. Ten lach amount written on the coupon when i scratched.

Pl refer to my order no.[protected] ose 100% pure castor oil. I had ordered pdct no.[protected] but received pdct. No.[protected] which is meant for use externally whereas i wanted hexane free castor oil for application to the eyes. Both are supplied or sold by sandp traders, gaziabad. I have to return the product received. Kindly advise. My order contains bottles with 15 ml oil and not 100 ml as sent by the company. You are requested advise sandp traders to be careful about the orders. Please ask the company to forward the correct oil and also advise as to how to return the product supplied.

i want to know how this type of fake sms delivered to me from shopclues.. earlier 2 days back i shopped something from website and now i received this type of fake sms... how my contact details goes to them...
when i respond on this fake toll free no.. they said that you have to contact another no. [protected] and you are right you won this prize.. and this is truly genuine.
again when i contact on this then a person provide their bank account details to me for online payment of 8600 rs. their sms is as following:

please provide me details how my contact and other details goes to them.. and how this type of fake people actively do this type of fraud.. and right now today they are very very active.. if you want you can detect them...
i want reply from shopclues... i m very very disappointed...

I received a call from a number [protected] inquiring about my order whether i received or not. He said i had won some lucky draw and will get a car. I understood it is a fraud but my concern is how did that person know that i had ordered from shop-clues on that date. This is serious issue where customer data is leaked and is not safe.

Shop-clues must take this issue seriously. I just saw many other complaints like this just now. Th issue is marked as resolved but then how does it keep repeating like this.
Not protecting customer data is a serious offence.

My order id[protected], i received a call on 5th aug from the delivery guy that he is in yelahanka and will deliver the product on the same day. But after a few minutes i have received a message saying product has been delivered to me.

Tried contacting the delivery guy but there was no response.

I haven't received any product but you guys have marked the product has been delivered.

Also tried reaching the customer care but there is no response. Ticket no 6747250. Pathetic service i have received from you guys.

Atlast i am filing this complaint in a hope that atleast now u guys will reply. I want a immediate resolution on this. This was my huge mistake to shop from ur fraud company

Sir i got a call from [protected] staing that i won a car and asked for my bank details to be sent sms to [protected] and help line no as [protected] and adked me to pay 6600ad service tax. Plz check how my cell no gone to this kind of people till now i didnt get such things after i ordered from shopclues only iam getting such ones. Thats annoying a lot

Sir i order combo pack footwear but the iteam is only pair can i recieve and i pay money in online also. My order id is[protected] i have all the proofs and i complaint to the direct shoper kantha enterprises kanpur up-208012 plesase take the action and send me the 2nd pair,, other wise i complaint to consumer court. I have the proofs also please take the serious action.
