I have ordered a weight machine that machine is not working well. And if i check weight after 10 min then weight difference is coming 2 kg. Every time its showing like this only. Order number is 15602007.

I have ordered on 05 sep.

Received after 3/4 days.
Now i got to know that this product is not working well. I can not trust this product because this product use to show difference n wait within 1 hour without doing any exercise.
After that when i have complained to the service center that lady have talked too bad. So she said you can do whatever you want we will not take it back at any case. Now i want to file a complain about that company.

I was order water bottle by shop clues, after canceled my money is not refunded from shop clues, when i was contact with shop clues they send me mail regarding refund money, but still not reflect in my account, also attach the screen shot with this compalin
