Dear Sir/Madam
I have ordered a Mobile phone from shopclues on 9th June 16.At the time of delivery they have provided me a defective product through courier when i asked for return they said me that they have a process for it after calling them lots of time they arranged returns for me .Their courier mans does not visit at my address a single time & they closes the request by saying that buyer is not available.After it i told them that i will log a complaint in consumer forum they send their courier service & take the defective product back now from 26th June it is 4th July they have not make refund of my money.Please do something & stop this type of online shopping sites making fool of the peoples.

On 12the June I ordered Multipurpose foldable wooden Laptop cum study table
Order No. 93101646. Amt 798 was debited from my account for the same. On the 17th June it was communicated that my Order has been cancelled because the product could not be traced during transit. Till today that is[protected], the said amount i.e 798 is not credited to may account from whict it was debited.
Thus I demand that the company resolve the issue at the earliest.

I'm not receive my order, my order number is 94256386 and my tracking number is [protected], it's very urgent.i was ordered on 29.06.2016please send my order.

I had ordered for original bl-4d bl4d battery for nokia mobiles n97, e5 & e7. order number is 93073807 dated 12.06.2016. but still i have not received the item and complained regarding this many times and asked to cancel the order and refund the amount. but thier response is same all the times as follows :

It's simply waste of time they will not take immediate action

Ordered Inext IN -701ST1 1200 W Steam Iron Green.. Recevied the product on 2nd July, 2016 and paid 517 rupee for the same.. Received from Aramex. Order #94114571

When product was opened it was broken and even the colour was different. Asked the dilevery person to take back the product and asked to call at Shopsclues but calling them contiously but not receving the call even after ringing.. its disconned or not received..

Warning to all sellers on shop-clues: never ever sell or buy products through shopclues. they are cheats/thughs and have a mindset of ripping off merchants.

Shopclues payment cycle for merchants is very poor/slow. they collect money from buyers full in advance before despatch of goods and pay money to merchants 30 days later. and when there is payment / billing dispute, the cc department will come up with excuse that "it was...

Dear Sir/Madam,
My order id is 93232390. I ordered a computer from shopclues.com and it was delivered 24th June 2016. When arrived it did not work and it did not come as described in their website. I sent 8 emails and I am shocked to know that there was no one to reply. The product was supplied through a merchant who spoke with me (so rough) I sent the screenshots of the computer. No reply yet. At first the return status showed in their website as return request rejected by merchant. Then it was on hold. Now it states asked more information from customer. I paid around 20, 000 and its big amount for me. Initially I asked for replacement. I don't trust them anymore. Kindly help me getting refund. Thank you so much!

I ordered a t shirt on shopclues . After the payment was done it said transaction failed on shopclues website . Amount was deducted from my card and i received mail and sms regarding that .
I was first time user to shopclues and logged in via google account to order the t shirt .

They informed me wait for today. But nothing reply.

I have paid the product, but not received yet. I have paid to shopclues. So shopclues only should compensate my problem.

I have booked a reliance dth connection sdstb 3 months bronze pack &free installation (Qty:1). Order id.92639386 online with shopclues on june. 03, 2016 and paid rs 1200. This tracking number never worked for me. I complained with shopclues and merchant. I drop many email and i got response that we have contact with our courier partner and delivered it. I got suspicious because they did not provide me product. This was my first case as i have purchased many items from shopclues. I think they cheat many people by this way. They collect the money and use for their personnel interest and make the people fool. I want my money back. Please help...
