Hi I had purchased for 4 items, but they had billed me for total 5 items (Rs. 499 exta) for item which i didnt purchased. Luckily I had noticed this before exiting the counter, and escalted the issue. Then their store manager approached me after 30 mins with an appology and he offered me a refund of Rs. 500 via Shoppers Stop Voucher.
