I bought a t shirt from shoperstop site i returned it becoz it was not what i expected. I called them 5 to 10 times and all they are saying is that they forwarded the email to their team u will get response from them in 24 to 48 hours and i waited i kept my patience with me but no matter how many times i call them they say wait and nothing else. What was my mistake that i paid them money in advance or that i trusted them with money now i m so angry i want them to be paid my money they gave me a ref. no. i went to bank and showed it to them but the bank said there is no such transaction in your account.

    Hi,
    I had purchased few apparel items from Shopper Stop(Forum Mall, Elgen Road, Kolkata) on 11th June 2016. One of the items among them - A T-shirt was purchased for one of my cousins who does not stay in Kolkata . So, it was taken away by my uncle on the same day (who travelled back to BBSR ). Since, we had done a lot of shopping on that day, the bill for the particular T-shirt was misplaced. On receiving the T-shirt, my cousin confirmed that the size was not fitting him and he needed the next bigger size. So, the T-shirt was couriered back to me within a week and I went back to the same Shopper Stop outlet to return it on the next weekend.
    On finding that I did not have a bill, the Customer service desk(of the Shopper stop outlet) initially denied me outright for an exchange.Then when I insisted, they told me they can check their system for the sale of that brand T-shirt on that particular day(11th June 2016).However, there seemed to be some flaw in the system and they could not find that item being sold. I confirmed them that I had bought that item on the 11th June 2016 (a week back ) and even the Sales Person who had sold me the item recognised me.However, they were adamant that they cannot exchange the T-shirt.
    So, basically I have to thrown away a brand new T-shirt bought just a week back since the store is not accepting an exchange.
    I am thoroughly disappointed by such poor after Sale Service provided by Shopper Stop . First of all, you guys do not tell the customers about all the possible ways of exchanging a product. Even though there are ways to exchange a product when the bill is lost, still you do not disclose the same to the customer until and unless pressed upon very hard . Then when the sale cannot be identified due to a flaw in your system, you simply deny the Customer for exchanging the product.
    Hoping to receive at least an explanation/solution to this issue from your end as early as possible.In the absence of a response, I would be forced to post this complaint against the Shopper Stop Social MediaTags (Facebook, Twitter) . I would also warn and discourage all my friends and relatives
    against this type of pathetic service provided by such a reputed Network like Shopper Stop.

      I had 13 E-Gift Card given from my Company summing up to ~4000 INR.
      I have purchased 6 items from shoppersstop.com on Friday 11th June 2016 .
      On Tuesday 14th June 2016 I have enquired with customer care and it was told that 5 items are in Shipment Ready State. I did ask to expedite the delivery of the Shipment Ready items.
      But the element of surprise was the item which was not even procured by shoppers stop was delivered on 17th June 2016 wherein the items ready to be shipped on 14th June is still in the same state.
      The Customer Care and the shipment teams are working in Xylos and there is no need of status update. But the Customer team needs to perform actions on Customer requests.
      There is a clear need and I have already raised a concern with my company to stop associations with Shoppers stop at the earliest.

        I had ordered online from shoppersstop.com for a laptop bag of carlton (order number[protected]. I have not received the product that I had ordered. And the product has been tempered with in terms of product code. A hand written stamp has been affixed displaying the product code. Also the price tag has been tempered with. The price tag on the bag is neither of the product that I had ordered, nor of the product that has actually been delivered wrongly to me. I had placed an order for product code 9229337 priced at Rs. 4820/-.Whereas I have been delivered a bag with product code 9229339 priced at Rs. 4190/-. On the other hand the tag on the product reads as Rs. 4995/-. I noticed this flaw when I saw that the laptop bag I ordered had two compartments whereas what i have received has only one.
        I had complained through email on 7th June 2016. Made a call on 9th June. ANd even after receiving no response sent a second email on 10th June 2016. I have still not received any revert since then. It has been a whole week and I am still stuck with a wrong product having my money stuck as well and having received no response from the Company, I feel cheated from a fraud company.
        My experience with other online websites has been very delightful, But with shoppersstop it has been a disgusting experience.

            This is the first experience of getting irritated with Shopperstop service. I have bought a Shoes of Franco Leone on 25 march 2016 and hardly wore it for 3 to 4 times and I observed that the pasting of the sole started to open. So I reached Malad inorbit to show the problem and They advised me to drop the shoes to send the shoes to delhi to report the issue to Franco leone. And will get it repaired or replaced. However I would say it should be replaced because its the money we are spending to wear good shoes and when it is defective within a month it hurts and am really not ready to get it repaired If i wanted to do that, I would have done it in 20 rs here and would not have sent it to delhi. Even till today after submitting on[protected] I haven't recieved a call from shopperstop that issue has been resolved or the shoes has been returned. Still waiting for my shoes and I would not accept the shoes with repairing.. thanks if the issue has been noticed and make neccesary arrangements. If not I will have to write it further authorities let me know.

              But i did not received my eps inr 15198 yet.

              I tried to call at landine nos of pf kandivali (Mumbai) office but no response from there as nobody is lifting the call.

              So requested you to pls look into this matter & let me know my pf amount status..

                I have purchased a perfume at shoppers stop Which is inside Inorbit mall. The time when I tested the other one had good fragrance but the one which I purchased had come with a sealed box but inside bottle was opened moreover it was not even sealed properly. The hinge between lid was not even attached properly. The fragrance is just like ponds powder. Which is quite different from the one they have shown. By the way purchase was made on 22 May 2016. So please I request you to do need full to stop some fake products in shopping malls.

                  My order no.:02759184, I ordered a watch with dial color: white clearly mentioned on shoppersstop website under the product specification, but they delivered a grey dial colored watch and am not getting any replacement or refund. customer service team is not responding. have sent them the screen shots and the pics too. To escape the problem they have removed the product from there website but I have all the screen shots to prove that they have delivered me the wrong product.

                  the shoppersstop customer team is so irresponsible, slow and so insensitive to there customer after getting the customers money, that after raising the complaint they called me and when I questioned them after giving them the proofs for there mistakes the shoppersstop lady became speechless and kept the phone saying that she will revert and now its been two days and they are lost again like a govt. department who just keep sleeping endlessly without any results. So to all the online buyers who are lucky to read this my serious note to them pls think twice before you make a purchase through SHOPPERSSTOP.COM

                    I have purchased Men's suit (BlackBerry) along with a shirt with a total of Rs 8750 from Shopperstop.com .
                    I had size issues and thus I had asked for return. They don't have pickup service from Bareilly, so I had parcel them both items (Suit+Shirt) in a single packet.
                    They had returned mei 7600 Rupees but after 3 months of struggle of getting remaining 1150 Rs, now they are saying that they had received only 1 item in the packet instead of 2. They had not received the shirt according to them. Earlier they used to Say that they will send the money in coming week. Please help me out.

                      I bought a Tresmode footwear worth Rs 3000 from Shoppers Stop on 16th March 2016. And within a month, the footwear started getting torned off.. and stitching threads started to show off.. I have not even worn the footwear 10 times. And I am the so called "gold card member' with Shoppers Stop for last 6 years. When I approached the customer service desk, they said that they would talk to Tresmode guys and would let me know.

                      Yesterday I got a call from the Shoppers Stop Customer Care that they can't do anything about it as Tresmode is not doing anything... Now this is unacceptable. And Shoppers Stop has a exchange policy for damaged products which is valid for 3 months...

                      As a customer, I am feeling cheated and harassed...

                        Hi,

                        I have ordered 3 jockey inner wear on 29th mar 2016.

                        Firstly, shoppers stop team delivered only two(2) items instead of three(3).
                        Secondly, the products delivered are two (2) years old.
                        Thirdly, ss never realised that they have delivered less products.
                        Fourthly, instead of solving the issue, the only one answer from call centre is
                        "products are non ex-changeable and non-refundable.

                        I am wondering how such a big brand like shoppersstop can deliver two year old product and does not have any exchange policy, while all other e-commerce players are more customer friendly.

                          I have made an online purchase on 21 February 2016 for 9 items from shoppers stop online store.Out of which 2 products were delivered of wrong size and 4 products were cancelled from shoppers stop side only on 2 march.
                          till date i have not received my refund of the products which they have cancelled from their end.
                          i have called on Customer care several times but every now and then they ask for 2-3 working days, which i have given them but no result.
                          i am frustrated and wasted my time and energy.
                          Please Do something for the same.

                            I am a Non-Resident-Indian working in Germany.
                            In August 2015 I visited my family and bought a bag worth Rupees 2696/- in Shopper's Stop Rajouri Garden, New Delhi (on 18/08/2015) .
                            At the time of billing there was a small misunderstanding between the cashier-employees regarding small discount on the price of the bag.
                            It appeared to me that she deducted a wrong amount first and then added it back to charge the corrected amount from my debit card.

                            However, at the end of 2015, I received a special notification from my German Bank (Deutsche Bank) stating that the same amount has been deducted twice and was never added back to my bank account.
                            I sent them the bill and my bank details but never got a reply back.
                            I feel cheated and also helpless being outside India

                              Shoppers stop online fraud

                              I want to purchase some product online through www.shoppersstop.com. Because of some issue the total amount approx inr 4000 i have been deducted from shoppers stop. I shared all the details with the shoppers stop team and now the company bothering me to refund my money. It has been more than 15 days, more than 7 emailed and approx 10-15 times called over phone but none positive reply.

                              Beware of shoppers stop, it looks as online...

                              I am Garima Verma, I purchased Cat walk sandals from shoppersstop in feb 2016. But when it delivered the size was not appropropriate so I returned it and request for exchange. After some time the company said they will not exchange instead they refund money. I have submitted my bank details 10 times to them and several times called to customer care but not refund is received till now.

                              such a big company with who cheated me for 800/-

                              I need refund in any case.

                                I have made an online purchase for Rs.4260 and for which i have updated the gift card details which is worth Rs.4000. Rather than deducting Rs.260 from my bank account they have deducted Rs. 4260 from my bank account and also Rs.4000 from the gift cards. This order is placed on March 7, 2016. Till now they are not refunding the amount. Everytime when i call them they are saying that concerned team is working. It is never ending process from them.

                                  I have purchased 2 products from website on 9th Jan 2016 through gift card. I was expecting to get it delivered by 15th but I got one of them on 21st Jan and then they said that other product is somewhere in different warehouse and they are arranging it.
                                  After chasing them for 1 more month they said that its out of Stock. Then I again chased them for 15 more days and they said we are preparing your card or it is in different department. Finally I sent them a final email on 14th of March that I need it solution in 10 days else I will go to consumer court.

                                  its 26th March now and I haven't heard anything from them.

                                    I ordered two fast track watches which was not in working condition and the company officials are not giving me refund regarding the same. I have been continuously complaining regarding the same from about a month but each day they are giving some or other excuses.
                                    i ordered the product on 14th feb. 2016 and i received the product on 23rd of feb. 2016. and from 23rd feb. 2016 i have been continuously complaining regarding the same and each time they are just postponing the request and it took more than a month and at last they denied to process the refund.

                                      Hi,

                                      I recently purchased a Casio watch from your shoppersstop site. When I received the order, I realized it is a very heavy watch (Approx. 192 grams). I requested to return this watch, but realized on the customer care that I couldn't replace this watch as per your return policy.

                                      I didn't know the weight and size of this watch as it was not mentioned in your product detail. The product information was not availbale on your site, Due to which I made a wrong buy.

                                      I cannot wear this watch as it is very heavy for me.

                                      I keep buying stuff from your offline store but never found any problem with return and my shopping experience. My registered number on first citizen card is [protected], and mentioned email ID is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                      This watch is of no use for me. Please let me know, what can I do in regards of same.
