6th July' 2008, sunday, 6:45 p.m. I myself with my 4 friends went to Shopper's Stop (Bandra, Linking road, Mumbai) there the person responsible for parking asked me to leave my car for valet parking it should be noted that they dont have option to park your car yourself, as they have auto parking they allow only valet parking. I left my car there for valet parking, they usually charge 30 Rs. for parking service but as I am their gold customer they have not charged that to me & the concern person has given me the parking ticket. I went for the shopping, i returned after 2 hrs, as per their suystem I handed over my parking ticket to them so that they can give me my car back. the driver brought my car and he opened the door for driver seat my friends also got in, and we left quickly as they were asking us to move fast.
We were heading towards the Band Stand, but i stooped my car once to buy an icecream, but their i found that the left handside panel of my car is broken n their is a big dent down their.
I realised that it happened at Shoppers stop only and i went all the way back to Shopper's stop and i asked their parking person to call their manager. He called the concern person, I told him about the fact that my car was damaged due to their negligence and they have to get it repaired but rather than listening to me he started shouting at me and used abusive language to me and my friends on top of his voice. Then I went to meet the shopper's stop manager Mr. Vishnu but as he was not their ( as informed by the Shopper's Stop Staff) their Assistant manager came to us, I informed him about the incidence after taking half and hour he said that he can do anything about that as we have given parking to the contractors, and i can go to police station. In between again that parking manager started misbehaving with us.
Finally I went to the nearest police station that is, bandra police station, i launch a complaint for the damage and the abusive language used by the parking manager.police has called that parking manager to police station, and i dont know what happened thereafter as it was already midnight and i let for my home.
know I am filing a comlaint in the court of law to help me in getting compensated for the damage to my car and the mental stress i have gone through due to the abusive language used by their parking manager at public place.

ESTEEM — Poor Customer service/no repair
Dear Sir,I was called by Gurpreet and Bhawana to replace my power antenna.This came through my complaint in Maruti company.
Ms Bhawana first appoved the reparing and then suddenly she went to P S Rawat, Who was totally out of his mind and started talking arrogantly.He says " Boys do whatever you want.I cannot listen to your request.Sorry sorry please go.
is this the culture that you are following in D D Motors?
I have wasted my entire working day and precious time and money.Who is responsible for this?
Why Bhawana and Anuj first approved and then started denying it?
why they have called me ? just to insult the customer?Please answer.
My power antenna is not wrkg and hence my complaint is running from last 3-4 months.
Over the phone it was told to me that, Sir please come. we will replace the antenna and we have it available in our stock.
Then why they have turned this into taking money for the same.For what reasons customers go for 4 yrs warranty scheme?
I have reported same to Mr R S Sethi also then and there itself.
