Hi...i had given a fossil watch to shoppers stop, shipra mall indirapuram for change of strap on 13th june...(receipt num-2361). I was told by the customer service at shoppers stop that they would send the watch to fossil and would take 60 days and that i would get an estimate on the amount i will have to pay for the same(watch was out of warranty). I received call from them telling me that it will cost me 1200 for the same, i asked them to go agead and get the strap changed. Now its more than 120 days with no confirmation, follow up from neither shoopers stop nor fossil...it is so frustrating to call them again and again to get to hear the same words- Ma'am it is being worked on...my question is what will it take to get my watch back...i do not want to waste my time and energy any further on these incompetent people at shoppers stop as it is total waste of time n the customer service they talk about is no where to be seen...all the customer can get from them is getting frustrated...i just want my watch back...and i am sure i will never ever use shoppers stop for any kind of service...Nisha

    Order No.10152774, Order Date. 5 Aug 2016. No. of items ordered 1. 629/- Rs. Problems 1. product was not delivered on time(5-7 working days). After many followups it was delivered on 21st Aug. 2. Wrong sized product was delivered(ordered for 24-36 months, but got the product for 1-2 yrs). 3. After many emails& calls to return, they asked for photo proof, which was sent on 6 sep 2016. Got a mail on 8 sep 2016, stating that this cannot be taken back as 14 days are already over and call to us or mail for more clarification. I need your help in this regard. This is a kind harassment and shopping with ShoppersStop has become a nightmare for me. Need justice.

      Hi,
      I, NITIN KUMAR GUPTA, place an online order Order ID# 10393533 on 08-Aug-2016. For the payment I used the e-voucher of Rs 1000. After 10 day i Called the customer care for the status check and received an surprising news that My order got cancelled. The Reson Given was " the Vendor is running out of stock so the order is cancelled by vendor. " I didn't buy the openion and check again on the stock that was available on 18-25 August and if i want I can place the order again. I can see till date the stock on website is showing as available.
      No problem with this but when I asked for refund this is creating a pain to foloowup. I created couple of service requests to get my money back but not at all getting any response for the same.
      I am not expecting the product now I want to get the e-voucher refund .Can you please suggest me on this issue.

        2302750 order id dtd 14/04/2016 i had returned one product.They refunded the courier charge for the returned product.But still the product amount not refunded even after 5 months.

        Whenever i use to inquire they use to create ticket for that.The reference given below.

        Its a pure case of cheating the backend people are never responding to the quires.Everytime they use to assuer that within 3 days will get the money back.Now 5 months over .

          I ordered a Chudidar suit from website of ShoppersStop, which was already delayed in delivery. After contacting the delivery vendor, I went there to collect the parcel(which was really embarrasing) as it was for occasion which was there on next day. After receiving the package the material which i found has a tear on the neck area which is not at all good. After several calls and emails, they havent arranged for any pickup and on top of it they are sending mails about a ticket raised with some reference number.

              I ordered two ladies casio watch on 3rd of august (order no.[protected].One watch delivered to me but another watch still pending to deliver.Now time period of company over that is 5-7 days working day so i raise complain for product status in Shoppers Stop customer care but i didn't got any response from them.
              So raise 3 complain in Shoppers Stop reference no. are "00318468", "00329036, "00329742".
              All the time they said we will arranged call back from senior person but didn't got any call from them.
              They are not telling me valid point or not interested to refund my money.

                  I had bought a dress for my daughter n within one wash the dress got spoilt... When i had been to the shop i was told that i[censored] have a membership card then u can get the dress n if the product is spoilt then we will exchange it.. but when i went to return it they refused.. i have kept the dress at the store itself... such a bad customer service..

                  The dress is in such a bad condition that it cannot be used again.. kindly look into the matter n give some remedy or direct the store to replace the same..

                    I had ordered an nike perfume bottle order-id 08400416 and the bottle was damaged fromnozzle i have shared snaps thrice with the team and on sunday azra confirmed for refund and now she is saying it cannot be with an unreasonable answer.

                    I have already filled legal complaint and i would be sharing the call recording if i am not getting response from shoppers stop by today as discussed with azra on call.

                        I have ordered for 4 dress from Shoppers stop. They delivered two out of 4. and because they do not have stock . they said money will be refunded back but it was one month over they have not refunded money back.
                        I tied calling customer care but every time they are telling it will be done but still no action is taken from Shoppers stop side.

                          I want to raise a complaint for shopperstop staff of gip noida location.
                          It was one of the worst experience i have faced with any orgainzation. The staffs are not properly trained and they provide wrong information to the customers. The manager was in no way helpful for the customer and was not interested in providing a
                          Atisfactory response to the customer.Infact, he was adamant and presumptuous.

                          The staff on the first floor named ravinder prepared one bill for one product i bought and also offered me the shopperstop membership card saying that they are providing some additional benefits with the card like looks salon 500 rs voucher, 120 rs cashback, 21 days exchange policy for any product purchased from shoopperstop without bill and waived off parking fee if any. I told i dont want the card but will it be possible to put the points in my regiostered number without the card and he said yes thats possible and also added points to my registered number (According to him the number was registered). Later i bought one more product from second floor,
                          At the billing section the lady told me that i need to compulsory purchase a card if i want to add on the points for the shopping i have done. I asked her to call the staff from first floor as something else was conveyed to me in last few hours, the manager mr. Abhishek had a discussion with ravinder in private. Then ravinder
                          Told that he has not said anything like that, he was clearly lieing on my face (I wish i had recorded my earlier conversation with him) and the manager was too impertinent with me. He was not listening to me at all and also his tone was too rude. He was like mam nothing can be done now.. Do you want me to place your order or not.
                          Then i said okay provide me the membership card as per ravinder the card should have now 120 rs as cashback but the manager told
                          There must be any misinterpretation and ravinder must have not said anything like that as nothing like that is a part of the policy.

                          This complete scenario goes for more than 50 minutes. Before me there was one more couple who also faced the same issue. Its not like i am buying from shopperstop for the first time, i have done plenty of shopping earlier and all the time wrong information
                          Was provided to us and there is no benefit we have recieved till now for any shopping when we ask for redeeming the point we got to know that first we need to spent 300 bucks more and start collecting the points again.

                          Personally i dont feel shopperstop need to do such cheap tricks (Forcing a staff to buy 300rs card) to earn money.
                          Secondly, the attitude of your staff was extremly bad, i have not seen much ill-trained staff.

                          I will definitely think twice or thrice before stepping ever into shopperstop.

                          Please start taking strick action against these behaviours else you will start losing your customers.

                              I bought a rs. 7, 400.00 worth tommy hilfiger watch from shoppers stop store - viviana mall thane (bill no.[protected] dated 03/07/16. this watch stopped working the very next day i. e., 04/07/16. since i am working couldn't get time on week days, i went the very next sunday morning i. e., 10/07/16. the customer service on the 1st floor made me wait for almost half an hour before the attendant came. this watch was defective and hence i asked the attendant to give me a credit note and i will buy another brand watch since i lost my trust in this brand... (the sales executive had sold me this watch saying its the latest collection & it stops working the very next day - such a joke) so i asked them to give me a credit note of the value of the watch i had spent, but instead the executive tells me that he cannot do this and i will have to get the same watch. the executive than told me that he will try giving me the credit note once he gets approval and he asked 2 days from me to revert to me. since than its the weekend today and i have not received any call. they also noted my bill & phone number.
                              This is so unprofessional & unethical... i have never faced any such issues with shoppers stop previously...
                              This is ridiculous as it was a defective watch and i am not exchanging it because i did not like it & i was just asking for a credit note so i can buy another brand... please take necessary action against the shop & get me my money refunded or a credit note so i can buy another brand other than tommy hilfiger...

                              Till date this stands unresolved... shoppers stop your reputation is at stake and you should immediately start taking necessary action... and also teach your executives how to talk and behave with your regular customers...

                                Can anyone help to take any strict action against them.

                                  I'm arshi nathwani... i purchased a product today that is 6/07/2016 mrp. 1199 which was on 50% discount as told by the sales girl at inorbit shopper stop malad (mumbai)... so accordingly i should have been charged amount around rs. 635 max with all taxes... but their cashier (abhishek) charged me rs.1204 as i paid via debit card he swiped the card without confirmation of the amount and as i saw the bill i told him that the product is at 50% discount... he rudely refused but i took him to the same sales girl and she told that the product is truly at 50% discount. then he took me to customer service desk with the product in the hand all over the store and they told me they will provide me a credit note for the balanced amount but i don't want to shop with shopper stop anymore after the poor customer care so i asked for refund of the balance money... the cashier guy took me back to the billing counter with the product in the hand and i was standing there for refund for 20mins as their system was hanged, he told the guy on the next counter to give me the refund as the system starts working and just left from there without an explanation. i was staying calm all the while but this was ridiculous so i called for manager (kamlesh) he took my email address and phone number and has promised me that he will send me the balanced amount at my office by tomorrow morning. he haven't provided me any bill or reference number or recpite. he dropped me till the exit saying to give him a days time... i hope the manager keeps up to the promise... but i have had the worst 1 hour at the store as the product i purchased was a lingerie and taking that all around the store was very embrassing. i advice the concerned store person to train their staff more effectively.

                                    I had an order# 05956345 with shopperstop.

                                    1) the jeans was sent of another style which i dint ordered.
                                    2) they told to sent back and will refund even the courier charges with the refund amount on original mode of payment


                                    Later they told that they would be sending me e-refund link.

                                    It's been 5 days i have not received link and daily i am making calls to shopperstop hearing the same that we have escalated to the concern team you will receive it in 24-48 hrs.

                                      I tried to place an order of kashish womens embroidered churidar suit from shoppersstop website. I paid rs 1080/- for the same. The amount (Rs.1080/-) has been deducted from my account but the order is not processed. The transaction id is[protected]igocfwaxf6 dated[protected] between 12:00-12:30 pm, paid through net banking (State bank of india).
                                      I sent repeated emails and contacted costumer care telephonically but till now no response have been received from the company. I have even mailed the account statement to the company but all in vain.
                                      Refund my money to my bank account. I don't want your product or anything just refund my money.
