I have brought one kurta and it was so differebt from picture shown in app that i initated a return, No agent was allocated till 25 dayd to return pick up the order and suddenly i got message telling your order will be picked in some random day, i was out of town and requetsed delivery agent to pick it up next day and now it is marked return cancelled and iam not able to return it, such a pathetic product that iam not able tk change my mind and keep it myself, so pleass i need to return and i have sent many many mails to customer care no response, such a poor management of customer care,

    Its very disappointing experience with you. After so many emails, calls i again received the wrong designs of mugs i had ordered 2 sets of mugs and 2 sets of plates, after so many reminders, pics, id details third time I m receivig the wrong item.it was written that u undergo through rerous check then how everytime I m receiving the wrong product.it is the waste of my time, money and mental harassment.

    Look into the matter. This type of customer service is not acceptable.

        This is lakshya gupta from kolkata ordered spykar jeans of order no[protected] of amt 1988.97 not refunding to my bank ac.i hv request for return on 11th jan..it is 21st jan today still the amt hasnt been credited meanwhile i tried contacting cust care sevral times they fool cust by telling 2 more business days it wud take.on 18th jan they sent me a text assuring that the product is in quality check it wud take 2 to 3 days for the refund initiation..when there was no update after 3 days i tried contacting the cust care they are saying tht it wud take 5 to 7 days more as the quality check hasnt been done...each n every time the cust only has to call n they will not update by themself..i cudnt understand why their return process is so slow whereas their other rival companies like flipkart, amazon, ajio, myntra etc process it wirhin the same day of the product being picked up..when today while talking to the cust care i said to give me a mail confirming tht it wud b done in 5 to 7 days they denied my tht request as well having no other option i decided to file my complaint in the consumer complaints bcoz they are unable to stick wht they are saying and i cannot trust them anymore.

        On 22 jan at 11.24 pm they sent me a text saying tht the refund has been initiated.bt it will take 2 to 3 days to reflect in bank ac..
        Mine was cod order..ac details was shared earlier..cod orders refund is done through imps which gets credited to the ac instantly..
        and if they hv initiated the refund why they havent shared me the refund ref no with the text sent yesterday as provided like the other rival companies like amazon, flipkart, myntra etc..the money is not credited bt in their app also it shows refunded to ac..bt nevertheless i wud wait fr another 2 to 3 days n hope now they keep up to their words n refund the said amt to my bank ac..

          Hi Team, I have tried to do a purchase on Shoppers Stop website on 31/12/2022. But even after the successful payment the order not got placed. So I raised ticket for refund and after multiple calls with customer service team got a confirmation that the refund got triggered on 02nd January 2022. But till today (15/01/2022), I haven’t received the refund. Tried to reach the customer service team couple of time but they are not ready to support. The only response is to wait for the refund but they are unable to give a timeline. CAS[protected]G1Z3R0 - this is the ticket reference with Shoppers Stop. Please check and support ASAP.

          Refund got credited today (17/01/2022). As per the company’s claim they have processed it on 02/01/2022. I would say like the company very bad customer service.

            I have ordered a sweater with order id[protected] and request a return for the same.The return request was placed on 31st dec the product was picked on 2 jan and till date i haven't received my refund.
            It's more than a week i am following up on the same.They are saying the same thing product has'nt reached the warehouse.And that's completely Shopper Stops Fault.

              Sir, I’m a resident of Palampur, HP. On 31st December 2021 I visited Shoppers stop outlet in Coimbatore Fun mall to buy a ladies shoe. On 1st Jan return to Palampur with the shoe. Today for the first time I used the shoe for an hour. When I return home I found that the shoe sole is broken with multiple cracks. I request you to kindly replace the shoe.

                I ordered the wallet on December 10th and it got cancelled by them on 13.12.2021 and till now they have not refunded and i have called more than 10 times to customer care they say within 2 days they will resolve till now they have not done anything. The payment is done through UPI.

                  Worst service ever

                  This is the second time I faced problems with Shoppers stop purchase.

                  Ordered items and paid money using shoppers stop wallet too and it took forever to get the refund and the wallet money, no one is even bothered to assist me with it.

                  Worst of the worst shopping experience...

                  I purchased my glamm primer and foundation. I received empty product.
                  The bottle and tube are empty.
                  And when I went to the store they started arguing and I even I asked them to check the cctv cameras that they didn't gave us the bill as well.
                  I have the transaction history so I showed them but they didn't agreed to anything and said we can't check the cctv and we can't give u the duplicate invoice.
                  Such a pathetic behaviour by shopperstop.

                    I ordered dress set for Durga pujo, I placed order on 18th September and they sent me product after complaining them why it's taking so long, then they sent me product that also wrong/incorrect product. I applied for return and exchange then product was returned and again till 8 days no response from them, so again I called their customer service number on 4th October and complaint that why it's taking so long for you guys to deliver my product then they placed a New order on 4th October with difference in price of what I actually paid was 1609/- and new order showing 1400/-
                    After complaining again about this price difference they were saying that it's discounted price, I said but I had paid 1609 what if you sent me wrong product again and then If I return then I will get less amount from what I actually paid then they said yes you will get 1400/-. And order got delivered on 15th October (same old package and same wrong/incorrect product) as if they just packed the same product and sent it after wasting my time. My durga pujo was ruined by them. After getting wrong product twice I just don't wanted to apply exchange again so I called shoppers Stop and initiated for Return and refund. But they not only refunding less amount from what I actually paid but also said that I will get refund only in wallet (cc credit) not orginal payment (which was debit card). It's more five days still no refund not even in wallet. It was a big mistake to purchase from this scamming site(shoppers Stop bloody scammers) looting money.
                    Shoppers Stop scams customer by sending them wrong product again and again or by putting useless discount on dress and lower the price from actual payment of what customer pays. Pathetic online shopping ever.

                      Shopper stop has pathetic online service and if they cannot better their online service I guess they should stop this service as it helps less and trouble more.

                      Its been a month that I have raised an exchange request of my Adidas shoe, they came and collected but its been 25 days that no response reply.

                      After writing them mails and calling their customer service still no updates as to when will I receive the product.

                      After they took the shoe for exchange, I received a message that shoe has been received and it will take 2-3 days for the whole process but its been 20 days and no updates.

                      I am very disturbed and disappointed with their online service.

                            Really really horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life for online shopping. It’s been a nightmare dealing with shoppers stop customer service. I never had any bad experiences with any other platforms and it’s high time for shoppers stop to train themselves and look outside how other companies are putting efforts to get the issue resolved real quick. I’ve orders a pair of jeans and received wrong size and poor quality as well, so I decided to return it which I did on the same day of delivery 15 September 2021. On 16 September 2021 the items were picked by their agent and from that day till date I’m continuously following with them on chat and getting same canned responses from each and every single customer service agent. On call they use same script and give false commitment. On email they never reply. These people are least bothered about what customer is going through and they just give run around every single time you try to speak with customer service. Basically they are bullying customers and are masters in doing fraud. They should ask a question to themselves that does it take 13 working days to reach a item to their warehouse. Even if the warehouse is in China it will take 20 days to be shipped which has already been passed. I’ll wait for next 48 hours and will finally have to lodge a complaint at my nearest police station and make sure the issue is fixed snd I get my money back as they are bot able to get is resolved and it clearly shows that they are not willing to give a customers good service at any time.                                 On 2 Sept 2021, I bought ELIZABETH ARDEN White Diamonds En Rouge Eau De Toilette 100 ml for MRP Rs 5525/- at the Shoppers Stop Ltd, Bangalore International Airport Domestic Departure Terminal through HDFC Credit Card in two transactions of Rs 5000 & Rs 525 but after a few minutes, I returned the product and requested for REFUND.

                                They accepted the return and gave me VOID SALE Credit Card receipts of Rs 5000 & Rs 525 and assured me that the amount Rs 5525 will be refunded in my credit card. However, till today, 13 Sept 2021, I haven't received any REFUND from shoppers Stop

                                  Shopperstop is trying to send me an amount of rupees 3477.50, they have tried it twice through payu money .
                                  I have no idea where the amount is going, it's not coming to my bank account .

                                      I have purchased this perfume( Versace Dylan blue ) 200ml on 12th August 2021 from chennai shopper stop after using it for few days the smell doesn’t even stay. So immediately return the product to Riyaz the guy who sold the product. He has escalated this to his TL/manager and told in 2 days we will let you know.After 2 days none of them called me so I had call him he said that he’s yet to hear from his manager so he will update in few days. None of them got back so I had to call again and it’s been five days. he said there is nothing wrong with perfume. As customer we don’t get proper response on top of that they’re saying product is fine. None of them called me to check what is the issue or to tell the product is fine. I have spend rs 8900 for this perfume without knowing no one will buy this perfume. This is not I have bought on discount either. Please help resolve this asap.
