I shopped at shoppers stop a few days back and the billing person envisaged the up gradation to black card with which I get some discounts and also 6 other offer vouchers in Starbucks, coffee day, chroma, Uber, titan and Amazon prime . I tried using the first four vouchers, turned out to b fake and is not recognised by said companies .so I informed this to the billing person and he says, that he did mention it as May or may not work ! Really ! Why distribute vouchers that don’t work n why lure people by offering fraud vouchers ! The billing person s number is +[protected]and he works at the Orion mall shoppers stop .

    I ordered a watch on sale which did not
    Look new and i waited for momths for that sale to arrive..i put a request for exchange and it got accepted, but after a week they revert that the order got cancelled and i checjed on their website and the watch was available, it is still available and they did not deliver my product as promised..i want my product because it was a confirmed paid order and confirmed exchange.. this is fooling the customer.

      I purchased Shoes from shoppersStop online on 25 feb and they were returned on 28 feb, it's been over 15 days since I returned the product and still I haven't got my refund.
      Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

        AGAINST MY ORDER ID[protected] refund of 998.48 is pending against order Id[protected] refund of 377 is till pending and further gains order Id[protected] refund of 299 pending.awaiting refund from last two months.ore than 12 days of refund processed not reflecting in my account.

          I have placed order for 10 items out of which only 6 items were delivered and 4 were missed. The payment was already made for all 10 items. A complaint was logged on 16th Feb 2022 for the same however, no resolution was provided to me till date. No customer care support and no response to my emais till date. I want to take legal action against shoppers stop. Really frustrated and pathetic behavior.

            I have returned the item purchased before 10 January 2022 and got the confirmation that the item reached Shopper Stop within a week and updated my bank details on 24 January 2022. From that time I am requesting them for refund process but to vain. Everything when I call customer care give me complain number and promise me to resolve it within 48 hours.

            I am fed up and hereby demand not only my original amount but the interest too, as from last 2 months my money is stuck with you. This is not the first time Shopper Stop has hold my money without a reason, earlier in 2021 also I have return the product in May month and got the refund in December Month the refund was only the product principal amount without any compensation.

            Now when I had a word with your customer care team they said that refund has been processed but they don't have a transaction or reference number as backend Team didn't provided one. So now let me know who is responsible for such a delay and who will bear the heat of this delay. Every clearly now I need a compensation along with my principal amount of the product at the earliest.

            DON'T MAKE THE CUSTOMER FOOL AND PLAY WITH THEIR HARD MONEY.

            Hope I am very clear and sound.

              There are two complaints pending for last more than two months. I have made several calls as well as emails but no resolution till now.
              I also requested for a supervisor but no one is connecting or arranging a call back . Today again I called and was about to request for a supervisor but agent hung up on me. Worst Customer Service !

                I had placed an order on Feb 7 with the order no.[protected] .Subsequently, i got a mail from shoppers stop on Feb14 saying that the order has been cancelled and a refund is initiated. It is 10 days now and the amount has still not come to my account. This is a blatant case of fraud and cheating

                  I had purchased a Fossil Watch from Shoppers Stop, Andheri on 23rd November 2021. The watch had a defective back case so I sent it for repairing on 9th December 2021. The watch came back unrepaired so I sent it again on 23rd December and again it came unrepaired on 12th Jan.
                  On 12th Jan, they said that since the watch is not repaired and the back case is still defective. they will change the back case. For changing the back case, they took the watch and watch didnt come until I contacted them on 14th February 2022. On 14th February, I am still told that the watch will take time to be repaired since the technician was not available when the watch was taken to repair.

                  I have waited over 2 months for a watch which I was able to wear only twice. I now want to return the watch but the Shoppers Stop Team and Fossil Team are not processing my request saying that it is not possible to refund.

                  I request you to help me with request of refund.

I have returned the products i purchased online from shoppers stop..but they are not refunding my money .though a mail was sent to me issuing the refund on 21st jan 2022 but still it does not reflect in my bank ac. Also i have shared the bank statements..even after several complaints they are not doing anything..its a harassment for me...kindly help me ..

                      I placed an online order on Shoppersstop app on 23rd of december, 2021 with order number[protected]. The order was delivered the very next day but it was in a pathetic state, the stitches on the bag were coming off. I returned the bag after contacting customer care as i couldn't place the return myself. I have not received my refund till now and customer care staff just come up with ridiculous reasons every time i contact them. Their services are the worst.

                        Dear Team,

                        I tried to place an order on 02-FEB-2022 via ShoppersStop app. The amount of 1898 got deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I called up customer service and they told me that refund has been initiated but till now there is no email or sms communication. Sent email to Grievance.[protected]@shoppersstop.com but still no response. Case number registered-CAS[protected]Q4S7C4.
                        Please help.

                            I, samarth kothari, had received a credit note for a few thousand rupees (greater than 5000) on 10/10/2021 but the same is somehow misplaced.
                            On visiting shoppers stop andheri west, Mumbai outlet today ie. on 30/01/2022, I was told that if the credit note is mis-placed, i will be required to submit a bond paper of Rs 100 which came as a complete shocker to me. To avoid such a situation I had clearly mentioned...

                            I have brought one kurta and it was so differebt from picture shown in app that i initated a return, No agent was allocated till 25 dayd to return pick up the order and suddenly i got message telling your order will be picked in some random day, i was out of town and requetsed delivery agent to pick it up next day and now it is marked return cancelled and iam not able to return it, such a pathetic product that iam not able tk change my mind and keep it myself, so pleass i need to return and i have sent many many mails to customer care no response, such a poor management of customer care,

                              Its very disappointing experience with you. After so many emails, calls i again received the wrong designs of mugs i had ordered 2 sets of mugs and 2 sets of plates, after so many reminders, pics, id details third time I m receivig the wrong item.it was written that u undergo through rerous check then how everytime I m receiving the wrong product.it is the waste of my time, money and mental harassment.

                              Look into the matter. This type of customer service is not acceptable.

                                  This is lakshya gupta from kolkata ordered spykar jeans of order no[protected] of amt 1988.97 not refunding to my bank ac.i hv request for return on 11th jan..it is 21st jan today still the amt hasnt been credited meanwhile i tried contacting cust care sevral times they fool cust by telling 2 more business days it wud take.on 18th jan they sent me a text assuring that the product is in quality check it wud take 2 to 3 days for the refund initiation..when there was no update after 3 days i tried contacting the cust care they are saying tht it wud take 5 to 7 days more as the quality check hasnt been done...each n every time the cust only has to call n they will not update by themself..i cudnt understand why their return process is so slow whereas their other rival companies like flipkart, amazon, ajio, myntra etc process it wirhin the same day of the product being picked up..when today while talking to the cust care i said to give me a mail confirming tht it wud b done in 5 to 7 days they denied my tht request as well having no other option i decided to file my complaint in the consumer complaints bcoz they are unable to stick wht they are saying and i cannot trust them anymore.

                                  On 22 jan at 11.24 pm they sent me a text saying tht the refund has been initiated.bt it will take 2 to 3 days to reflect in bank ac..
                                  Mine was cod order..ac details was shared earlier..cod orders refund is done through imps which gets credited to the ac instantly..
                                  and if they hv initiated the refund why they havent shared me the refund ref no with the text sent yesterday as provided like the other rival companies like amazon, flipkart, myntra etc..the money is not credited bt in their app also it shows refunded to ac..bt nevertheless i wud wait fr another 2 to 3 days n hope now they keep up to their words n refund the said amt to my bank ac..

                                    Hi Team, I have tried to do a purchase on Shoppers Stop website on 31/12/2022. But even after the successful payment the order not got placed. So I raised ticket for refund and after multiple calls with customer service team got a confirmation that the refund got triggered on 02nd January 2022. But till today (15/01/2022), I haven’t received the refund. Tried to reach the customer service team couple of time but they are not ready to support. The only response is to wait for the refund but they are unable to give a timeline. CAS[protected]G1Z3R0 - this is the ticket reference with Shoppers Stop. Please check and support ASAP.

                                      I have ordered a sweater with order id[protected] and request a return for the same.The return request was placed on 31st dec the product was picked on 2 jan and till date i haven't received my refund.
                                      It's more than a week i am following up on the same.They are saying the same thing product has'nt reached the warehouse.And that's completely Shopper Stops Fault.
