I have lost my documents which i have booked with your courier service on 18.04.18 and now till this date and time the documents are not traceable, doc no[protected], booked for hingoli from hingna midc nagpur, today after contacting for the last 4 days there was no revert from your side atlast i got your local manager mr bharat [protected] today whom i have contacted and according to him my documents have been lost some where...
Who will be responsible for this and is this the work ethics and professionalism, just removed your tag line on your website, that you are committed people, no absolutely not... Sorry to say but its the truth.

I had sent a courier (Laptop charger + 2 photos) to my home town varanasi up. The courier boy appeared to my home with a tempered courier package where laptop charger was mising. So we didn't received the courier. After that i went to the shop from where i couriered it. They are completly unsupportive unprofessional as the courier company. Both are not even bothering to contact me even once. I had complaint on maruticourier website several time. No response given.

I have two parcels sent by Maruti courier
1. Awb[protected] on 19/04/2018 1.50pm
this parcel with the mistake of the customer representative that parcel reached Dombivli on 20th and it was opened and the bubble wraps were tornned not repacked properly for which the client recev. the parcel in broken condition that too on 23rd April (local courier)
2. AWB[protected] sent on 24/04/2018 2.18pm this parcel was broken even after double box packing bubble packs still the client recv in broken condition
when complained to Mr Nipun franchisee owner of Thane ghodbunder rd, accept the mistake however states we r not responsible fot this mishandling .Maruti courier I am using from past 2 yrs for my products and this is the first time something like this happened and u say u guys are nt responsible, even i[censored]s send goods worth lakhs, when it is written on the parcel handle with care precisely than it should be ur resposibilty, what r u charging for.I want my goods loss and my courier charges refunded.

My courier booked on 17/3/18from chennai to kamptee location.however on tracking and inquiring to nagpur location nagpur people said they don't have service for kamptee location on this i made a cal to chennai people after so many blank responses i asked calmly for not to book parcel if they donot provide services for particular location .the person on phone started shouting and instead of solving my issue started abusing me very badly.is this a kind of service do you providing.courier number is[protected].

You people provide worst and pathetic services.provide some manners n professional way to talk to your emoloyee to deal with customers .else you will loss your client and brand.

I had given Cheque Book Request to my bank HDFC. It was despatched through Maruti Courier on 16th March as per message received from the bank on my registered mobile number. The said Docket status shown / updated by the representative of the said courier agency is shown as DOOR LOCKED.
However, this is to infor myou that there was a phone call from M/s. Maruti Courier office &I was asked to collect the said courier from their office at Chiplun & it was told that it is as advised by bank. He also didn't respond well & the way he talked was not at all acceptable.
If the bank has couriered the said cheque book on my home address, why this courier agency is asking me to visit & collect the cheque book from their ofice? Why the said courier agency has updated wrong information on site? Why the action cannot be initiated against such irresponsible service provider?

I got a courier delivered today in bangalore by one courier boy named raju. He refused to come inside the apartment & is asking aged people to come to gate & collect.

Is this your service?? I am surprised that the courier boy actually told me he cannot walk & if the security guard allows me to go in bike i will deliver else you have to come & collect.

Is this your standard operating procedure, to put your customers at inconvenience

On feb 20, 2018, at about 9.30 am, i visited shree maruti courier services pvt ltd at hsr layout to deliver an important document to trivandrum. Umesh, supposedly the person in charge there told me that the package will reach after two days, i. E., on feb 22, 2018. He told me that if i sent through fast track, then it will reach before 1 pm. Since this was extremely urgent, i paid rs.300 and chose to send through fast track mode.

When i tracked shipment online on feb 22, it was mentioned that it is ready for delivery to guwahati. I called them immediately to check the status as the courier hadn't reached the recipient. He asked me if i had sent to guwahati or trivandrum! I got paranoid as this was critical and i couldn't afford to waste another minute.

I immediately rushed to the courier office and asked them for the status. Umesh was extremely rude and denied even having accepted the package from me. He said that it must have been somebody else and said he doesn't know anything about it (Although it was his own employee if at all it wasn't him). He was not being helpful at all and he was yelling at me defending himself. He wasn't taking any responsibility for his staff's actions.

To being with, he denied that he was the one who accepted the courier on 20th morning and argued that it will take 2 to 3 days for a courier to reach tvm and when i asked me why i was given wrong information that it would reach on 22nd and before 1 pm if sent through fast track, he said he doesn't know! I needed a resolution and all he did was yell at me saying that's how it works.

As part of the fast track service, we are supposed to get sms alerts on booking and delivery. When i asked him why i didn't get any sms, he asked me if they entered manually or on system. How the hell am i supposed to know what their procedure is. I told him i have no clue except that the receipt that was issued to me by him says 'fast track'. He said at that time the system was down early in the morning and so, he couldn't enter in the system using the software and therefore my number was not registered for alerts. I asked him if they can update right then so that i am at least informed as soon as it is delivered. He said no! I asked who was in charge of the office and he proudly said he is the only one in charge. I didn't have anyone else to escalate the matter to.

Another lady in the office named jayalakshmi tried to help me by contacting their counterpart in cochin and umesh yelled at her too and told her to hang up. He didn't allow her to update me about the status of the courier. I requested him that at least if she is trying to help, he should allow her to do so. But he continued to yell. I was told by their cochin counterpart that they had received the package only on 22nd although it was to be sent to them on fast track. This man did not own up to any of his mistakes or for giving me wrong information that the courier would reach before 1 pm on 22nd. He wasn't apologetic for any of this and made no attempts to help me but only raised his voice and continuously yelled. I had to tell him that i would call the cops if he yelled this way and only that made him stop yelling but he never offered to resolve this issue.

The package did not reach at 10.30 am on 23rd and when i called up, umesh yelled on phone again asking me who said that the package would reach by 10.30. When i told him that their cochin counterpart informed me yesterday, he said it would reach only by 1 pm. The package did not get delivered before 1pm either. He is extremely arrogant, harsh and rude. He had no manners whatsoever to talk to his customers or at least to a woman! I got cheated and misinformed and to make it worse, there was no help from this man.

Mr vijay patel of your dak collection boy has collected the parcel from our office on 25 jan 2018 to mr rajbhadur, allahabad bank margaon (Goa). At the time of collection of the parcel the net weight of package was 600 gms. It is confirm from the recipient that only cover he has got and the documents in the parcel are misplaced and the envelope was broken.

In view of the above you are requested to investigate the matter on priority as the documents are very legal which have to deposit to government authority.

An early action is requested.

My customer ordered something from me and my vendor shipped it through this so called maruti courier service which is actually not a service, they serve us only we have to worry about the deliveries. They don't deliver anything in areas like patna and the senders have to continuously call them to deliver asap. My customer ordered on 12th jan and the item was shipped on 13th jan. Now it's 31st jan, my customer didn't receive it. They themselves put the parcel on return to kolkata which is totally wrong. My vendor shipped it from delhi, how they are taking decisions themselves without asking me or my vendor. They say that they called my customer but my customer didn't get a single call from them. If your employees dnt know how to work then plz throw them out or you shut this company. Highly disappointed. Liar employees.

I bought few stuff online of more than 1000 bucks. Seller sent the items through this shree maruti courier services. Docket No :[protected] . It's been 7 days. And constantly I'm checking the track details of consignment, and there's nothing shown over there. I have called helpline number for more than 4 times. And even they are not able to get the details. They dont even have the delivery address. Highly dissappointed. Everytime they say we will call you after one hour. But i never get any call. Hope they resolve the issue asap. Coz 1000 bucks are not less.This is Very ignorant and unprofessional.

My father had sent few important papers on 1st jan'18 from etawah (Up) to gurgaon (Haryana). Till date we have not received the package. We had enquired on customer care multiple times still no revert. I would like to ask for this company's owner number so that i can bring this to his notice. Is this how he is running this company?? Such unprofessional and uneducated staff they have.
Never ever opt for this rubbish company to send any packet.

I am tremendously misbehaved by a fellow named mohan mokaria, branch manager, over phone. When i arrived at the maruti office, i was dismayed to see nobody there. I waited for 20 mins before i made a call, only to get a misbehavior and an order to wait for another 30mins. I want an answer for this. Is this how your company deals with customer?? I want an apology from mr mohan or whosoever it is.

I had sent courier from rajkot to jammu on 30.9.2017 but it's not reached yet when i called him he gave me no. Of courier company in jammu. And when i called him he was so rude and said that it's not his fault even the courier had reached to him in jammu but he said that he won't be able to deliver it today he will deliver when he will get time. One week has gone but the courier is still not reached i think i should have gone by the mean of post. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this courier service as it was very important courier for me to be rech on time.. I am also thinking of filing a case against him.

I sent my parcel through maruti courier dwarka sector-7 and the parcel got lost by them. It had contained artificial jewerly worth ₹1700. My customer paid that amount to me in advance which i had to return after they misplaced my packet. The staff named pooja is so unprofessional, she was being rude after this and not ready to return the money. I had a word with their seniors and they told that we can send courier through them of ₹1700. I requested pooja to send his boy to pick up the courier from my place as she used to, and she always had a reason that he cannot come.

Please do something about it.

My husband couriered acer laptop from maruti couriers, electronic city banglore which took inr 1600 inclusive of all taxes for service. Today (25th sep 2017) i recieved this laptop which was severely damaged and was not operating.
I am writing this email for complaining about this matter and i want your help to get this matter resolved. Either by giving compensation or getting it repaired i want my laptop in earlier form as it was during packaging.

Couriered on 22nd september from pune to chennai as fast track service as it was very urgent. Paid rs 700 for 2kg, as they told it will reach the next day itself on 23rd sep. However it was delivered on 25th september as per normal service. Complete waste of time and money. Shipment number is[protected]. Atleast they should refund the money. Please do not use this service.

It was assured to be delivered immediately by next morning. The shipment have leaf tissues which need to reach in time. Its been 8th day now, shipment not yet delivered (23 sept). All material might be lost and dried. No one is responding properly and very irresponsible staff from hubli office, bangalore offce and customer care people.

To launch a complaint if we need to contact head quarter - please share hq number in website so that you can prove higher authorities are transparent. Else, its obviously sets in mind of people that entire team is same.

I am very thankful to you as a given time you have delievered my parcel but the thing is that i have received only half of the thing from my parcel it means one main parcel has inside three another parcel. At that day i was very hurried so i had collected only one parcel and forgot to collect two more parcel. So right now your office staff deny me and say that we dont have any parcel at all.
