Shree Maruti Courier Service Complaints & Reviews

I have send my packet from shree maruti courier service between 28th april to 3rd may.. And the parcel is still not delivered.. I have lostthe receipt by mistake and when i went to the office to get the docket number... The person there is misbehaving and abusing.. He is talking vulgar to females. Not at all helping.. The worst courier service i have ever seen... They are fraud and cheaters...

Hi Team,

I have to receive a parcel with tracking no[protected]. I keep on calling the local agents and one of the agent promised me to deliver the packet by Tuesday evening but in the evening when i check the status through the online it is being shifted to another branch. There is no proper updates from any of the local agents and they keep on swapping my call to different branches saying that my address wont come under them. Can some one please help me with the details and let me know by when i can expect the packet.

Dear Concern,

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the packet with reference number[protected] on March 21, 2017 at your Boisar (Maharashtra) branch & they have sent the same to your Delhi Branch. And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within three days, but failed to fulfill his promise. When I called up to your Delhi Office the no. is[protected] regarding my parcel status. Your office Manager is giving very rough & rude answer. He dont have manners of talking with there customers.

Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past years. But this time it was a big letdown. & specifically your delhi office guys. you should cancel his permit...!!! He is very Misbehaving person...???????

The first and foremost thing that needs to be taught to your employees is how to behave with your customers and what language to use while they are speaking. You do not provide us your services free of cost 'you are being paid money'. I sent my application form to one of the mba colleges in mumbai on 22/3/17 and i was told that it will reach by 24/3/17 and i can track it online. But when i checked it online on 27/3/17 it showed 'status-ready for delivery'. How can a product which was to be delivered on 24/3/17, show ready for delivery on 27/3/17 so i sensed something is wrong and since it was the case of my 'career being on risk because if the application won't reach the college my candidature won't be considered and my 2 years will be spoiled so i got tensed.. Human tendency.. So i called up at the center from where i sent the courier and asked them about the chaos they have created and they replied that the address where u have sent the courier does not have online updation mechanism.. The guy responded very rudely as if he was doing me a favour.. I hope u guys will respond or is everyone in the company like that only.. Irresponsible.

In karjan location Shree Maruti courier has not dispatched item on time and response as his own time, If we paid for door delivery, He answer like you pick it from office other wise we dispatch as our own time,
They have value or sense on time and importance, Relay shocked to hear such kind answer after paid for door delivery.

Please improve your support to improve on time delivery

I sent a courier to Narsingpura ta.Santrampur on 10/3/17 and no.given on my cell was[protected].Since the place was 5 km.away from Santrampur bus station i was charged extra value of Rs.170 .No matter.But the person who delivered the letter charged Rs.40/- from Recepient who was Gazatted Govt.Officer.When I was charged Rs.100/ extra for 5 kms.then there was no need to take extra Rs.40/ from receipient, as it had createdbad impression of me on receipient.When i complained to maruti c.Manjalpur, his attitude was not proper.He said that it is small matter.very strange, when someone's reputatation is at stake.He should have scolded the delivery boy.He thinks that he has made maherbani by accepting my letter.So there are no ethics for Maruti Courier ?so it is common for maruti boys to take extra money from receipient though it creates bad impressions for senders ?

Dear sir, I am Proprietor of SHAKTI ROADWAYS From WANKANER Dist. Morvi. my Courier come from Verbal(Shapar), Rajkot Dt.27-2-17. and your courier officer called me today Dr.1-3-17. to collect my Courier at his Courier Office. He said that my Courier address wrong that's why he said to collect my Courier at his Courier Office. But, Few day ago, I already said that all my Shakti Roadways Courier deliver to my Office Bhavnagar Refractories. However he didn't send my Courier and said that he returns my Courier to Verbal(Shapar). And most of time your courier officer asked me to collect my Courier at his Branch. If they have a problem to deliver so why he work for courier service.

Sir, This month I have sent 18 courier from Panipat to different destinations. Out of this 7 were given on 5.1.17 with docket Number[protected] to 76. Out of this, three i.e. docket Number[protected] of Faridabad (On line status showing Ready for Delivery since 3 days),[protected] of Karnal), (On line status showing nothing after 6.1.[protected] of Amritsar(On line status showing nothing after 6.1.17) not delivered so far.

Kindly instruct the concerned to deliver these urgently.

My courier (single page document) submitted to your company on 28 oct 16 which was charged Rupees 120 and promosed delivery on 01 nov 16. Which is not yet recieved. High charges for urgent delivery has taken which is of no use as delivery os already late. You are requested to take prompt action against the defaulter for late delivery otherwise the good will o[censored]r company is surely going down. I am send parcel against doc. no.[protected] to m/s. envent worldwide pvt. ltd. and party's address change so i am inform to our delhi office and send regd. off. address to this party. our side shown parcel is delivered but pod has a not any stamp or seal of party. and now party is not confirming to received parcel. i am request to please write confirmation to this party's letterhead.

I had booked a parcel vide consignment number[protected] dated 07-oct-2016 to ahmedabad - 382220 and same has to be delivered by 12th october as confirmed by your kolkata, camac street branch. (Telephone no.[protected])

Today is 17th october and i just came to know that they have no information about it.

The cost of product is rs.10000/- which i will not get refund if it not deliver to person by tomorrow of this month.

Now i am giving ball in your court to refund my money by the product seller or you will refund my money latest by 20th of this month.

We sent one consignment having sample of our manufactured product guar gum powder to mr. J. K. Mohanty of nagpur vide airway bill no.[protected] on 12/08/2016 through your company’s viramgam branch.
The party received the consignment on 12/09/2016 and surprised to see the content of consignment. Instead of guar gum powder, it found 3 bottles of some ayurvedic medicine in it. The party informed the same to us immediately and sends us the photographs as well for taking up the matter with your viramgam branch. On viewing the photos, it is apparent that our consignment was opened and the content of it exchanged inadvertently with consignment of another party.
At first, we have not been informed about the opening the consignment and secondly if it is part of procedure that few sample are selected for random verification then it should be done carefully so as to ensure that content of consignment should not be exchanged.
We need to re-send the sample to our buyer again and that delayed placing of orders by it and in turn we could not able to carry out the production. Due to adverse market condition, we could able to run our plant at 15-20% of capacity and to cover up the fixed cost we cannot afford to delay in production as delay in production leads to incurring more cost.
We have faced such problem for the first time with shree maruti couriers in our relationship history of more than 10 years.
Please treat it our formal complaint and inform us the reasons for such problems and actions that you are going to take to prevent such mistakes in future.

Sir. Maine nagpur office se courier mandideep kiya. Dt.29.08.16 do. No.[protected]. Jab bhopal t. T. Nagar maruti office mai phone kiya dt.01.09.16 2.25 pm. Ko. Docet delivered ka phone recive karne wale na koi staus nahi bataya our kaha ak no. De raha hu bat kar lo. Maine kha ki status batao to kaha mai no. De raha hu ap bewakub jaisi bte kar rahe hai our jaldi hai to rs.40.00 wala courier kyo karte ho. Koi dusra courier deklo. Mai hamesh apke courier se mandideep anand spening milss. Bahut dino se bhej ta hu wo fastrack. Apke office mai is trah ka barto hoga to hame dusra courier dekna hoga.

My courier was dispatched from ahmedabad with pod —[protected]. Its been three weeks but still my courier is not delivered at my address. When i called at the number provided by the courier company ([protected]), the person told me that we don't deliver courier at provided address and you need to come to our office to receive your courier. Behave of the courier company is very rude and abusive. Kindly help to get my courier.

I am happy to know that when you'll type the first single word 'shree' in the company complaint segment, maruti courier would be the first to come. so its just not me complaining about its poor delivery and services.in my instance i had to post rakhi on the urgent bases to pali (rajasthan) from ahmedabad and i choose maruti courier for its "so called" brand name and i also happened to pay for the best services they have. mathematically i paid rs.400 for 50 gm rakhi (costing it utpo rs.150) assuming it to be the fastest shippment since they commited to deliver the very next day which they did not do it. apart from that when i called to inquire about the status, the front desk person sitting in shahibaugh branch near civil hospital all of sudden became so rude in that conversation that at one time she said 'you do not buy the whole maruti office in rs.400'. believe me i was so much pissed but just because my education and my country never taught me to slap that lady on her face that time. i talked to the manager names kishor but it did not resolute into anything. i just want these people to be paid for the act.

I had to get my drumset couriered from pune to new delhi via road. Maruti guys came to my room, looked at the drum set, opened up a few parts and took the whole drumset as it is to their office in a eeco. As it was supposed to be their "safe" courier, their brain works the opposite way. They opened up the whole drum set with all the parts separated, with all rims, skins, body even nuts and bolts separate. They damaged the high-hat rod (Just imagine, the rod was not even packed, it was exposed, so its bent), bass pedal spring and opened up the whole snare drum with one major part missing. All these parts are delicate and i had told them to take extra care of it. Lol they did the opposite.
It took me hours to "make" the whole drum set.
13, 000 rs was a waste. Just be careful, better pack yourself.

P. S they call "borri", boxes.

I have booked a medicine online. The company sent the medicine through shree maruti courier. After 13 days, when i enquired for 3 continuous day with the call center finally the local service man called me and said they dont serve our locality. They asked me to come n collect from their office which is 13 km from my place,. Orelse they will return the medicine. Again i called the call center and update them about the same, they took all the detail and told me to take up the issue and will update me. But dint inform me anything. Again when i call the call center, they told me the same thing as the local service man. I asked them why are they do the booking for the place which they dont serve. I gave them another address to near their office to deliver the medicine. Premium still not received. This premium courier service dont serve the locality which is already served by amazon, flipkart, jabong, myntra and all other big companies.

i booked my parcel from Ahmedabad to jhansi on date[protected] but No courier received. why my parcel is pending. cheap quality services by maruti. i already complained. but nobody solve it. so i want my parcel now. other wise i will go to cunsumer court. i called many times in maruti courier head office but no body answered my call. so pls tell me about my delivery.
