Pathetic service ever... Courier never got delivered... Had to face rs. 1000 loss due to them coz my item was worth 1000rs... They dont even pick up the phone. I am gonna sue them for sure!!!

The courier guy said that it will reach in 3-4 days but here i am. Still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. India post is also much better than them.

We have sent one courier to raipur on 21st aug 2017. The courier has not been delivered yet and no information is shown on there websit as well after 21 st aug 2107.
We are trying to reach raipur centre but unable to get any help from them.

I have never seen pathetic service like of maruti courier. I have dispatched courier on 03rd aug 2017 (Tracking no[protected] from bavdhan, pune-411021 office to doelgoan raja (Taluka), district, maharashtra

While tracking i got the status that courier is in transit and after talking to concern maruti courier office of buldhana they are saying that we dont have service to doelgoan raja (Taluka).

My complaint is that if maruti courier is not having service to doelgoan raja (Taluka) place, then why did the accept this courier.

one of shree maruti courier service branch mention in below had not accepted my parcel because i am sending rakhi to my relative as a parcel on rakshabandhan day.

I am working in iim, ahmadabad and i wanted to send a courier for rakhi to chandigarh. For the same i asked the shree maruti courier service agent who comes to campus regarding what time it will take to send the rakhi. On this he replied that it will take only one day and rs 150 will be charged. So i went to him the next day with my rakhi courier on 3rd aug 2017. When i told him to courier the same he said that we will charge rs. 300 to send the courier. He took the benefit of the urgency of the situation to send the rakhi. And when i asked him that why he wrongly communicated the details to me then he said that kindly don't waste my time and send the courier if you want. If you pay 300 rupees then it will reach on time or else it will reach on next day of rakhi.
This is an act of fooling the customer and trying to take the benefit of his situation. This is poor service from the executive. For this not only i would recommend my institution but all the other people also not to use this service in future.

I m from ahmedabad and o[censored]r employes was not taking my courier and was making unkind reasons saying you courier charges will be 300 rs instead of 70. I m using maruti courier service since 10 years and then i sent the courier from another maruti shop i rqst to take serious action on such employes who try to cheat their customers and take immediate action on such employes working at that shop.

The material couriered was o[censored]tmost importance and time bound. I double checked with them before giving them the packet. It is still undelievered. The online status does not reflect any details except for the expected delivery daye which is 25th july 2017. There is no-one in the office to answer accountably at 10:10 a. M. Some delivery boy picks up and asks me to call after half an hour as the concerened person has not arrived yet. The customer care toll free number does not connect me to any customer care executive.

I wonder whom should i talk to.

Their tagline reads : "we value our time"

The same thing had happened a year back on a courier to ahmedabad that i had shipped. They had intimated me only after it reached their local facility in vadodara - undelivered. With no refund. They had answered, we do not deliver to the area you mentioned. This was again, when i had preconfirmed if they delivered it to that area.

I hope they start taking their trade seriously.

I seek my parcel to be delivered immediately. Its already delayed.

I ordered herbal medicine from arvindh herbal rajapalayam in tamil nadu. The medicine packet was deposited with shri maruti express courier by arvind herbal on 15th july2017 vide receipt no[protected]. I am yet to receive the consignment in delhi. On inquiry, i was told that the item is still lying with their bangalore office and will be sent by road!

I did a courier through shree maruti on 15th of july 2017 via air mode (I. E super fast mode) from pune to chennai. They mentioned that normal it takes 3 days to get but via air mode, it will take just a day or so and they also charged extra money for that.
It's been 4 days and courier hasn't been received yet.
Also i am not getting proper answer from them.

I m vidhushi from Bangalore... my parents sent a parcel from Bihar... item was cloths and food item... my entire cloths and food is bitten by a rat. WORST COURIERS SERVICE EVER. I request al to please do not use this service.and the dealer form this courier service is very very rude... he is like we are not responsible for these all.. then who is responsible my question is? He doesn't even knw how to talk to customer.. company should take strict action against this dealers...if they want to grow... all I want is return of money of my total worth.

Courier was to be sent from vadodara to ncbs, bangalore.
It was sent from vadodara on 6-6-17. Wrong month was written in the invoice. Awb no.:[protected].
At first we were told that courier will be delivered by 9-6-17. It didn't deliver.
We checked again on 10th. They said that the courier had failed to deliver because they couldn't come inside and they would send it again.
They gave a number to call on, but the person wouldn't pick up the call. All through this they didn't care to inform us about anything.
If you're taking our phone numbers then at least call once if you're unable to enter the premises.
Today it's 19-6-17 and the courier still hasn't been delivered. If you're going to charge us so much then we expect faster delivery.

One urgent docket is dispatched from kolkatha. Now you are saying that service is not available this location. Then why did you took the consignment?. I am surprised with the heights of inability of delivering a simple courier to an address. The Banaswadi (80 feet rd) branch seems to have no clue and give lame excuses in not delivering a courier on time. I was supposed to be receiving my course book and my exam is due shortly.

I tell the guy that its important to get the book at the earliest and his response is "Its not our problem".

I cannot believe that there are companies / agencies / people who even use Maruthi courier as the quality of service of worse than a govt office.

I dont think its worth having a branch in 80 feet road when the people who work in it are hopeless, ignorant and incapable of handling a normal service.

Please give a warning to the person who is yet to deliver my courier that there is way to speak to the person on the other side.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the parcel box containing fruit with reference number[protected] on May 04, 2017 at your New Delhi(Dwarka Palam road) to be shipped to Surat but they have sent different parcel to Surat. However, I did not accept the delivery as it was not my parcel.

My docket number is[protected] and it is showing shipment is recived by shreemaruthi couriers hyderabad ameer pet branch on 9th may 2017 but i dint delivered my adress in 24hrs so i called to ameerpet branch he is not giving proper reply not even telling his name whwn i ask name he tells that i wont give do what ever u want and telling lie that number is not available adress is not proper no pin code did u people book shipment without this details? No right.. Worst experience

I have send my packet from shree maruti courier service between 28th april to 3rd may.. And the parcel is still not delivered.. I have lostthe receipt by mistake and when i went to the office to get the docket number... The person there is misbehaving and abusing.. He is talking vulgar to females. Not at all helping.. The worst courier service i have ever seen... They are fraud and cheaters...

Hi Team,

I have to receive a parcel with tracking no[protected]. I keep on calling the local agents and one of the agent promised me to deliver the packet by Tuesday evening but in the evening when i check the status through the online it is being shifted to another branch. There is no proper updates from any of the local agents and they keep on swapping my call to different branches saying that my address wont come under them. Can some one please help me with the details and let me know by when i can expect the packet.
