Shree Maruti Courier Service Complaints & Reviews

I sent my product by shree maruti courier service on 06 may 2016 but they didn't delivered my product at the destination and they returned it ( as i checked tracking information ). i called to customer care many time most of the time call interrupted in between and if i am able to talk them my chance they dont have any answer for my question

I am very much surprise for that in your tracking details shown material is deliver to your bavla office at morning today & the same was also confirmed in morning by bavla branch person Also.

And at evening i have received the answer that material is laid down at your AHMADABAD (RO) office and deliver on tomorrow i.e. 06.04.2016. and if you have emergency then please contact at RO Ahmadabad.

One lady pick up phone at your RO office[protected] and said very casually & rudely that we have a that type of practice for tracking online entry and put down phone.

so please look into & take necessary action of that for your future business..

Dear consumer forum,
I received a call from shree maruti courier service on 9th february 2016 saying that they cannot deliver the parcel at the doorstep. Being a courier company they cannot say that the customer has to collect it from their office!!! This was the 4th time they behaved this way!!
The lady who had called up was extremely rude and said that she is going to return the parcel if i do not collect it from their office. When i said that rustic art(From where i had ordered a few products online) has promised me that you would deliver it at doorstep and i will lodge a complaint against you.. They said i could do whatever i wished to and disconnected the line. The number of the lady is [protected]. I hope you will take strict action against these people... I have been humiliated and harassed. In the fear of losing the parcel as i had already paid for it i had to collect it again personally leaving all my work!!! Since the courier people threatened me that they are going to dispatch the parcel back to the company from whom i had bought those items(Rustic art) and this is the 4th time!!

Rustic art wrote to me:

We have raised the courier service issue at the highest level and the same will be resolved. Henceforth, your parcel will be delivered at your doorstep.

Please note that rustic art is absolutely innocent and they have got nothing to do with this as they had already requested shree maruti to deliver at the customer's doorstep.

Dear shree maruti courier service,
The behaviour of your staff cannot be corrected. I have no grievances against shree maruti satara centre, so you need not apologise. Since this is not the first time the siliguri franchisee of yours behaved incorrectly. Instead of delivering parcels at the customers' doorstep a bihari chap and a nepali girl at your hill cart road shree maruti centre siliguri made me run around thrice to their office.Every time for the last four months i had been collecting my parcels from your office. When i protested the 4th time, this girl behaved very nastily with me over the phone. Even after that i had to collect my parcels again!!! She threatened me that if i did not collect my parcel she would return that back to erina eco crafts pvt ltd.(Rustic arts) is there any rule in shree maruti that the customer has to collect the parcels from the courier office????? It sounds rather weird if any courier office says so.!!!
If they cannot deliver parcels at home then why have they opened up a courier service in your name and giving you a bad name??????? Either ask them to apologise or cancel their business. Please ask that girl to apologise... Otherwise i shall take that matter higher up and lodge a complaint in the consumer forum against shree maruti courier service siliguri.

But the lady from siliguri office never apologised till date, even when i had written to shree maruti courier service after receiving their apologies.
Shree maruti courier service did not bother to take any initiative from their side to ask the lady in their siliguri office to apologise.
This incident will again happen i know for sure as that lady is very arrogant and adamant. So if at all again i order from rustic art in future these staff of shree maruti will behave in the same manner and again i have to collect my parcels from their office.

This is ridiculous that you guys never understand the service mean, Last 10 days I roguishly follow up of my Courier which you guys missed at your end, which I had send to Hyderabad and I also follow-up with Mr. Piyush but still problem not solve or you are take it grandly but my tolerance level go to extent, if my envelope not found that I am sure I knock court or push a complain for this .

Courier was sent on 26.11.15 from Ghatkopar west to Ludhiana address through Shree Maruti Courier . Document Number :[protected]
The courier document is Company Tender document which was to reach in a presentable condition but unfortunately it was mishandled in transit before reaching to the destination. We were been informed by the Ludhiana office receiver for the damaged condition of the courier with the photographs. Photographs uploading is giving error on this page hence couldn't upload .Need your immediate action for this disappointment & confirm us with feedback / action taken.

Shree maruti courier service provider of sector 45, gurgaon (mr. Pandey) has a pathetic behavior and attitude who wants the package to be collected from his office instead of delivering the same. This is not the first time but multiple times this has happened and look like not ready to change his attitude. It seems he does this as we don't give him business and in return he does show his attitude if our clients send package through maruti courier. This is serious matter must be taken up

Shree maruti courier, service is very very poor they don't have any professionalism and they are cheating people under courier service
People manage this service are from slum and gavthi areas don't know how to talk to take care of business

Hello Sir, A courier was sent to me through Shree Maruti Courier Service with consignment number[protected] from Vile parle (Mumbai) to Chembur (Mumbai) on 28 August 2015 and i didn't receive it till 2nd September 2015. When inquired they told, it wont be delivered and you have to come and pay a penalty of 500 Rs and collect it. When asked if you don't deliver cash then why did you accept it at the first place. they don't have an answer. After saying them a lot that what ever they are doing and asking for a penalty of 500 Rs for cash of 1000 Rs is wrong. They told that give a letter in writing that you were unaware and collect the courier from vile parle which I feel is still wrong. They should have allowed me to collect it from chembur itself as the senders have gone to rehabilitation centre for health issues and both are above 60yrs of age. It will be difficult for them to come and collect it. Kindly look into it.

I did not believe that your company will do this type of service. my article was booked on 11.8.15 at surat beligum tower centre.since 11 days gone that the parcel is not received. when ask the branches they told it will resolve 30 minutes. i send mail to custmor care several times till now. a message comes it will resolve 1 day. but not resolve.

I order from shopclues and the product was being delivered by shree mari courier They misplaced my product and when I call to there representative they reply very rudely so I then call shopclues they said product was already deliver and they have confirm with courier company that means product was taken by courier company employee itself They are thieves actually my doc no was[protected] So I request other not to go with shree maruti courier if your product is deleiver with them then cancel it and save money . Shree maruti should be put down

our parcel booking from Bharuch ( Gujarat ) To Bopal ( Ahmedabad ) dated[protected] and is not delivered till date[protected] time : 1 PM. We pay maximum charges than other couriers and why provide poor service to us.I try to receive head office telephone number from Bopal ( Ahmedabad ) office but not given from there.So I booked my complaint through net.Plz give feedback.Docket no.[protected]

I Courier a Document on 1-June-'15 from UNA-362560, Gujarat to Gurgaon-122017, Haryana. Document No[protected] After 3 Days They Return the Courier And In Reason They place "No Service". There are 7/8 office of Shree Maruti Courier at Gurgaon. and the Receiver Address is Very Famous Company Name :: IAP COMPANY Pvt Ltd. and is On the Famous Area "Palam Vihar - Gurgaon". If there is no Service then Why The Accept the Courier and Take Money From the Customer. Kindly Refund my Money Or Delivered my Courier. If My Courier Will Not Reach on Time, Then Shree Maruti Courier Is Responsible for my Money Deduction.

shree maruti courier missed my one courier and their is no response my docket no is[protected]. We are call 10 time delhi head office, akola office, khamgaon, buldhana and malkapur. This is the second time Shopclues have used this courier service and i am utterly disappointed. The person who comes for delivery will call you once. By chance if you don't pick the call they will leave without calling you again and do not agree to re attempt delivery next day. They will talk rudely with you and force you to come down to their office and collect otherwise warn you that they will send it back to merchant We are not paying for such a kind of service Guys. Need you to take action asap . Same issue has been faced by everyone using this courier service

I am booked my courier from ebay on 15 sep 2014 and courier person commit me he will deliver the courier on 20th sep 2014 but still today courier company not deliver my courier and I try to contact head office below mention details they are also lingering dont have any resonsiblility of customer and I am very much fudeup from this couirer company in futher i am not send any courier from this company sugget to every body no need to send the courier from shree maruti courier. I Bipin Patel, Document courier made on 08/04/2014 and deliver date 09/04/2014 but still I
have not received any documents after 4 months.

I have made many calls to your service centre but there is no response from your company side.

When I tracked my pod on website where couirer has been sent and it shown receiver name as Bipin.

A package was sent to me (from Bangalore to Karur) on 19th June 2014. The tracking number is:[protected] First of all, the package was delayed in Bangalore as I was told by one of the Bangalore Maruti employee that by mistake, they kept the package aside as they thought it was not in delivery zone. When I called them up, they apologized and they said that they will send it on Saturday and have it reach me by Monday. But, I called Karur office and told them to deliver to me on Wednesday as I was out of station on Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday, I called the Karur office at least 5 times and in the final call at 5:45 PM, the person was so rude, arrogant and used all filthy language against me threatening that he will make sure that I will not receive the package. Since that call, I have tried calling at least 5-6 zonal offices and none of them are providing me any assurance or even clarity on my package. Please take the necessary action.
