My courier has been dispatched on 19th march and it is 1 week now, there is no update available since 19th march, on 19th march it has reached delhi and after that it is stucked there and no further update available about it. These people are not working i think because the courier isn't moving since a long time. I would not recommend this courier at all.

My banking kit will, come to me via this sheree maruti courier service, they are not able to find out my address, but i had given my whole address with pincode, there is my contact number also available and this address is already on google also, but i think they are not very serious to serve the customer properly.
When i had tracked my courier, that was statused as a return, but i didn't get any call from their side for taking assistance of the proper address.
More than this, when i had called to the customer care number of this courier service, they are giving me, very bad response.

I am very upset, because, i was needed my banking kit, because, i need money for medical emergency of my family.

I need to ask the authority, what i can understand, if i lost my nearer person due tho just i had not get my banking kit.

Please take, some serious action against this service, so that, further nobody has to face, this serious trouble, that i am going through right now.

Above awb no dhule courier team is decline to delivered courier at doorstep they are asking to come and collect it. What terrible service is this.

I already wrote an email to service desk regarding this marking cc to dhule courier team but no luck.

Please do not use this courier service as they are not trustworthy.

I had sent the courier on 2 february 2019 and is not delivered yet. Please do the needful. The service provider is not taking any pains and asking that they are responsible for all this and they don't care of any government action.

This is really urgent l am worried alot requesting you to take care of this as in urgent basis

I had called today at maruti courier - cbd belapur, navi mumbai office to confirm about our two courier sent on 5th february, 2019. The pod tracking was not showing any updates for which we had called to confirm.

The employee named sukhdev had answered the call. He was very arogant, rude and did not had the manners to speak with the clients. He gave us answers like "mere paas 300 courier aate hai.. Sabko track karu, aur b kaam hai"... Also he disconnected the calls twice while we were talking to him.

This is extensively bad service and behavior from maruti courier services.

I had sent the courier on 4 february 2019 and is not delivered yet. Please do the needful. The service provider is not taking any pains and asking that they are responsible for all this and they don't care of any government action.

Respected sir/madam,

I would like register a complaint against the courier boy of your courier service by the name of "nithin mj boos" in your banaswadi area.

He has said he will deliver the courier by saying "it's a non delivery zone".
Who said so? Many times maruti courier has delivered to my home which is in " byrathi bande, hennur main road, bangalore 560077

He's asking me to give different address to deliver, which will be convenient for him.

I don't have any other address. Please make sure it's delivered as soon as possible.

Couriered a letter through maruti courier services bahadurgarh outlet on 9th jan, 2019 : bar code no: [protected]. Its been 21st jan today, havent yet received the courier till date in kolkata. Tried calling them up, have sent emails, fb message but with no response. One delivery boy called up last week on asking why is this delayed he said i can complain, but he has decided not to deliver. Is this how a company works after paying 350 inr for courier charges,

I order a pair of tshirt from amazon which was home delivered.. Your courier boy (Truecaller said kumad) called me nd said to come and pick up from kaira village which is almost 10 kms from my place.. I told him that i have paid for home delivery still he said it is wastage of tym for us and ol.. Then i said i cant come so long he said do wat d hell u want den.. Is this way u talk?? Blu dart and other courier service always understands the...

The courier agent delivered the package to wrong person and to wrong address without conformation and the package was opened by the person to whom the package was delivered by the courier agent is this what you service provide your customers. So sir please take some action against them if there would be some confidential then what would happened...

Which is shown in your tracking slip then he said i don't know i cant help u. Then who will help me. You are a reputed company in the market and i m your old customer then how can u do this to a customer.

V v bad courier services.. Tracking no[protected] done a courier from jaipir on 16 nov 2018 to greater noida and website showing out for delivery on 19nov.. Today is 21 nov and still saying wil reach tmro..
Customer care is totally non responsive and non cooperative and even no [protected] given from my local dealer is misbehaving..

Whene i told them to deliver to me they refuse to deliver nd talk to me very bad.. I'm very despoint with service.. Pls try to sort my thing out cz i lost my beusness for one week

Dear sir,

I booked a parcel from your udaipur office as on date 29/9/18. Document no. Is[protected].
For bhiwandi mumbai.
But the person of bhiwandi was not delivered that parcel on that address.
I talked at that time the contact no. [protected]. He refused that no one collects that parcel in bhiwandi mumbai.
But the address is instarkart services pvt. Ltd which has a daily turnover of a lot of parcels.. Mumbai person said that no one comes to deliver that parcel.
After that, i asked to udaipur office that if you cannot deliver my parcel then you should come back my parcel from mumbai.
The person o[censored]daipur mr. [protected] (Contact no), returned my parcel from mumbai.
After that, i went to your office to collect my parcel. The office man gave me that parcel in bad condition. When i reached home i checked my parcel.
There is one small cloth undergarments was missing. The worth of 3000/-
Kindly provide me solution what will do?
I can never trust on shree maruti courier.

Worst service... They behave like # i[censored] came in front of me i boot u #s... I book case on ur company... I'll go to consumer court. Just close ur company and die.. I'm requesting all customers please don't send courier thru maruti courier service... They are running # company service..[protected] especially this courier # man misbehaved with my customer.. I called to bangalore office to ask about parcel.. That in charge # told if you don't like our service just get lost and go with other courier service... Then why the #* hell ur running this company.

We have sent a product of amazon self shipment not delivered till date and
order recd from amazon online market place and same order has been cancelled by customer of kolkata west bengal and amazon panelty imposed by amazon and i want to know who is responsible for that panelty which is imposed to us for not delivery the product within time

Maruti courier service is the worst courier service in the world..
My father is suffering from cancer and we have placed an urgent order of medicines.
They assured us to deliver the medicine in two working days but its been eight days and we have not received the medicine.
I called the courier company and they were so rude to us. Theu are not bothered about the service neither they are showing seriousness

P&telangana, please respond as early as possible, try to update every day...…..
