Very pathetic service by maruti courier service. Staff is rude and highly unprofessional. They took 8 days in delivering a courier from one city to another which is 50 km away. (Ujjain to indore). Reason asked is that they don't have service in that location (Indore is such a city where every courier company has service). This should be told at the time of picking up the courier. Never seen such a bad courier company. Its a local unorganized, not at all trustworthy company. Please don't go for its services specially in madhya pradesh and mh.

Your company informed to me my courier will delivered by air. I got this information from your booking center (Shivaji enclave). But your center without update my courier ll delivered by surface. And i require by air but your company not required that facility. And i paid for by air so when will i get my refund back. Because by air charges 700 that i paid.. And by surface charges 320 so i want refund remaining amount. And also your company was cheated me.. But why?? I want help.

My friend sent this parcel on 26th oct, 2019 as urgent delivery and paid 4, 900 (From gandhinagar to sydney, australia)
This parcel was received on 9th nov, 2019 and i have to go and collect this at fedex depo.
By the way i had to coordinate this with fedex myself that parcel will get delivered on 9th at night (Arrived in australia on 9th 5pm)

So why did i pay you for urgent delivery, and gone through all pain?

I need you to escalate my complain.

I am branch manager o[censored]co bank katwa i have submitted my hospitalization claim to maruti courier for early delivery uco bank zonal office burdwan instead o[censored]co bank zonal office burdwan your office deliver it to lic office burdwan if claim around rs 50000/ will rejected due to non delivery on time i will file consumer case against you. Kindly look into the matter.

My tracking id [protected] i have ordered a item from amazon then amazon will shipped my product on 24/10/2019 from the date i didn't receive any update from maruti courier and maruti courier does not updating tracking bakwass delivery h maruti courier today 12 day crossed i didn't received my courier till now for maruti courier my rating is 000

My courier with track id: [protected] is not delivered to me even after six days and when i have contacted them they told that it is delivered to some other address, to some unknown person. The expected delivery date was 2nd november 2019. The courier has some important and private things which has to be delivered to me on time. The courier service has shown very careless behavior.

This is my 2nd complaint against maruti couriers, sec 45 gurgaon. The first complaint was filed yesterday. After filing the first complaint & followig up with them repeatedly for an undelivered parcel from vadodara which was lying with them for the last 5 days, they finally sent a guy to deliver the parcel at our place yesterday evening. The parcel contained food items with a short shelf life.

The vadodara branch informed my parents who had sent the parcel that mice had damaged the parcel & that's why it was not delivered. My father had packed it with lot of effort & he doubted if mice could break through his packing. So, he told them to deliver the parcel as it is without repacking. He also informed them that i would open the parcel in front of the delivery guy & if the contents were eaten up, i would return the parcel as it is. The vadodara branch agreed to this arrangement.

When their guy from sec-45, gurgaon branch came to deliver it, i could see that they had wrapped it up neatly & the damage was not visible at all. After a lot of argument with the delivery guy who vehemently refused to allow me to open the parcel in front of him & repeatedly threatened me to take it back, when the vadodara branch intervened, he finally allowed me to open the parcel in front of him,. It was clearly eaten up by mice from inside. I refused to accept it & he was forced to take it back. However, before returning it back, i took a pic of the damage. Unfortunately, can't upload the pic as the file size is big.

My father had spent more to send the package by air cargo so that it doesn't get damaged. He had chosen maruti couriers as it was a big name despite being more expensive than other couriers. And look at their attitude! While the package was lying with them for the last 5 days, they did not even bother to call us up or inform us of the damage. Not just that, they were trying to make a fool out o[censored]s by repacking the package & passing it off as undamaged.

They haven't refunded my father the amount of the product as well as the service charge paid to them as yet.

And even if they do so, how will they refund my old father's effort who stood in the queue for more than an hour to purchase the goods which were sent through them? And can they refund the love of old people who had put in a lot of effort in selecting & packing the goods so that their loved ones can enjoy their diwali even more? Will they be able to refund the cost of the time & effort involved in visiting their vadodara branch again & again to follow up? And the time involved in filing this complaint against them?

Such irresponsible behaviour needs to be strictly dealt with!

A package was sent from vadodara, gujarat via maruti couriers by my parents which contains food items having a short shelf life. On tracking the package, it showed having reached sec-45, maruti couriers in gurgaon on 28th oct 2019. Today is 1st november. But, the package hasn't reached us as yet. The phone number of maruti courier, sec 45 is coming engaged all the time & their customer service number is not working.

When do we receive the package?

I booked a parcel on 25th Oct to Faridabad and it reached today in such a pathetic condition. First the parcel got delayed and then when received The parcel was all eaten up by rats. I had already declared that it contains chocolates. My client was do angry that it refused to deal with me in future. Am going to take legal action against you. I had to refund full amount to the customer.

Hi i have paid express courier service charges to maruti courier service maninagar ahmedabad and they told me to delivery by friday but still the courier has not been arrived. I called maruti courier and he is talking rudely to me and giving excuses. Now what about my courier and what if my items will get damaged or waste. I want answer and my money refunded.

My shipment was dispatched from bangalore on 17th oct, but i haven't received my parcel till date[protected]. The components are important for me and delayed delivery is causing a lot of problems for me. I paid money for air shipment. I also called costumer care multiple times, but that didn't work. I am expecting immediate delivery of parcel and compensation for delay. Tracking details are [protected]

My father had sent medicine from cuttack, odisha to hinjewadi, pune through maruti courier.
The delivery address was my office address.
After 15 days also i didn't get any delivery and upon calling the delivery boy and he even refused to deliver in home address also that is in wakad.
This is worst service considering the medicine has to be delivered.

The above said docket was booked on 5th oct 2019 from gurgaon to dehradun. But till date the status of the same was unknown. The tracking system shows that it is being outscanned from delhi hub to dehradun as on 8th oct 2019. When try to contact the dehradun local office he is unable to give the exact status. Tried to contact their customer care number[protected] number of times but every time it says your call is important please wait.. And call cuts. Sent a mail to customer care and in response asked for more details for which i had replied. Again no response. Almost 13 days over and no details of the docket which has to travel from gurgaon to dehradun. Please some body respond. And ensure your customer care executives are kind enough to pick up the calls.

It is very strange that the docket which has been sent on the date of 19th september 2019 it not yet received.

I called many times to customer care but only once i able to talk them and generated complain no which is [protected].

They asked me to wait for one day nd now i m trying to call them but call it get disconnected.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I was supposed to receive my order from amazon via this courier (Shipment id: [protected]) by 25.09.19. I've not heard anything from them till date.in their website, a totally different address with a different receiver's name is being shown when the shipment id is provided. I've been trying their customer care number since last 3 days with no success. It was a prepaid order and an urgent one. Kindly help me to resolve the matter.

This is the worst courier company. The delivery boy was speaking so rudely. They have not delivered my parcel yet. They say they dont deliver to my address then i gave alternate address. They have not delivered it to that address as well. It is very urgent for me to receive the parcel but delivery boy and the company staff is misbehaving. Every day they call and say they will deliver tomorrow. My tracking id is [protected]. Please help.

Tracking id [protected] the shinhan bank cheque book. Your delivery not visit my house. Today morning i am check tracking yesterday reach at your delivery office, today morning calling your customer care after take your delivery center number calling. My house not found please before 7 pm coming delivery office. I am reach 6.15 pm, at the time told courier get back. This time check the tracking mentioned out of delivery. I am not understanding this.

My courier is not delivered till now they always late deliver. I agree. My contact no. Is not mentioned in parcel. At least they could give me the delivery boy number as i contact him for my parcel delivery time although I am a working women but they said that there delivery boys phone is off. why you people give work this type of careless guys who did not complete their work timely, its not first time. Its second time. as he at least contact the people and delivery parcel in time but he didn't, then i contact their office the manager also misbehaves and shouting on me it's really a worst courier service where the peoples did not have the manager how to talk even if there mistake
