Parcel was dispatched from New Delhi to Greater Noida on 10th May 2022, reached destination at 11th May still not delivered.
On regular calls and messages they daily assure that it would get delivered today but still no avail.. On top of this, on tracking status they mention DELIVERED on, 17th may..! On asking why, they said leave it just tell your address, will deliver today . Its been five days calling, texting, getting false assurance daily. It's so much irritating. I think they lost parcel but didn't telling clearly.
Please look into matter and solve my issue soon.

I have booked a parcel on 25/03/2022 from Delhi to Pune through your agent, they told me that the parcel will be delivered next day and charged Rs.1600/-.but the next day 26/03/2022 till 4.00pm they have not delivered the parcel and told me that the parcel on hold when I asked the agent other end the party contacted the Pune courier hub, that the parcel reached Pune but they refused to deliver today they told me it will be deliver on Monday (after 4 days).My first booking and last.its worst service from you.also misleading the industry.

I would like to inform amd complain about Dehgam branch.

They are not serious about importance of documents send to a person through Maruti courier.

I am living in Vadodara (Dabhoda) which located at 7kms far from their office and when ever my any courier came they call me to take it by myself even they charged for home delivery.
Last time when my important documents came through them they call me and i was out of state so i manage some other person to take it but due to Sh. PM MODI came at Dahegam he will not reached and after two days when he went there they replied that they returned it without informing me.

This is the truth and I'll never ever use any of Maruti courier service in my life.

And then they contacted me for another package and asked me to come to a different location to receive it . when I said my father is not at home and I don't have a vehicle to come, he refused to deliver the package and asked me to go ahead and raise a complaint. He said his name is Gowtham and he is the proprietor. I told him he duty is to deliver the packages and If his service doesn't cover my area he should have informed the sender. He spoke very rudely and asked me to inform the sender not to use Maruti courier service.
