I've ordered a cartridge grip from Tattoo gizmo. The order was take place in 11th july and my parcel came on my city jamshedpur within 5 days (16th july) 17th was sunday holiday no issue, Today 18th july i call them and guess what they are saying, i have to pay ₹5 through a link, while in a call, entering my atm card pin, upi pin + sharing the otp. What the hell was that!! I feel a trust issue but still i don't have enough balance on my bank ac so i've share. But they were unable to took the payment maybe due to any technical issue or my luck.
They've asked me for an another a/c, i've said "i have to transfer some amount into that a/c" and sone how i've cut it off myself from that conversation. And one more thing i have to add that they were saying "if you pay ₹5 you will be getting your parcel within 2hrs otherwise you will get your stuff after more 10 to 15 days later".
Please take an action against these fake services because i dont think which courier facility asks for otp & atm pins..!! And what services are you providing in the sake of god which takes you almost a month for a ₹1K parcel box.

My curiur with tracking no. [protected] is not showing any updates since 2 jul 2022. Also it's not delivered yet. Please take an action as soon as possible.

Suresh kumar singh (phn -[protected]) talked to me on 29 June 2022 in morning to deliver my product and assured me to accept cheque of 10000 or cash. At the time of delivery at 4.10 pm, he accepts cheque of 10000 and took my signature at delivery paper, and then he returned cheque and we returned the product. How can any courier staff take signature without providing products. He misbehaved with my family.

A courier from bhiwandi to Hyderabad - Malakpet area has been delivered to maruthi office on yesterday, but office staff not delivered it my home, they are not responded while iam calling they told me delivery boy not available, i said i will collect the courier, but they not answer my call after 1 call, i need the courier very urgent.

The delivery date of my parcel was on 13th June 2022, but according to their statement as I live in an area outside of their 'delivery zone' so they didn't call me and decided to return the parcel back to where it came from without asking me first. Later when the parcel came back again in Kolkata, they said it will be delivered on 17-18th June. But it's 21st June today and they are simply ignoring my calls and my parcel is nowhere to be found now. Such an worst experience I've faced in my life because of Shree Maruti courier service. This courier company is the worst compared to other courier companies. Even post office is far better than this stupid courier company.

Please upgrade your delivery service in my town.. executive not give right information and misbehave with us.. He says that we are not able to deliver my courier in day time due to high heat of sun... That type of behaviour is not able to adjust please do something about your local branch in Khatauli District- Muzaffarnagar (251201)

Didn't got the delivery yet

The delivery agent called my number at a time when I could not attend the call. When I called him after 20 minutes, he said my parcel will be delivered the next day. When I checked after 2 days, I found that the tracking says " Party Not Accepted".

Talking to their customer care was an even worse experience. Five minutes of waiting and then the woman from the customer care cut off the call within one minute, without bothering...

Parcel was dispatched from New Delhi to Greater Noida on 10th May 2022, reached destination at 11th May still not delivered.
On regular calls and messages they daily assure that it would get delivered today but still no avail.. On top of this, on tracking status they mention DELIVERED on, 17th may..! On asking why, they said leave it just tell your address, will deliver today . Its been five days calling, texting, getting false assurance daily. It's so much irritating. I think they lost parcel but didn't telling clearly.
Please look into matter and solve my issue soon.

Is aurangabad to Kolar but yet is Hyderabad airport...that time route also change why late?it's regular customer and it's courier is very very urgent

My office has sent me a courier through this conpany containing important documents and I got a call from the staff of this company telling me that they dont provode their services in my area and that I'll have to co.e to their office and pick up the courier myself. Also, the person talking to me on the phone was very abusive.

I had booked the courier online and got it collected from home. I am unable to get any information about it ever since it has been picked up. I even called customer care but the lady who answered was of absolutely no help.

My courier send from Ludhiana to Mohali but I am not received my courier till time . I have check status of POD and it is show delivered on dated 13/4/22 but I am not received this courier very poor service. Kindly resolve my issue on urgent basis

My dealer booked my parcel on 11th of this month from kolkata, while I'm tracking it shows it reached chennai again it's showing it reached kolkata hub... Don't know what's wrong in it it's confusing
