I sent a package from delhi to jabalpur with bubble wrapped and fragile written on package but still the gift was broken from inside which shows it was not taken care properly.

I expect a refund of delivery charge atleast

Courier delivery guy didnot come to the address although address is only 1km away from his office. Instead he called me and asked me to come to his office when I reached there, I complained him why did not he came to the delivery address. In return he started shouting and said I have your parcel but I will not give. My wife was with me and he misbehaved with her as well.

I booked a service for courier from your website on 27/11/2021 to pickup a parcel from Harsh Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi. Service has been Booked for a 28/11/2021 time 10.00 AM to 12.00 PM. I also did the payment. Invoice was also generated. We are waiting but no one come to picked up our parcel. So, I want to cancel this booking and want a full refund.

Courier was booked from Bangalore to mylavaram on 02 September 2021.
Still courier was not received no response from courier partner they doest know where the courier was arrived....
