    Due to unavailability of the parcel consists of 2 wheeler documents railway impose detention charges as per railway act who will bear the same.As the same parcel received in your Chennai counter on 5th feb2022.afer freq follow up came to know that the parcel misplaced and today got thru tracking that it was booked on 8th feb2022. So donot know when it will reach .pls take necessary action.unless we go for consumer legal course of action

      I have been trying to get the status of order id # [protected] since 6th Feb. Even though the packet arrived in Dehradun on 5th Feb (Saturday) but it is still not delivered. On top of that nobody is able to give me the exact status. I have called at various numbers but they keep giving me a different number but no exact status.

      Below are the numbers that I have already called multiple times but no luck so far.

      [protected] – the one who answered the call on 8th Feb said they make deliveries only twice a week and it should reach to me on Tuesday which never happened

      [protected] – Called up this number today (9th Feb) and the person who answered gave me a different number to call for status [protected] and advised to call after 1 hour as they had received the package so nobody would answer the call.

      [protected] – On calling this number today (9th Feb), the person who answered asked me to call on

      [protected] – the one who answered the call said she was having lunch and asked to call back in 30 minutes, I have already called back 3-4 times, but nobody answered my call since then

      I called the help line number[protected] twice on 7th and 9 Feb for the update but the representative said she will get back to me with the update so far I have not received any call from anyone which is very disappointing or they ask me till evening for the packet to be delivered.

        Hello,
        My name is Zubeda and I am making a serious complaint againt the agent of Maruti couriers in Sagwara, Rajasthan- Sachin Kumar (Sp Kumar)- +[protected]
        I had made a fast track courier (tracking number -[protected]) to Sagwara from Hyderabad and I was assured that my courier (tracking number -[protected]) will be delivered within the next 1-2 days with fast track service, as a distant relative will be leaving to kuwait.
        Based upon their assurance in Hyderabad, Telangana, i did a fast track courier (tracking number -[protected]) so that my courier would reach sagwara safely before time.
        Unfortunately, due to an issue from your end, my courier (tracking number -[protected])was stuck and has not yet reached sagwara... its been already 6 days.
        Most of my relatives have already left for Kuwait but just one relative is left in Sagawara who is waiting to get my parcel. He has a flight tomorrow and so I made a request call to your agent Sachin Kumar -(+[protected] in sagwara requesting him to deliver my parcel first thing first in the morning ...if my relative leaves Sagwara, there will not be anyone else to collect my courier (tracking number -[protected]) and all the money I spent to get the arrange for the parcel and fast track courier services (tracking number -[protected]) would be of waste...
        To my shock the maruti agent Sachin Kumar (Sp Kumar) ..instead o[censored]nderstanding my situation and considering my plea, started to argue and fight with me saying that it was not his look out and it is not his fault that he didnt get the courier on time.
        I tried to make him understand that let the past be past, and that I was calling to request him to get my parcel delivered asap tomorrow. He disrespectfully cut off the call mid way and then when I whatsapped him ...he told me that he will not deliver my parcel to my relative.
        Is this the kind of services maruti is providing to the customers even after paying so much money for fast track services and is this how a customer should be treated when they call to request for something???
        I need answers and I need the justice for the disrespect your agent - Sachin Kumar has shown towards me.
        Kindly hire educated and experienced agents so they have knowledge of dealing with customers and treating customers with respect.
        I want to get the assurance from Maruti that my courier (tracking number -[protected]) stuck in Sagwara be delivered tomorrow as he has assued me that he will not deliver my parcel to my relative... I want my parcel to be delivered first thing in the Morning as my relative will be leaving by 11am to kuwait.
        And more so, I would want maruti to take strict action against this fellow Sachin Kumar from Sagwara who ill treats customers and treat customers as waste and more than anything talks to a lady with so much ill attitude.
        I am hereby attaching the chat of your Sagawara agent with his contact number.
        I want a solution and I want an action to be taken againt such ill mannered poeple.

                On 8th Jan one document was sent to me from panipath to satna MP. While tracking online it's showing that booking details not available..called to the number given in receipt, the person picked the call once and asked me for consignment number and when I shared with him, he disconnected the call...i called again from other number, he picked the call and when asked for courier details, he again disconnected the call and now not receiving the call...

                    I have a courier which is not deliver to me. Shipment number [protected]. Delivery person response to me was very bad. He directly denied for home delivery without any attempt of delivery. This is my first and worst experience for me with your company. I will encourage everyone to go with dtc, bluedart etc. If you want your company to become better then give some atleast little bit priority to customer. What can I do now. Your company representative directly denied home delivery. Worst worst poor show shree maruti.

                        Courier delivery guy didnot come to the address although address is only 1km away from his office. Instead he called me and asked me to come to his office when I reached there, I complained him why did not he came to the delivery address. In return he started shouting and said I have your parcel but I will not give. My wife was with me and he misbehaved with her as well.
                        We came back empty handed. He wasted out time misbehaved with us and did not give us our parcel.

                          I booked a service for courier from your website on 27/11/2021 to pickup a parcel from Harsh Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi. Service has been Booked for a 28/11/2021 time 10.00 AM to 12.00 PM. I also did the payment. Invoice was also generated. We are waiting but no one come to picked up our parcel.                                     My courier with tracking number [protected] is updated as ready for delivery for last 2-3 days still it is not delivered it is at a hub which is 20 mins from my place still they are unable to deliver even after multiple follow ups .. very bad service .. will never recommend anyone to use it

                                      Hi,
                                      I would like to follow up with the courier we did with your company on 11/10/2121. After chasing your employee for 20 days and he was giving us false information that the shipment is in transit and will reach the recipient soon which was clearly a lie, and we were asking for tracking number which he was not able to provide, finally after many days of struggle he gave us autogenerated DHL tracking number which was generated on 27/10/21 evening from Mumbai. We contacted DHL they said the company has just generated tracking number and the shipment is not handed over to them. Kindly let us know when can you hand the shipment to DHL. It’s been more than 1 month now. My senior citizen parents are tired running after them and lastly we have to knock the doors of court and file a complaint at consumer court for the delay. Multiple attempts made to reach to the customer care and email sent but in vain.

                                        I am minnu.Booked a parcel through maruthi courier service center which was at Gandhi nagar, kurnnol.Andhra Pradesh.I complained to courier service owner regarding missing of my parcel..He didn't respond regarding my issue.And gave silly reason for missing.And telling that he is not responsible for missing of parcel.kindly consider my problem n resolve it.
