Tracking shows it reached Raigarh since 10th August 2021. But product not delivered yet. Talked to customer care. She gave me a mobile number and asked me to contact but that number is switched off. She refused to forward my complaint to local office. I called your customer care from mobile number [protected]. Your customer care official don't have manner how to talk to customer. The worst customer care team i have ever seen.
They r never ready ti give a solution only keep giving numbers of one office to the other.
I have ordered a dress which was supposed to be sent to mumbai as on the package too it was written but while checking online with tracking id it shows that the parcel is going to pune. I called customer care for help but they r totally refusing and just making me call here and there. Worst...

I sent the parcel on 29th July from thane to Kandivali.On enquiry, The parcel was received at Kandivali branch on 30th July but not delivered even on 31th July.The kandivali branch phone no one attends the cals.
Again on 3 rd August, parcel still not delivered.Kandivali centre still doesn't pick my cal.Enquired on Thane branch and fought with them.
This is very unprofessional on part of Maruti courier and stressful for both...

Consignment no [protected] was courieed last week from ahmedabad to kolkatta. Courier was not delivered and the Mr Ranjit roy person incharge is asking extra 150 rs more for delivery. We have already paid 200 rupees and still not delivered. I want tne money and parcel back. Or strict action to be taken for calcutta office....

I have send a parcel on 16/04/2021 to Nepanagar, Madhya Pradesh from Surat, Gujarat in Shree Maruti Courier Tracking Number AWB [protected]. But the parcel is not delivered to receiver so I raised a complaint on 01.05.21 but not resolved after that many times i contact them and request for parcel return to me but not resolve this problem today this parcel is in maruti courier's hand. they also not refunding me so please help me to resolve...

This is pathetic service from Maruti courier service in 2 days delivery they said, but it takes more than that . If this type of service provide to customer then who will trust on such companies like this . Blue dart and DTDC are best courier company than this...
