Mr yogesh of shree maruti courier service . Mandsaur (m.p) branch pin 458001. Do not want to deliver our 5 parcels to us to our address while asking for hone delivery he ordered us to collect it from matuti courier office.

I am Sharvari .Booked a parcel through maruthi courier service center from new Panvel Navi Mumbai to Kandivali Mumbai. A delivery boy from kandivali lost my parcel. So I request you to refund my amount ASAP. kindly consider my problem n resolve it.

My courier with tracking number [protected] is updated as ready for delivery for last 2-3 days still it is not delivered it is at a hub which is 20 mins from my place still they are unable to deliver even after multiple follow ups .. very bad service .. will never recommend anyone to use it

I would like to follow up with the courier we did with your company on 11/10/2121. After chasing your employee for 20 days and he was giving us false information that the shipment is in transit and will reach the recipient soon which was clearly a lie, and we were asking for tracking number which he was not able to provide, finally after many days of struggle he gave us autogenerated DHL tracking number which was generated on 27/10/21 evening from Mumbai. We contacted DHL they said the company has just generated tracking number and the shipment is not handed over to them. Kindly let us know when can you hand the shipment to DHL. It’s been more than 1 month now. My senior citizen parents are tired running after them and lastly we have to knock the doors of court and file a complaint at consumer court for the delay. Multiple attempts made to reach to the customer care and email sent but in vain.

I am minnu.Booked a parcel through maruthi courier service center which was at Gandhi nagar, kurnnol.Andhra Pradesh.I complained to courier service owner regarding missing of my parcel..He didn't respond regarding my issue.And gave silly reason for missing.And telling that he is not responsible for missing of parcel.kindly consider my problem n resolve it.

I have not ordered anything but received a sms saying your shipment is booked with shree maruthi courier please let me know what this is about. And if this is a scam order please report

Courier was booked from Bangalore to mylavaram on 02 September 2021.
Still courier was not received no response from courier partner they doest know where the courier was arrived.

I had sent some office stationery through Maruti courier from Margao, Goa to Akurdi, Pune in a cloth lined green envelope AWB no. [protected] on 21st Sep. When the package was delivered it had a hole/tear at the back and it could be made out that it was tampered with. The hole was made with someone putting a finger in and tearing it. When it was pointed out to the courier delivery person in Pune, he rudely asked if they should send the packet back to the sender? We said that if they refund the money that they have charged for sending the courier, then why not? At this, the courier delivery person said, “do not use Maruti courier in future”.

This is in regard with our 48 parcels which were handed over to Shree Maruti Courier YMCA Branch, Faridabad on 14th & 15th September 2021 by our office.

We have proof that they have received the parcel as they have sent us all parcel pictures with dockets pasted on them.

We would like to bring to your notice that these parcels show no movement after 15th September & we're waiting for your office to reply since 5+ days. I have personally contacted Mr. Rahul Rana ([protected]) & Mr. Lenka ([protected]) 100 times but either they don't take my calls or just make false promises.

There's been no revert on these parcels since then & they're all ecommerce orders which customers have started cancelling now due to no update on couriers. I am assuming they have misplaced my parcels and hence not reverting on my request.

I booked my order on 1 September 2021 from muzaffanagar to bhubaneswar but till tracking isn't shown or am also not getting my parcel

My shipment came to my city but still not delivered to my house. They called and said to come and pick up from our courier centre. I mean what the hell why u gave home delivery option when u don’t have time to deliver at home?

Then I contacted the customer support number which is on there website. Hold was of 10 minutes then a girl picked up and asked for tracking ID I gave her then she told I can’t find it then as I was saying something she hang up the phone. Literally disgusting service I have seen in my life.

Be ware and safe from this cheap fraudulent company.

I have booked my courier from agra to udaipurwati on 18.08.2021. till now the courier is not delivered and now(15/8/2021) service boy said that we have not give service to udaipurwati SO YOUR COURIER WILL BE RETURN . THEN I TOLD him to deliver the couire near at sikar so that i will colloect. however he send my courier to chitorgarh and that person ask me to collect courier from chitorgarg

In the tracking system, the courier is showing to be delivered but in reality, the courier is not delivered. We couriered it on 18th August and that too through expressway which was way too costly. If the courier gets not delivered tomorrow then your company will compensate for it. Understand the gravity of the issue and take this to the highest priority

MARUTI COURIER

it shows shipment delivered on 13 September 2021 and somebody even had signed my name and phone number but i didn't receive any single parcel.

My courier is just went back without contacting me, courier boy hasn't came my location. I just checked in the maruti courier tracking, it was showing short address I don't know why it's showing I have mentioned address in detail.

I need proper explanation why it went back.

Tracking shows it reached Raigarh since 10th August 2021. But product not delivered yet. Talked to customer care. She gave me a mobile number and asked me to contact but that number is switched off. She refused to forward my complaint to local office. I called your customer care from mobile number [protected]. Your customer care official don't have manner how to talk to customer. Please forward my complaint to local office.

The worst customer care team i have ever seen.
They r never ready ti give a solution only keep giving numbers of one office to the other.
I have ordered a dress which was supposed to be sent to mumbai as on the package too it was written but while checking online with tracking id it shows that the parcel is going to pune. I called customer care for help but they r totally refusing and just making me call here and there. Worst...

I sent the parcel on 29th July from thane to Kandivali.On enquiry, The parcel was received at Kandivali branch on 30th July but not delivered even on 31th July.The kandivali branch phone no one attends the cals.
Again on 3 rd August, parcel still not delivered.Kandivali centre still doesn't pick my cal.Enquired on Thane branch and fought with them.
This is very unprofessional on part of Maruti courier and stressful for both sender and recipient of the parcel when the delivery is in same city and the parcel is at the destination branch for 3 days.They are so busy to deliver it.
Won't send parcels by Maruti courier ever again.
Disappointed!!!
