Shriram City Union Finance — Two wheeler loan E C S cheque was not produced by them

B. Sathia Murthi [protected] I'm yr customer. I've got a two wheeler loan for ten months. 4 months due was paid. But for Dec Jan Feb Mar months due, E C S cheque was not produced. So the payment is pending. Every month I would get a message that " keep sufficient balance in your account every month ". But your concern did not produce the cheque. I've complained for more than ten times to your customer care. They're not willing to help us. They're very lazy. Pls solve this problem.
