Hi

I call several times to siti cable network for resetting the password over siti website and mobile app. Actually i forget my siti cable password and try to reset the password with my registered mail id but it's show not found or mail not registered.
I also call to siti network executive regarding that but executive not able to provide the solutions, i already shared the mail regarding that to esselgroup.

I hope you will understand the problem and help me out.

    When i open dd sports channel on my tv, i saw that dd sports was not available and siti cable shows message that according to honour'ble court, dd sports will not be available during india vs aus cricket matches, when trai has already ordered to show all dd channels compulsory and free of cost then why are they doing this and this will not be acceptable
    So kindly resolve this problem

    SITI CABLE, our service provider has collected six (6) month subscription from
    us each for our TWO(2) no connections in advance valid up to JUNE 2019.
    Now not providing channels to our desire. Neither registering our complaint nor listening us
    I did recharge on 16 February.. But still I am not getting Paid channels..Please help me..

      Since the new regulation has come up the cable operator never turned up to collect the details of channels requirement nor there is signal in our channel the chip id is [protected] we are facing this problem since jan ending we kept on calling he still says that he is going to come tomorrow and that tomorrow never came. Please take immediate action on this issue.

        Sir trai k rules k hisab se 130 rupees k ncf par 100 channels milenge. Lekin mene apke company k consumer care par call kar k bola toh unhone bola ki local operator karega or phir main jab local cable operator k paas gaya toh unhone mujhse mna kar di ki hum nahi karenge. Mere sirf 32 channel hi unhone pack main choose kare hain. Mene jab unse bola ki mere channels nahi aa rahe toh unhone kaha company ka server down hai. Mene bola jab aakpe dwara choose hi nahi kare gaye hai channels toh company ka server kya karega. Mene unse kaha company k app main dekhiye kekin unhone nahi dekha. Or yahi kehete rahe ki srever down hai. Mene unse bola ki mujhe mere baki k free channels diye jaye toh unhone mujhse mna kar diya.

        For me siti cable is not coming from since 1 month, I am trying to reach the agents they are not responding properly. I want to return the set up box please let me know the steps.

          I have done recharge on 23/02/2019. But tii now some paid and free channel are not activated. I was trying to call all customer care and nodal office number of siti cable but they did not received call. As lco told extra nfc so i done recharge online that why i cant complain to lco.
          After that i mailed siti cable but they do nothing even they did not reply of my last 3 mail.
          Now the situation is like that i pay for channel but they not provide me.

            Hi team. my cable operator took feb amount in advance and disconnected my connection and not receiving call and his office premises is locked. I don't know what to do, even free channels b ni a rhe.. yaha b itni complaint pending h. pta ni can I hope a resolution or pendency.
            Call many time castomer care number not ricable. Mail aslo done no reply. And twit also i do but not getting proper reply. Talk with local servics provider they suggest me to call castomer care but as already said both number is not richable. Please take the necessary action. All details attached.

              Hi

              Siti cable network as well as local cable operator not providing services as per the new guidelines of trai. I already communicate several times to siti cable over the mail as well as telephonically but i am not get any response. I also talk to my local cable operator but they are deny to provide services and disconnect my cable connection without informing me.
              I also request to both of them you will take your fee if any pending still they are not able to hear anything. I hope you listen my problem seriously and take action against siti cable as well as local cable operator.
              I also share several mails since last seven days but i didn't get any response.

              I hope you will take a strict action against to both of them. And help me out regarding my disconnected cable connection.

              Sir, I use SITI cable for last few year. But when a choose my pack, our Local cable operator said that many of my selected channels are not given by siti network . So I want complain to you that my selected challenge are given to me by trai rule and order.

                Worst service i have seen ever. No body is responsible. With lot of lethargic behaviour. Customer is the least preference, money is the highest. Worst packages released ever. Better we shift to other dish. Give back the money paid as no service is offered it is all the most worst. Its a shame on total team if you continue this franchise with the local worthless person who is managing all this. These donot need customer satisfaction and feed back. However ugliest service we had

                  Siti cable i have made several complains to you regarding non availability of star bengali package rs 49 which i deposited during end december and provide me sony aat bangla. But you have neither replied nor rectified. I never expected such behaviour from your esteem organisation. Since last 16 days i am not getting any star channels so you cannot charge rs 49 from me which i had deposited.                     Our cable operator is planning to take fake charges for pay channels. Apart from rs. 153 compulsory for free channels, adding pay channels according to trai guidelines we have all total rs 214, but the operator told to pay rs 260.in addition there is not any formal statements (Like a form to fill up) and receipt for the claim. Please take step.

                    My cable operator stop the telecast of D D Sports at time of live cricket match as i opet the chennal with my free pack but he said it will always stop this during the match and you should subscribe star sports for this

                      I am a resident of behala, purti colours, kolkata. My cable operator
                      Sity cable, provider - hitech visual channel pvt ltd. Has disconnected mostly all channels from the last one month. They have come up with new packages of their own which does not comply with the new trai regulations. The packages they have come up with are limited and customised as per their own will. As per their packages, instead of reducing the existing cost, the cost/charges has gone up.

                      I had provided them with my list of channels which include 100sd/50hd channels of my choice for a network capacity fee of rs 130/- plus gst.
                      Additional rs 25 for every 20 extra channels, last month. They have not provided us those channels till date. As of now we are able to watch only a handful of channels (Only the free channels). They have disconnected all hd channels and most of the other sd channels as well.

                      Moreover they have told us that they will disconnect our connection if we do not pay them the monthly rentals.

                      I would like this problem to be resolved...

                        I need to inform you that our local cable provider giving us the cable pacakage from there end with lots o[censored]nwanted unwanted and fta channel they make a three pacakage from there end with high price i do not know how.. When i told them that i want to choose my own channel according to trai rules and regulation they are telling me that no you can't able to do that you need to select from this only.. Otherwise you dont have to take line from us. What is this i am with siti from begning this is not the right thing kindly do something i haven't got my channel from last 17 to 20 days i need to choose my own channel kindly do needful as soon as possible.

                          I am a consumer of siti cable and my card no is [protected]-5. My complaint is that cable provider does not provide me dd sports channel when i call on complaint no [protected] they in form me that govt has stop the dd sports channel and cable does not run the channel til the india vs aus match going on and after completion of cricket match the channel will resume. They give me complaint no 5356279 and after 1 minute they send me msg that your problem has been resolved but they not run the dd sports channel. They are violating the rules of govt/trai openly. Please direct them to follow the govt instructions and warn them for future please resolve my complaint as soon as possible

                            The cable tv operator on 24th feb, disconnected the free channels even after taking the monthly rentals and agreed to give the paid channels upon his wish. The operator on calling said to pay for the free channels to and gave us a list of channels upon there wish. As per the value pack shown on tv if asked he denied to give and need to pay him according to his wish of list.

I have subscribed for star bengali package with rs 49 and deposited the amount with my cable operator on last end december but inspite of my repeated requests and visits i am not getting above star bengali package. Therefore please do not charge the package amount of rs 49 as deposited. You may charge from the date of availability of these package. 2.                                 As per trai regulations, i am supposed to get such channels which i wish to see and payment should be made for such channels only. Whereas in my place my cable operator has prepared 3 packages of their own and are forcing us to accept any of these packages. No option to choose my own package. As such instead of a reduction in cable bill, the amount has almost been doubled. This is against govt. Policy.

                                  I have taken dish cable connection with the siti digital bearing consumer no. [protected]-0. Earlier it was connected at rukunpura by raja cable who is the franchisee or taken agency from the siti digital. I have shifted to another house at ambedkarpath, jagdeopath patna. I have requested the service provide namely raja cable who are agent or sister concern of the siti digital many times to give me noc or kindly provide me cable netwrok of siti digital. I have already informed him on 05.02.2019 about my shifting of my house. O have also requested him kindly give me no objection certificate so that i can get other connection but till date neither he had provided me the noc nor provided the reconnection rather he had misbehaved with me and threatened me that he will not give me the noc.

                                    Siti cable operator provides bengali pack in rs 154/-. This pack contains unnecessary channels. I want full freedom to choose my fta channels in rs. 154/-. Tell me how it is possible to get rid of my disliked channels and add my liked channels. It's my right according to trai. Also i want full list of channels to choose. Full list of channels should be shown on website.

                                      I have paid 6 month subscription for two tv connections valid up to june 2019. But yu are not listening now my complaint and not providing the desired channels. Instead, yu are providing very few channels according to your will.
                                      These channels are not of my taste. Now neither customer care is lifting the phonecall nor the local office personnel is paying attention in greater noida.
                                      This is great unjustice being done with me.
                                      I request to provide the channels according to my package. I have paid the subscription in last week of december18.

                                      Apart this frequent disruption in the channels being povided is being affected
                                      Since last 7 days. Every time different set of channels is being provided without our consent.

                                        For the last seven days, our operator has stopped transmission of hd channels and also so many sd channels without giving any notice to me. Thereafter they sent packages list of their choice with high tariffs. As per trai rules, they are supposed to provide 100 channels of our selection including sd and pay channels besides free channels with a tariff of rs.130+gst. But when i contacted them, they are insisting me to select a package of thier choice. Thus they are inconveniencing us a lot. Please therefore intervene and instruct our cable operator at vijayawada suitably in the matter.
