My vc no. Is [protected] & i had made a payment of rs 241.90 on 18-02-19 towards my channels pack which was duly acknowledged by siti but my dth is not working from the last 2 days with the reason no balance. I don't know where my balance has been exhausted by siti? I have complained siti many times with complaint no. 5230492, 5236590, 5323506, 5328234 & 5336527 but no resolution till date. Pleas help me.

    I selected channels & pay payment online at 19 feb, 2019. But my account show deactivate.
    I visited my lco but he told still payment not received. But i received comformation message payment successfully.

    Plz do some needfull action. I am very thankful for this..

    They are not providing a service, its working very worst, getting too much problem from consumer, because we had activated a package of consumer but MSO are not activating a box from last 5 days, so kindly do the needful & they didn't uploaded a new package in their website, so consumers are complaining us.

      I have done an online recharge of rs370 on 10feb19 and the channels which i selected in my pack were available for only a week and from yesterday i. E 18feb19 my pack has been discontinued and only free to air channels are available... Really got fed up with the service of siti as cable operator is also not resolving my issue neither i am getting any solution from your customer care!
      Plz help!!

      Siti cable Jo fees mag rha h vo bhut jyada h.
      158 +star plus +Sony+zee TV + GST 18%+60 labour charges=380
      Joki bhut jyada h.
      So Please provide sasta pack.

        Siticable you have the worst customer care.
        How can you discontinue the channels when it has been extended to 31 st march and we have already paid. I am writing from noida and my cable guy is in sector 62 noida. He is lazy unprofessional, is not answering calls and when i called your customer care, your people say keep calling him (Like what kind of solution is it?). You have no accountability of your cable provider guy here.

        So where is customer who is not getting cable supposed to go.
        I am not getting all the channels i used to. No sony, star color and zee. Just some local siti channels.
        You are violating the trai rules here.

        Secondly your service is not giving option for standard packs of channels. You created your own packs which i checked and not one has decent selection overall.

        At least make sure you give the cable at least till 31march because i have already paid.

        Your noida sector 62 cable guy needs to be fired.

        I am asking this to trai to look into siti cable not following the norms and not providing channels even after payment has been made.

          Trai has extended the dates for package selection till 31st march 19. But even after that siti cables network, patna has stopped showing channels even after taking payments from the consumers.

          Siti cables, patna has not even asked the consumers for package selection & unfortunately without any consultation has stopped showing the channels.

          So, i request the trai officials to take stern action against siti cables network, patna (Hanuman nagar, kankarbagh, patna) for cheating consumers.

          Trai has extended the dates for package selection till 31st march 19. But even after that siti cables network, patna has stopped showing channels even after taking payments (Full charges), from the consumers.

          Siti cables, patna has not even asked the consumers for package selection & unfortunately without any consultation has stopped showing the channels viz, zee, sony, star, colors, zee business cnbc awaaz, cnbc & all other popular channels without even asking from the consumers for package selection & also collecting full amount from consumers.

          So, i request the trai officials to take stern action against siti cables network, patna (Hanuman nagar, kankarbagh, patna) for cheating consumers.

          If I knew about the money that was made in my package, and the amount of money in the package and Star Jalsa's total GST that gave me 250 rupees only from the operator, then it would be of great benefit to tell the total value of the GST along with the GST .

            Trai plz take some action against my cable oprator
            He didnt activate my 3 slected pack for my 3 tv connection after a week.
            My cable opratior name is bhavna cable
            Area rishi nagar and new rishi nagar hisar.
            Main pichle ek hafte se uske office me chakkar laga raha hu par wo mere teen conntion me se ek bhi activate nahi kar raha jabki wo payment bhi advance le chuka hai na hi payment wapis kar raha hai aur na hi pack activate humare ghar ke bachhe daily mujhe tang karte hai kyo ki cable par cartoon nahi aata aur na hi koi serial dekh pa rahe hai plz take some strong action aur usey baat karne ki manners nahi humne furst time usey pack slect karke diya usne page gum kar diya aur dobara diye bhi chaar din ho gaye hai

            My STB no. Is [protected] and am complaining that there's no straight way to select alacarte packs and all chennels are overcharged as I saw Sony all chennels for ₹39 in TV ad but SITI charging ₹19 for each chennels. Pls help

            I was trying to select my channels pack by login to SITI cable website, but I am not able to do so as the website is not working properly. It is showing no response despite entering my credentials correctly. I have tried same for both website and app also but same issue has been faced in both cases.

              Hi, after trai order that the consumers could choose the channels they want to watch we have provided our choice to our cable operator siti cable. While the service provider completely ignoring the demands of the consumer, the service o provider has made 3or 4 options of channels, according to his likings, and is forcing consumers to subscribe that only, they are neither willing to give free channels nor channels of our choice in spite of repeated requests. Though we have paid money we are getting no channels and the stb that we purchased has also become a waste. Can anyone resolve this issue and get us to watch the free channels atleast, if not our favorite ones.

                We have made an online payment of 235/- on 5th of feb'19 after taking alacarte pack from siti app since then till 15th feb my cable was working but it got disconnected by lco due to no communication of payment from siti network to lco..
                Now when i'm making complaints on customer service they are just making fool of me by saying that it will get resolved in 24 to 48 hrs bit till now nothing has been done...
                My lco is not ready to activate my setup box until he receives payment confirmation from co.
                From 16th feb i'm continuously calling on customer care and they just reply and don't get it resolved

                Plz help me out in this matter

                  In my life i haven't seen so carelessness from a reputed company, reaching out a company people is impossible, i want to contact the company person but in vain regarding my channel plan, but your company person seems careless.

                  Whenever i tried to contact the company person, he is not responding to my calls at all, so from where i will get solutions to my problems which i am facing.

                            On 13/2/2019 i had recharged my siti cable online from siti cable website after recharging my cable was started and within 24 hours it got disconnected and when i talked to the customer care they said that your cable has ben disconnected by the local cable operator they lodged my complaint but its 3 days ago i did not get nay refund or any response from them and customer care is not responding to me. They are wasting my day and money

                              सर हमारा केबल ऑपरेटर हम से हर महीने एडवांस पेमेंट ले लेता है. पिछले तीन-चार दिनों से केवल 4 और 5 चैनल जो फ्री है वह दिखाए जा रहे हैं जो भी पैड चैनल से हैं वह नहीं दिखाई जा रहे जबकि ट्राई ने केबल लेने की डेट 31 मार्च डिसाइड की है जब भी हम सिटी केबल के कस्टमर केयर पर फोन करते हैं तो नंबर नहीं मिलता पहले जब भी हम टीवी ऑन करते थे तो चैनल्स के नीचे टोल फ्री नंबर लिखा आता था लेकिन अब वह टोल फ्री नंबर भी नहीं लिखा आ रहा है कृपया सर इस मामले की जांच करें और हमें हमारे पैसे वापस दिलवाए और चैनल्स पूरे पूरे दिखाई जाए

                                I dr. Kusum bhardwaj, resident of 24/12 pravesh nagar gohana road rohtak, haryana, beneficiary of newly launched service for choosing the channels and paying for only them. Cable operator named anil today (15/02/2019) demanded for extra money charges. Total cost for the pack that we chose comes out to be 237 and he demanded for rs 250. This complain is not against just rs13 but against the corruption that we can witness over small level.

                                I just want to teach him a lesson that he will not repeat this in future.
                                Lyk he should be fined
                                Its just not me complaining but many others are also facing the same problem

                                    Dear all,
                                    I was very upset for your local agent mr. Manoj he is unreliable person and every time he will make fake commitment with consumer and most of the time he will not picking up there phone. If company will not take and action against him then i need to discontinue my services form siti cabel and take a legal action against the company for poor services and harassment of the consumer.
                                    I need written reply with in 12 hours. Else will take an legal action.

                                      Earlier we were using den network. There was no complaints in den network. Since 2 years we are using citi network but there is lots of complaints in citi network. There are 3 mobile phone numbers in the card. But non of the numbers are working.

                                        I have already chosen my channel choices.
                                        Siti cable added additional fta pack pack code 337766 without my permission.
                                        As per trai packs can not be changed for 30 days but siti cable added this new fta pack with pack code 337766 without my consent before 30 days to increase my monthly bill. This has to be removed because they have done this to increase their bill which is illigal.
