Dear sir,
I have purchase your sketcher shoes go walk sports usa size 8 sn54141/bkgy against your bill no. Cm/0123/17 from connaught place delhi
They have some sort of pasting problem and the shoe upper material which got stretched out in both the shoes from the inner side.
Within 3 months of purchase i have visited your two showroom to get it addressed as they can see the defect visually but they insisted me to do the email and get it approved from there first, in this i have already wasted 15 days.

Please look into this matter as we are your sketchers shoe family, your shoes are comfortable no doubt but quality and expectation should meet equally.

I purchased a shoe on 9th july from bhupindra road, patiala, punjab, india.
Wore it on 12th july on a trip to singapore and got shoe bite within 2 hours....
It increased with each day that i got raw sores on my ankles...
Very bad experience with such a reputed brand...
I bought the especially for the trip where i knew we had to walk long distances and thought i would be very comfortable with skechert....
Money wasted... My walking turned into a nightmare

I had purchased skechers gowalk in dec 2016. Within a span of 3 months, the layer (Above heels) has peeled off. Didn't expect the quality to be so bad. The sole is still super comfortable but i expected the quality of the lining to be better.
When contacted, the customer care says nothing can be done as this is due to wear and tear. I have used nike and adidas earlier for years together without any wear and tear. Skechers really disappointed me.

I had buy sketchers shoe from silver arc mall ludhiana.. After 30 days shoes worn out. I put a Complaint in sketchers shop in silver arc ludhiana...they take a snap of bill and shoes.. They say ur Complaint is genuine and we will call u in 4days but they no call but when i call after 10days they said yet no approval.. But now after 25 days when i again call they said there is no such Complaint in our inbox ..ur salesman said do u run with this shoes i said yes.. They say our sportsshoes are not ment for running.. Ur salesman in ludhiana are not serious toward their job

I purchased Skechers Shoes for Rs. 5000 from the company showroom in Phoenix Kurla Marketcity Mumbai in Feb 2016. It was hurting me so bad though it was my size as there was a plastic. I brought it back to the showroom to help me with a replacement and writing several mails till now to the Skechers but there is no valuable response. I have been visiting the showroom but no response from them too as their bosses don't care. I recommend not to try Skechers as the service is the most pathetic in the industry. Kindly address this and I m awaiting a replacement at the most earliest. Seems they do not care for the customer.

Bought these skechers shoes 8 months back and shocked to notice that the soles grip has worn off and the shoes have got slippery
i have paid rs 5999/- and expected quality and durability from skechers.
I use these for my morning walk and thats it.
I slipped twice and have stopped using them.
Please look in to the same and help me in replacing the same.
didnt really expect skechers to make such poor quality..

I have discovered that the item is not of satisfactory quality. I purchased skechers shoes (go run strada)worth R's 6999 on 28th Feb 2016 from commercial Street stores and the bill number is CM/1150/16 . It's been just 2 months with normal regular office (apart from use i didnt used for anything else )use and the shoes has got a physical damage.Never used shoes in water or used for sports..we generally buy a branded one's with the trust in quality of the product, I mean 7k is not a less amount to be compromised with the quality.Really very very unhappy with the quality of the product.For any other brand when we show the damaged product on spot replacement would be provided unlike here.This is really a long process and I am not sure i[censored] can evidently see the physical damage.Seller may or may not consider this as a minor problem but for a customer who has spent 7k and gets a physical damage to the product with just a normal daily use withinn 60 days is really not acceptable.

I purchased one pair of shoes of above noted brand bearing bar code 88704791 and style style no 6965 from the captioned firm having its outlet at unit no f-12a, nh-21 mohali kharar-140301 vide their bill no. Cm/1925/16 dated 12/03/2016. Under their sale promotion scheme this product was valuing 50% of the cost of product inclusive of all taxes. But i have been charged extra vat on 50% of the cost of shoes as against their advertisement. This way i have been over charged for rs.464.68.
