I bought a skechers shoes from jalandhar, punjab. The date of purchase is around 1st january 2019 and withon a month they started tearing from the inside where heel is placed. Now what is the point of buying a shoes of couple of thousands that will not even last a month. They say that its a wear and tear issue, my question is, do we buy shoes to keep them as trophy, they are made to wear and we buy expensive so that they last long. But its a long road to go...

I had bought new skechers launch ‘go walk revolution ultra’ shoes on october 2018 for ₹6, 000. I was told this is a new launch and its meant for walks and runs. Its just been 3.5 months and it is torn. The shoe started getting hole in front area. I haven’t used it much. Have hardly used for 2 months out of 3.5 months and already started getting defects.

I spent ₹6k assuming this will atleast last for a year but to my disappointment it started getting holes from 3rd month itself. Skechers is known for its quality but i seriously am disappointed. And i hope i get assistance for this issue. (Attaching pics for reference)

My self dr mitesh from delhi i have bought skechers shoe fron connaught place delhi on 18/5/2018 bill no. Cm/2165/18 item 55209-bkrd. I bought it in 8000 rs and it didn't last for 4 months, with mild use of 4 months it start to rip apart i chose you with high hopes and i am highly disappointed. I went to shop they said contact to complaint forum, and didn't entertained me. Kindly do needful.

Bought shoe few weeks back and its got damaged while i used normally for few days. I have been interacting with your stores, i have personally been to stores and explained to them on usage. Have sent the pics of damaged shoes to their customer care. Made couple of calls to stores as well. Store manager says the defect is not due to manufacturing and hence replacement cant be given. Given this is global brand and the usage is very limited period, i expect skecthers to replace the shoe

This is a complaint regarding shoe bite of the shoe bought recently from skechers. It is causing wounds and a lot of pain in the feet making it unable to wear. The price of shoe is 5300 rs and now seems to be a waste for me. I request you to please see the photos attached and revert back asap. A proper and good solution is been awaited. Also i request you to refund my money back against a credit note so that i can change my shoe from another one

Have bought 3pair shoes and from it 1pair both sole came out in 3 months and company saying it is not manufacturing defect so i have to file complain against the manufacturer. Have mail them and they said to deposite the shoes at skechers showroom they inspected and revert that it is not a manufavturing defect,
If they are using high quality material How this shoes leaves its sole in a few months??

Hi, i am a. Ravi varma and i have bought a pair of shoes (Gom-go walk men) of your brand skechers on 3rd oct 2018 from uk multicorp-pmc bangalore showroom, phoenix mall bangalore, india, vide cash memo no number cm/1474/18 copy of cash memo attached.

I would like to highlight the extremely poor quality of the product bought as one shoes have been torn and the side net has come off within a couple of months of very less use only. Product pictures attached for your information.

And give a solution to this problem, because within 3 months shoes not good condition to use and it is implying its quality defect. Also provide your local (Hyderabad, india) contact.

I purchased shoes from ambience mall gurgaon few month ago shoes are defective from bottom side of shoes the shoes are taken for only for morning walk very poor quality of fabric the shoes soul n fabric are not well bonded fabric comes out from bottom of shoes...so take some action i think skecher shoes are most comfortable but my experience with skecher is not good

Hi team, just in more than 1 year of time the colour of shoes had gone and the shoes had become so loose that it’s not comfortable for use. It’s not easy for me to afford such costly shoes which i thought will give me best results for longer period but unfortunately...,
Request help with replacement of shoes with better product as such expensive shoes are bought once in a lifetime from ordinary people like me.

I bought a shoe from skechers showroom in Great India Place Mall, Noida a few days ago, whose article number is 54667 / BKLM. But after a few days, Shoes net went out all around, I complaint on[protected] in the showroom and I came to know that this problem is coming out in that article. He gave me one week process time for complaint registration ( Complant Register Number - 40918). After one week, they informed me about my complaint and exhange the shoe with other one. But I did not find any article right there. They told me that for change i have to visit again after[protected]Wednesday) because the new article will come. Again I visited on Thursday for exchange but I found the new article are replicate of same article ( which I purchased). So I asked for money back. They told me about skechers web page for issue.
Now I just want only my money back. Because I didn’t found any compatible shoe from Skechers.

The details are given in the photograph of the hill i’ve attached below. I went to the store to place a complaint on the show wearing out very badly within just 3 months of buying them. The store took pictures of the shoes and said that they will forward it to you and i will hear from you by friday last week. I’ve waited and there has been no communication so far. I tried calling your customer care number but no one seems to be interested to pick the phone. I need to know what is being done because the shoe is under warranty. Please revert asap. I didn’t spend ₹3000 rupees to get such low quality shoes. Even bata lasts longer than that.

We bought navy blue sliders about two months ago and they were instantly ripped from its one side, and even after complaining about it after a month, they didn't exchanged it with a new pair and convinced us to take the old ones back by just putting an adhesive on it, and about 2 weeks ago the adhesive came off and the sliders are of no use and ripped even though we paid a good amount for it,

I bought shoes from skechers this year on 29 jan 2018. But few days back shoes pasting is removed up from all the sides of both shoe. So think shoes are not long lasting and this is not value for money because i spend rs8500 on these shoes and for a student is very costly and not worth to wear. Infact i used these shoes very rare.

And give a solution to this problem because with in 10 monthes shoes not good condition to use.

I am dr sandeep tyagi, i have bought a pair of shoes of your brand skechers on 12 june 2018 from dlf mall of india showroom, sec-18 noida.
The shoe article no 54667, size 7, black colour, prize 6499 got ripped off from its sole within 45 days of purchase. I showed that shoe to a skecher showroom in cp, but there they refused to replace the item. They said the item can be replaced only from the place where it was bought.
15 days back i returned the pair of shoes to the noida showroom, but they were unable to repair it. So i request you to please replace the item bought from your showroom as early as possible.

: i had purchased shoes to go on a trip. But dure to severe heel problem i din't use the shoes. As it did not ease my pain when i checked it at home. I tried returning it the next day. The store did not give a credit note and insisted that i buy in exchange this is not customer friendly at all. After my trip i sent emails reminders calls but to no avail. I am unhappy with their lack of response. The shoes are not cheap to just let go. They are in unused condition. I wish to get a refund. Forget exchange.. With such service i don't want that option.

I was sold this shoes stating that it has good cushioning in the mid foot. But there was no cushioning identified at all after i ran my first race. Inner sole in the mid foot section is as hard as stone. Plus the remaining sole also never had any cushioning. Shoes are worth rs.8499

If something was promise by your store people and i dont find the same in your product, why will i continue with your product. I need my full refund.

This is my first time i am using sketchers gogomax. They are getting deformed and torn after every use it's been 3 months i am using these pairs. But they are gone now. Want to confirm once what is the expected life of these shoes it can't be 3 monts. My belief on sketchers doesn't last more than 3 months. Looking forward for better response. What can be done with these pair of shoes

We have purchased h2go model on 19.5.2018. Front part of the product is totally broken. We informed the avanashi road branch on 14.11.2018. There is no proper response. Such a big company, won't do mistake take necessary action.
