I am Dr.S.C.Nathan, Vice Principal and Placement Officer, Associate Professor of Computer Applications Department, St. Xavier's Collge (Autonomous), Palayamkottai, Tamil Nadu, India. I have registered my Skoda Rapid Car on 3rd Nov. 2020. My car's registration number is TN72BR7647. Till now, I have not yet received the Seat Cover etc., kit package. So I have parked my car in my portico as a toy. SKODA is a Corporate Company and I expect their Services should be PROFESSIONAL. The sales services of the local dealer are excellent. Kindly arrange the Kit package at the earliest, please

    Had dropped my Kodiac Scout (TN88F5599) at SGA Cars Coimbatore on 14th October 2020 for accident repairs in the rear side. I was informed that all the works had been performed by 15 days except for some parts in rear spoiler which had to be procured from the factory. Till now I am getting repeated response that the parts are not yet been billed in the factory and can deliver the car 1 Week after receiving the parts.

    I dont understand the reason for the onordinate delay. Having clocked only 5000 Kms I'm desperate to get the work done but the feedback from Skoda makes very dissapointed. Kindly do the needful

        We bought a Skoda rapid in the beginning of year 2012 past 2 years we are facing issues with this vehicle while driving blinking "Emission and coil" indicator we took the vehicle to Skoda service center in Cochin and Trivandrum (Malayalam Skoda) they diagnosed and suggested to replace the fuel injector. Twice I have changed the injector spent almost ₹ 50000.Now am facing the same issue. Service center is not able to provide a ROOT cause for this issues they updated me to change the other injector. Again I have to shell out ₹24000.I checked online I found many customer’s raised this issue I seriously doubt the reliability and quality of Skoda vehicles I bought this vehicle with pride now am repenting. This is a CLEAR CASE FOR RECALL. How much should a customer spend to rectify the same issue..? Service center people updated that they are helpless in this. I request Skoda to recall the vehicle and fix the issue.

          And I cancelled the booking amount and gave an letter of cancellation also. Because the Vinayak showroom was fraud. The customer executive was Satheesh.

          Till now i haven't been refunded. The cancellation amount. So kindly take this complain seriously and process it.

          Later I Booked the car in St marks road Taffe access showroom Bangalore and took the car and I'm happy with it.

            Dear Team,

            I was very passionate about the brand Skoda, that's why I preferred it as my first car back then in 2012.
            Still I am using this car and doing all the services through authorized dealership only.

            But now I would to address a serious and highly irritated concern which I faced multiple times from the dealership EVM motors KOCHI.

            Its highly pathetic to say that the customer service is intolerable.

            I had given my car for services after identifying certain issues related to coolant tank issue( leakage) and oil cooler changing.

            As instructed by the SERVICE persons I have placed an order for replacing PIPE, WATERPUMP AND THERMOSTAT VALVE.

            Yesterday I have collected my car after service and on the way back home my car got off and i was stuck on the road. I called the dealership and they arranged an executive for checkup and found that they have not tighten the cap, HOW PATHETIC!!!.

            Now today morning on my way to office again the car got off and i was stuck again in the middle of the road and I am forced to cancel an official meeting also.

            There were smoke coming from the engine also. under my primary observation I found that the coolant tank was empty and it resulted in the smoke form the engine. Which menas even after spending money and waiting for long my problem multiplied rather than resolving.
            .
            THIS IS HIGHLY AFFECTING ME MENTALY PHYSICALLY AND FINANCIALLY.

            This is also creating a damage to the reputation of SKODA meanwhile I learned that there is no point in using authorized dealers services as they are not at all bothered about the customer satisfaction.

            Please check the service refence numbers associated with my car this month and see how long I waited for getting the CAR serviced.

            Also, It will be highly appreciated if you could confirm who will bear the financial loss happened due to the poor service offered by the dealership.

              Third incident for me by Skoda, went for coolant leak but they wanted to change the motar, timing belt and all related accesories, charged me so high and gave a very bad feed back to the after service call, No Action Done for over a month

              Regular practise by Skoda - tell them a small problem they want to replace entire set and charge hight - Ofcouse use old tactic 2 yrs warranty..

                      (1) I have purchased vehicle mentioned above on Date 14/04/19 from SAGAR AUTOTECH PVT. LTD BHOPAL (M.P.)
                      (2) As per instruction from your company vehicle fist servicing is done at NAVNIT CARS PVT LTD.NAGPUR on 17/07/2020, Reading in KM is 13469
                      (3) On DT.25/08/2020 with meter reading 16548 KM driver found that information displayed on screen is oil pressure stop consult owner`s manual.
                      (4) After launching complaint on your toll free number, vehicle was shifted to NAVNITCARS PVT. LTD. Nagpur to rectify problem maintenance is done under Mr. Mahesh mobile no[protected] services manage bill paid Rs. 12161/- Now my complaint is as under.
                      (5) Your services Manager told me we have done best if you are not satisfied takes else were without explaining of details of problem and solution provided by him.
                      (6) Now it has been observed that oil gauge is continuously reducing and mileage is also reducing day to day

                        I own a skoda rapid, very poor after sales. Skoda team will not check car when under warranty and then will pressure you to pay for engine replacement, injectors failed. A big no to skoda. Wrote to customer care, called up customer care but no one cares. Why do we buy such hi end brands??? For after sales support but skoda is a big zero. Even wrote to eshwaramurthy palanisamy, national customer care head, but no response.
                        So, don’t waste your money by buying skoda cars

                          My skoda fog lab has not worked after done the service from skoda service (Vellore).

                          After some time i went and asked but they said its need to replace as well it won't cover the warranty.

                          The main thing i want to know that lamps not good enough to survive at least one year? It's very disappointing from skoda

                            My vehicle no ts07gr-1972 rapid, vehicle under warranty, windscreen developed crack on its own, no accident involved went to the dealer met warranty staff showed the hairline crack they said we will confirm and come back to you.

                            Reply from skoda dealer secunderabad : sir, as per the telephonic discussion with you, as said that the windshield cannot be covered under warranty, we request you to go with the insurance claim for the replacement.

                            They are repeatedly singing the same song "windshield cannot be covered under warranty", whereas i say, when the windshield has developed crack on its own means, that build quality or the material is sub standard.
                            Why should i go for insurance claim, once the crack is developed on its own and no accident is involved.

                              This is regarding the fuel injector issue that i'm facing in my car. I purchased skoda rapid 1.5 cr ambition plus mt tdi (Diesel) on feb 2015. Since clocking 51000 kms, the car started showing "emission and coil" warning and after that i could drive only at 10-20 kms/hr. I had to halt my car, cancel the trip and was on the road for good 2 hrs. When it was taken to the skoda service station in cochin, they diagnosed the issue was with the fuel injector. The service station also informed us that the cost of 1 such fuel injector was rs.28000/- and that i had to bear the cost, as the part is outside my warranty. I purchased the fuel injector and service station ran software test and said there are no other issues in the car. But, after driving 200 kms, again "emission and coil" warning was displayed, when i took my car to the service station, they found that, this time the issue was with second of the four injectors. I didn’t change the injector this time as i know, i'll have to change 3rd and 4thinjectors in no time. The car that i purchased for more than 10 lakhs is parked idle at the garage now. Honestly, i never thought i’ll have to go through all these after buying a reliable (Atleast i thought so) car.

                              To my surprise, i found that the fuel injector issue is not just for my car but for a lot of skoda rapid cars. On an average, any skoda customers will have to spend more than rs. 100000 for 4 injectors. It’s really annoying to spend this huge amount after buying the car for a high price and i don’t find any other car company has these kinds of issues.. Really feel like cheated. If these fuel injectors are an issue for the rapid cars, then why are these cars not recalled.

                              Please help me and i'll wait to hear from skoda representatives

                              I have also given my car for changing the fuel returning pipe in Skoda service center at Lucknow and after keeping my car for 12 days they are saying me that all the 4 injectors are not working and it has to be replaced though there was no indication of injector problem and the car was handed over to the service center in a very good running condition.

                              This put a very big question mark on Skoda.
                              Don't know why they are not bothering about loosing their customers trust.

                                Since first year of my purchase.

                                But no proper respone had been recieved from mahavir skoda and customer care.

                                  Greetings,

                                  It is with utmost despair i am writing to you of all the atrocities i have faced from one of your dealers, aryaveer skoda.

                                  Being a proud owner of skoda cars in the past i had decided to get myself and my family the utmost luxury and top of the line skoda superb, l&t variant. I had purchased this car on 24/05/2018 from a local dealer (Channel motors) in haldwani, uttrakhand.

                                  On 31/12/2019 my car met with an accident in delhi. With the 24*7 road side assistance feature i was able to get my car to the nearest dealer, aryaveer skoda. After completing all the insurance formalities i was assured that my car will be ready in no time and that i can drive my car the way it was before. Since my insurance policy was not a cashless one and the amount for the repair of my car was also huge i was provided with a satisfaction from the dealer that the bill for the same will be generated after repairing the car and that the same will be forwarded to the insurance company for the claim money to be credited in my bank account. With that money i could come and collect my car from the dealer. However plain and simple it sounds it became a nightmare for me when the world met with a catastrophe, the covid-19 pandemic.

                                  In this time of crises my insurance policy also got expired and renewed by the same insurance company, united insurance as my claim had still not been settled. There wasn’t much communication from any end as the virus had taken over everything, literally everything.

                                  Three months of the lockdown had passed and still no sign of my money or of any communication from either end. During that time i learned that my mother was diagnosed with cancer and we had to rush for her treatment in these troubled times. It became difficult for me to coordinate with anyone.in june when i got a little bit of time away from the hospital visits, i learned from the insurance surveyor that my claim document had been tampered with. The time and place of the accident had been tampered with and that the claim for the same had been delayed due to that. I was very furious to know that because i clearly remembered filling the details in the claims form myself and signing it too. The copy of the same is with me for future reference.
                                  After being in constant touch with the insurance people and repeatedly calling them back and forth for my claim money they finally credited the money on 06/08/2020 to my bank account which was ₹3, 49, 999 (Three lakh forty nine thousand nine hundered and ninety nine only). Because i am not a resident of delhi i went to the dealership on the 19/08/2020 only to know this from them that they have committed a mistake by not raising a supplement invoice to the insurance company. The invoice dealership raised was of ₹4, 45, 262 (Four lakh forty five thousand two hundred and sixty two only) and the amount i received was ₹3, 49, 999. There were 21 (Twenty one) spare parts items that were missing in the estimated bill but were on the actual bill and no supplement was raised from the dealership side to the insurance company and also there were 16 (Sixteen) spare parts items that were missing in the actual bill but were on the estimated bill. Due to these discrepancies of the skoda dealership (Aryaveer skoda) the insurance company not only took months and months to delay my car claim but also credited the amount in accordance with the estimated bill that was raised initially.
                                  The body shop manager, mr sandeep sethi owing to the mistake he committed asked me for three days time to consult with his superiors when i went to aryaveer skoda dealership on 19/08/2020. It has been 15 days since my visit to the dealership and no communication has been made to rectify their mistake and give me back my car which is at their workshop from the past eight months now and counting.

                                  During these times of crises both financially and personally i’ve managed to pay my car premiums on time having to only know that i am paying for a car that is sitting at some dealers workshop since eight months and counting. You tell me who is bearing the interest and depreciation for the car that he’s not even driving?
                                  It pains me to write this to you that in the light of all that has happened in these past eight months i sincerely request you to look into my matter with utmost priority and solve my problem by handing me back my car in the newest condition and by taking the money for the same that has been given by the insurance company, ₹3, 49, 999.
                                  I sincerely am looking forward for nothing but a satisfaction and assurance that i will have my car soon and that i don’t have to pay anything extra for the mistakes done at the dealership end. I do feel the urge to ask for a compensation as well but because i’ve been a loyal customer of skoda over the past decade i hope my complaint will be adhered to and be resolved at the earliest.

                                  After sending this formal complaint to skoda and the dealership the gm, mr yogesh gupta of aryaveer skoda assured me to resolve the matter within the next day after i spoke to him on 7/09/2020 but it’s been almost a week that they are just asking for time and more time and i am paying premium on my car every month and so on without having to drive it.

                                  I have no words left to describe my feelings but the pain and despair i am feeling has literally worsened. Not only aryaveer skoda is not giving my car back but is asking for full payment, ₹4, 42, 262 and not ₹3, 49, 999 which i got from the insurance company due to the mistakes at their end. On top of this they are asking for parking charges as they are the ones because of whom my claim was settled eight months late. I am sickened by this behaviour of theirs and they have left me no choice but to go public and social on them and skoda.
                                  I did report skoda of all the atrocities i had to face at this dealership and you didn’t do anything about it or took it very lightly. Now they (Aryaveer skoda) have crossed their boundaries. I never thought owning a skoda car would be such a pathetic experience. I condemn this behaviour of theirs and not going to comply with them at all.

                                    I own a skoda rapid and faced oil leakage issues while in warranty. Sent the car to jai auto for sevicing and reported the issue. They returned the car back after charging me for servicing and some seal change. Again the issue increased and i sent the vehicle again in dec'19 when car is still under warranty and i demanded thorough diagnosis of the car, they kept the car for 8days and again sent back stating that issue is resolved and i need to top up the car with engine oil continuously.
                                    I followed the same and kept on topping up with engine oil. It went worse, it was pathetic driving a skoda and stopping on way to top up with oil.
                                    I was in continuous touch with service manager who misguided me. Then lockdown followed and i sent me car again with the same "oil leakage" issue and guess what??

                                    I am told that the engine needs replacement because of oil leakage and car is not under warranty now, thus, i am asked to pay engine cost.
                                    Have been writing emails, calling customer care but no proper response. They just want me to pay 50% cost and labour charges.
                                    But my question is that i reported the car during warranty and it should be covered 100% under warranty only.
                                    They are cheating on me. I am suffering everyday without a car which is standing in service center for more than a month now.
                                    No escalation
                                    No after sales
                                    No customer care

                                      Hello Skoda,

                                      I am writing this after multiple calls and emails with Tafe access limited.
                                      My car was met with an accident when left for servicing and the loaner vehicle was not arranged for us on time, we needed a vehicle to send my parents to native.
                                      We really had a tough time sending them back.
                                      Now Tafe access is asking for my details to claim internal insurance
                                      But they are not giving any reason for not arranging a loaner vehicle for my parents to get back to their native
                                      We were not even informed that the loaner vehicle was not arranged.
                                      My experience with Tafe access has been worst.
                                      1.In 2018 My car broke down in a highway when it had been only 13 hours since I got it Tafe access service centre after service and when I spoke about this the GM says ‘ITS A MACHINE IT BREAKSDOWN’
                                      Atleast this is not we accept after we get our SKODA car from servicing

                                      2. In 2019 I left for my new skoda Rapid for 1st service I had chosen pick up and drop service for my car.
                                      After the service while on the way back the driver called saying there is no petrol in the car!
                                      Is this how they deliver the car post service?
                                      When we question they say SORRY and apologise.
                                      We have excused them also every time

                                      So this is the 3rd time I have an issue in Tafe access service centre.
                                      Even this time they are saying sorry and when I am asking them to give me clarity about the accident and about not providing loaner vehicle on time they are just forcing me to give them by documents to claim insurance.
                                      They are asking me close this issue and not drag it which is very rude.
                                      They are only pressurising me to send my documents and asking me to resolve this issue as soon as possible as I am only dragging it everyday.
                                      Don’t I have a right to know what happened to my car and who hit my car?
                                      After all i have bought it in my hard earned money.
                                      Hoping some help from skoda.

                                        I had an issue with the drive ability of the car which i had made a complaint to the official skoda email id on november 2019. I have not received any update regarding it i am none of the service centres that i have been to have acknowledged or even rectified the complaint. I kept getting suggestions to change the suspension despite there being no issues in it. I have been wrestling with the car for the past 10 months. Recently a third party non-skoda workshop diagnosed my issue and found that it was the right lower arm ball socket that was broken. I got it changed and now my complaint is completely rectified and my skoda is back to its old drivability. The sort of inefficiency and poor knowledge about the car and its parts is baffling coming from a large auto-manufacturer.in this process i have also lost one of my tires due to faulty wheel alignment, and that is going to cost me another 12k.

                                        my car number is TN 79 B 1881. you can reference to the number of times i have had my car serviced since my first complaint
