Purchased the car on september 2017. Just clocked 28, 000 kms. Now shows battery problem. The service advisor says the battery will not last long. The car is having 4years /1, 00, 000 km warranty. But the says battery is covered for one year only. Its a korean battery. Suspects the oe battery capacity is a bit lower... Cheap cost cutting techniques... The ac vents are poor quality... Frequently breaks... So many other issues with the car....

My car having registration number od 33b 1098 is with trinity skoda, bhubaneswar since last 12 days for replacement of brake drum and tyres change. Mr. Prasant behera has been assigned as service manager. I have tried calling him and also the showroom but they are not replying me. As i'm staying outside bhubaneswar, feel highly disappointed.

Purchased a skoda rapid 2019 model delivered in jan 2019, turns out it has some water leakage in dicky section and it has got everything wet underneath, it does stink. I had an issue of yellow blinking sign (Emission & coil indicator) while driving to coimbatore, then i took the car to sga skoda service center on (29/06/2019 night around 8:45 pm) they diagnosed the issue and there was a problem with fual injectors.
They told that vehicle warranty had expired..

The service advisor has issued the estimate bill and the final bill after completion of work regarding vehicle damage. The final bill differ from the estimated bill.
