I had given my car to autobahn goregaon service centre on the 10 of this month where in all procedures where followed they gave me estimates after complaints i made now after all this same fault is there i paid like 67000 rs for nothing because the fault which was there is still there they were not able to identify the fault and replaced many parts but the fault still exist. Its really strange to understand wht exactly skoda is doing. Mainly the service advisors area a problem
They don’t know how to talk to their customers.

I own a skoda rapid 2017 model and under warranty, no issues until now but recently the side mirrors folding knob broke off while turning. I was asked by my dealer, manikandan skoda in Kochi to check out the parts with other dealers.

    I did a service of my car last month at kochi. Car was delivered assuring all my concerns rectified. But, i had a noise from my gear cluster, steering wheel and brakes. I complained to the service personnel and they took the car again to rectify it. But, i am getting repeated noises from brake and steering wheel.

    I feel insecure in my car which i bought considering the safety features. I need my car in good condition to continue my experience with skoda
    Please take necessary measures to rectify the noise issues with my car. I have the videos of the problems faced. I can add those along with this

      I visited the autobahn goregaon work shop with my skoda laura mh 04 eh 6971 on the 10 of this month with an appointment i had to wait for the advisors and managers to have thier lunch around 3 where in i suppose the lunch timings are 1-2 also i requested to get water to drink but i wasnt provided with that had to go out buy a bottle and come also i was told would get the estimate in a days time but two days and i am contacting the advisor bhagwan at goregaon workshop he is just procrastinating the work and saying m sending the estimate. I want to know why people can’t do things what they say i was told would get things done but no proper response is given to me also by customer service executives i have been placed on hold for ages and no one comes back to me. Please call

      I am also taking this concern to the consumer courts to get proper answers

        I've booked a rapid 1.6 at at your mysore dealership (Sagar autotech) and the experience has been utterly pathetic. They missed their delivery date once and did not even bother letting me know. I had booked a trip which i had to rearrange to meet their next delivery date. Day before the new delivery date, i'm told they've given out wrong chassis number for the insurance policy which now needs to be changed. The next two days are holidays and hence my delivery date is moved to 3 days from now. I'm having to cancel my trip again and am incurring a loss for the second time. All through, the communication from the sales team has been horrible. The owner lacks apathy and is too arrogant. I'm just so tired with the experience, now i'm ruing booking a skoda. I would like to register a grievance.

          My skoda rapid bought on may 2015 was submitted for 2nd service in march 2017 at 26000km and the battery died when the car remained in service centre for almost 20days. It was replaced under warranty then. Now just 2 years later the brand new battery is down while i am driving odo shows 65000km. It's exactly 2years and 21 days since battery was replaced. Why do i have to pay exorbitant rates for a substandard battery that hardly seems to last 2 years. My volkswagen is on 4years with no battery issue. My brothers honda is 4 years no battery issue his merc is also 2years no issues. Yet i have to change my skoda rapid battery twice in 2 years. This is the standard expected from. A battery made in spain and imported to india!?. Because there are made in india battery from local vendors that's cost only half and provide 4 years warranty

            I own skoda rapid 1.6tdi 2012 and i do maintain the car with proper servicing though i drive less. Recently before 3 months i faced fuel injector issue and hit it replace by paying more than 25k. Exactly after 3 months i faced same issue and now i need to change another fuel injector by paying another 30k. I was surprised with the technology skoda is using for their cars. If this is the scenario, it’s just looting customers money without having standard technology

              Recently visited skoda service centre when the car started to show some emmission and coil warning, but the result was terrific. One of my car's injector has failed and i have to pay around 22k to replace it. Since it's a common build error for the entire skoda rapid cars, i think skoda has to recall the cars and replace the injector for free of cost. This happened only because irregular engineering from such a market giant. As the service team said, if this is happened because the common wear and tear, why this is not happening to other cars?

                Bought a new rapid ambition model on 7th Jan 2019.They told me about service package during the purchase of vehicle and after I asked so many times over a month to create the link for me to pay the amount for the pack. They postponed daily and later said the period to buy package been expired. I complaint so many times to sales manager and dealer no response even I mailed to customer care of skoda but no response. Pls don't even think about buying a skoda they will persuade you to buy and then boom you are a stranger to them and they just block your number and leave you with the crap they sold to you.

                  Bought the car in the year 2015 end feb.
                  First incident of injector failure may 2016 injector no. 3
                  Second incident date 10.12.2017 injecotr no. 4
                  Third incident date 22.03.2019 injector no. 2

                  As all we know fuel injectors for skoda rapid manufactured between 2013 and 2015 are having fault and fails, skoda india do not want to recall and replace but wanted to do r&d at customers emotion and cost. How many of skoda rapid owners would got strangled enroute their trip with aged people, children and at the time of trouble. Skoda india does never think about such issues and replace the injectors only at the time of failure for the series of injectors having faults and fails time to time? There is no solution to skoda rapid owners and suffer with the product?

                    It is quite evident that skoda has a history of premature fuel injector failure for vehicles manufactured during 2011 and 2012 until they changed their fuel injectors in march 2013. They cannot deny this fact because the number of complaints on this website and elsewhere is a measure of the magnitude of this problem. They have even replaced many such failed fuel injectors under warranty. But since my vehicle has crossed warranty period, they are trying to shrug it off.

                    My vehicle number is ap 26 ap 26 my car is in mahavir skoda in hyderabad fro 2 months. No one is taking care, because of their negligence in service and skoda is also not taking care to solve this issue.

                      This is harshavardan reddy maru i have given my car with reg no ap 26 ap 0026 in mahavir skoda service station sanath nagar hyderabad. The issue with my car is there is a lot of knocking sound with the engine and your team diagnosed and finally told me that is due to fuel injectors issue and it is costing me 93000 approx

                      I want to get it to your notice that i have told this issue when the car is in warranty in 2014 in the same mahavir skoda. At that time they dint take any action and told me that, this sound is very common in skoda cars and they same people are saying due to failur of one fuel injector the pressure will fall on the rest three so due to this one by one all fuel injectors will get damaged.

                      If you guys taken care at the initial stage this issue has not been arrived. Due to your negligence this is happend and this clearly shows how bad the service with skoda here. I have kept my car from feb 12 th in your service center and they told me that they are doing some sort of tests which can overcome the issue but they dint got succeeded.

                      I want your help in this issue due to their negligence i cant pay that huge amount for a car morethan 7 yrs old. Please take this as your responsibility and make my car work as previous. You may take action on mahavir but i should not get punished for skoda service negligence

                        I picked a skoda rapid at vinayak skoda in december 2018. During the buying process we were told its of no importance of buying the service pack. Later in jan 2019 during the service camp, advisors told us to take the service pack, they gave us the link to make the payment, but the link did not work. The vehicle had some noise for which had to visit the service center, post service, got a mail from the service centre asking us to take the service package at the earliest. Upon visiting the showroom again we are told its not required. Upon writing to skoda, we get a response that we can't avail it was to be bought within 30 days.

                        Now as a customer i find my self to have been misguided and cheated.

                        Kindly help me avail the service pack.

                        I had attached all the proofs of the link that i received which didn't work and also mail from the service centre.

                          I had left my vehicle (Skoda rapid automatic) for accident-related repairs at priti skoda, hubli on 21st of december. I am put up in bangalore. The experience has been utterly disappointing.
                          They took 81 days to complete the repair works against promised 20 to 25 days max, that too after several follow-ups. Delivery was postponed thrice as the vehicle still had issues, which needed fixing. After delivery, have visited them twice already and still, there are unresolved issues.

                          Issues that remain unresolved even after 88th day..

                          (1) the right headlamp, which was replaced as part of the repairs, is malfunctioning with abnormal lighting, which they have not been able to fix till now. It seems a defective component has been installed and i request skoda to investigate the same and get it changed to a properly functioning one.

                          (2) they had to take out the arm-rest portion, which also has the ac vent and bottle holder during the repair process and when i checked it during delivery, the arm-rest movement/adjustment was malfunctioning. After pointing it out, they assured me that they will fix it in a day and what they have done is stuck a piece of thermocol underneath (Video clip attached) to make it work!!! I am also going to upload the video on social media and skoda pages so that people are aware of the shoddy skoda workmanship.

                          (3) the engine is making a rattling sound upon acceleration, which was not there earlier.

                          (4) had never asked for exterior polishing, but have been billed for the same. Something i found out later when i went through the lengthy bill. They never bothered to take customers consent for the same. Request refund of the entire amount. Also attaching images of the overall cleanliness these people maintain when the vehicle is in their possession.

                          This callous attitude has left me fed up and have lost all patience. I request skoda india to intervene and take necessary steps towards resolution at the earliest.

                          Please assign a different service center that has better expertise, close to my place in rajarajeshwari nagar, bangalore. Can't deal with priti skoda anymore

                            I had given my car for service on 11th march 2019 for which i got the delivery on the next day morning on 12th march.
                            When i reached the workshop for delivery the service advisor “vaibhav dhirajlal chhatrala” told that our system is running slow so the bill can’t be generated now it will be mailed to you by evening.
                            And he told me to pay the payment.
                            Then i waited for the next 24 hours for the bill and again contacted the service advisor that the bill is still not been mailed by you.
                            Now he answered me that the system is still slow you will get the bill by the month end.
                            Are you serious is this the answer
                            You are running such a big company and your system is running slow for a month. You are running a company or doing a joke.
                            I want the bill in next 48 hours.
                            How can you take the money without the bill.
                            And also the work has not been done properly in the car.
                            Everytime there’s a new worst experience with the company.
                            The reason behind the car’s resale value is this your poor service. That’s why people don’t want to buy your car.
                            Fed up with this car and the company.
                            And i have all the recordings of the service advisor.
                            I want the reply as soon as possible.

                              Hello,

                              Couple of weeks before, around 6:30 pm, i was driving my skoda rapid 1.6 tdi which i bought on may 2012, suddenly started shaking and there was a light blinking, which i suppose is emission and coil" indicator. Got really scared as i was accompanied with kids and family. Remembering a case of engine burning, i had to stop the car, book uber for my family to return back to home.

                              When i tried to reach skoda support number which i found from the website, there is no answer. Then i tried to reach a person from where we bought the car, he suggested me that there is some issue in sensor, you can drive the car back home. But, i don't want to and googled for breakdown services, found a company called breakdown service and called them, you know they reached the spot in 15-20 minutes, that is the customer service, he did analyse and gave a temporary remedy, he touched few sensors guessing there could be loose connection and then he reset the battery and tried moving the vehicle, those issues were not there and suggested me to go back home and try for servicing next day.

                              The next day i was occupied and i had to travel mostly for the next two weeks and not had time to take the car to the skoda service station.

                              Yesterday i had to drop my kids and wife to their respective schools (All are in 3 different school), just thought of trying the car, hardly after 100 metres same problem occurred, had to find alternate ways for them to reach their school, drove back to my apartment and parked the car (Luckily i was not stuck in the middle of the road or far from home)

                              This time i googled and called vinayak skoda service centre instead of calling toll free number which i'm quite sure about their response. The receptionist is kind enough to connect me with the advisor, who suggested me to tow the car to their service station.

                              Now all bad service attitude began after reaching the service station. Met an advisor who asked to leave the vehicle and go back home, we will diagnose and call for for part replacements. After literally forcing him, he got into the car, saw the light glowing and switched off the car, he did not even move the car an inch for diagnosing and immediately asked me to leave for home : (. I got quizzed and said, you please diagnose and tell me what the problem is, then he said, guys are in lunch. I said ok fine, let me (And my friend) also go for lunch and come back and told him i'm ready to wait.

                              Then he asked us to come back by 2:30 pm, we left for lunch, around 2:20 pm, he called me and said, today we can't diagnose as we are busy and asked me to go back. I told him lets discuss and i reached there around 2:30 pm. Again he started telling me they can't diagnose today, i had to ask him, then why you asked to tow today, when i called your person around 11:00 am? I had to escalate to his next level person, who initially disagreed to diagnose. Then i had to show him my call register of my mobile phone. I spent rs 2000/- to tow and should i again come tomorrow. Finally after lot of no, no and no, yes came. The started the diagnosing sw, no results.

                              The advisor came and told, by using multimeter, they found it is the issue in fuel injector on one of the cylinder and must replace it and it will cost rs 23000/-.

                              That is a huge bomb to me, the car has been driven close to 80, 000 km and i was shocked to hear there is a problem in the engine. This is purely a design issue. I thought their service were bad all through the years, but it seems their design is also pathetic. They said again, sir you go back home and will call you by end of day tomorrow. I' waiting for today evening and now i know why they insisted me to go back, as they would have thought its easy to say in phone, then in person, may be they are well aware of this issue and this is their strategy to avoid facing face to face.

                              Shame on skoda...

                                I have given my car ts09es1199 in sanathnagar service station after my regular service i asked them to drop my vehicle to my residence for that they demanded 500 rupees is it service you are providing from you. If it ok from your side please add in the bill and collect. Please look in this matter wheather they are collecting with your knowledge thanking you sasikumar

                                  I have kept my car for accidental job on 28/01/2019 and now its 21/02/2019 almost a month and i have not received my car.
                                  Whenever i contact to the skoda service station they say that we have not received the parts.
                                  I think so skoda is a well known brand, you dont have the parts available with you??
                                  If i wont get response from your side then i would have to take some legal action on skoda company.

                                    1 week ago i gave my car to vinayaka skoda regarding some quotation nd engine scanning and when i gave my car there was engine guard and when i'm taking delivery my car i din check after 2 or 3 day i find out engine guard was not there after that i called to skoda service that they are telling mistakenly they din fix it... This how skoda service people are making us fool i'm really fed up worst service nd responsibility

                                      we have bought skoda rapid car from Krishna autos in the year 2018.
                                      at that time they said that your car will be serviced absolutely free once in every year till 4th year also when we demand for the reciept they said to trust them with words and yes we trust them blindly.
                                      now when we visited for first service, they said you have no any offer activated on our system. you have to pay for service.
                                      they are not loyal to us. we want free service as they said.

I am not satisfied with my skoda rapid, registration number - kl-16-h-7382., it is having fuel injection problem when i am going to starting my car in the morning it won't start on the first attempt, and will make a lot white smoke for 15 minutes and more and its having engine noise also now my car is break down because of fuel pump, and fuel injector has complaint also, two of abs sensor is also complaint when i asked to the service engineers they said it was a common complaints which is skoda rapid facing manufactured in 2012 after 2014 models quietly good than 2012 model, why it is? Why the skoda india have not taking this common issue seriously, i am waiting to hear from you as early as possible. Here i am mentioning my contact number : [protected]

                                        I booked a car from calicut pinacle. I paid a amount of 8lakhs 20thosand rupees .. unfortunately i can't afford car in this situation . So I cancel that booking . But they are not ready to give amount . They are cheating like anything .. So kindly please make an arrangement of my money back . Thank you
