I am facing here an issue... My name is dhyan c vijayan from kerala india... Thrissur dist... I boked skoda rapid last year september paid 10000 as booking amont wt 100000 of discount sales man offed me... So i fixed the rapid car.. As my side my paper it returns is not k at that time... So planing to extent the purchase and on dec last i got my it return paper i cald my sales manon pinncle skoda they never receive my cal and i cald sever days and sever number includes reception desk number too.. And i decided to go directly to pinnacle skoda showroom... I met shanoj my sales man he told me that he was on leave on last one week went for thrip like that.. I admitted it and back to my home... And cald very next day again they never pick my call... After 2 days back he cald me back and told me shanoj and 2 &3 guys resins the job for some reson
.. And again bfore that on jan 5 i paid 190000... Afer that never have a any folw up... Again i directly went to the pinnacle showroom.. They told me that they get u the vehicle fastly... And last week my finance was ready and cash will get tomarow morning to pinnacle a/c.. But now another sales man tell me that ur delivery would get it on with in feb 10... Sales man told me like funny resons finance money will get it on after 3 days and skoda planet will shutdown 2 &3 days every year jan 28 29 30 dates companys are usually closes... So and so... Sair help me from tis situation is this all true that pinnacle side...

      My skoda rapid car body pain is fading continuously. Previously also the same problem occurred where the front bonnet paint faded which was later rectified by skoda dealer jai auto delhi. Now the fading appeared in front side 2 places and may also increase more. It looks like a body painting failure where the substandard paint material or non compliance of painting process occurred. Otherwise it should not happen like this for such a reputed company. I would request to immediately rectify the issue by painting the complete car body so that there is no mismatch of colours appears.

        We purchased a car - Skoda Octavia from Grand Auto capital
        Showroom: 40-49, Pearls Omaxe, Pitampura New Delhi
        and their serive workshop is at : C-42, Wazirpur Industrial Area (dealer of Skoda Cars in India)

        We were provided with the vehicles Temporary Number : DL 08 TC WP 048

        However, Skoda Dealer showroom closed down and now we are left with a car with no Permanent Registration Number.
        We have paid the company in full - including all the charges meant to be

        Skoda India and their people are not helping us to get the permanent Number and RC, I've already written numerous emails to them from my email id [protected]@gmail.com, as well as from [protected]@live.in.

          My name is mohd shahid, a resident of delhi. I have purchased skoda rapid monte carlo edition in october 2017 with dl1cx4446 from noida showroom nawav motors in which the dealers promised to provide navigation sysytem in my car bt the authorised outlet got shut down and no one from the company is ready to help.
          In addition i ordered skoda fabia model which dealer turn out to be faking from company a test drive model trying to sell me, and wasted months of my precious time.
          After these series of invidence i feel cheated by the company and skoda failed to live up to its reputation. Kindly look into this matter or i have to take some strict measures.

            Hi,

            Skoda always saying that manufacturing genuine parts and vehicle, . My vehicle got breakdown middle of some journey. Road side assistance team came and told that there is no battery issue. Now vehicle in service center and advisor saying that battery gone.

            My point is... then what kind of road assistance team you have???It is worst experience.

            There is no any indication and am unable to start my vehicle. This much low technology your using?? do some thing for battery.

            My hundai car battery performing very well from last 3 years. But my skoda battery gone for 23 months... that to for 20000 KM. What is this???

            There are many thing express.. pls call some one who genuinely look and find the solution.

              I had cancelled my skoda booking, since i was travelling onsite.

              Its been more than 20 days i havent heard any news from them.

              I have made an effort to visit the showroom multiple occasion, however the sales rep "manoj" from bangalore "mekri circle" branch has given an excuse that the head of the showroom is not available, hence there is a delay.

              Further recommended us to contact them via mobile number "[protected]". However never answers the call when contacted.

              Need you intervention in getting the booking amount refunded completely

              Note : i have paid 25000 as my booking amount.

              I have given Chandramohan 10 days before passing my new car, yet he does not pass by passing the car. Now he says that 15/16 thousand rupees is spent, otherwise you are going to have your passing

                I had purchased a skoda octavia from torque auto surat.
                Cleared all payments on 30th december 2018.
                And now they are not giving me the delivery of my car whenever i called them for car delivery they giving false promises saying that we will arrenge your delivery tomorrow and now it’s been a 10 days after payment.

                Don’t trust on skoda they are extra fraud people.

                I had purchased skoda rapid at sagar Autotech Mysore my vehicle has done 1, 17, 000 they are not attending emergency service like timing kit replacement even after several requests

                Even after repeated requests for appointment they are unable to give appointment.it has to be compulsory replacement between 1, 00, 000 to 1, 10, 000 according to their specifications.if any problem arises of this who will take responsibility
                I have my skoda rapid DL 6 CM 3547 since 2012.
                I get my regular servicing done around this time..
                However, Unable to speak to any authorised service centre for regular servicing which is due now. Jai auto and skoda grand auto are not picking up phone. Can you help?

                  I booked skoda rapid 1.6 petrol manual active in tirunelveli aura motors on 3rd december 2018. Aura motors promised me that they will deliver the car before 23rd of december. But till now they didn’t deliver my car and asking 50k extra by saying that december month offer was over and i need to pay extra as they do not have 2018 model now. If i need 2019 model, why would i booked the car in december? Committed to one price and now charging 50k extra in january 2019 is a complete cheating. Skoda is simply clever and it’s dealers are very clever in cheating people. I called skoda india and they are not responding me properly.

                    I buyed a the car two weeks back, and they said they have a dan vehicle which was 5 months old and i buyed the car for 15.5 lakhs. They promised me the car would as new as any after a wash i found out that the car paint is full of bird # and its permanent. Please help me. I complained to dealers twice. There was no response. I m awaiting for reply

I inform service center but I did get a better feedback from their side. I want to replace the clutch . I already taken the extended warranty and service package .Am waiting for your feedback.

                      Hi im jaykrishnan and i had bought a skoda rapid petrol manual style varient this december start.

                      Firstly the car delivered to me had ants all over inside rear seats and i had called my dealer and they said they would rectify it. Later that i found that the car when driven for sometime and stoppped it refused to start again and i was stuck in a highway for sometime neither your road assiastance came for any help so i had to leave mu car stranded in the outside and take a cab back home. Later the next the dealer sent for someone to pick my car from my residence and aaid they would check for any faults and deliver it back and they did in 2 days and said they had released the car under observation. Initially it had no problems as i drive it back home from the service centre but today when i took it out for registration the car again showed trouble while startating and had to leave it at the rto office and had to take a cab home.

                      I had informed the dealer again and they said its a holiday so cant help me with road assistance.

                      Frankly i have lose all my nerves after buying a car of your brand and wants to end this problem once and for all. You have a tagline ‘peace of mind guaranteed ‘ and from the day i had bought your car all my peace is gone and i feel so irriitated.

                      I had made an appointment with the manager in charge of the dealership for 26th december. And i dont think he would have anything new to say than they would check and rectify which they failed to do on last service.

                      My car has only clocked 459 kms so far and i had faced with at least 10 instances where the car woudnt start.

                      Help me with this or inform the dealership to return me the paid amount with a reasonable compensation.

                        I am the owner of a scoda rapid which is due for second service. The problem i wish to report is the dead battery that i have in my car before the second service is over. The battery that's dead is just a year old. I was told while i took the vehicle that 4 years warranty on parts which i was told included battery. Now to my shocking surprise i. Being informed that the warranty is for only a year and i have to replace it myself. To add insult to injury i am shocked at the quality of the battery a reputed company like scoda is giving to its customers. One year and battery dead in a premium brand car? Is this the normal safety and quality standards for this german brand that prides itself for the highest quality?. I am a scoda enthusiast and would stick to my car and brand but i want to be reassured that my faith in putting my trust in the brand was true. I hope scoda india would get back to me.

                          Fraudsters in tafe access bangalore st marks road.
                          I own a skoda rapid ambition at. This was purchased in january 2018.
                          Mr prasanna (Manager) and mr anurag (Representative) had promised me pms when purchasing. However i hadn't received any acknowledgment regarding this. I thought the pms was available for my car. When i serviced my car 2 days ago, i realised pms was not there.
                          I had paid 10k as suggested but not separately. This has been manipulated in the discount amount.

                            I bought skoda repid in feb 2018 and now my battry total fiald they told me you added other assecries from outnof market thats why your battry faild and they ask me for 8500 for new battry... I have other 2 cars and same and more thing i added in that cars but thay battry still working good so skoda give me bed type of battry... I bought 2 same car same day from tourqe skoda ahmedabad... Mr vaibhav service advisor told me that...!!! My car wireing is totaly parfact but thay dont want to check... I have to add accssirois form market coz skoda ahmedabad dont keep that all in store so we dont have any other option

                              This is my second vehicle from skoda.. Now am not happy with you my vehicle reg number:kl 42 h[protected] two sensors are not working now under the warranty (37000km).. I went to the service department of kochi today and they told me my one year service was missing in 2017 so they can’t allowed to change under the warranty..
                              I am out of country that time so how to give the service..

                                I got my skoda rapid in jan 2015. Got all the services done at the dealers workshop.in oct 2018 had taken the car to check the oil leak around the engine. After checking they asked me to leave the car for further inspection. After inspecting for 20 days, they told that the turbo was defective and has to be replaced and they replaced without any cost. I was delighted. After receiving the car with the new turbo fitted, on the day one oil was leaking from the bonnet and spills of oil seen on the ground where ever car was parked. Engine check indication was blinking on the speedo meter dial, the vibration on the steering and dash board was extremely high, the car did not start in one ignition, had to start with atleast 4 ignitions!!! When informed to the workshop, they asked me to get the car immediately, after a week now they want to open the engine and cylinders!!! What quality of car has skoda given to me!!! This is clearly a defective car, requesting skoda to access the quality and replace me with a new car. I am not ok with any more tweaking with the engine by the workshop, they do not have any competencies in doing so and moreover the i have received a defective car.

                                  My skoda rapid car bought in the year 2012, had a developed fuel injector problem at the end of 4th year. Luckily it was before closure of extended warranty. However, i had to bear half of the cost due to the fact my car missed one of the service due as i was not in india for a year.

                                  However, after fixing that, after few months, again another fuel injector was down. This time i had to bear all the expenses. I was suspicious it should be a common engine fault and this should have been many of customers experience.

                                  After having such recurring problem, third time now the fuel injector problem has surfaced.

                                  Incidentally, a night before third time fuel injector problem surfaced, i was talking to a colleague and i just told him i am driving a skoda rapid. The next question he asked me, a pointed question, have you had any fuel injector problem. I was shocked how he is exactly asking a specific problem and gathering me up, i said, yes i had. Then he unfolded his story the nightmare he had with his skoda rapid car that was bought during 2012 year. As of now, he completely lost hope of his car and not knowing what to do with his car.

                                  Sadly, the next morning after speaking to my colleague, my third attack came (Fuel injector).

                                  I really do not know at this point in time, what to do with my car. Seems this is a perennial problem of skoda rapid car model.

                                    Hi,

                                    My name is varun lakshmanan and i am a resident doctor @ thrissur and i am writing this letter to get to your notice about a really bad experience i had with the skoda dealership (Pinnacle skoda) in thrissur

                                    After months of research i had finally decided to buy the skoka rapid (Rapid editionx petrol automatic) this year and finalized all talks with the dealer (Of the above mentioned address) after paying an advance of rs10, 000. I was assured the vehicle by this week and applied for loan from hdfc for the same. At the end after reaching out to the dealer to get the vehicle as promised by him i am now told that i will not get the vehicle till end of january and the reason has infuriated me to the extent that i now wish to backtrack on my earlier idea to get the vehicle.

                                    I am now told that another gentleman in calicut will get the vehicle that i had booked or myself since he is going for an in-house loan while i am going for a loan from hdfc (Keep in mind i was shown this vehicle which was booked under my name and accepted it and paid an advance of the same). After getting all the necessary arrangements to get this vehicle, i am now put on a hold for a reason i was unware of till this very moment.

                                    I was also told that i would be getting an off of rs 50, 000 (Since i have cross-polo, ameo used by my family members and i currently use a vento) which they have backtracked now stating that the offer is not valid for this month.

                                    How can the dealer give the vehicle already selected by 1 customer to another person despite confirming the same by the 1st person.

                                    I highly doubt that the dealer can fullfill the promise from his side and i wish to close the deal with pinnacle skoda thrissur

                                    However being a skoda enthusiast i have already booked another vehicle from manikandan automobile pvt ltd, cochin. (Still awaiting booking advance from the previous dealer)

                                    I hope this sought of self centered interest is very disheartening and this had never happened to anyone of our family while procuring the other 3 vehicles

                                    I hope you take necessary actions so this dose not happen again

                                      I own skoda rapid diesel purchased on jan 2017, suddenly without any indication my car not started anyway with the help of skoda road side assistant I took it to nearest service station. after inspection they have told that the battery got died! My concern is it not so soon battery has been died. Is this called quality of product skoda India is selling in India!!!???

                                      When I was buying this one everyone force not to buy skoda cars they were told me that skoda India don’t care about customer they just say !!! I said things will get changed along with time!! It was very very hard for me to decided to go for skoda. I am here to not to spoil any one name I am here to get my issue resolved!!

                                      I always service my vehicle to the skoda authorised service center and top of these all I don’t have any after market accessories in my vehicle because I opt 2nd top model so everything is company fitted!

                                      I know you @skodaindia are trying hard to earn your customer love. I am also one of them which is looking help from you on this. Pls help me on this so I can say proudly that I am part of skoda family.

                                        On 27-oct-2018 i took my skoda superb car (Purchased in may 2015) to jmd skoda, bhandup for service. The engine malfunction alert light was showing. After diagnosis, i was told that the issue is with cannister and that need to be replaced. As the car is under extended warranty, they will start the replacement procedure for cannister under extended warranty

                                        However, after 4 days i was told that the request for the change of cannister under extended warranty has been rejected and that i have pay from my pocket despite having taken extended warranty from skoda.

                                        I am surprised why the extended warranty which is supposed to cover engine & transmission parts will not cover this? I had purchased this extended warranty from jmd skoda navi mumbai.

                                        Why should the customer suffer like this despite having purchased extended warranty? What is the use of extended warranty in that case?

                                        To summarise:

                                        1. The engine malfunction alert light had appeared – hence it is an engine related problem as per experts (I have verified with external experts on this matter)
                                        2. A faulty part i. E. Cannister had to be replaced as per jmd skoda. This part had a manufacturing defect as informed by jmd and hence needs to be replaced.
                                        3. The above part, since there is a manufacturing defect, is covered by the original warranty. Hence should be covered by extended warranty also.
                                        4. Extended warranty was provided to customer by skoda as an extension of original warranty
                                        5. The engine malfunction alert is an indication that the part is very much part of/connected with the engine function.

                                        How then skoda can reject it as uncovered?

                                        I paid the part replacement bill from my pocket and till now there is no proper response from skoda on why the warranty will not cover this.

                                        Felt cheated and thoroughly disappointed by the unprofessional way in which skoda handled the matter and delayed my car by 10 days and then asked me to pay up the entire bill. All this despite holding a valid extended warranty!!
                                        Skoda India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
