I purchased Skoda Kushaq Monter Carlo edition 1.0 AT in July, however the paint at the rear bumper has started to peel off. Looking at the money I spent on the car this shouldn’t happen. I’m very disappointed in the quality

    Own a scoda Superb and due to some leakage issue, i gave the car skoda service centre at Turbhe Navi Mumbai on 1st July 2022, they just checked the car and told me that we need to check where the water leakage and after a few days I got a call from the advisor that there is door beading issue and they have ordered it and it would take some time, and after few days i called to check the status, the advisor told me that only 3 door beading have been arrived we need one more. Then one day i went to the workshop to see my car, it was kept outside and I could see fungus on the seats, lots of dust all over the car, i was very disappointed by looking at my car, i asked the advisor why did you keep the car outside for the so many days, he told me that they have kept because they could get to know it there any more water leakage during rain etc. I finally asked him, "When will I get my car, he said by 30th July. I went to the service centre and waited there for almost 3 hours to get the car ready. I asked them where the door beading was, which made me wait for a month, the advisor said I did something so that there will be no water leakage, I was very much annoyed but I did not react. I took the car and on my way home, I could see some noise from the back side of the car . I opened the back side of the car and after what I saw, I could not believe that there was water storage in Stephanie and there was massive water inside the car, omg, I couldn't believe it when I saw it. While writing, I am very much annoyed, angry, and don't know how to put it into words, I cleaned all the water storage and my head light was working fine, it's not working, many things got damaged, I am gonna escalate this matter to the highest level. It's very, very bad experience. Even after 1 month they did not take out water from the car, it shows how skoda india works, it's such a global brand but such a pathetic service, due to water storage my car headlight got damaged lots of switches are not working. How come they kept the water as it is inside the car and did not check the car properly, it's out of my knowledge.

      Wrong promise on car delivery - tafe access bangalore

      Skoda India Haven't got the refund for the booking amount yet

      I had cancelled my booking of Skoda Slavia from Tafe Access showroom (Bangalore, St. Marks Road) on the 4th of July 2022 and today is 18th of July, 2022 i.e. it has been more than 14 days, I have still not got the refund of 50, 000 yet.

      Hi. I have booked Slavia 1.0 TSI MIT carbon steel car on 24.04.22 at Jai auto, sohna road Gurgaon.
      I have been given 3 month waiting period at the time of booking and afterwards was told the car will be delivered much earlier.
      And afterwards multiple times being told that there is no concrete date when I will get my car. Almost 3 months are about to complete and I still do not have a concrete delivery date

        My car Skoda superb is under warranty from manufacturer and I have also taken the intended warranty. While driving on the Pune Expressway, my car started violently vibrating. As i was unaware as it had not happened before and so I stopped the car as i got a chance. On reviewing the car, I found that the front right tyre was smoking and molten hot and as i saw the back eft tyre, there was a fire in the braking system and it was molten hot as well. I had my pregnant wife in the car who i desperately got out and we extinguished the fire. As i called Skoda roadside assistance, they told be they would take 5 - 6 hours to get the car and It was 5-6 in the evening and we were in the middle of nowhere on the expressway. I some how managed to get the car to MODY Skoda the next day.
        On checking of the car they said that the two brake pads of the front right and back left tyres were totally worn out. Which made me realise that the break got applied on their own by the car in the middle of the road. They found a problem with the Master cylinder of the car and replaced that under warranty. the problem is they refused to repair the brake pads under warranty and I had to pay close to Rs 50, 000 for the same.
        This is the most absurd things to happen as the car is under warranty and all of this happened because of the faulty master cylinder.
        Since then they would not release my car till i paid for the charges and they have refused to re imbrues me for the same. I am extremely disappointed in skoda as the faulty part could have potentially killed me and my wife and instead of treating it with seriousness I have not received any reply from Skoda India and only people from Modi Skoda are replying. Another note, don't trust the guys at MODY skoda either. The people before them Autobahn were much better. Since servicing with MODY my car has been to the garage atleast 3 times for having problems and non were because of any accident to otherwise.

          I bought Skoda Slavia 1.5 Style AT TSI on[protected], Huge difference wrt Demo vehicle and vehicle i got it. (MEXBRFPB5NG010716)

          1. Infotainment system provided in the vehicle is 8"its older version semi digital, where as in Demo car its 10" fully digital, also its not supporting phone digitally need to connect via cable
          2. Subwoofer not provided in the vehicle, demo car its 6speakes + 1 subwoofer.
          3. Skoda connect also not working even after 15 days of purchase.

            Hey sir, I have gave my skoda Octavia Vrs can for a service in SGA SKODA SERVICE CENTER IN COIMBATORE SOWRIPALAYAM IT AS BEEN A MONTH. Still they r tell the ordered parts are not received so for a month they holder my car in the service Center. I have a warranty package for my skoda Octavia Vrs they r not covering the bill also because my cat was turned very bad experience with they I’m totally disappointed with skoda and going to sell my car because so this issue.

              My car has done 98k Kms and I have opted for the 2 yrs service plan. I always get the service done in Skoda service Center.
              Car was give to service on 30/06/2022 at Oklipuram service station Bengaluru for regular service and a check for coolant alarm.
              I was told in the evening that radiator needs replacement and I gave go ahead. Car was to have been handed back On 2/07/2022 but not recd yet. I was told that new radiator recd was damaged and that they are organising for a new good one. I have followed up on this even today and was told twice that they would get back to me in a few minutes….but the concerned haven’t reverted yet.
              Your service station board no too needs a dramatic improvement as the call quality is terrible / plus person needs to be trained.

                I have pre booked Skoda Slavia on 4th December 2021.

                I have made online payment for Rs 11, 000/- kindly refer trail mail for the acknowledgment

                While booking I choose Gurudev Motors Teynampet Chennai as my dealer.

                I have been take tide by the dealer for allotting a vehicle for me till may end

                Since I am clueless on my vehicle delivery I have requested the dealer to cancel my booking and refund my payment 11, 000/-

                After almost 20 days follow up today I got Rs 10740/-

                as my refund amount

                When I enquired for balance Rs 260/- dealer has conveyed that they received only 10, 740/- from skoda out of my 11, 000/-

                So please check and refund my pending Rs 240 on priority

                The same concern has been raised to your customer care email and I got a reply mail saying my dealer will call and sort out the issue

                I got a call from dealer but I didn’t get my balance amount.

                I have wrote back to your customer care and escalated my concern but there was no response from your customer care

                This is how a customer will be treated ? Can you please share me the mail id of next level concern authority who will take this feed back seriously and refund my balance amount

                  I purchased a new Skoda Rapid Ambition TSI in Sep'21. In less than 3 months, I faced an issue of the battery having drained out and hence I was not able to start the vehicle. I had to call roadside assistance and had to get the car towed to the service centre at Stellar Skoda, Surat. This repeated again and this time the battery was replaced.

                  I got my car relocated back to Bangalore in Apr'22 and the issue recurred for the 3rd time. This time, TafeAccess Skoda inspected the vehicle and sent it back claiming that the issue is resolved. However, the issue was not resolved and recurred for a 4th time in about a month - I was out of town for 9 days and again the batter was drained out.

                  This time, I was made to speak to the GM - Shashikant who was on call conference with our service provider AVIS (Mr. Sachin Nagar) and he said that it is normal for Skoda cars to drain if not attended for 7-10 days. However, when asked to send a mail to confirm this - he cleverly wrote that I should the vehicle back if the problem persists.

                  Clearly Skoda has provided me a defective car and the service centres are not able to fix the issue.

                  I demand a replacement of the vehicle.

                    Hi I am Skoda Rapid user (Victim) facing Injector fault where my car is not even completed 40K Kilometre and facing the injector fault. Where Skoda in not accepting their fault for using using such bad quality injector and blaming on other like fuel adulteration (LOL after spending 13L on Skoda Rapid, do they think I will fill Diesel in cheap petrol pump). I am regularly using HP Petrol Pump for my car fuel. I demand Skoda to take the corrective action ASAP on this.

                      Dear sir,
                      I wanted to let you know that, i have booked kushaq 1.0 monte carlo on 13 th of may at Singhania skoda ranchi through sales executive mr nitesh kr. He had given me the offer for four years SMP free on ex showroom price after that i booked it. After my finance has completed he was like we won’t be able to offer what we dealt before then i spoke to the manager he told me that i will get the smp for free because he has committed. Even mr nitesh has dis conveyed many things with lie and he was keep telling sir we will give you the offer what we dealt. When i came for delivery on 7 th of june he told me that we have already applied for smp and you will get the certificate within 3 working days. Again I doubted on him and I refused to accept the car delivery but he was begging me again and again and telling that he already applied for smp and i will deliver your certificate by his own. After his so much effort I accepted the delivery and was waiting for certificate but i did not get yet. Then on 15 th I visited showroom and I spoke to manager agai he told me that you don’t worry sir you will get the smp as he committed just wait and let that executive come to showroom. I waited there till evening that guy came and started begging me sir i cant give you smp at least you give half the amount then i will manage, again he cheated me after that I left the showroom.
                      Now you tell this is totally fraud case, how a person can cheat us like that. This is so pathetic experience i have with skoda so far.
                      Kindly look into it and resolve the issue so that i can get whatever he dealt with me.

                          New Car Delivery

                          I had booked a Skoda Kushak Monte Carlo 1.0 on 13th June-2022 and made the payment on 14th June-2022. The delivery was expected on 14th June-2022 at my place-Belgaum at the Skoda showroom.
                          THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE TRANSPORTED FROM HUBLI DEALER TO BELGAUM SHOWROOM AS PROMISED BY THE SALES MANAGER.
                          BUT ON THE DELIVERY DAY THE CAR WAS DRIVEN FROM HUBLI TO BELGAUM BY THE SALES MANAGER AND HIS DRIVER AND DELIVERED INSTEAD OF TRANSPORTING...

                          To begin with I had booked a Salvia style 1.0 on 07-May-22 and my choice of colour I had requested was red. At the time of booking the car ex showroom price was 13.99lacs and had features like - subwoofer, wireless charger, 10inch screen.Now today I get a confirmation from my dealer that I will not be getting the above said features and also the ex showroom cost has also increased by 40k.

                          Do you think customers are a joke.? U removing all the above mentioned features and in turn giving a SMP worth 25k to compensate for the above removal of features and a price increase of 40k. And making a statement in media as we are doing it to deliver cars on time…! I’m not sure why as a customer I should be the looser when I had my funding ready by 12-May-22.

                          Why don’t you compensate the customer with a better offer rather than increasing the ex showroom price.

                          This seems really unfair and doesn’t look good on a brand like SKODA

                          WAITING FOR A REPLY, basis which I need to decide on cancellation of my booking or to whether go ahead..!
