In chennai ambattur skoda service station the staffs are cheating the customers and charging a lot unnecessarily, the customer is threatened by them that their car in their hands and can't do anything until its handed over safely.
This is not the way a customer service persons do for their valuable customers.

The person is planning to sell his skoda car just because he doesn't want to visit the skoda service station in ambattur where he was being cheated for more than 15 days without any problem critical.

Skoda is loosing customers just because of that service station

    I, joyanta majumder, owner of skoda rapid (Wb40x 9823), having a service from jia auto sales pvt ltd, (Address: nh - 6, kona express highway, truck terminal, khejurtala, p. O. Bankra, howrah.,, howrah, west bengal 711403) where it was found that they exchange my spare tyre and rim with a faulty size of 175/70r14 instead of actual size of 185/60r15. Thus having the odd size, i am unable to use the spare if required. I have made several complain to the service centre, but instead of managing my problem, they simply show the indifference to attend the complain. This has to be mentioned that the tax invoice are showing they charge rs. 4761.90 for one 185/60r 15 dp b1 tubeless tyre, but gave a tyre of different size (Assuming 175/70r 14). This is a fradaulant activity as rendered by the service centre and cause extreme suffering to your valued customer like me.

    Please help me to get rid of this cheating activity by the service centre.

      Sir, i had purchased a new skoda octavia elegance diesel with

      Car reg no;kl-44-d-333
      Engine no;crv112269
      Chassis no;tmbbjmne4ea008010, from marikar engineers, in the month of februrary 2015, the car has done 34500 kilometres on the odometer and has been reguraly serviced at the skoda authorized service centres.

      I took extended warranty for the car, forseeing the reputation of your company and how it deals with its customers.

      The headlight of the car started showing problems since last week, the passenger side daylight suddenly started malfunctioning, it turned yellow and stared dimming down, i was quite suprised for a car which is just 2 years and for months old to see its drl malfunction

      I approached the manikandan skoda, k. K. Towers, 479, nh byepass, 27, service road edapally, kochi, kerela, 682565,

      Where they directed me to their service centre, the car was taken in and on the next day i received a call from the service executive saying the headlamp assembly and the control module has to be changed

      And quoted me 30, 000 rupees for the headlamp assembly, and 15000 rupees for the control module.

      They offered me a discount on the headlamp assembly but asked the full amount for the control module.

      I was never aware that skoda would sell me a defective product and when it malfunctions would try to make the customer pay for it

      Their justification was it was three months since the regular 2 year warranty expired and i need to pay for a defective product.

      The car still has extended warranty and there were cars with the same complaint which headlight assemblys were replaced as it malfunctioned during their warranty period, indicating its a defective product.

      I would like your company to look in to the matter and intervene at the earliest

      Its not right for a company to cheat customers by selling defective products which cant even last for two and half years

        This is raghu owning skoda laura wuth registration number ap09bz0436. I am writing this with very very disappointment, talking to center head who doesn't understand what customer is trying to tell and doesn't listen to understand the issue.

        Issue: my vehicle was given for general service on saturday 3rd june. It was told me that there are several parts need to be replaced on 3rd june and given approval to go ahead. Since then the status was informed and when i called the concerned person for the update. I happened to know that the fly wheel is bad and need to replaced on which is under warranty. It was told to me that several emails have been sent to skoda for approvals and they had some challenges in getting approvals from skoda - not sure about the challenges here. Later on 5th and 6th june, none of them called me to update the status and keep telling that i can collect the vehicle on 5th and today is 6th june, my vehicle is not ready. I lost my business for two days with out my car.

        I spoke to kishore, who is the head of the sr nagar branch in hyderabad. He postponed one more day that is tomorrow 7th june, i lost my business for three days with wrong promise made by the people in service center.

        I am not happy with the service, why do i need to pay service charges with three days of business impact to me?

        Hope this will be addressed by tomorrow before i receive my car.

          I bought the skoda rapid base model on june-2012
          The car is good for driving but after 2 years (2014) exactly the warranty period over my cars first inkjetter got failed i gone to salem skoda office and changed after paying rs25000.
          After 18 months (2015) the car second inkjet got failed again salem office after paying rs 25000 the second one was changed.
          Unfortunately yesterday (04.06.2017) my cars third inkjet got failed,
          What is went wrong with the car, what is the quality of the inkjet the company produced.
          A reputed company like skoda it is very painful
          Now tell me what can i do with this car? Always give mental torture.

              I purchased Skoda rapid facelift model from Manikandan Skoda, Kochi last week. But I am not able to add my car VIN number (TMBBVMNA8GG019027) to Skoda app in my mobile. Also my car is 2016 December make and I heard 2016 model Rapid need software upgrade. But I am not intimated anything about that from the dealer.

              Please check on my above concerns and provide a feedback/update.

                We have procured skoda car no. Tn-31 br 2836 on 02nd february 2015 at gurudev motors/trichy. The company had given a warranty period for 2years.

                On 12th may 2017, friday when we were travelling towards chennai from neyveli township, my skoda car, after crossing vikravandi toll gate started jerking and pick up dropped considerably. The glow plug system (Diesel engine) indicator turned to orange. We stopped the vehicle and called mr. Karthick, service engineer, m/s gurudev motors pvt. Ltd./trichy and explained the situation. He gave instructions to take out the key and try 5 times on/off the vehicle in order to disable the indicator. I tried the same but the indicator was still glowing and again i approached the service adviser, he said to seek the help from road side service assistance.

                I called road service assistance through customer care number. They said to pay the road service recovery amount nearly around rs.14, 000/- from that place to gurudev motors, guindy, chennai to shift the vehicle because warranty period of 2 years got over by 2nd feb 2017. I paid the amount through online and then vehicle reached gurudev motors pvt. Ltd. Guindy / chennai on 12th may 2017 night.

                On 13th may 2017, from gurudev motos, guindy, chennai service engineer mr. Parthasarathy spoke to me over phone that the fuel injector of cylinder (3rd one) got worn out and it had to be replaced and arrangement to get 70% concession was done (Just because the car is only 2.25 years old) and you have to pay 30% of the cost of the duel injector which amounts to 7500 rs. I accepted and it has been replaced and they said to take out the vehicle from the service centre.

                On 19th may 2017, i went and i took out the vehicle and travelled for 80 kms from chennai towards hometown, again the same problem started with indicator showing orange colour as well. Again i was asked to drive back to gurudev motors pvt. Ltd., guindy, chennai. I went and left the vehicle for service. I got to know that now the problem was showing in fuel injector inside cylinder 4. Then they took one week time and interchanged the fuel injectors without replacing anything new, according to technical teams advice and a trial drive for 80 kms and then they told me to take out the vehicle by assuring that hereafter no such problem will arise in future.

                On 31st may 2017, i went to gurudev motors service centre to take my car after service, and on the way to neyveli township after 190 kms again the same indication with orange light started glowing and tried for 3 to 5 times and finally reached home. Distance between neyveli township and chennai is about 200 kms.

                We tried reaching the service engineer and he said that even with this problem you can go for long distance drive just by switching on/off and road side assistance can be called once it doesn’t work. This shows the lethargic nature of the service engineer. The orange light is glowing because of wear on the other injector which means that also has to be replaced but why is that not done?
                I had to travel by bus thrice to pick my vehicle (Total 800 kms by bus) but still the problem persists. It has been informed that wear is the major failure mode and they are informing that this is due to adulteration in fuel which cannot be filtered by the filter present in the injector. If that is the case tell us where to fuel?
                This should have been informed before buying the vehicle else we could have gone for some other car. We are not staying in chennai or trichy. We should have been informed that skoda runs only with proper fuel which is provided only in cities. Service is very poor. Customer care didn’t extend help at all.
                I have sent five mails to aurangabad-skoda and gurudev motors. No one even bothered to reply me back. I am planning to atleast intimate others through facebook, quora and whatsapp so that atleast no one else should get affected like this way. My father is mentally upset after paying 11 lakhs since we are from middle class only.
                My mom when she spoke to area manager suhaas, spoke due to shear frustration that she is planning to go to consumer court even. But that guy coolly replied back saying “we too have a lawyer”.
                I am also working in an mnc called eaton technologies. I am a design engineer in valve train in engine only. We are tier one suppliers for many oems like hyundai, mahindra, volvo, etc. It feels bad to change something within 2.5 years as these components are designed for atleast say 10 years by your suppliers. If you people are entering indian market, it is your responsibility to consider these adulteration issues as well or intimate customers in prior to fuel only in city bunks or other bunks suggested by skoda.
                Resolution:
                1. All the fuel injectors have to be replaced without any extra charge.
                2. Service should be done such a way that i should not be facing such issue in the near future.
                3. I have mailed 5 times and i need proper reply for these mails.

                Just thought of owning a skoda rapid 1.5 TDI Ambition 2018 Model. But after seeing such pathetic after sales service I have changed my mind.

                Also there should be an written confirmation from customer to his/her satisfaction level to close this complaint, but skoda India had just given a basic reply to

                customer complaint and closed the complaint in this consumer portal.

                No peace of mind I guess after purchasing Skoda!

                  The engine skid plate or sump guard is missing from my car. I am pretty sure the skoda dealer has misplaced it. I want the part and i am willing to pay for it. However the part is not available at any dealership. No help from my dealer who simply claimed my car doesn't come with one. Please help the car was purchased brand new. And is 18months old.
                  No one has bothered to contact me even after several complaints to skoda contact centre.

                  As I bought my skoda in 2011, my battery died in 2014 again, I changed my battery paid up to 7k, After 3 years again my battery died ? Is it compulsory to change the battery of skoda in three years )

                    In response to your frequent mails for monsoon service emails,

                    I own a skoda octavia elegance number gj 27 ah 999,

                    I am very much afraid to send the car to the workshop anymore,

                    The reason for the same is as following, in january of 2017, we felt that the car was not working properly as it was being dragged towards one side, so we sent the car to the skoda workshop in ahmedabad, they informed us that we needed to change the tyres and also they needed to replace the hub, please note that at this time, everything else including the air conditioner was fine.

                    Once we sent the car in the workshop, they returned it and the car made cracking noise everytme the a/c was turned on.

                    We resent the car to the workshop, they informed us that now the a/c conditioner needed a new spare part, we obliged again and let them repair it, please note at this time everything was fine including the headlights.

                    Once they returned the car, the right headlights were not working, frustrated, we resent the car to the workshop and putting our trust once again in a reputed company like skoda, please note at this time everything was working fine including the front led day-time running lights.

                    Once it was returned, they too were not working and they informed us that we needed to pay 35, 000 to add a module to repair it, and till now we had already paid an amount of approximately 90, 000 for problems which didn't exist before the car went to the workshop.

                    We were very shocked and mortified that such things would happen with us, involving a company like skoda.

                    We believe these are the acts of cheating and misappropriation by some disgruntled and dishonest staff or employees of the workshop.

                    We had also stopped using our car, as we already have cars from nissan, toyota, and volkswagen., but these recurring emails from your company regarding the monsoon service instigated me to write and inform about what we believe are acts of cheating and wrongful billing by some of your employees.

                    I believe i had to bring it to your notice, so that your future customers will not regret this as much as we do, and hopefully they will not be undergo the same frustration and angst as we did.

                    I regret to tell you that it is a major complaint on parts misappropriation and excessive billing.

                      I am extremely dissatisfied and tired with your service.

                      It's a coincidence that I gave my car for software upgradation for emission and after that I get a coil light indication. service advisor tells me I need to change the fuel injector costing 22 thousand indian rupees. It's only 1500 kms done since last service few months ago. It's hard to digest how this issue has suddenly come up. My car (Rapid Diesel 2012 Nov) has only clocked only 49k kms.

                      Maintaining​ the car is costing me hell lot of money than what I am using. It's like owning a white elephant.

                      There is certainly a issue with the batch Diesel cars of rapid u had in 2012. Many other customers have faced similar issues in india. Not expected this poor quality of material used by Skoda . I will be selling my car soon and never buying any Skoda car ever. You are going to lose a lot of Indian customers and loyalty.

                        On 18 May 2017 I owned a new Skoda Rapid Style Diesel varient from Marikar Skoda, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The manufacturing date of my car was January 2017 in my invoice but the front glass and the windows denotes 2016 as the manufaturing date. Is it possible?
                        And, now I have done only 499 kms and I had a problem in my air conditioning system. I noticed a compressor oil leakage at my car shed and had given my car in the showroom on 29 May 2017 for clearing this issue. There were no such pleasant treatment from the service section. The problem of my car should be cleared as soon as possible. Its your responsibility to do that or else replace the vehicle. I hope your greatfull service as an Skoda customer.

                          I own skoda rapid 1.6 tdi, bought in nov 2012, recently had an issue of a blinking "emission and coil" indicator, in between a drive. I took to it jai skoda, delhi on 12 april 2017. They said is because presure conveter pump and change it, though i not conveinced if that is the issue but the after the assurance i took the delivery, on the same evening issue again recurred, i again took it to same service center. Where they assured me this time they way extensivly scan and fix the issue, they call me next evening and they have updated the car software and issue is fixed. Though i was not conviced as i took the opinion from the outside where they suspect it something to do with injector. Any how after any parsuation i took the delivery and hoping for the best. I went to chennai offical purpose for a month, when i came back i again found same issue again, now i again took it jai skoda. This time they say it is issue with 2nd injector and will cost around 23500 rupess. Since my warranty expired around 5 months back. I failed to understand how come injector failed as my car running is very less 26000 km, also i take good care of my car. I didn't expect a part to superior brand, who is known for his quality? I sincerely hope that your technical team will diagnose the issue in detail and let us know the best way forward. From the financial perspective, i believe that skoda india will bear the maximum cost, for its unreliability in this case, and value your esteemed customers. Thanks, vikas dagar

                            Hi,
                            I just bought a Skoda Superb in May 2017 from JMD Skoda, Andheri East, Chakala Junction, Mumbai. My vehicle number is MH12PC4699. My complaint is two fold:

                            1) Insurance Cost: The quote that I received from Mr. Sandeep showed the comprehensive insurance cost as Rs114800/-. He said I am giving you the insurance free which was for 1.15 lac. He showed that 1.15 lac as a discount in the whole calculation and was not negotiating on the discount any further. I was offered 1 Lac of cash discount from another dealership but I preferred dealing with Sandeep as I thought the discount that I am getting from you was for 1.15 Lacs. It was only at the time of delivery yesterday that I realised that the insurance cover that you gave with the car was costing only Rs59, 000 and not 1.15 Lac as projected.

                            I am been informed by the branch manager Ms. Ruchi on an email that "Insurance free is JMD retail offer of the month which must have discussed at the time of giving quotation and we have mentioned discounted premium amount on the policy for tax purpose but IDV value of your car is 95 % so there will be no harm in claim process, it will be full as per normal claim. Your benefits will be remained untouched."

                            I have been given an insurance cover which is without the 0 depreciation benefit in the first year. Why was the insurance cost projected as Rs1, 14, 600 when it actually costed only Rs59, 000/-? Is it that the insurance cost of 1, 14, 600/- was with a “0” depreciation benefit and I have been given a policy which does not have a “0” depreciation benefit? If it was to be given for free, than why is my policy without the 0 depreciation benefit?

                            I demand a policy with "0"depreciation benefit as that was what was part of the monthly free insurance offer from JMD's skoda's end.

                            2) Essen Accessories kit: In the quote submitted, the accessory kit is billed to me at Rs22, 301/-. No accessory kit which is not part of the original manufactured equipment can be made mandatory at the time of sale. I was been explained that its very nice and is a must have for your car and so I agreed. After seeing the things that have been installed in the car against that 22k amount, I feel that I am been duped here as well. Please note that the list of items in the accessory kit was never shared with us. When inquired, we were been told that its very nice and you will not be disappointed. The items installed are:

                            o 4 mud flaps
                            o 4 anti-scratch metal plates on each door entrance.
                            o Net for keeping the luggage intact.
                            o 4 rubber mats.
                            o 1 small useless dustbin.
                            o 1 mobile cum ipad holder for the rear passenger.

                            My specific charge here is :
                            a. What is there in the accessories kit was never been told. It was sold as something that was compulsory to buy. Is that correct?
                            b. The kit is not worth its price. The items provided are not worth it and are grossly overpriced. Do you agree?

                            I have been writing e-mails to the showroom and asking for an update but they are not responding. Request you to look into the matter.

                              I, Rajiv Kumar Aggarwal a renowned businessmen of Hoshiarpur dealing with road construction works of the Punjab State & Central Government departments intend to educate your office about the working of your dealer namely M/s Krishna Motors, Jalandhar as under:-
                              1. That first of all I may inform you that I am user of Skoda BMW cars since last 15 years ( which may be confirmed from your record) and before this I had never raised any complaint to the company.
                              2. That unluckily this time I purchased a Skoda Spurb car having registration No. PB-07 AN2000 which met a road accident on 29.03.2017. The vehicle was immediately carted to the service station of M/s Krishna Motors, Jalandhar. Since this vehicle is insured by Bharti Axa General Insurance Co. Ltd. under dep cap policy as such a copy of the Insurance cover was also provided to the dealer for needful.
                              3. That after the inspection of the damaged car we were given to understand by the service station staff that in addition to some repair/changes the vehicle may also be requiring some parts in gear box but that can only finalized when the vehicle is road able. Subsequently we were again given to understand that some parts in gear box were also required to be replaced.
                              4. That after the repair M/s Krishna Motors, Jalandhar raised their bill of about Rs. 4.83 lacs to the insurance company which was cleared for Rs. 4, 70, 277/-. Accordingly the dealer informed us that we should take the delivery of car from workshop.
                              5. That at the time of delivery we noticed that car was bubbling, when pointed out the service station staff they advised us to take the delivery of the vehicle and to drive very cautiously and slowly for 10-15 days and then to re report to them for further repairs. The proposal of the service station staff was unturned by us on the plea that under such conditions we cannot take the delivery which may result the loss of life of person driving vehicle on the highways.
                              6. That thereafter almost on each and every day my son visits the premises of M/s Krishna Motors, Jalandhar to enquire about the position of vehicle but nothing positive is being provided to him. It is pertinent to add here that at service station on so many occasions even no chair is offered to my son visiting the service station to enquire the position of vehicle and he had to stand for hour and two.
                              7. That on 26.05.2017 I visited the premises of M/s Krishna Motors, Jalandhar to enquire about the position of my vehicle. Service station incharge Mr. Madan was said to be on leave, when contacted on phone he replied in a rough tune. However the Second in command of the service station provided me a supplementary estimate for about Rs. 75, 000/-. It is worth to place on record that while discussing the same he was again trying on hit and try policy as he said let we change two wheel guards from which it is clear that he is still not sure about the exact fault of the vehicle. A copy of the estimate as provided to me is attached. Thereafter I met the Deputy General Manager of the dealer who assured me that he will take another one day to sort out the problem, and in case need be he will discuss the matter with Mr. Aashish Gupta owner of the service station and sort out the problem being faced by us.
                              8. That on the morning 27th May, 2017 I have received an other call from Mr. Madan that I shall get the revised estimate passed from the insurance company so that he may take the repair work in hand.
                              9. That as on the day the period of about two months has since elapsed but the vehicle is still under repair. I have fixed the marriage of my son and I am in need a vehicle urgently.
                              Sir, you are requested to kindly come to my rescue and
                              pass on necessary orders to M/s Krishna Motors, Jalandhar to repair my car and hand over the same to me without further loss of time since the car is insured under dep cap policy the amount be claimed from the insurance company.

                              Hi,

                              My name is Himanshu Arora. I am from Jalandhar, India. I was interested in purchasing a Skoda Superb L&K and a Skoda Kodiaq. I inquired about the same from your Krishna Auto Sales dealership in Jalandhar, Punjab. On 10th November I went to check the car. I was interested in purchasing both petrol cars and asked for the test drive of the same but since the Superb petrol was not available and the Kodiaq came in Diesel variant only, I came back with the quotations of both. Then I asked them to show a petrol variant of the Superb, they didn't have the same so I went with them to a nearby city Amritsar to inspect the petrol one, as they didn't even have the brochure for the latest version. The same was finalized. It was decided to take delivery of Superb and then of Kodiaq. When it was the turn to negotiate on prices, I was handed with a new quotation of both. I was told that the initial quotation was wrongly given to me, which is inspite of the fact that it was verified by the sales guy Sh. Rupinder and the branch manager Sh. Manik. In the initial quotation both the insurance and the kit was given to me free of cost along with the waiver of the logistic charges. But with the new quotation they said that insurance will not be free. Then after many discussions with the MD and VP, who are very nice and down to earth people btw, the price of insurance was slashed to a much extent. So, the booking amount was transferred on 27th November of Rs. 1 lakhs, As soon as the UTR number of this amount was shared with Sh. Rupinder, I started getting calls from a person who claimed to be an employee of a bank. He said that Sh. Rupinder gave him my number and started giving me interest rates for loans. He kept on calling me multiple times everyday despite the fact that I told him very humbly that I will contact him myself if I needed any loan. Then in about the second week of December another Rs. 8 lakhs were transferred. Sh.Rupinder was also pressing me every now and then to clear the payment and then and only then they will arrange the car for PDI and not before. In the mid of December Sh. Rupinder called me and told me that if I do not deposit the remaining amount before evening then they will give that car in Amritsar to some doctor, I don't recall his name. I told him to do the same as the payment from my side will take another few days as our CA told us to go for Auto loan. Then I went out of city for professional and personal commitments. Sh. Rupinder and his loan guy kept on calling and messaging every now and then in the meanwhile. When I came back I inquired about this loan guy and I came to know that he is not from a bank but is running a loan agency. Sh. Rupinder recommended him and not Skoda/VW finance as he was getting monetary benefits from this guy. Anyways 2 days ago, Sh. Rupinder very rudely said that because of me they have lost 4 of their customers. I told him pretty clearly that I told him to deliver the car to the first person who came with the money as I will always get a new piece. Then he said that he has arranged an October make car for me and the same is reaching with a Rapid from the plant. The Rapid will be delivered in Chandigarh and the Superb will reach our city on Sunday. He told me to come for PDI on Monday and told me to deposit around 50-60% of the amount so that they can raise the invoice. The loan amount of 18 lakhs was released today. I confirmed him the same and he said that the car is in transit and will reach by tomorrow. I called him again in the afternoon to give him the UTR number of the amount but he didn't pick up. Then I called the manager Sh. Manik to inform about the UTR number. But he said that no car as such is coming from the plant and the information provided to me was once again wrong. Sh. Manik called Sh. Rupinder while I was on the phone and he admitted of providing wrong information. Now Sh. Rupinder is not picking up the phone. As you can clearly see I am getting harassed by the showroom, by the sales guy especially first about the quotation then breaching my privacy and sharing my number with some third party for his monetary benefit, then forcing me to deposit the money and then eventually about the delivery. This whole experience has been pathetic. I would have loved to join the Skoda family and be associated with you for years to come. But this whole episode has been just so poor that I guess I will stick to the good old Jap cars. Kindly refund me the money along with the bank's interest that will be charged by the bank immediately.

                                Hello skoda... I m bringing this to notice so that concern step will be taken by skoda and in future it don't repeat to any customer's
                                My vehicle new octavia tn59bl2388 was give to madurai gurudev motors for regular maintance service and made few complaint issues they assured to change and fix with new spare parts. Still i have warranty of my vehicle and i have additional warranty also but when i ask for warranty, gurudev don't take any responsibility and answer me properly. I have attached the photo of the damaged parts for reference below... The a/c vents has been broken and the silver linings are coming out, when i asked for responsible answer they are so careless to answer me.in volkswagen madurai my friend vehicle jetta also had the same issue and they made claim under warranty and replaced with new spares. Worst part is when i asked gurudev motors to fix it they just used fevi quick to fix it and now i m not able to move my air vents directions, i never expected such a branded company use five rupees fevi quick to fix this and make me feel so bad about the quality and service they provide to customer. I hope skoda will take necessary step with gurudev madurai to sort out with my issues which i m facing.

                                Just thought of owning a skoda rapid 1.5 TDI Ambition 2018 Model. But after seeing such pathetic after sales service I have changed my mind.

                                Also there should be an written confirmation from customer to his/her satisfaction level to close this complaint, but skoda India had just given a basic reply to

                                customer complaint and closed the complaint in this consumer portal.

                                No peace of mind I guess after purchasing Skoda!

                                  Hi... I had given my Skoda Rapid (KA 01 MN 3529) car for first free service yesterday with Vinayaka Skoda KR Puram. I am here to share my serious disappointment with their service and their innovative way spleecing customers of their money by doing unwanted value added services with out the car owners consent.

                                  I only realised it today after seeing the soft copy of the bill sent by Skoda India, that they have done AC disinfectant and Paint protection charging me approx Rs 1440 incl taxes. And I had no idea about the same untill I saw the bill. When I called the service advisor, he initially defended saying these things are mandatory and after further questioning admitted that it was a mistake on its part.

                                  Secondly, I am sharing few pictures of the interior of my car that was supposedly cleaned after charging me Rs 575 which depicts a sad state of their quality of service.

                                  Thirdly, They are charging an additional 2% for settling the bill using credit card. Which is unheard of in my experience with other Skoda dealers (Tafe Access, Hosur Road) or any other nom Skoda dealer for that matter.

                                  I hope #Skoda India will take appropriate action and help me get my money for which I was charged for the services forcefully or trickily performed with out my consent. And uphold consumer interest and perception of Skoda's after sales services which have been up for question due to a few dealers like these.

                                    I have entrusted my skoda rapid car for due repair after a minor accident to your ernakulam service centre m/s manikantan skoda, elamakkara on 2nd may 2017. The complaint assessed by the insurance company was to replace front and back bumpers and the boot lid.
                                    Unfortunately the boot lid is not available with the dealer"s service point and they ordered with their principals. On tracing the parcel the service dealer told me that it has consigned from bangalore and passed calicut on 23rd may. But it was not reached at ernakulam till date. Kindly enquire in to the matter and inform me the present position. I wonder the inordinate delay caused in this deal. I have another two cars of yet another brand. They are keeping their words in repairs and maintenance. Your company is unfair to me and i have to rethink to purchase another skoda for my brother.
                                    Kindly up date me when the boot lid will reach me and when the car will be able to get back after painting and all.

                                      I own a skoda rapid since 2014. I bought it with a three year extended warranty. Today my car wasn't starting. I sent my car to the service centre. They told me the battery has worn out. But they also told me that "battery is not covered in the warranty". I want to know is it true that skoda doesn't cover battery in the warranty?
                                      Also isn't it too early for a skoda bettery to worn out. Given the fact that it has been just 3 years.

                                        I have purchased a skoda rapid from kotak mahindra bank in an auction through cartrade.com, as the earlier owners went defaulter's. As the car was not registered and the documents required for registration ie (Invoice, form 21-22) were missing in the car. I need those documents to register my car in ludhiana district punjab. I have visited sidak autos in karnal from where the car was purchased by the owners. Dealership is not replying me properly regarding the documents. Its been 4 months i have purchased this car and i didnt got the documents. Dealership is saying that sidak autos have borrowed this car from nawab motos in noida. So they are responsible for the documents. I visited nawab autos also which is 350 kms from my place they said sidak autos is responsible for the documents as the car is purchased from sidak autos. I am unable to drive my car from last 4 months as it is unregistered. Its engine no. Cln 226770 and chassis no. Tmbblanaxdg034340. Dealership is not replying, accepting my calls. They are rejection my calls. Kindly help me getting the documents so so i can get my car registered.

                                        I didnt received any call, message or revert from skoda, or dealership. My problem is still there not being solver by anybody. Poor service.
                                        Engine vibrating at idle when the AC is off. Changed injector at 12000 Kms and now facing vibration problem. Service center named Krishna autos and Dev bhoomi motors doesn't cooperating.. Rather doubtful that Dev bhoomi motors Mandi supplied faulty car. Help required urgently.
