I buy a skoda rapid elegance 1.6 mpi at bp on[protected] through singh motorcars pvt ltd patna. the showroom and service centre in patna has been closed. right now there is no any dealers in patna.

question is that why i will move to other state for service and insurance claim. kindly arrange service or take back your car and return my money. othewise i will move to consumer forum.

Roof top past not delivery!!! i am waiting for 30 day, 's. very bad work i mistake buy skoda car very very very bad service. i have calling skoda work shop!! this is not perfect reply ancer he says wait 2 day 4 day 15 day. not perfectly time and not serialise complan.

    I am extremely disappointed on your after sales service because, I have given my car for repair on oct 31, When I asked the dealer for alternate car the dealer assured me that the car will be repaired within 15 days and there won't be requirement for alternate car.

    But as of today its been 18 days.So today when I enquired about the delivery of my car.They are simply saying that it could take another month to get the car repaired.This is not how skoda should treat their customer.

    I only agreed to get the car repaired at the said dealer because they assured me that car would be repaired within 15 Days at max.

    Also please note that all the insurance formalities are done and claim amount is released.

    Its a clear case of cheating because as and when the insurance claim amount has been released the dealer simply said that they cannot deliver the car within 15 DAYS it takes atleast an additional month.Then why should they assure me in the first place that the car would be delivered in 15 DAYS.

    Kindly escalate this issue to the highest authority.And give me a reason why they planned to CHEAT me.

    There is no reply for the mails I have sent to Skoda customer care emai.

    This is not one would expect after agreeing to pay high service costs.

      Hi ths is anudeep from hyd, my vechile number(AP36AU0005).I have given my fabia as of break down, they have said the problem is of timing belt nd need to replace the same. They have taken almost a weekdays nd delivered the vechile. Now there is lot of engine sound which was not before. I have called to sevice center(sanath nagar, hyd) they are now saying that there might be another problem once bring the car.I have taken the car to service center, they are now saying that there is a problem with the coolent set nd we shud replace it(cost 28000). I have paid the bill nd brought my car nd before bill(timing belt was 25000).Again there is problem now my car is not getting started.My total car was damaged by the service center nd getting a lot of repair which was not there before giving in service center at sanath nagar. I would go legally as my car is not starting now. PHN NO [protected]

        I own a Skoda Rapid purchased from Singh Motors in Year 2014 at Patna. When I approached service center for my 2nd year service of I came to know that they have closed their shop and service center. I approached your service representative @ toll free number he suggested to visit Jamshedpur or Kolkata Dealership for Service. When inquired about who will the bear the cost of taking my car to Jamshedpur for service and coming back, he advised me to speak to Service person at Jamshedpur who will help me in this regard. He shared a contact no of Service person Ms. Sandya Sinha of Imperial Auto, Jamshedpur which was not reachable again I contacted them this time they gave me the no of Mr. Sudeep Sinha, Service Manager at Imperial Auto.

        I contacted Mr. Sudeep sinha to explain my concern, he agreed for servicing of car for showed his inability to bear the cost involved in taking the car to Jamshedpur from Patna and back.

        If the dealership at Patna is closed, why the customers at Patna should suffer, the company should arrange for hassle free service of purchased cars at Patna. You are requested to arrange for Servicing of my car at the earliest and bear the cost involved in taking my car to Jamshedpur from Patna and back.

          Being met with an accident and parked at Skoda, we blindly believe the fame of this brand but guess what... I get charged 350/day for parking and 2% of total repair charges as the vehicle went for total loss ( which SKoda Auto representative declined as per rules ) and my vehicle's monogram is stolen, my vehicle doesnt start anymore ( which used to when I left ) and Skoda is least bothered about its customer now. When started yelling at the skoda Manager ( Ram ) all he responds is.. I'm not responsible for this issue and disconnects the call.

          Well things have not been sorted yet and your Skoda representative ( Surender and Ankita ) havent followed up this case for more than 3 days now, I wish to inform you that I would take things in a legal manner ( FIR, Customer court and social media ) with due support of owners who face similar issues with Skoda. I don’t wish to continue forward with such service and poor quality in service ( have 3 other Skodas in my family )

            Hai this is venkatesh from vijaywada

            subject -about my advance back of booking skoda rapid & the reason

            i have paid advance for skoda rapid (carbon steel) rs 20000 on 25-9-16, as my father is a bank manager loan process has been started on 28-9-16
            it takes nearly 15to 20 days of time toapprove the loan, , as we told before paying advance the time and the duration, and MR suresh
            the excutive said ok that he will keep aside the car that we have booked ...
            so the day of 23-10-16 i got a call from suresh that (sir carbon steel is not avaible, the reason company has stopped that colour )

            he said on nov 2nd week that i have kept your car aside when ever you come you can take away...

            so i have spoke to the manager he said simple answer (who comes 1st we will give car to them) wont bother about the customer
            who have paid advance

            so for two days i comparised to white colour because excutive has said me only white and capp being colour is avaible
            we got the loan apporval the we have fixed the date to take delivary

            on 28 -10-16 again i got a call from excutive that (only capp being colour is avaible )
            on the next day i have put an email to hr related to skoda mumbhai...

            they spoke with the excutive and i got a call from excutive that with a better offer you can take capp being colour
            or else you can wait till 2017 rapid is going to be released you can go to that with a better offer

            2016 skoda rapid i got a price for 10, 32000

            now the 2017 rapid id 11, 40000 (nearly 1 lakh loss for me)

            today morning i got a call from excutive sir there are no offers for 2017 skoda rapid you must buy for rs 11, 40000
            so my option there are no ptions for me (only taking the advance back)
            IS THIS THE WAY THE MANAGMENT AND SKODA TEAM ARE RESPONDING
            SO I NEED A ANSWER AND A SOLUTION FROM A RIGHT PERSON

              Hi,
              I met an accident on Sep 8th 2016 and had given my skoda Rapid to the Marikar skoda Trivandrum showroom on Sep 9th 2016. Since the Insurance process is initiated and the surveyor had checked the vehicle and requested the service manager to Order the parts. he had ensured to give an advance amount as early as possible since the service centre folks had asked for 15 days to deliver the parts.
              Now, today on October 24th, I had requested an update on my Vehicle repair status and the service guys had replied that they haven't ordered the parts till today. They are asking for 20 more days to get the parts and to work on.

              Realy pathetic on the after sales service of Marikar skoda and no caring is given to the car and there is no value for the customers. Even if the 13 lakhs car is with them and the insurance amount will be credited within 2 days, they are not willing to order the parts. I had requested them to order the parts while i shall give them an advance of 10000 as a security, but they don't have a trust on customer since they stand and argue for an advance of higher amount which is to be delivered from the Insurance company.

              is this the way they are treating a customer? I have never seen a Showroom like this treating the customers as fools. Kindly requesting a solution on my concern.
              I beg everyone not to buy any vehicle from Marikar skoda since the welcoming face won't be there after you buy it from them. I had spent all my money for this car and still running behind the showroom for each and every small things due to the inefficiency of people within the service center.

              Hereby attaching the estimate given by Marikar skoda for more clarity.

                A sound was noted after 60000km service of SCODA RAPID vehicle by your dealer Marakar Motors in Trivandrum, Kerala. The same was reported to your service dealer. It was informed that it is because of Steering Rack Sound and it is a manufacture mechanism failure.
                Although all reputed companies will rectify the manufacturing defects without any difficulty your dealer did not responded positively. As it may tarnish the reputation of your company if the matter is reported to other circles I hope that you will intervene and rectify the same at the earliest . Details of main office for reporting manufacture complaint may also be forwarded to bring the attention to manufacture.

                  To whom so ever it may concern
                  I bought a new skoda octavia and I took it for inspection after 7500kms the very first service at krishna auto sales in Chandigarh I asked the advisor for certain jobs to be done but failing in all and spoiling my cars seat with a chemical which took off the leather from the seat there was a stain which I asked the advisor to remove so the employee working rubbed it with the chemical which took off the leather then I approached the manager of service he was apologising .i jotted down a complaint and forwarded to the customer care after that they took my car from my residence for the whole day and did nothing they also spoiled the paint on the bonet and bumper which was to be removed by rubbing but my question is if the lower bumper was to b painted which cud be done from a normal touching also why did they paint and y ain't the body of the brand new car wasnt covered lack o[censored]ndiscipline and Unprofessionalism from the manager .and in revert what I have to hear is that sir you forwarded an email now it will be done over the email only so u. Ab please leave and take your car everything is on records over the camera .i strongly appeal that it should be taken care off and the seat spoiled my the engineers working in workshop should either be replaced aur get it sorted the manager promising that sir we have a leather polish which will help us to get back the colour of the seat but still my complaint is unsolved such irrelevant behaviour of the staff .thanks

                    We had given our car MH-31-EA684 for routine service on 6th October 2016.
                    We regret to say the following:
                    1. The floor supervisor informed us on phone spelling out number of repairs to be carried out, we asked him to list out the repairs in writing including applicable cost so that we can arrange to carry out the repairs, the request was not complied. We feel that the said supervisor was telling all the things to make money for company for unwanted repairs.

                    Routine service car MH32EA684 date 6th Oct 2016. We regret to say that the skoda Service station at Nagpur insist on owner or owner's representative not to witness repairs and specialy replacement of oils, we have feeling that the said dealer or his representatives may have a intention to cheat the car owner!

                    Time taken for routine service by the service provider is inordinately long, they retain the car for more than 8 hours.
                    We request Skoda india to look in the matter and do the needful.

                      Car breakdown within 3days from the purchase and showroom aren't supporting.
                      Through road side assistance car is taken to JMD service centre they are saying 2 more working day to solve the problem . New brand skoda Octavia style plus faces problem within 3 days
                      And on the top showroom is like we are from sales and so on

                        I am fatima, i have given my skoda fabia car having reg number KL01 AT 3470 for replacement of timing belt & V belt on 12/10/2016 and they have told the expected delivery date as 12/10/2016 6.00 pm . But as on today 20/10/2016 the vehicle has not been delivered. i have given the vehicle for replacing the timing belt and v belt after importing the the above said parts from skoda company. i use to call the service adviser for enquiring about the delivery of vehicle and he will tell next day will deliver the vehicle and also he will tell that
                        he will update status of work and delivery time but nothing happened till now. Today 21/10/16 i talked to service manager regarding the non delivery of vehicle since 10 days after given for service and he has told that the vehicle will be delivered on monday ( 24/10/16) only . I doubt that
                        the service center do not have experienced person to complete the work.
                        Till before this incident i was proud to be a skoda vehicle owner .

                          My skoda Ralid car was bought from Rg`s auto. DSa - Haren and thru senator in april 2015 at the time of buying had paid Rs. 17721.00 for extended warranty. However skoda dealer shut skoda service in mumbai and now when i need the extended warranty beyond 2 years neither skoda India not skoda dealers autobahn or jmd ready to help.
                          Since senator is already closed as a skoda dealer neither are they traceable nor reverting. Have written several emails to customer support skoda India and mukul - AM refuses to reply or revert .

                          Skoda india has to extend my warranty or arrange to refund the money as the dealer shut shop suddenly without any information to me.
                          Inspite of several reminders customer skoda india refuses to revert and help.

                            I own a Fabia 1.6 2011 model. Beautiful car but the worst service centres provided by you guys. No idea with what false pride you guys are advertising service as your USP!!!

                            My car broke down after giving it for servicing at Mahavir, Hyd. I called a mobile number of one of your staff members and he told me to continue to run the vehicle as an EPC means nothing... seriously??

                            I then gave it to a non Skoda workshop since I don't trust you guys. Why, because the Manager at the Sanathnagar workshop sent a mechanic after he realised basic check like changing spark plugs were not done this year or last year, though he himself claimed it should be changed every two years. The person he sent falsely claims that there is Diesel smell coming from the car..when the problem is actually that you guys ran my car without oil during service and screwed up my engine!!

                            So you can imagine the distrust. A basic request to clean the interiors got me a rotten stinking car for 2-3 days.

                            Now the quote to fix my car is approximately 40k. Please let me know how you would want to reimburse me for the same along with cab expenses and the fact that I have been without a car for more than a month now!!!

                            I picked a new skoda rapid 1.5 TDI style plus on[protected] from Hubli, while returning back tyre got punctured due to stone getting stuck . i mean what kind off quality Tyre (MRF)they are using, i need the replacement for it .

                              I have skoda fabia from 2014 i faced lots of problems with this car servicing.Now my car engine was not working due to fuel problem. I gave my car at mahavir service center at vijayawada people here was so rude not responsible towards customers they are trying to blame us we have warranty for 100000km but i have travelled only 29000km . I want my car servive free because mahavir service center was taking charges from us.Please take action towards them or we will give complaint to the higher otherities.

                                I am Raja vasireddy vijayalakshmi, owner of skoda superb car(Ap09cm0139), purchased from mahavir auto showroom, i actually gave my car for servicing and repair, i asked the service guys to rectify discs, brake pads, and to rectify the sound im getting frm the wheel and axle for which they told there is some fault for which they have to chage parts and they charged for it, after the service i got back my car and the very next day the same sound started voming again, and so i called them n told them, they said they would collect the car n rectify, but its been almost 15 days no ine turned up, and my bill was for almost 70, 000.uf this is so ill ask evevryone not to buy skoda and im very unhappy, please kindly look into it and do the needful, asap, regards

                                  Skoda after sales is worst in the industry.

                                  They offering now 4 years warranty on car, but reality is they don't even give warranty on 2 years so leave alone 4 years.

                                  Their dealer is arrogant, don't care to help/response.

                                  Its same as before - nothing new as they are claiming,

                                  My case is still not rectified nor they bother to contact.
                                  Below complaint is same aswell.

                                    My car Is under warranty - even bought extended warranty but skoda india & their third class team don't care to correct the car problem under warranty.

                                    My car is under 10000 kilometer & My car steering vibrates whiles braking, even whole car shakes but skoda india don't care about the problem nor about the safety of the passengers.

                                    In my case brake & disc are not worn out they are giving problems as they are defective & not of good quality.

                                    Even tyres is a wear & tear part & it has some minimum life & maximum, if it gives problem under 10k then its liability of company to honour the warranty & provide replacement under warranty.

                                    Likewise I'm also suffering due to faulty parts so request to understand the issue & do the needful.

                                    Again I repeat my disc & pads are not worn not, they are giving problems so please understand this.

                                    Skoda india just need numbers by DECREASING THE COST OF CARS by Putting inferior quality spare parts.

                                    I'll not leave it here, I'll get the car corrected by ANY MEANS !

                                      I own skoda rapid purchased in 27th may 2013 (engine no - cln232438 & chassis no. - tmbblana6dg892) and registration number hr26bz7564. before owning this car i was big fan of skoda brand but my experience with skoda rapid car is horrible due to high maintaiinance cost.

                                      Recently i faced fuel pump replacement cost of fuel pump (excluding labour cost) is rs 15000/- and after the service i found that left side door window glass was not rolling out which was identified as a issue due to moduel problem and replacement charge of whole module (excluding labour cost) is rs 23000/-.

                                      I own maruti suzuki ciaz car also and just to cross verify when i enquired about the maruti fuel pump and door module i was surprised that after extended warranty period fuel pump cost is 4200/- and module cost is just rs 5300/- (almost 70% lower than the skoda rapid)

                                      Due to high maintenance cost i will never recommend / refer any one to buy skoda car and also this is a request to skoda to increase market share you need to work on after sales service and maintenance part.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        This is with reference to my Skoda Fabia DL7CN-0561, which I had given for my regular service at, Nawab Motors, Plot no W-9, Sector -11, NOIDA on 24.09.2016. As I had scheduled and pre booked my service I reached the Service Station at about 0930 hrs. At the time of delivery I had an issue with the driver side (front right side) door of my car. The door was not closing properly. This fact was informed to the Service Advisor. The Service Advisor inspected the door and at that very moment, called for a technician (denter) to look into the door closing problem. The technician that very moment resolved the problem while I was with the advisor while inspecting the car. Though the advisor had already mentioned in the Job Sheet to inspect the door, the door was now closing properly and the matter was resolved. This was apart for the other jobs as mentioned in the Job Sheet. Thereafter I returned to my home and I received a call at about 3 pm from the service advisor that the Vehicle is ready for delivery.

                                        I reached the Service Station at about 5 pm and I was informed by the Service Advisor that the Door Lock of the Car has to be changed. When I inquired from the advisor as to why it needs to be changed, he showed me that the lock on driver side door was not working and was in free play mode. At this moment I was very furious as the lock was perfectly fine before I had left it with the Service Center and they had damaged the same. I asked him to call his superior and explain. The Service Manager Mr. Sanjeevan, came and he had no background of the matter and just started saying that the lock was broken before it came to the Service Center, which fact is completely false and fabricated. I informed him it is an incorrect submission that he is making, however he did not listen to what I had to say. He informed me that I will have to pre pay an amount of approximately Rs 7, 000/- and order will be placed and the lock will come from the company in 20-25 days. I was astonished to know that for the mistake of the Service Center, I had to pay this huge amount. I asked the Service Manager that, I would not bear these charges and that it is their responsibility to have this rectified, however he just kept on putting the blame on me. I requested him to provide me with the Complaint Register, which he denied, that there is no Complaint register and you can only raise a Complaint online and not in the Service Center. Only feedback form was provided to me, on which I precisely mentioned my grievance. I tried to connect to Skoda Customer Care and was on hold for approximately 15 minutes but it never connected to the representative and the call got disconnected. I had no option but to pay for the Service and take back my car. I paid an amount of Rs 7, 407/- under protest and took the delivery of my car. With all this happening I could not even inspect my car properly.

                                        After I reached my home, I found that even the central locking system from within the car was also not working. I could not lock my car from inside. I immediately informed the Service Advisor on a phone call and also sent him an SMS. This corroborates that there was no malfunctioning of the Lock or the Central Locking while I had given the car. The Job Sheet nowhere mentions that the Central Locking system was not working or malfunctioning. This fact was also brought to the notice of the Service Advisor and he said you can get it back to have checked.

                                        However at this stage, since I am not satisfied with the conduct of the Service Center, I would request indulgence of Skoda India, to look into this matter and please resolve the issue at hand. I request you have my Complaint resolved at the earliest. I am not able to use my Vehicle properly as it is of great inconvenience. I have shared several emails since 24th September. But there has been no helping this regard. Please have all the systems checked and rectified at your cost at the earliest.
