I own a Fabia 1.6 2011 model. Beautiful car but the worst service centres provided by you guys. No idea with what false pride you guys are advertising service as your USP!!!

My car broke down after giving it for servicing at Mahavir, Hyd. I called a mobile number of one of your staff members and he told me to continue to run the vehicle as an EPC means nothing... seriously??

I then gave it to a non Skoda workshop since I don't trust you guys. Why, because the Manager at the Sanathnagar workshop sent a mechanic after he realised basic check like changing spark plugs were not done this year or last year, though he himself claimed it should be changed every two years. The person he sent falsely claims that there is Diesel smell coming from the car..when the problem is actually that you guys ran my car without oil during service and screwed up my engine!!

So you can imagine the distrust. A basic request to clean the interiors got me a rotten stinking car for 2-3 days.

Now the quote to fix my car is approximately 40k. Please let me know how you would want to reimburse me for the same along with cab expenses and the fact that I have been without a car for more than a month now!!!

I picked a new skoda rapid 1.5 TDI style plus on[protected] from Hubli, while returning back tyre got punctured due to stone getting stuck . i mean what kind off quality Tyre (MRF)they are using, i need the replacement for it .

    I have skoda fabia from 2014 i faced lots of problems with this car servicing.Now my car engine was not working due to fuel problem. I gave my car at mahavir service center at vijayawada people here was so rude not responsible towards customers they are trying to blame us we have warranty for 100000km but i have travelled only 29000km . I want my car servive free because mahavir service center was taking charges from us.Please take action towards them or we will give complaint to the higher otherities.

      I am Raja vasireddy vijayalakshmi, owner of skoda superb car(Ap09cm0139), purchased from mahavir auto showroom, i actually gave my car for servicing and repair, i asked the service guys to rectify discs, brake pads, and to rectify the sound im getting frm the wheel and axle for which they told there is some fault for which they have to chage parts and they charged for it, after the service i got back my car and the very next day the same sound started voming again, and so i called them n told them, they said they would collect the car n rectify, but its been almost 15 days no ine turned up, and my bill was for almost 70, 000.uf this is so ill ask evevryone not to buy skoda and im very unhappy, please kindly look into it and do the needful, asap, regards

        Skoda after sales is worst in the industry.

        They offering now 4 years warranty on car, but reality is they don't even give warranty on 2 years so leave alone 4 years.

        Their dealer is arrogant, don't care to help/response.

        Its same as before - nothing new as they are claiming,

        My case is still not rectified nor they bother to contact.
        Below complaint is same aswell.

          My car Is under warranty - even bought extended warranty but skoda india & their third class team don't care to correct the car problem under warranty.

          My car is under 10000 kilometer & My car steering vibrates whiles braking, even whole car shakes but skoda india don't care about the problem nor about the safety of the passengers.

          In my case brake & disc are not worn out they are giving problems as they are defective & not of good quality.

          Even tyres is a wear & tear part & it has some minimum life & maximum, if it gives problem under 10k then its liability of company to honour the warranty & provide replacement under warranty.

          Likewise I'm also suffering due to faulty parts so request to understand the issue & do the needful.

          Again I repeat my disc & pads are not worn not, they are giving problems so please understand this.

          Skoda india just need numbers by DECREASING THE COST OF CARS by Putting inferior quality spare parts.

          I'll not leave it here, I'll get the car corrected by ANY MEANS !

            I own skoda rapid purchased in 27th may 2013 (engine no - cln232438 & chassis no. - tmbblana6dg892) and registration number hr26bz7564. before owning this car i was big fan of skoda brand but my experience with skoda rapid car is horrible due to high maintaiinance cost.

            Recently i faced fuel pump replacement cost of fuel pump (excluding labour cost) is rs 15000/- and after the service i found that left side door window glass was not rolling out which was identified as a issue due to moduel problem and replacement charge of whole module (excluding labour cost) is rs 23000/-.

            I own maruti suzuki ciaz car also and just to cross verify when i enquired about the maruti fuel pump and door module i was surprised that after extended warranty period fuel pump cost is 4200/- and module cost is just rs 5300/- (almost 70% lower than the skoda rapid)

            Due to high maintenance cost i will never recommend / refer any one to buy skoda car and also this is a request to skoda to increase market share you need to work on after sales service and maintenance part.

              Dear Sir,

              This is with reference to my Skoda Fabia DL7CN-0561, which I had given for my regular service at, Nawab Motors, Plot no W-9, Sector -11, NOIDA on 24.09.2016. As I had scheduled and pre booked my service I reached the Service Station at about 0930 hrs. At the time of delivery I had an issue with the driver side (front right side) door of my car. The door was not closing properly. This fact was informed to the Service Advisor. The Service Advisor inspected the door and at that very moment, called for a technician (denter) to look into the door closing problem. The technician that very moment resolved the problem while I was with the advisor while inspecting the car. Though the advisor had already mentioned in the Job Sheet to inspect the door, the door was now closing properly and the matter was resolved. This was apart for the other jobs as mentioned in the Job Sheet. Thereafter I returned to my home and I received a call at about 3 pm from the service advisor that the Vehicle is ready for delivery.

              I reached the Service Station at about 5 pm and I was informed by the Service Advisor that the Door Lock of the Car has to be changed. When I inquired from the advisor as to why it needs to be changed, he showed me that the lock on driver side door was not working and was in free play mode. At this moment I was very furious as the lock was perfectly fine before I had left it with the Service Center and they had damaged the same. I asked him to call his superior and explain. The Service Manager Mr. Sanjeevan, came and he had no background of the matter and just started saying that the lock was broken before it came to the Service Center, which fact is completely false and fabricated. I informed him it is an incorrect submission that he is making, however he did not listen to what I had to say. He informed me that I will have to pre pay an amount of approximately Rs 7, 000/- and order will be placed and the lock will come from the company in 20-25 days. I was astonished to know that for the mistake of the Service Center, I had to pay this huge amount. I asked the Service Manager that, I would not bear these charges and that it is their responsibility to have this rectified, however he just kept on putting the blame on me. I requested him to provide me with the Complaint Register, which he denied, that there is no Complaint register and you can only raise a Complaint online and not in the Service Center. Only feedback form was provided to me, on which I precisely mentioned my grievance. I tried to connect to Skoda Customer Care and was on hold for approximately 15 minutes but it never connected to the representative and the call got disconnected. I had no option but to pay for the Service and take back my car. I paid an amount of Rs 7, 407/- under protest and took the delivery of my car. With all this happening I could not even inspect my car properly.

              After I reached my home, I found that even the central locking system from within the car was also not working. I could not lock my car from inside. I immediately informed the Service Advisor on a phone call and also sent him an SMS. This corroborates that there was no malfunctioning of the Lock or the Central Locking while I had given the car. The Job Sheet nowhere mentions that the Central Locking system was not working or malfunctioning. This fact was also brought to the notice of the Service Advisor and he said you can get it back to have checked.

              However at this stage, since I am not satisfied with the conduct of the Service Center, I would request indulgence of Skoda India, to look into this matter and please resolve the issue at hand. I request you have my Complaint resolved at the earliest. I am not able to use my Vehicle properly as it is of great inconvenience. I have shared several emails since 24th September. But there has been no helping this regard. Please have all the systems checked and rectified at your cost at the earliest.

                Skoda Rapid fuel injector problem

                Hi, My Skoda Rapid Ambition 1.6 TDI, bought in JAN 2012, recently had an issue of a blinking "Emission and coil" indicator, in between a drive. When it was taken to the service station SGA cars in Coimbatore, they diagnosed and the issue seems to be with Fuel injectors. The service station has informed us that the cost of 1 such fuel injector as Rs.23000/- and since it is outside our warranty, we may have to bear the cost. After i checked...

                Ub: complaint regarding surat service centre and executives

                Respected skoda,
                As i’m till date prowd owner of skoda laura from 5 years and till date now having single issue with it but when i decided on 8/9/2016 to give my car for routine service to skoda service in surat that was the day i lost my faith in skoda service.
                It took 4 days to return my car from service which is i had provided my car to them on 08/09/2016 they returned it on 11/09/2016.
                1. As i have provided my car in skoda service-surat for routine service with the customer executive mr. Kalpesh bhalani with the mobile no.[protected] he had called me thrice that day for service related querries whichi have replied in either affirmative or negative.
                One of the problem was rain wiper at the time of providing service they said it is 10% faulty and need to changed which i replied that i will change in next monsoon but after 4 days of service when i used wiper it was 90% damanged and i had no other option but to change it.
                When i called kalpesh bhalani for this issue he said you need to come and wait for 2 hours which was a 5 minute work and the whole wiper was changed or damaged by skoda service-surat.

                2. The most important problem was esp/abs error (Light continuosly blinking) which was never happed before the service so that when i have received the error on 12/09/2016 which was first time i recived this error but i wasnt took it serious but after couple of days i. E on 15/09/2016 eps/abs error was started blnking continously so that i have called mr. Kalpesh bhalani again so he gave me appointment on 24/09/2016 and went to skoda on 26/09/2016 where i met mr. Himanshubhai who without getting trial first told me change the sensor which cost around 10000/- but they will change it with discounted price of 5000/- i mean this rediculous that first they fault my car and then changing each and every parts.
                Then he took 20km trial and suggest me to call again when the eps/abs error shows continusly (At the time of trial error was blinking then too he decided to avoid it)

                When i called on 27/09/2016 at the time when error was continious as per mr. Himanshu told me the represtitive guide me that we can provide you service appointment on 7/10/2016 i. E after a week.

                3. The problem for which i gave my car to skoda service-surat i. E car racing highly on 1st and 2nd gear which is not preferable they have not solved this matter nor that time nor now.

                  Hello my name is MayanK Mishra, I am a big fan of Skoda cars especially Skoda Superb, but I am not having any Skoda Showroom at my place, I am from Allahabad, in my city we have Volkswagon showroom, Honda, Toyota, Renault, Chevrolte, Ford, Hyundai all are available but no Skoda, It is quite disappointing, me and my friend wanted to buy Skoda Superb but we dropped the idea due to unavailability of showroom in my city, instead we bought Toyota Camry .Allahabad is a growing city and there are lots of potential buyers who want Skoda cars but due to no showroom in the city they drop the idea . That day is not far that people will forget Skoda forever trust me.I hope my words might open up your eyes.Thanks for reading

                      In Chennai Only one mono-poly dealer, Gurudev motors,

                      He sold a Skoda Laura 20 lks worth car and for service for that car he is charging 2 % credit card charges .

                      I hope Maruthi service center is better then Gurudev motors . they charge the actual charges. We even paid through cheque they say you can not take your car out . Is Gurudev motors do not know how to serve a customer who is spending 43460 rupees for service. Skoda India should know to create a good new dealer

                      Just thought of owning a skoda rapid 1.5 TDI Ambition 2018 Model. But after seeing such pathetic after sales service I have changed my mind.

                      No peace of mind I guess!

                      Also there should be an written confirmation from customer to his/her satisfaction level to close this complaint, but skoda India had just given a basic reply to customer complaint and closed the complaint in this comsumer portal.

                        Hi, Our Skoda Rapid Ambition 1.6 TDI, bought in FEB 2012, recently had an issue of a blinking "Emission and coil" indicator, in between a drive. When it was taken to the JMD Skoda service station, they diagnosed and the issue seems to be with Fuel injection system. The initial reason seems to be fuel adulteration, but as all car owners, we fill it from the PSU outlets like Bharat Petroleum, HP etc, so we are wondering about the reliability of a Skoda ignition system to be faulty in four years. The Skoda service guys also informed us the cost of 1 such fuel injectors as Rs.25000/- and since it is outside our warranty, we may have to bear a part of its cost. After a detailed research, we found that there were many vehicles in the same service station with the same problem over the last couple of months, which definitely raises a question on the reliability of a world class automobile manufacturer. This is after a paid service in July 2016, with a thorough checkup done on the car, with all service needs requested by the Service team, for an amount close to Rs.22000. Having said this, we sincerely hope that your technical team will diagnose the issue in detail and let us know the best way forward. From the financial perspective, we believe that Skoda India will bear the maximum cost, for its unreliability in this case, and value your esteemed customers. Thanks, Deven Oberoi.                           I have a Skoda Octavia which was bought in July 2015. Recently made an outstation trip during which the battery drained completely and went dead. Car had to be jump-started twice and I brought it down to Trichy Gurudev motors. On examination, the battery was found dead. Battery is still under warranty. But Skoda refused to give me the warranty saying that I had installed a rear view camera which had caused the problem and hence the battery went dead.. This is impossible to believe. How can one rear view camera cause a battery to go dead. My car is an automatic transmission so the car will not even start if it's in reverse gear. The rear view camera is connected to a single rear light. It's impossible to cause drain and let alone make a battery go dead in one year. Very disappointed with Skoda. On inquiry they escaped saying that it is not an OEM camera being sold. The joke is, Skoda sells it's OEM rear view cameras now and I wonder how those will not cause the same problem. Kindly help me and let me know how to proceed.

                          The Indian government is now planning to make rear cameras compulsory in all cars. Now how can Skoda escape saying that warranty will not be honored in such cases. I am planning to notify all Skoda owners and file a class action lawsuit.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I would like to bring it to your notice once again, that our car, Skoda Octavia was given to the workshop in the first week of July 2016.

                            However due to negligence on part of the dealership, when I went to take the delivery, when according to them the carpet was removed, fuel pump leakage fixed/ serviced, car serviced and was fully ready for delivery, I noticed the paper floor mats were floating in approximately 6 inches of water, which I'd never seen in all these years if owning this car.

                            They'd left it parked in a neighbouring factory promise, under the open sky and pouring rain on an inclined slope, not even to check it before delivery when I've called, asked and confirmed with the service advisor before reaching the workshop.

                            However after they went around to take care of this issue, i was only to discover, on my next visit that the airbag indicator in the display panel was ON.

                            Highlighted the problem, only to be informed the next day that the Airbag Control Module which supposedly is installed inside the cabin blew up due to water damage.

                            Now who is responsible, for this damage when the car is in their safe custody ?

                            Sir,
                            I will request you once again to kindly look into the concern, call for every document with the registers for this particular car and what is it doing in the workshop since close to two months now ?

                            Kindly note that my vehicle had no airbag problem either at the time of handing over the car at the workshop.

                            Our vehicle is laying in the imperial vehicles pvt. Ltd., at jamshedpur, for the past 3 weeks, with a complaint of damaged wind screen, but nothing has been done yet.

                            this is cussing a lot of inconvenience and has brought our movement to a stand still.

                            this is not expected from such a renowned company.
                            Kindly look into the matter.

                              I had given my superb to mahavir skoda for second servicing, and I took my car at evening in lo light and after reached home and saw the car I noticed that car had not washed all the interior and exterior was same when I gave, they didn't even top up the washer fluids and the steering wheel was straight and the wheel alignment was totaly [censored] but they made a total bill of 17k

                                I was been kept satisfied by providing a complementary warranty for next 10000 Kms from the after milage recorded from the last mail. Sadly, it was just a commitment of just a complimentary warranty which was given as the compromization from the end of either GRAND MOTORS, BILASPUR or from behalf of SKODA AUTO INDIA PVT LIMITED keeping Mr. MUKUL BORKAR in between as a part of complaint negotiation with respect to my vehicle bearing registration number CG10FA5731 & vin TMBBLMNA3BG011934.


                                On the first week of AUGUST, I need to drive to GRAND MOTORS, BILASPUR(C.G.) regarding the issue of ENGINE KNOCKING, WHEEL NOISE & MANY MORE. Only the cleaning was done & I was asked by the SERVICE ADVISOR of GRAND MOTOR BILASPUR, to drive for few more hundred kilometers just with the intention of getting my car run beyond the stated warranty limits which was again called by GRAND MOTORS BILASPUR on 4TH August 2016 after lodging the complaint to the toll free number of SKODA AUTO INDIA PVT LTD. To the day the problem was fixed temporally as the said problem again arise as of running of 100 Kms which was reported to the people their.

                                As on the day, I was been appointed @12AM but I was late by only 20-25 minutes. As a part of appointment, I hope it is their duty to repair my vehicle with priority but I don't know why just they ignored my vehicle & plan to repair the same to the second half even after requesting them by reporting the condition of MEDICAL EMERGENCY as my grand mother was staying for her CHEMOTHERAPY with me & on the same day a CARDIAC RESPIRATION ATTACK was heppend to her & I recived a call from my home as I have to take my GRAND MOTHER to hospital for her treatment which was witnessed by Mr Amol Yanley, SALSA MANAGER, GRAND MOTORS BILASPUR. To the time I request the service advisior either to please deliver my vehicle or provide me with a CURTSY VEHICLE to me in order to handle the EMERGENCY SITUATION from 4PM but they just don't listen and delivered me my vehicle @7:15 PM. To the very next day morning she died Just because of activity GRAND MOTORS BILASPUR(C.G.).

                                To the time after, I had meeting with Mrs. Neetu Rishi, M.D., GRAND MOTORS BILASPUR, for the foresaid issue where she agreed to provide me the a CURTSY VEHICLE when I will be giving my car for the repeated repair as I have my own BUSINESS to carry on & not just let with the work of repair of my car.

                                Moreover, with the record of gateman of GRAND MOTORS BILASPUR, is this the workmanship standard of SKODA AUTO INDIA PVT LIMITED, as I visited number of times in between[protected] till now just for the repair of my car.

                                I refered here gateman's record as usually they just not use to open the jobsheet as the GRAND MOTORS BILASPUR, providing me the DEALERSHIP WARRANTY manytimes

                                  I'm vinay, my car no - ka03mx78. Gave for first service 2weeks back, i had shock absorber issue in right front wheel which dey resolved. After two days again sound started in same wheel. I took for servicing, on my way to service i met with an accident, my front bumper is gone...
                                  Now the issue is how can wheel bearing wear and tear before 1st service.. I hav two cars one from hyundai and maruti i changed break pads, bearing at 45000 kms. It's should be faulty product or how i can hav issue with only skoda car, when i use same road with other cars also. And i ran down to service station on wednesday to resolve issue, customer manager told he will raise issue to bangalore manager and get back to me as soon as possible, which still didn't happen...
                                  Now they are telling front bumper panel will take 10 days to come.
                                  Showroom people told rapid is very successful product we sorted out servicing issues now, and there won't be any delay in getting any parts as it used happen in past..
                                  But stories have not changed and still skoda after sale service sucks.
                                  I'm without car for more than 15 days, and it will month end before i get my bumper replaced.
                                  Hereafter i won't even make an attempt to buy skoda car, suggest any one to do same mistake...
                                  Even though your cars are good, u ppl hav still long way to go satisfy customers because o[censored]r sucking after sale services...

                                  This is after waiting for one week

                                  Today i came to know how tafe access, chickbegur, hosur road bangalore behave with their customers.. I took my car today, i paid for my wallet for bearing (Which i changed for 14000kms) i waited for 1 week for their reply and i can't go another 1 week without car..
                                  Your customer care manager by name venkataachalapathi replyed like it was skoda's problem he can't do anything he has wait for reply from higher authority... If try to call also he won't give any prompt reply, he's only reply is "it's skoda's problem he can't do anything about it". If ask about front bumper replacement and panel replacement he gave same answers (It's skoda's problem)
                                  My question is, if he can blame skoda for everything, then why the hell he's sitting on that chair..
                                  Hereafter i won't even try think about your product.

                                      My car Reg no MH43 AL 5747 was given for servicing at autobahn Kurla Workshop on 01 Aug 2016 and was returned on 02 Aug 2016. A total of Rs 29, 942 was charged to me and I paid the same. On scrutiny of invoice number MUM[protected], I found Rs.12, 678 has been charged as labour charges. I think this is excessive. Further, if one totals the man hours shown in the invoice it totals to 23.05 hrs. When the car was at workshop for less than 24 hours, it is not possible to log the above man-hours. I beleive the jobs were not done and merely signed off and were over charged.
