Dont go to JMD Bhandup.. They are not genuine... I had a very bad Expirience with them .. They will just try to add up any labour charges in your bill. I can show u my bill how they chetated me .. Since i have to go to family outing and i was out of town for alomost 6 month after this, i could not do anything

I bought Skoda Fabia from Senator Mumbai in June-2014. Car was running fine but last year some EPC and engine light started appearing on Meter Screen.

I visited fahrenheit skoda Service center and they repaired the car.

After 15 days same issue incurred again which was repaired again by same service center.

Same issue appear again after some days and they have changed some part in vehicle.

I pruchased car from skoda on september 2014. Next year january 2015 it got complaint with battery. Since my vehicle is under 2 years warranty I got the battery replaced. They replaced it with exide battery. When I asked for new battery warranty they told yhat it wont get fresh warranty and the warranty of new battery is from september 2014. Why is it so? Why cant skoda provide fresh warranty for replaced battery?...

I would like to report the negligence of your service team that has cost us the damage of our Fabia’s cylinder head. I was assured that i will get the car on 18 jan 2016.
Which was postponed to 28 Jan 2016 and now to 2Feb.
I am very disappointed with the team of Channel motors.

They dont revert and there is no communication from the company or the dealer....

There has been no response to my previous complaint made in DEC, 15. i do not understand why there is no reply from the company neither the dealer. I still feel strong action should be taken against the company for such faulty part put in the car which gave away just after 19681 km .
