    I own a skoda rapid car( purchase date 25/09/2014). First service was on November 2015. On 16th January 2016 it faces some problem with air conditioner and after sometime it got breakdown and with the help of service battery the problem of breakdown got solved...next day morning the same happens then also from workshop someone came with service battery and solved it. I reported skoda marikkar office and insisted upon them for checking the vehicle as I want to go for long trip on 22nd January. On 17th January someone from skoda service came and took the vehicle (complaint was regarding battery and air conditioner). On 18th January evening I called the service consultant Mr. Lijo and he reported the problem is due to battery and they will replace it. till 20th evening they repeated the same thing and on 22nd morning when I asked for vehicle they told me there was no problem for battery and can take my vehicle back but I insisted upon replacement and atlast they changed it. I took the vehicle back and went for long drive then also air conditioner problem persists and reported and gave the vehicle back on 25th February. But till today(3/3/2016) they didnt find the problem and they are lagging the service saying they have to get the consent from skoda for part change since the vehicle is under warranty. I fed up in calling them every day for the vehicle.

      On the morning of 28-Nov-15, I tried starting my car (Skoda Laura F/L Ambiente MTI.9 - KA53P 0534) which was unused for 3 days and could not as it just wouldn't crank. I immediately called the Skoda Service centre at Singasandra, Hosur Road, who provided me details of a person who they stated was the on-call mechanic from Skoda. He and his team visited the next day and checked my vehicle and weren't able to detect the problem and recommended towing the vehicle to the service station so they could take a closer look and try to resolve the matter. The very next day, I called for a flatbed towing company and had my car towed to the service centre, when I was assured of having my car looked into, fixed and ready to drive back. However, this did not happen and there was inordinate delay in getting back to me on the main problem. After about a couple of weeks, I was informed of a problem with the ECM and that I needed to replace the same. My immediately reaction was disbelief as I don't understand how such an important component could get damaged on a car which is just about 5 years old (bought brand new from the showroom). I checked on insurance and provided all details required; until today, I haven't heard back from the team and I am unsure further steps. It is now over 2 months since my vehicle is parked at the service centre. I am surely not willing to pay for a defective part, the ECM (cannot describe it any other way as I simply cannot understand why I would pay 17 lac for a car with an ECM that costs a lac getting to be defective in 5 years); this is not a part of the car that can be subjected to the daily wear and tear. Look forward to a resolution from the Skoda team.

        We have given our car Skoda Superb, Reg No: MH-04 EF 1068 for Servicing and maintenance repair works to Autobhan Enterprises Pvt Ltd. on 6th Jan 2016.
        The problem was that lights were getting automatically on without using the car and the battery was getting drained out.
        The work, service was completed and we paid Rs. 25, 000/-. Subsequently they found same problem of lights getting automatically on without using the car and the battery getting drained out again. The Advisor suggested us to change the new Control board unit set of the same.
        As per their advice we've sent as advance RTGS of Rs 10, 000/- on 3rd Feb 2016, for the on Board Control unit .
        We asked for spare Vehicle but not given any till date.
        I’ve requested them numerous times to advise the status of my vehicle and the delivery date, as it has been delayed and we cannot use the car for last 6 weeks.
        Its been more than six weeks and the repairs are still not done.
        The car has done less than 10, 000 kms as on date. We request you the replace the car as it had A C problem on our purchase in 2010 and we had lodged many complaints then . The car is a defective piece .

          Am an advocate was on my way to home from court at 4.30p.m. my rear wheel was punctured it is a tubeless tyre i went to the shop for puncture he opened all the bolts except the anti theft as it is slipping b'coz it's threads are gone he asked me to go to a mechanic he tried his best & directed me to a welder after he welded the bolt for 4 times it was in vain he struggled to remove it. i managed with the same punctured tyre for 4 days taking a tyre inflattor along with me as the tyre is damaged we thought of changing the tyre, but your company showed me hell whether you believe it or not.

          A company like skoda should not bring out such a bolt with unreliable bits to trouble us all the four bolts are wearing out automatically by rust and the roof of the car lost it's gum simply hanging and the door handles are of very poor work of engineering when compared to the cars i have else from skoda, mitsubhishi lancer glx is an excellent performer and peugeot 309gld is an outstanding performer.

          In this context i would like to file a petition in the court for a compensation for the time wasted and tension i faced because of Skoda Octavia ( Elegance) Automatic Transmission

            I am dheeraj. kumar. purchased Skoda Rapid on 8/2/2016 on friday from tafe acess j.p. nagar branch. from the day 1 of my purchase i am facing continuous problem on brakes and on ABS. On the first day itself i left my car for service for some braking problem, i went all around to your service station located in Singsandra to get it repaired, after it got repaired on that day evening ABS light started to blink continuously. later on they took my brand new rapid car for service, they took 2 days to get it done, even though i had a lot of work i convinced myself to be patient, even though after a repair it started coming then again they took my car to get it solved n gave my car yesterday night feb 12, today early morning while travelling i am facing the same ABS problem. i already told your employees and showroom manager to replace my car but still they convinced me to keep this car even though there was a problem in it. i dont want your car anymore i am done with it, i cant still get convince with you people.
            Replace me a new car or give back my money, i will leave a car at your showroom. They emptied my fuel tank when i gave for service. if this issue is not taken seriously i will move to consumer court. Your company service and procedures are very bad. Before my purchase i thought your company has a good name and fame with best service but i got to know it all fake by m y experince. take this issue seriously and replace me a new car as soon as possible and even pay this month EMI for loan, without using why should i pay. Your company and service people used my car.
            your company service is too worst, you are company is their in our country just to make money not to satisfy and accomplish the needs and wants of customer. mainly your employees does not no how to respond to customers, from past two days i am waiting for your reply i didnt get any reply. they just take our complaint to convince us to get back on your way. You people are providing such a bad service to a very new customer, i am worried how u will provide service me latter. you are literally toruring and harrasing me by just making to roam behind your company. my perception was totally wrong thinking that yours is one of the best but its really not. other people please do not buy skoda company car and struggle, i have a very bad experince with this people.

              I would like to report the negligence of your service team that has cost us the damage of our Fabia’s cylinder head. We have tried to talk to the service centre but they are not ready to take the responsibility or support us in any way. This has given us a lot of headache so far. Also, there is a high probability that we were sold a defective vehicle as the cylinder head was damaged in three years with only 12000kms runtime, such damage is unheard of.

              We have a Skoda Fabia Classic – Petrol 2009 model bought in 2010 February. In March[protected]kms) the service centre told us that there is a cylinder head problem during the servicing along with other regular servicing, we asked to go ahead to fix and took the vehicle post servicing. In May[protected]kms) when we took the vehicle for servicing they mentioned that the cylinder head was beyond repair and had to be replaced. The last time we serviced they did not fix the problem and now the vehicle is damaged, they did not tell us anything about that and did not give the information. The replacement would now cost us more than a lakh and this is due to the negligence of the service team. We would like to report this and request you to kindly give us a solution and help replace this.

              We made a choice to buy Skoda Fabia because of the brand value and service, we had also recommend few of our friends to buy the vehicle. Now, we are disappointed and depressed due to this issue.

              As of now the vehicle is not moving and has to be towed! We are looking forward to your response and the speedy replacement of the vehicle or engine/cylinder.

                I have made full payment of my skoda Rapid to Channel Motors, Haldwani.
                I was assured that i will get the car on 18 jan 2016.
                Which was postponed to 28 Jan 2016 and now to 2Feb.
                I am very disappointed with the team of Channel motors.

                They dont revert and there is no communication from the company or the dealer.

                    My Skoda Octavia, chassis no: TMBBJJNE1EA007654, which has barely run 15000 kms. is now with Autobahn - Jogeshwari, for service. Both the battery and clutch needs replacement. They have provided me with an estimate of approx. Rs.40, 000.00 Failure of battery and clutch within a span of 14 months/ 15000 kms. indicates the material used is inferior. Besides, the attitude of Autobahn is deplorable. They keep on calling me, to authorise them to open the clutch assembly. This is not one would expect buying an expensive car.                         My car is at jia auto workshop Kolkata . The service advisor is not contacting me for any details of my car so I have to call him . Today on the 8th of Jan he was supposed to call me but he didn't. Last I had called him on the 5 th of Jan and he told he will call me on the 8th surely. Please look I the matter. I don't like people who doesn't respond on the said time.

                          There has been no response to my previous complaint made in DEC, 15. i do not understand why there is no reply from the company neither the dealer. I still feel strong action should be taken against the company for such faulty part put in the car which gave away just after 19681 km . This took hefty amount of Rs 43000 just after one year of purchase.

                          I have already shared my contact number earlier [protected] ([protected]@gmail.com). Nothing has been done on this csae for which I had to pay INR 43000 just after one year of purchase of vehicle with no fault of mine. This was due to defective flywheel & clutch plate used in the vehicle during production.

                          I am not going to leave it like this & would raise to the top forum if no action is taken by end of July, 2016.

                            I am highly disappointed with the pathetic behaviour of skoda kurla worship in mumbai wherein since 16th dec 2015 my car is in workshop for my steering lock basic service and wheel logo work.service advisor nitin first took two weeks to give estimate then he told 25k will be amount I gave go ahead yesterday he called that I should collect car but to my surprise wheel logo work was not done and when I asked steering lock status he said oh I will check then he reverted that it will take more than fifty days for the part but I should pay advance and I should take car now and should get it repaired later today I sent my driver to collect car kiran nitin supervisor said sorry car can't be open since key not working so post 16 days I am flg cheated no car and thirty k is estimate this is really shocking very slack attitude casual approach. Due this I will never recommend skod ato anyone in the past also after sales at sewri has been pathetic only money they snatch no ethics and accountability

                              Hi, I towed my car to M/s Vinayaka Cars Service station, K.R. Puram, Bangalore on 30/12/2015 at 9.00 in the morning. Till now the service advisor Mr Yoganath has not touch the car. I still don't know what is the fault. Such a poor management and approach to break down cars. Very poor after sale service. I am planning to lodge complaint with Consumer court and want get rid of the car for very poor after sales service.

                                Dear Sir I am writing this mail as my last hope, I am getting no answer from anybody regarding the issue and that make me to write a mail directly to you, I want your support, I owned a Skoda Laura( registration no as HR 35G 9239) and in month of May I had found some problem of clutch paddle down and accordingly I had sent my vehicle at service center Saga Skoda on[protected], after servicing and bleeding but without replacement of master and slave cylinder my vehicle had delivered to me on[protected] and at that time as per service centre Saga Skoda documents there was no problem is found in my vehicle, everything is ok here it is also important to tell you that even myself is not feeling any problem except clutch paddle down, before it had sent to service centre Saga Skoda. Again it is worth mentioning here that during this visit Saga Skoda had issued me invoices with false Caution statements that may be later can create problems with warranties and after my objection on same corrected invoices had again issued to me. After within a small period of time again I had found same problem of clutch paddle down and this time problem is such that, my vehicle is gone in non drivable condition and stuck in front of my house, again I had called at your service center Saga Skoda on[protected] f and as per their executive’s comment some part Master cylinder and Slave cylinder is not lying with service centre and unable to repair vehicle at same time, after that their executive had called me on[protected] to sent my vehicle at their service centre, on[protected] I had sent my vehicle by means of towing to your service centre. After very hard struggle of 3 days with your service adviser Mr Kanhaiya, he had delivered my vehicle with comments that your clutch o/h work is required and he had written a statement in my invoice that clutch o/h work need but customer refused for this work, again at that time I had refused to sign any document given by service centre due to these comments of service adviser because, when my vehicle had sent to service station on[protected] I myself had not observed any problem except clutch paddle down and your team had not observed any problem at the time of delivery, how come in a very short period my clutch had gone in such a bad condition that it is requiring replacement, it can only be happen due to your service team’s improper work in visit on[protected], as your service centre had just done the bleeding work and due to that in that short period my clutch had performed in bad technical conditions, arises due to non replacement of Master cylinder, again your service Manager Mr Rajesh Pandey had confirmed me that in next visit he will resolve this matter and accordingly I had signed the document given by service centre keeping in mind that next time matter of clutch will be resolved. After that my paid service was also due, I had sent my vehicle only for paid servicing to service station by paid pick up and drop facility on[protected] and at that time I had requested to do my clutch replacement as committed in last visit. Your service adviser Mr Kanhaiya had called me on[protected] to come and discuss matter of clutch replacement with service manager Mr Rajesh Pandey, on next day I had went to service station but as committed Mr Rajesh was not there and matter was discussed with Ms Kanika and Mr Kanhaiya, she had confirmed me to take necessary steps and told me that looking to conditions your clutch will be replaced by company. Again on[protected] Mr Kanhaiya had called me that your paid servicing had finished except your clutch replacement and you can collect your vehicle on[protected], in between[protected] to[protected] I had called several times Mr Kanhaiya and repeatedly receive same answer that matter is still pending at Skoda India and we are pursuing this with them. I had visited your services station on[protected], but my vehicle was not ready for delivery even confirmed by Mr Kanhaiya and again I had discussed whole matter with Mr Rajesh Pandey and Mr Kanhaiya and they had told me that they are pursuing this matter and again they will put this matter in front of higher level of Skoda company with some more details, as somebody from Skoda family is giving me assurance I had left the vehicle t service station even I am going through huge business losses due to non availability of vehicle. Again I had called Mr Kanhaiya on[protected] and further visited service station on[protected] but he is unable to answer anything on matter of clutch replacement saying that it is still pending on part of Skoda India and he had also said that we had opened your clutch box and gear box and all information regarding the same has been sent to Skoda India, at that time I had also warned him saying that since my vehicle had sent only for paid service why you had opened my clutch box but he had assured me that clutch replacement work will be done by company . He had also told me that your vehicle’s only clutch is required to replace, fly wheel is ok. On the same day I had raised a complaint to Skoda India helpline nos but nothing had happened till today except a mail received from Skoda India and on[protected] I had called Mr Subir singh in morning to discuss the matter but before listening the whole matter he had discommend my call by saying, he is driving vehicle, will call me later, one hour later Mr Shivdeep Sandhu had called me to discuss the matter and during communication he had refused to give any kind of clutch replacement saying that it will not be given by company, I had requested several times that your team had assured me, but he is not agree to listen anything and he had invited me to service station to discuss and finalize on the same, I had visited service station on same day at 3.30 pm and at that time Mr sandhu had told me that company will not change your clutch in any case again I had told him that ok you will change my clutch I will pay for the same but he had told me that we will change both clutch and fly wheel and you have to pay INR 65000 for same, I requested him many times that Mr Kanhaiya had confirmed me on last visit that only your clutch is require replacement and fly wheel is ok, but he had refused to listen anything, than I had told him that give me my vehicle without any work of clutch, again he had said, you have to pay additional INR 5000 apart from paid service charges on part of labour for clutch box work, I had requested him saying that my vehicle had only sent for paid service and after that your servicing team had done all these operations on my vehicle without my permission, still charging of these amounts is not fair but he had refused to listen anything. Mr Sandhu had also sent me a mail on same day saying that clutch o/h work to be paid by me not by them again in reply I had sent a request mail for further consideration but that mail is still not replied from Mr Sandhu. Again on[protected] I had called Mr Subir Singh to discuss on the matter but he had refused to discuss saying that nothing can be done at his level, you have to proceed as per Service centre Saga Skoda guidance and left me on the mercy of Saga Skoda On the[protected] I had called Mr. Sanjay Maheshwari owner of Saga Skoda and there on further communications happened with him on 15, 16 and[protected], he had regularly confirmed me that he is trying at higher level of Skoda India to resolve my matter of clutch replacement and if nothing would happened at Skoda India he himself will see in this at dealer level, but nothing had confirmed from his side and on[protected] and[protected] he had not picked my call even calling ten times a day. Finally I had left with no option as all levels of SKODA are unable to resolve my matter and service centre had opened my clutch and gear box without my permission and imposed several charges for works which are never confirmed by me, I had contacted my Lawyer and he had suggested me to get the vehicle repaired under protest so that further we can take the necessary action. On[protected] I had called Mr Sandhu to repair my vehicle and also mailed regarding the same saying that I will pay for this work under protest and in this regard all my rights will be reserved for further action, again telephonically he had said that this part of vehicle is not laying with them and it will come on[protected] and your vehicle will be deliver on[protected] but when it come to mail they had given date for delivery as[protected] and even confirmed by them whem I had reached the service centre vehicle and invoice was not ready and it had taken 3 to 4 hours. When my vehicle had sent for paid service I had kept a budget of Rs 10000 for this work but finally Saga Skoda team had escalated it to Rs 75000 by their unfair practice of doing the work and due to sudden requirement of funds it had forced me to avail a loan from HDFC bank. Now after a long and horrible experience of 25 days I want to ask some questions: 1. Since Saga Skoda had deliver my vehicle on[protected] with everything is ok condition, why same problem had arrived in very short span of time and my clutch had also gone in bad condition due to that? 2. Why can’t it means that my vehicle was taken care by un professional un trained technical advisers and un trained technical labors, that become reason for loss in my vehicle? 3. Why I have to do hard struggle for 3 days with service adviser for repair of my vehicle during my visit on[protected]? 4. Since Saga Skoda service manager had confirmed me to resolve the matter in next visit, why he had not taken care of his words? 5. Since I had opted for paid pick up and drop facility, why your service centre team had called me 5 times at your service station which is 14 km from my house and 22 km from my office? 6. Skoda team had taken 15 days to confirm on a replacement of a part, is it the required time duration for such task? 7. Service centre team had opened my clutch box without my permission. Is that the ethics of Skoda with their customers? And even after things had not stopped at that this, Senior service manager had imposed labor charges for such work. 8. Skoda India service manager Mr Subir Singh was helpless on whole matter and moreover he is least bothered about customer complaints, leaving coustomers on the mercy of Service center team. 9. Saga Skoda service adviser Mr Kanhaiya told me that your flywheel is ok and one day latter senior service manager Mr Sandhu had told me that your flywheel is also require replacement, Is that mean your service adviser is a non compatible employee who is serving to customers of Skoda? 10. Customer’s money is not having any value, irrespective of anything required, they will charged with any thing as decided by Service centers. 11. Owner of Saga Skoda Mr Sanjay had assured me to assist in this matter and after that he had not picked my phone for regular two days. Is that the kind of behavior of Skoda Partners with their customers? 12. Even after confirmation on[protected] Service centre had taken 7 days to do the same work, in today’s modern era when we are talking of delivery on same day, Skoda logistics had taken 6 days to shift one small part from one city to another city. 13. Saga skoda had charged a huge amount INR 75000 and still my vehicle is not ready at service station and my 4 hours had wasted just to wait for vehicle. 14. Customers of Skoda buy their vehicles only due to their quality and services and we had served with this quality of horrible service. 15. And this is not the first time I am feeling this problem every time I had visited service centre there is something which is not proper and require argument with service centre team. 16. I know few people who are also having same kind of experiences and after service during telephonic survey they had raised their complaints but no complaint had addressed by anyone. If you want I will mail you all documents regarding the same and kindly reply my above questions and considering the facts issue instructions to Saga Skoda for reimbursement of paid amounts for clutch o/h work.                                   Manufacturer of Vehicles under the name and style “SKODA Auto India Pvt. Ltd”, while the Dealeris the authorized Dealer of the Company, as well as after sales and service provider, having authorized Service Station of the Company. AND The Complainant states and submits that the Complainant had purchased a Car from the Opponent Nos.1 and 2, known as “SKODA SUPERB” in the month of May 2009, accordingly after completing the sale and purchase formalities the said Car was registered with Regional Transport Authority Office, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune vide its registration No. MH-14BV-1100. It is pertinent to note here that previously also the Complainant had purchased earlier one ‘SKODA OCTAVIA’ AND It is submitted that, the said Vehicle i.e. ‘SKODA Superb’ bearing Registration No. MH-14 BV- 1100 was given for servicing to the Dealer in the month of January, 2013 for regular paid service, during the servicing work, the Vehicle met with a minor accident at the hands of one of the Staffers of the Dealer. After the said accident, the servicing work was done to the said Vehicle by the Dealer and was then handed over to the Complainant. After receiving the said Vehicle from the Dealer in the month of January, 2013 the Complainant noticed that the Vehicle was suddenly dropping the speed/pick up, during the running. The said problem was noticed by the Complainant on some times on highway during the regular travel of the Complainant, which was very serious. It will be pertinent to note here that till that time the said Vehicle had run only total distance of even less than 2000 kms. after servicing and started giving trouble of dropping the speed/pick up. As the problem was very much serious and vital, the said Vehicle was sent back by the Complainant to the Dealer for doing necessary repairs and to remove the said defects/problems of the Vehicle. The Dealer again delivered the said Vehicle to the Complainant informing the Complainant that now the Vehicle has been duly repaired for the said problem and assured the Complainant that the problem shall not persists any more. Despite the said assurances given by the Dealer, only within 8 (Eight) days the same problem persist and the Vehicle again started dropping the speed/pick up and the Complainant noticed and realized that the Vehicle has not been repaired thoroughly and properly in spite of specific instructions to the Dealer, which was absolutely not proper and justifiable. AND the Complainant states and submits that on 10.09.2013 again the said Vehicle started giving the same trouble repeatedly to the Complainant and hence the Vehicle was again sent to the Dealer for repairs of the same problem. On 11.11.2013, the said Vehicle was returned to the Complainant by the Dealer and raised a bill of Rs.13, 251/-only (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty One Only) as the cost of repairs. The said amount has been paid by the Complainant, and the Complainant was rest assured that now the Vehicle is absolutely having no any such problem/trouble/ defect and the problem of dropping the speed/pick up has been removed/rectified. However, despite the repeated repairs and despite the repeated assurances given by the Dealer, the Complainant realized and noticed that the said problem has not been properly rectified and again within 4 (Four) days i.e. on 15.11.2013 the said Vehicle started giving the same trouble again and again to the Complainant. AND the Complainant states and submits that on 15.11.2013 the said Vehicle has been given to the Dealer again for the same problem and the Dealer was requested by the Complainant to remove the said defect immediately. As a matter of fact and record that time the said Vehicle had not run even for more than 1000 kms. after the previous paid service as mentioned hereinabove, while surprisingly when the Complainant handed the Vehicle to the Dealer, the said vehicle has been run by the Dealer for more than 10000 Kms. for various test drives. Despite that, the problem was neither detected nor was it solved/rectified by the Dealer. Again on complaining about the same problem to the Dealer on 15.11.2013 the Dealer again assured to the Complainant that, Dealer shall do the needful and shall make every endeavour to repair the said Vehicle and also assured the Complainant that the said problem shall not persist any more. AND the Complainant states and submits that to the utter shock and surprise of the Complainant on 18.01.2014, the Complainant received one email from the representative of Dealer namely Mr. Jitendra Mali, in which it was mentioned by Dealer that the Vehicle has break down because of the wrong ATF Oil and its wrong quantity put in January, 2013. Further, Mr. Jitendra Mali, the representative of Dealer assured the Complainant that the Vehicle shall be repaired thoroughly and that too also without charging a single farthing to the Complainant. He also further conveyed that the said Vehicle also requires replacement of Gear box totally and also further informed the Complainant that expenses of the same shall be borne by either Dealer or by the Company and also further assured that Complainant shall not be billed for the same. Accordingly, the Complainant spoken telephonically with Mr. Jitendra Mali and given his consent to Mr. Jitendra Mali to do the needful in this regard and also informed Mr. Jitendra Mali to do the needful as early as possible but in sufficient time so that the Vehicle is repaired finally but thoroughly without any further problem/defects. The Complainant states and submits here that, it is pertinent to note that since 15.11.2013 the said Vehicle of the Complainant namely; SKODA SUPERB, bearing registration No. MH-14 BV-1100, has been lying with the Dealer, till today and the Dealer has neither repaired the said Vehicle nor delivered the same to the Complainant, till the date for the reasons best known to the Dealer, which is absolutely illegal not proper and not at all justifiable. The Complainant had to suffer tremendous inconvenience and mental agony due to this deficient service and unfair trade practice of Dealer in general and the Opponents in particular. As the Dealer is an agent and also an authorized service provider as well as authorized Service Station Holder of the Company, the Opponents, jointly and severally are liable and responsible for causing deficiency in service to the Complainant as well as also for indulging into unfair trade practice as contemplated under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 which cannot be and ought not to be allowed.AND the Complainant has reminded and requested the Dealer many times since 15.11.2013 to repair the said Vehicle properly and thoroughly and hand over the same to the Complainant immediately but the Dealer in general and the Opponents in particular have failed and neglected to do so till today and the said Vehicle of the Complainant is still lying with the Dealer for no such legal and valid reason whatsoever and howsoever. It will be pertinent to note that the Dealer has stopped the entire communication in this regard and has not informed anything to the Complainant either in writing or by email which is absolutely absurd and illegal. It is made clear by the Complainant here that except the said email of the authorized representative of Dealer - Mr. Jitendra Mali dated 18.01.2014; there is absolutely no any communication from the Dealer or by the Company in this regard. AND as per the knowledge and information of the Complainant, which the Complainant believes to be true and correct that, neither any Technician nor any Engineer of the Opponent Nos.1 and 2 are able to find out the actual problem/S with the Vehicle of the Complainant and therefore the said defect has not been or could not have been solved/removed by the Opponent Nos.1 and 2 till the date. Therefore, now the Complainant suspects that, the said Vehicle purchased by the Complainant from the Company was having manufacturing problem/defect which was erupted that time and therefore the same could not have been solved/ rectified by the Opponent Nos. 1 and 2 till date. The complainant further submits and states that since 15. 11. 2013 i.e. for more than one year and two months, the said Vehicle of the Complainant is lying with the Dealer for proper detection of the exact problem and for repairs of the same. Thus the Opponent Nos. 1 and 2, jointly and severally, totally and absolutely failed to do the needful in this regard and have also failed totally to communicate anything in this regard to the Complainant to do the needful in this regard till date and therefore there is strong belief of the Complainant that the said problem was either manufacturing defect or has been occurred after the said servicing done in the month of January, 2013 and that is why the Opponents are unable to detect the exact problem. AND the Complainant states and submits that till the date on which the Vehicle was last given to the Dealer i.e. till 15. 11. 2013 the Complainant has incurred a total cost on repairing to the said Vehicle is Rs.1, 09, 944/- only (Rupees One Lakh Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Four Only). In addition to the said repair cost, the Complainant has suffered a tremendous mental pain and agony due to the deficient service rendered by the Opponents, jointly and severally, to the Complainant for which the Opponents are jointly and severally liable and responsible. Finally, on 30.06.2014 the Complainant issued a legal notice to the Opponents through his Advocate and called upon the Opponents to carry out the necessary repairs, replacement in the said Vehicle within 8 (Eight) days from the receipt of the said notice or to pay amount of price, cost, damages, compensation as mentioned in the said notice, in detail. Despite the receipt of the said notice, the Opponents have not even reverted back to the Complainant till the date in any manner. The Opponents have not repaired the said Vehicle and have also failed to comply with the alternative demand of the Complainant, as mentioned in the above mentioned legal notice dated 30.06.2014 and therefore now the Complainant is left with no other option but to knock the doors of this Hon’ble Commission for the redressal of his grievances as against the Opponents. The Complainant further states and submits that, as there is absolutely no communication from the Opponents in this regard till date, the problem in the said Vehicle is not repairable or there is every possibility that the said problem was a manufacturing defect which, suddenly erupted after the servicing done by the Dealer in the month of January 2013 and therefore the Opponents are not even responding to the legal notice of the Complainant and therefore now the Opponents jointly and severally are required to be directed to refund the entire amount of the said Vehicle, cost of the repairs, damages, compensation along with heavy interest to the Complainant.

                                    I Venkataramaiah brought Audi A6 car on 25th Feb 2015. I found defects which were reflected in the dash board signals and immediately customer care center Hyderabad. They advise me to contact Chennai customer care center. They immediately send a vehicle through which they lifted and carry the car to chennai ambattur customer center. This defect was noticed when vehicle mileage was only 1394 kms. A replaced steering which costs Rs 1, 77, 556 besides several nuts and bolts. They have to change the battery also and the invoice figures shown is Rs 2, 05, 054 but the same was not charged against me but however when the mileage was even less than 2000 kms there are several manufacturing defects noticed from the displayed boards. For the last about 2 months vehicle was not used and if started the vehicle is showing several RED/Negative signals. Hence we are requested to replace the vehicle without further lapse of time Since I have no other vehicle except the above vehicle which is unfit for use failing which I will be driven to necessity of approaching state consumers forum of AP of which please avoid. CAR has been given for servicing but from last 10 days issue is lying with Skoda service center, no proper information.                                       I am continuously asking Skoda team from last 10 days about reasons why It has failed. This is clearly design fault or manufacturing fault. Skoda service guy not at all giving correct information.
