Hi

I bought matresses worth 11000 and within 4 months the matress become like sponge and cotton matress.
I complained it but all in vain after one week a person came.
He agreed matress have become like sponge. But in his report he wrote matress are good.
And no change would be done to matresss. Now i cannot do anyhing simply throw that..

I purchase sleepwell executive bonnel from 72x35x6 at rawatsar dist. Hanumangarh.
The mattress of bed not properly working. The springs are pinches while sleep or sit on bed. The both mattress not working as comfortable. I want to change these mattress. The mattress springs pinch when i sit or sleep. All guest comes at my home also complain me about sleepwell mattress. These are bed mattress. I got back pain also from these mattress....

I purchase sleepwell softec mattress (2 pcs) in april 2016, for a year it has not been used for some reason,

I bought mattress 6 months ago and i ordered large size mattress and not the normal mattress size and in 6 months i am seeing that it wasnt large size foam instead it was pasted foam mattress which was given to me n now after using for 6 months the glue has come out...

I have purchased dignity supportec mattress from your delaer ' neeraj handloom' pimpri, pune.

Date of delivery is 27.09.2017, after delivery when we were setting the bedsheet on it we found qulling is coming out from stiching (Please see the attached photo).

Request you to resolve at the earliest before it become wider

With great disappointment i would like to share with you that i had purchased a esteem supportec matress on 28/10/2016 from m/s chandra furnishings, ramte ram road, ghaziabad with a high faith on esteemed brand and company but after a passage of around ten months i realized that i had a misconception due to the company’s prestigious hold on the market. The mattress has been replaced thrice but

I have purchased 2 matress of size 75x78x125 mm from sleepwell gallery, pankaj enterprises, nit faridabad on 22/07/2017. We were told that these are the hardest matresses. But we find them very soft and uncomfortable since the first day. We are continuously suffering from back pain since then. Kindly look into the matter urgently and change them asap. I had purchased the product from the authorized distributor and the distributor suggested me the product as a back pain specialist. I have purchased two mattresses of the above said type of size 78x35x150 each on[protected] from sleepwell dealer m/s ace comfort gallery gp - 8, pitampura delhi vide invoice no. 474. I am sorry to inform you that the mattresses are so bad that we have started getting back pain. These are not at all firm, sags wherever you put pressure. I went to buy a sleepwell activa firmetec 72 x 48 x 100mm mattresses. The rate for that was 5339 when my friend purchased it from the same shop because she paid in cash. But they charged me with 5503 because we paid from card. Also we bought 2 so we paid 328 extra + taxes.

Full description of incident : i have purchased sleepwell activa supportec mattress (78x72x4) in the month of dec 2016. Its not been one year and the one side on mattress went down, i am unable to sleep on that.
