I am very unsatisfied customer, just purchased sleepwell mattress 15 days before and the shape of the mattress become unshaped and came out of many points within 2-3 days only.
I complained to customer care after 5 days and got the complaint number-94358 and after following up for 10 days guy visited but still problem not resolved.

Not expect this from such a big brand.

Dear team,

I bought sleepwell mattress on 17th dec' 2016. There is a significant crumbling and noticeable depression identified in the mattress. I bought this mattress at a very high cost. I don't expect the mattress to deteriorate so soon. My mattresses are covered under 5 years warranty.

Hello team, this is to bring to your notice with utmost importance that the sleepwell people have been very very negligent to our complaint. Inspite of calling several times, the issue has been not resolved till now. I am tired and frustrated. It took three for the person to attend to the problem and that too i had to call up and follow customer care and the person several times. The person initially assigned was the wrong person and he was not aware of it. I have been given contact numbers of sleepwell people in bangalore to contact so that the issue gets resolved as if i am an employee of sleepwell. Now after it has been attended, the customer care don't have any status on it. We were being told the mattress would be replaced and a mail would be sent to us. I have followed up with the sleepwell customer care and bangalore sleepwell attendees but i am really disappointed with the negligence. If this continues, i would have to raise a complaint with medical bills and would be bound to go to consumer court. So kindly see to it this matter gets resolved asap without my continuous follow ups.

I purchased 1 spintech air luxary mattress from dealer M/S Asrra Mattress World, KHB Colony, 5th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore today . I noticed that Tag/Unique Serial no. of mattress totally torn/replaced. I brought to the notice of the dealer, which they admitted but insisted that this is available only. I was thus denied lucky scheme intentionally.

With refrence to the captioned matter, i would like to covey that i bought one pair of sleepwell matress from one of your authorised dealor aggarwal comfort products pvt ltd, ambala on 21/10/2017 having bill invoice no 81
Within 3-4 months matress are damaged, i cant even sleep moreover i am geting back pain
I didnt expected this from sleepwell matress which is renowned name in the matress industry, i am buying slepwell matress from years and also recommend to my peers
So kindly look in the mater and replace my matress asap

Sir i have purchased 18+18nos of duet mattresses 125mm in sep2014, from jagdamba saw mill, laxmangarh, rajasthan.
Now most of the mattress are shaked from corners & overall thickness is also reduced to 100-110mm due to compression. I have also complained to mr pareek in your jaipur office, but nothing action is being taken. Kindly take necessary action in matter as soon as possible, or i have to go for consumer forum.

I bought matresses worth 11000 and within 4 months the matress become like sponge and cotton matress.
I complained it but all in vain after one week a person came.
He agreed matress have become like sponge. But in his report he wrote matress are good.
And no change would be done to matresss. Now i cannot do anyhing simply throw that..
Me and my family is having back pain because of the mattress.
Its difficult to sleep on it as matress they have become like cotton and sponge.
And you will feel complete back pain on lying on it.

Again i have complained and this is my second compliant in my second complain the consumer manager agreed the mattress has become extremely soft and bulging.
And they are giving me a voucher 6996rs.
I have paid 12000 for sleepwell thinking if something bad happens there is warranty in this.

There was a warranty of 3 years to the product.
I want my matress to be changed or provide me the voucher of what i have paid that is 12000 so that i can replace.
This is completely injustice to people who with so difficulty try to buy some good product and big companies do cheating with us.

I purchase sleepwell executive bonnel from 72x35x6 at rawatsar dist. Hanumangarh.
The mattress of bed not properly working. The springs are pinches while sleep or sit on bed. The both mattress not working as comfortable. I want to change these mattress. The mattress springs pinch when i sit or sleep. All guest comes at my home also complain me about sleepwell mattress. These are bed mattress. I got back pain also from these mattress. Please remove issue as soon as possible.

It has been two months since i bought a sleepwell mattress and so far i did not find any fault with it.
I had recurrent stiffness in my neck with continuous pain which used to get worse towards the end of the day. I used to get up with a lot of pain in my neck. Then i heard about sleepwells spine bond mattress, and after consulting my my cousin who had the same mattress, i bought it. My backpain has eased a lot and i feel good. I am happy with my investment on this mattress.

When i visited the showroom i mattress which i have selected and the mattress which has come that was totally different me and my wife both having back problem that is why we have select your mattress but its too hard and i have call the showroom they send mr. Gaurang to visit our place and after seeing he is telling that we will not change the product and he went away from my place.
Me and my wife both are suffering from heavy back problem we are very dis satisfaction from your company and staff please do the needful for the same and change the mattress.

I purchase sleepwell softec mattress (2 pcs) in april 2016, for a year it has not been used for some reason,
From june 2017 we are using same mattresses, problem we are facing that mattress is getting softer n softer & cover of same mattress looses day by day and gathered on one place which makes our sleeping so uncomfortable, so pls change it as soon as possible

We have purchased sleepwell mattress from bhatinda, punjab on august 2016 but after use mattress goes inside from one side which cause nonrelaxation for the person.
After contact with the conserened dealer, they replied that the cover is dirty and it will be changed after paying rs. 3000.

I bought mattress 6 months ago and i ordered large size mattress and not the normal mattress size and in 6 months i am seeing that it wasnt large size foam instead it was pasted foam mattress which was given to me n now after using for 6 months the glue has come out...
I am surprised by ur company’s way plz change the mattress as i am incurring back problem because of this...

My mattress is in warranty and it has become disfigured at several places from the middle just by sleeping on it. I'm really unhappy with this product and being a long time customer of sleepwell i request you to please check and replace my mattress as soon as possible. Your toll free number never connects as it says 'busy'. I hope for a sudden response.

Hi, this is rahul nile from thane, maharashtra. I and my mother suffer from back pain which was conveyed to sleepwell dealer while purchasing the mattresses. Therefore he suggested me to buy 2 sleepwell mattresses worth rs. 38, 000/-.

Now i am using these mattresses for 10 days now and due to these mattresses mine and my mother’s back pain is getting worse. When i conveyed this to dealer he is forcing me to exchange with only sleepwell product. I don’t think any of the sleepwell product will satisfy my need.

I had purchased 2 spinebond mattresses of size "6x3" from your dealer "jyoti furnishers" arjun nagar, new delhi-29 on 12th august 2016.
The dealer has suggested me the product as a back pain specialist but, sorry to inform you that now, it has been 1 year and 4 months both the mattresses had bend down from both the sides that all our family members have started suffering from back pain. Our doctor has consulted us to change our mattresses to prevent from further back pain.
We had high faith on your esteemed brand and were using sleepwell mattresses for over 25years but, with much disappointment, both the mattresses turned out to be pain for us.
We request you to kindly change our mattresses with the new and better ones as soon as possible.

Mattress is uncomfortable, i was purchase firmtec model but it is very soft corner side and middle,
It was harm full for back pain so please replace
The purpose of purchase new mattress was comfortable back,
But it is not use full for back comfort.

*sleep well is big brand, it is unaccepted from sleep well*

Please register my complaint on priority and replace mattress as earliest.

I have purchased dignity supportec mattress from your delaer ' neeraj handloom' pimpri, pune.

Date of delivery is 27.09.2017, after delivery when we were setting the bedsheet on it we found qulling is coming out from stiching (Please see the attached photo).

Request you to resolve at the earliest before it become wider

With great disappointment i would like to share with you that i had purchased a esteem supportec matress on 28/10/2016 from m/s chandra furnishings, ramte ram road, ghaziabad with a high faith on esteemed brand and company but after a passage of around ten months i realized that i had a misconception due to the company’s prestigious hold on the market. The mattress has been replaced thrice but
The company is unable to provide me with a right mattress in last ten months

I have left all the hope and faith that i had on your esteemed and prestigious company. Myself and my family members could not get an opportunity to sleep peacefully for a single night after spending rs. 22, 000/- for purchasing this mattress and right now we are in such physical and mental condition that we cannot dare to use it anymore.
