The reason i am reaching out to you is - it's been 5 days my mattress has been delivered however i have still not received the details on cashback/warranty on my mobile number.
I have shared the serial number details with the dealer i had bought the mattress from, even he confirms he has shared the same with your team but till date i have not received any intimation on the warranty status.

Request your team to help me with the update at the earliest.

    It's been 1 year 6 months by purchasing sleepwell mattress. The cushion has become so soft that it gets pushed inside when we sleep or sit. They are so uncomfortable. I have raised complaint with number - 130143. The representative came for visit when i was not there and by measuring scale and gone. The problem was different and size of mattress is different. If the cushion feel has changed drastically within a year. And i am getting back pain when it gets pushed from the body size. How does that relate to measuring size?

    Anyhow i have to pay extra 50% when these will be refunded. And its my loss still i have to fight over this again. Either bring the engineer for visit on weekend or i need my 50% refund. It is coming under warranty and ideally i should not give any silly explanations to anybody
    Already have fought two times on customer care no. And i am requesting you to do the needful else i have to go to consumer care. I do have my warranty bills and my complaint is genuine so i am not going to stop here.
    Looking for positive feedback this time.

      I got sleepwell mattress resitec gold plus from bawa furniture navalur chennai tamilnadu on july 2017 it's been 2 years the mattress is good in condition but the size is bigger than my bed. I want to get it customized into my bed size. The shop is asked me to get it done from the company directly. Please help me to how to fix it. Thank u

        This is to inform you that on dated 08-11-18 i have purchased sleepwell activa supportec (U) (Np) unique serial no 0qwhefja from navkar furniture place baddi against invoice no 1774. But unfortunately i have received defective mattresses. The stitching of mattresses are very poor & opened from so many points. On dated 11/11/2018 i have raised complaint no 107766 with sleepwell & on dated 29/11/2018 i have received replacement voucher from sleepwell. But again stitching issue found on my replaced mattresses in the month of july-19 & i have booked complaint no 124529 dt 10/07/2019 after long followup sleep well engineer has visited to my residence on dated 14/08/2019 to examine my mattresses defect. Service engineer also agree with stitching issue & again i have received replacement voucher on 19/08/2019. I have replaced my mattresses on dt. 13/09/2019. But now again 3rd time i am facing stitching issue your new mattresses. I am really disappointed with sleepwell poor quality. You are requested to kindly look into the matter & replace my mattresses with okay mattresses or refund my money back.

        Dear Sir/ ma, am,
        This is to inform that sleepwell customer service manager Mr. Karan Sahotra gave me option to buy another model of sleepwell by paying extra money. I have also visited to Sleepwell dealer Navkar Furniture House Baddi & dealer told me that i have to pay approx Rs. 3000/- to Rs.4000/- for new model, but i am not interested to pay more money for sleepwell product because i have already paid Rs.10088/- for my old model & i am not satisfied with sleepwell quality so you are requested to kindly replace my defective mattress with same model or refund my money on priority basis.

          Just 1 year since i purchased 8-10 in"springwell memory foam with pocket spring mattress, purchased at high cost but just within a year its sagging & sinking, with lumps on one side. For my another bedroom i purchased similar 10in" same type kurlon mattress which is much better than springwell as it's still fine with no issues. Please replace the mattress as there is guarantee for it, besides if we get such problems within a short time for such a high priced mattress than what's the worth of buying branded mattress. Hope to get ur support & cooperation.

            I have submitted a complaint on the sagging of my spring mattress. On which they have sent their executive for the inspection. On which they have submitted their report after few hours of inspection that product is completely in line with the terms of warranty and we recommend to use this product.
            While we are not satisfied with the product quality at all. The product is started sagging and disintegrating which can be clearly seen with the human eyes and they are still not ready to accept this.
            On conveying my dissatisfaction to their customer care, they denied to do anything regarding the matter above all the customer executive was being rude.

            Even we are paying the depreciation then also they denied to exchange the product. Then what is the purpose of warranty if they dont want to accept the default in their product.

                I am writing this complaint to bring your notice the indecency and betraying behaviour of the Dealer "Maruthi Home Furniture" which has the following address -

                The problem that I am having that I had fixed a deal with the seller/dealer on Sunday, 16th June 2019 for the product "Sleepwell spinetech Air 78"x60" ", which is a standard sized product. The availability of it should not be a problem as checked from other dealers as the given size is a standard size mattress and is not of any custom/odd Size. At the time of sale, we were told by Mr Chetan (Ph. [protected]), one of the salesmen in the store that the mattresses will be delivered within 3-4 days, following which we had paid ₹10, 000/- immediately as advance as demanded by the him. The pending amount was to be paid by us at the time of delivery, which was supposed to happen by 21st June 2019 (after 3-4 "WORKING" Days), as the Purchase order will be sent to the company on next day of sales, that is Monday, 17th June 2019.

                After calling Mr Chetan multiple times on 21st June 2019 (we understand that he might be busy with his work), we decided to see him in person, in the 'Sleepwell Gallery' on the Above mentioned address. We go there and they tell us that they don't have it in stock and blatantly deny that they'd said it'll be delivered within "3-4 days". They said "it is impossible for any mattress to be delivered in 3-4 days". We were angry on this behaviour, and asked them about "why we weren't told that it is not in stock? We could have waited. They didn't have to lie about or give irrelevant or incomplete information regarding the same". Following which we asked for a concrete delivery date. The wife of the owner of the store was there when we were having this kerfuffle, seeing that she intervened and started telling it'll be delivered to you by coming Sunday (23rd June 2019) evening. I asked them to tell me a final delivery date on which they can surely deliver the mattress to us including the probable delays that may happen, for which she said "Monday (24th June 2019) evening". I asked her this date multiple times in front of the salesman (Mr Chetan) just to make clear about the delivery date with the entire staff in the store, for which Mr Chetan and others also agreed.

                On Monday, I call up Mr Chetan again if the mattress can be delivered by that day's evening. For which he says the mattress is still not in stock and the truck has not yet come from Tamilnadu. So it'll be delivered by tomorrow (Tuesday 25th June 2019, Today's date at the time of writing this email). I scolded him for is indefinite and unsure delay that he and his colleagues are causing us. I was told that he'll call up in the company and let me know by today (25th June 2019) afternoon 1:00pm. I never recieved the call, following with I called the customer service in the phone number given in the sleepwell website for help. I was given with the phone number of the area manager for Banglore sleepwell, Mr Maruthi ([protected]) who did follow up with Mr Chetan's store and we had a conference call on Phone where he told Mr Chetan to deliver the product ASAP. He also asked about the problem in causing the delay for a standard sized mattress, which should not be delayed so much. They were speaking in the local language Kannada, which I can't understand. After their conversation Mr Maruthi told me that it'll be surely delivered tomorrow (Wednesday 26th June 2019) which will be 10 days from now.

                The attitude of Mr Chetan was very careless and untrustworthy. If I may have any problems with your product where I have to claim the warranty; the product that I've bought from an already untrustworthy person, that too a mattress specifically made for spinal problems, which is a medical problem, I will not be helped in this matter by your sales person.

                I'm buying this matters specifically to aid with spinal problem, after consulting a doctor, and your people are taking these things so carelessly. I had told them to not to delay so much as I have a genuine problem. I also understand there might be unfortunate events that may cause delays. But this is not a product that is so rarely sold, I'm sure. The size is also standard. We've paid the advance amount as demanded by the salesman. And we're being shown with so many indefinite delays of 10 days!? What if that sales person, who is clearly incapable of doing his job and following up with the delivery team, delays even more? What if my spinal problems worsens and I'm ridden with it for my entire life? I'll file a legal case in the court against "Maruthi Home Furniture" as well as your company, because of which I'll have this problem. I can surely do that because of my medical condition and I can easily prove your teams causing delays in the matter.

                You can take these words as a warning and if you still can't deliver the product by today night, I'll demand you to cancel my payment and refund the entire amount I've paid to the dealer so that I can use the same money to make a purchase in some other brand.

                You People clearly don't care about customer's brand loyalty. I could have spent the equivalent amount which is a big amount, if you see how much an average person spends for a mattress, and bought some other branded product, but I chose yours. If you can't take care of your customers, you're on the track of going out of business.

                I demand an immediate follow up.

                    As name suggest spintech air but this mattress is the main cause of our backpain which my husband and me is suffering from. It have become dented from center. When you lie on it you will have a feeling as if you are sinking in the middle.

                    I purchased a mattress from Sleepwell Pitampura, and after a year it was puffed and lost its shape. Also it came out of the boundary of the bed. I filed a complaint regarding the same but no action was taken. Now its my second complaint. Do look into it.
                    I have bought my mattresses 2 months back.After 2 months usage I see foam is coming as like bubble .Not good and comfort also.
                    Please contact to me as my sleep well mattresses having some issue and i wanted to exchange the same.

                    please let me know the procedure.

                          I had ordered 2 pieces of sleepwell mattresses on 21/4/19 to 'gandhi foam centre, 4/5203 a krishna nagar, dev nagar, karol bagh nd 5' (Contact mr subhash arora [protected])
                          Size - 72*33*4"
                          Model - ultra
                          It was expected to deliver by 27th april. But till date it is still not delivered. We are waiting from last 2 weeks without any concrete reply. What area sales manager & company is doing for lack of timely delivery leading to customer disappointment.
                          Please look into the matter & reply immediately.

                            This is regarding a purchase of premium matress (Emporio) that i made 3 years ago by paying 70000, it didn't last for a year, it turned defective and i got a replacement (Emporio). Worst is even the second mattress was defective and we had to again run around for replacement. By which time emporio was stopped and we were forced to pick up comfort cell, though we were apprehensive as it was in the lesser range. We still picked it up with no choice left and now within 6 months that has turned defective as well and it has been since 2 months that i have raised a complaint (108914) and sleepwell is insisting that i pay up for any increase in prices. They are not understanding the basic logic that i am not upgrading or exchanging my mattress for fun but had to go through this coz their mattress are defective and are not durable as promised. I am not ready to pay up anything extra as i have not got a product worth the money i paid yet, hence we are tortured to stick onto the defective mattress still. Is there a solution for this? The area sales manager danesh doe not want to even talk to the customer and help in any way, he shots in his pants if we talk to him about not paying the price, the customer care team is incapable of managing any complaints and we are fed up of contacting them. All i need now is either a replacement or cash refund so that i can go in for better service provider, any help. Is appreciated

                              I placed an order for sleepwell contaour memory foam pillow on 04/02/2019, after placing my order and entering shipping details i made a payment of rs.2499 via visa debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but i got a "failed" "your transaction could not be processed" message from the website. My order was not placed but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I contacted both visa and indian overseas bank customer care services snd they confirmed that the amount was debited from my account and payment was made through the website. I contacted the customer care twice but they are not responsive, the just say we will call back and hang up. This was the first time i tried ordering from this website and i'm terribly disappointed. This is out right theft. I want my money back.

                                I purchased a 5 inch sleepwell matteres from m/s, bedding emporium vide their order no 008 sep dt 6.9.2016.
                                The said materials supplied by n/s sheela foam ltd vide packing slip no 12435490 dt 10.9.2016.
                                Since the materials were defective i complain to bedding emporium but no action has been taken so far.
                                So before going to consumer forum i once again request you to please look into the matter and arrange to replace defective materials.

                                  While purchasing i had made it clear that the mattress should not cause any back problems and dealer suggested to take esteem supportec mattress saying it would give support to the body.
                                  I have been using the mattress since then and is causing a lot of back pain to me and my wife. Also i asked my parents to sleep on it and they also complained of back pain.
                                  Initially i thought it will take some weeks to adjust to the body, as they have mentioned it would cause some back pain for some weeks on the warranty card given with the mattress. However it's been 6 months and the mattress has yet not adopted to the body and caused severe back pain.
                                  I had contacted the dealer and he refuse to help on it and asked to directly contact sleepwell customer care.
                                  I also contacted sleepwell customer care and they are not helping. Their service person was not also visiting my place, after repeated calls he visited it took him 16-17 days for visiting my home. And was of no use. I also followed up a lot on email's and phone with sleepwell to change the mattress or provide refund/alternative solution to it but they are not helping. We have paid a good amount for the mattress and we are suffering and not able to sleep on the mattress.
                                  I am attaching the email conversation with the sleepwell customer support and the bill and warranty card which has the clause of 'what to expect from your mattress/use and care '
                                  It has been a suffering journey for us and would not ever advice anyone to invest in sleepwell mattress.
                                  Request you help in seeking a resolution.

                                  This is happened to me as well. i am also facing the same back pain issue, i have two same mattresses at my home one with my younger brother. but the other mattress are having proper confirm while mine having very soft and causing back pain. Need strict action against this companies who selling their mattresses in huge prices and no customer satisfaction post sales. Too worst company. Should not buy anything from them.
                                  Customer service post sales is pathetic...We are still suffering...I would never ever buy or recommend any other person to buy Sleepwell product.

                                    I bought this mattress 6 months back. This mattress is causing so much of back pain to me and my husband. We were suggested this mattress because it has memory foam and hence it will comfort our back and posture.
                                    But, it actually turned worse for us.
                                    From now onwards i have no trust and sleepwell brand which i used to trust due to brand name.
                                    But if you have a brandname you are also responsible for customers health.

                                    You should return the money back or exchange the mattress with something which doesn't causes back pain.
                                    The mattress in in new condition.
                                    Please revert else you loose a customer.

                                    It is such a negligent behaviour of your employees and customers care services.I have recently complained about my sleepwell mattress, regarding which comlaint no. 114897 & visitor named LALIT KUMAR TRIPATHI was issued, dated 22 February 2019. But no further action has been taken yet.

                                      This is to bring to your notice that we have raised a complaint #104900 for the replacement of my mattress on 01-Oct-2018 and it’s more than 2 months and the issue is still open

                                      After multiple follow-ups with the vendor there was a visit from the Sleepwell executive on 15-Nov-2018 post have not heard any update. He informed that we will receive the vouchers in maximum of 7 days
                                      We tried calling both Vendor and Executive but to no avail

                                      It’s becoming really frustrating as there has been no concrete actions done by either Vendor or Sleepwell executive. We have at least followed- up 25-30 times on the same topic but no avail.
                                      Not sure if we need to go to the Consumer forum to sort this out, because a s per the Guarantee/Warranty card and referring to your replacement policies this should have been completed within 15-20 days

                                        I had purchased a mattress on 21/7/18 with bill no 1602 amounting 41, 200 from vidhata enterprises, naughar. The mattress has dugged in from one end and there is no responses on the toll free contact mentioned on the website. Please assign someone to look over the matter and have the mattress replaced because this quality is not acceptable from a brand name like this.
                                        Sleepwell customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I was ordered on 6th November 2018, ordered materials are not received. I was call to customer care, they are also not proper answer for the status and mail to the sleepwell company, but they reply to my mail also. Please help to raise the complaint to the consent sleep well to get my money and i was suffer lot due to the company.
