I am writing this complaint to bring your notice the indecency and betraying behaviour of the Dealer "Maruthi Home Furniture" which has the following address -

The problem that I am having that I had fixed a deal with the seller/dealer on Sunday, 16th June 2019 for the product "Sleepwell spinetech Air 78"x60" ", which is a standard sized product. The availability of it should not be a problem as checked from other dealers as the given size is a standard size mattress and is not of any custom/odd Size. At the time of sale, we were told by Mr Chetan (Ph. [protected]), one of the salesmen in the store that the mattresses will be delivered within 3-4 days, following which we had paid ₹10, 000/- immediately as advance as demanded by the him. The pending amount was to be paid by us at the time of delivery, which was supposed to happen by 21st June 2019 (after 3-4 "WORKING" Days), as the Purchase order will be sent to the company on next day of sales, that is Monday, 17th June 2019.
After calling Mr Chetan multiple times on 21st June 2019 (we understand that he might be busy with his work), we decided to see him in person, in the 'Sleepwell Gallery' on the Above mentioned address. We go there and they tell us that they don't have it in stock and blatantly deny that they'd said it'll be delivered within "3-4 days". They said "it is impossible for any mattress to be delivered in 3-4 days". We were angry on this behaviour, and asked them about "why we weren't told that it is not in stock? We could have waited. They didn't have to lie about or give irrelevant or incomplete information regarding the same". Following which we asked for a concrete delivery date. The wife of the owner of the store was there when we were having this kerfuffle, seeing that she intervened and started telling it'll be delivered to you by coming Sunday (23rd June 2019) evening. I asked them to tell me a final delivery date on which they can surely deliver the mattress to us including the probable delays that may happen, for which she said "Monday (24th June 2019) evening". I asked her this date multiple times in front of the salesman (Mr Chetan) just to make clear about the delivery date with the entire staff in the store, for which Mr Chetan and others also agreed.
On Monday, I call up Mr Chetan again if the mattress can be delivered by that day's evening. For which he says the mattress is still not in stock and the truck has not yet come from Tamilnadu. So it'll be delivered by tomorrow (Tuesday 25th June 2019, Today's date at the time of writing this email). I scolded him for is indefinite and unsure delay that he and his colleagues are causing us. I was told that he'll call up in the company and let me know by today (25th June 2019) afternoon 1:00pm. I never recieved the call, following with I called the customer service in the phone number given in the sleepwell website for help. I was given with the phone number of the area manager for Banglore sleepwell, Mr Maruthi ([protected]) who did follow up with Mr Chetan's store and we had a conference call on Phone where he told Mr Chetan to deliver the product ASAP. He also asked about the problem in causing the delay for a standard sized mattress, which should not be delayed so much. They were speaking in the local language Kannada, which I can't understand. After their conversation Mr Maruthi told me that it'll be surely delivered tomorrow (Wednesday 26th June 2019) which will be 10 days from now.
The attitude of Mr Chetan was very careless and untrustworthy. If I may have any problems with your product where I have to claim the warranty; the product that I've bought from an already untrustworthy person, that too a mattress specifically made for spinal problems, which is a medical problem, I will not be helped in this matter by your sales person.
I'm buying this matters specifically to aid with spinal problem, after consulting a doctor, and your people are taking these things so carelessly. I had told them to not to delay so much as I have a genuine problem. I also understand there might be unfortunate events that may cause delays. But this is not a product that is so rarely sold, I'm sure. The size is also standard. We've paid the advance amount as demanded by the salesman. And we're being shown with so many indefinite delays of 10 days!? What if that sales person, who is clearly incapable of doing his job and following up with the delivery team, delays even more? What if my spinal problems worsens and I'm ridden with it for my entire life? I'll file a legal case in the court against "Maruthi Home Furniture" as well as your company, because of which I'll have this problem. I can surely do that because of my medical condition and I can easily prove your teams causing delays in the matter.
You can take these words as a warning and if you still can't deliver the product by today night, I'll demand you to cancel my payment and refund the entire amount I've paid to the dealer so that I can use the same money to make a purchase in some other brand.
You People clearly don't care about customer's brand loyalty. I could have spent the equivalent amount which is a big amount, if you see how much an average person spends for a mattress, and bought some other branded product, but I chose yours. If you can't take care of your customers, you're on the track of going out of business.
I demand an immediate follow up.

s.No. Lp6mhbcm and enq07ydp on 15.05.2018, the mattresses pressed in two-three places
this may be checked and replaced/repaired at the earliest.
I have earlier given complaint, one week ago, but still no response is received from your side.
This may be treated as urgent.
