I have bought a SLEEPWELL SPINE CARE -FLEXI COIR MATTRESS for Rs.14000( Rupees Fourteen Thousand only) from authorised dealer GHAR SANSAR,Singh building,Main Road,Rourkela on 20th Aug 2011.After 4-5 months deformities in shape of the mattress started taking place.I placed a complaint with customer care deptt of Sleepwell Mattress. After lot of fuss and wasting lot of time & energy and showing lot of excuses, at first they tried to give us other mattress of lower price (flexi puf), but when I didn't agree to it, finally they(Sleepwell & Ghar Sansar) were bound to replaced the same mattress on 13th march 2012.
The replaced mattress again started deforming in shape after 4 months(July 2012).I again registered complaint telephonically with the customer care deptt of sleepwell.There representative visited my place to inspect the mattress in the month of August.Though the mattress has changed its shape ,Sleepwell representative as well as the dealer Ghar Sansar are not interested to replace it.Presently the mattress is under Guarantee period.
I cannot understand their logic. I have lost faith on sleepwell mattress,their brand name & their authorised dealer-"GHAR SANSAR,located at Singh building ,Main Road,Rourkela.
I am not interested in using this mattress any more as I doesnot feel it worth Rs. 14000.
I'm preparing to file a consumer case against them as these people are not interested to settling the complaint amicably.I want my total paid money back with interest.
