I purchased 1 SLEEPWELL mattress in Oct 2012 from a authorized dealer "Meena Traders" Urban bank road Brahampur, Odisha. I complained to dealer many times to change the mattress, he said that this matter will be sorted out from company side. And, today (AFTER ALMOST 1.5 YEAR) I purchase under the two year guaranty period, the Mattress is really defected and required repalce urgently . NOW TELL ME TO WHOM I SHOULD CONTACT FOR PROPER JUSTICE. Please help me to sort out the issue ASAP as i helpless both from DEALER SIDE AND COMPANY SIDE. Very BAD COMPANY.

    We have purchased three sleep well mattress (Resitec Gold Plus quality) in August 2013 and started using from October 2013, purchase is in the name of Mr.Brijlal, bill numbers are 276, 277 and 350. After few days o[censored]se we started feeling pain in back it was surprise for us that sleep-well mattress can deliver pain, we have seen many adds saying get good sleep and wakeup fesh in morning. But every morning we getup with back pain. We purchased it from S.K.SALES one of your distributor in Ulhasnagar 421003. We made a complaint to him about back pain he said he will talk to sleepwell guys about this and he did sent person from sleep well whose name was Hanuman he checked few things he was totally confused and said i will speak to my manager and give you a call back after few days we called the S.K. Sales to know the status and we got the answer that all is fine. We slept on the floor for few days and found that we are not facing back pain any more and again we slept on Sleep well mattress for few days and we got back pain again, due to which we made complaint one more time this time also Hanuman sleep well guy came again he said all seems to be good sleep well doesn't guarantee you about back pain all those stuff which actually shocked us. Unfortunately the size of the matrices is not suiting to my cots. Last 4 days I am requesting your dealer to change the matrices with correct size, which suits to my cots. I am ready to pay the difference in price for supplying the matrices with the correct size which suits to my cots. The required size is (75 X 34 X 5 ) and (74 X 34 X 5) i.e. 2 matrices for 2 single cots. The dealer is not at all co-operating and really I am fed up. The services of M/s KURLON is really excellent and I am purchasing Kurlon products from the last 25 years. Unnecessarly I have purchased your SLEEPWELL MATRICES this time and from the last 4 days, I am facing unnecessary tension and spending sleepless nights by purchasing sleepwell matrices by spending Rs.18000/= (for 2 matrices). I request you to advise your dealer to collect back the matrices supplied to me and replace with correct size matrices. Now I am feeling it is high time to advise my colleagues not to buy M/s Sleepwell products, because of my bad experience. I hope you will advise your dealer in this regard to replace the matrices with correct size. And I hope you will be with your customers and with their satisfaction but not with your money minded dealers.

        I had bought a sleepwell zenith mattress from Mansaram Mahajan furnishing Store, Nakodar Road, Jalandhar City (PUNJAB) on 04 Jan 2011 for which I paid Rs. 15000/- (Ruppees Fifteen Thousand Only) by cash vide retail invoice No. 85663.
        I was assured that the mattress was of a very high quality and had a manufacturer's guaranty of 7 years. After about 1 year o[censored]se the mattress started to sag down over both sides of the single piece double bed. On repeated complaints vendor at Mansaram Mahajan stores kept assuring me of replacement of the mattress and kept giving me deadlines to this effect, but to no vail.
        I has caused me immense amount of pain and trouble, both emotional and physical. I seek for an urgent replacement of the mattress failing of which I will have no option left but to seek for the consumer court forum's intervention.

          We purchased a sleepwell mattress on 11.11.12 from sanjay h/L foam emporium, hisar. Payment of rs. 11000/- Was done by hdfc credit card. At the time of payment it was promised by dealer that emi will be made, but from my card bill statement it was clear that no emi was made from the dealer.
          On approach to dealer on 14.12.12 he comitted his mistake and said to come on coming monday.
          On 17.12.12 when I approached again , he said he will talk to company and get a code for processing.
          On 18.12.12 when I approached again he said he will talk, busy, call again.
          To day its 26.12.12.And yet has not responded n on call even he does not respond satifactorily.

            Asked my furnishing supplier to send me the most comfortable mattress , and he says he will send the best and the biggest brand . All I get is a thick sheet of synthetic foam ( unnatural feel , heats up ) in gaudy fabric and bad finish . Tag says Sleepwel . Gosh is this how the Indian companies treat their buyers ?? Turns out the dealer is aggressively pushing the brand to achieve a Target to win a Car . No sensitivity by the greedy dealer and lousy company to actually help Sleepwell and not Sleepworse.

              Hi

              This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchase a Sleepwell Zenith matress on 5th Aug 2012 from Handloom House, 2608, Ground floor 27th main, 1st sector, HSR Layout Banglore.

              When the matress get delivered the size was little larger then the bed and then I log a complaint to customer care and provided the details for my purchase date, shop name and serial no[protected].

              After this complaint, Mr Jagdish from sleepwell came for verification and find that size is larger then the Bed and recommend that cut the extra size. He has also confirmed that the cutting will not give me any impact on look of matress and it will be look like original.

              Finally the fabricator came on 1st September 2012 for cutting. The matress was approx 3 inch extra but he wrongly cut the matress by 6-7 inches and now its become smaller in size and from the corner he cuts little extra by mistake and now its look very ugly.

              I contacted Mr Jagdish (sleepwell) Now he is telling me a diff story stating that the dealer is not Authorized.



              Now, My question is If the dealer was not authorize the how my call got registered, how the fabricator came from sleepwell to cutting matress.And this mistake was done by sleepwell.

              After making of full payment I feel cheated, Please help me for resolution. regards

                I have bought a SLEEPWELL SPINE CARE -FLEXI COIR MATTRESS for Rs.14000( Rupees Fourteen Thousand only) from authorised dealer GHAR SANSAR,Singh building,Main Road,Rourkela on 20th Aug 2011.After 4-5 months deformities in shape of the mattress started taking place.I placed a complaint with customer care deptt of Sleepwell Mattress. After lot of fuss and wasting lot of time & energy and showing lot of excuses, at first they tried to give us other mattress of lower price (flexi puf), but when I didn't agree to it, finally they(Sleepwell & Ghar Sansar) were bound to replaced the same mattress on 13th march 2012.

                The replaced mattress again started deforming in shape after 4 months(July 2012).I again registered complaint telephonically with the customer care deptt of sleepwell.There representative visited my place to inspect the mattress in the month of August.Though the mattress has changed its shape ,Sleepwell representative as well as the dealer Ghar Sansar are not interested to replace it.Presently the mattress is under Guarantee period.

                I cannot understand their logic. I have lost faith on sleepwell mattress,their brand name & their authorised dealer-"GHAR SANSAR,located at Singh building ,Main Road,Rourkela.

                I am not interested in using this mattress any more as I doesnot feel it worth Rs. 14000.

                I'm preparing to file a consumer case against them as these people are not interested to settling the complaint amicably.I want my total paid money back with interest.

                I too have been the sufferer with this brand. You should go ahead with a consumer case and sue them. This GHAR SANSAR in Rourkela is a big robber. Never buy anything from this shop. You should teach them a lesson legally.

                    I have paid 25,000 rupees for IMPRESSION SLEEPWELL MATTERS.

                    It’s an very best product. As per the sale men, if you sleep on this mattress you will not have back pain, its nature' s friendly thus you will not fill hot as it is not sponge. we trusted and bough. Purchased on[protected].

                    We are facing serious back pain both o[censored]s. Unable to sleep properly.

                    My kind advice before buying anythins please check the consumer complient and get proper advice and buy.

                        I had purchased 2 sleepwell Impression Mattresses worth Rs 30000 only one year back. Recently we discovered that one of the mattresses has fungus of approx. 15 by 15 inch size only on one mattress and on the lower side.
                        Seeing this we made a complaint in SleepWell with complaint no. D-8994. They sent us a sales person Mr. Akashdeep.
                        Mr. Akashdeep examined our mattress and agreed with us that the mattress had some fault and would communicate this to the company.

                        2 days later, we received a letter from SleepWell stating that Mr. Akashdeep has acertained that there is nothing wrong with the mattress !!
                        We were shocked and called Mr. Akashdeep. He in return talked to us in a very indifferent tone and said that he has nothing to do with such a problem. He told us that it is completely our problem and that he cannot do anything for us.

                        We have been buying SleepWell mattresses for the last 30 years.
                        Never have we come across such irresponsible and absurd behaviour.

                        After this we called Mr. Bharadwaj, who is i guess the sales manager for NCR for SleepWell.
                        He did not help us at all instead simply replied that Mr Akashdeep has already submitted his report and that he can do nothing about it.

                        I wish the right SleepWell athorities get to read this and take appropriate actions againt this.
                        My mattresses are worth 30000, and i bought them for utmost comfort. But such sales persons in SleepWell have caused a lot of discomfort to me with their such irresponsible and indifferent behaviour.

                        If the company does not help me, I do not mind throwing away these 30000 worth mattress, but it is very disturbing that such a big company has such unacceptable people placed as the face of the company.

                          I have bought an very costly mattress from a very banded company i.e. Sleepwell. Its an very best product. As per the sale men, if you sleep on this mattress you will not have back pain, its nature' s friendly thus you will not fill hot as it is not sponge. we trusted and bough. Purchased on[protected] at 8pm evening, very next day morning i gave call the owner and mentioned that I have a serious back pain and I feel as if I am sleeping in cradle. He told me to call there call centre, where I got a very rude and disgrace full answer. Time and again I am trying to call Dy.Manager and nothing is coming up.

                            Hi, We have been trying to reach Sleepwell mattresses since August - means for the past 5 months and we have not received any response from the service representative. Our mattress has been inspected and confirmed that it needs to be replaced and no one seems to take the responsibility after confirmation of replacement. Rupesh the person incharge of conducting the replacement is using all his escapes to delay the replacement and Rupesh is not fit to be in customer care. Please respond to our customer service request and let us resolve this chapter ASAP.

                              I have purchased Sleepwell ALPHA DLX ( 6'X 61/2') Mattresses from sleep well dealer M/s.HI-Style Furniture,Kuniyamuthur at coimbatore on 15/09/11.

                              Due to poor product quality, the mattresses was gone down one side , and it was not comes again in the original shape . Due to product quality i had pack pain.

                              I have registered the call and i received immediate response from sleep well for registered the complaint no 7121 on 07/11/11.

                              sleep well shown interest only for registering the complaint, there was no response from them to sort out the issues.

                              I have purchased this mattresses with Rs 12000/-. This is big money for me and i am very much upset . As-shame to selected as a quality compromised product.

                              My sincere advice and request to the public. Pl don't decide / recommend to buy this useless product . They are cheating the consumers.

                                DO NOT BUY ANY MATTRESS FROM SLEEPWELL.THEY ARE RIPPING US OFF & CHARGING MORE MONEY THAN MRP.
                                This is with reference to Duet Luxury mattress purchased from Hare Krishna Sleepwell showroom located in DT City Centre gurgaon on 5th Sep/11
                                We purchased Duet Luxury mattress 71x79(6 inches) at a price of Rs 29900.But to my utter surprise when mattress was delivered to us is was carrying printed price of Rs 27220(MRP).
                                This is ethically wrong & against the business principles of charging more than the printed MRP on the mattress.
                                We are overcharged by Rs 2680.THIS IS PURE CHEATING.
                                Chk the details below in which I hv registered my complaint on 8th Sep/11.Their rep Alakh Niranjan was negotiating on compensation.He offered me Rs900 which was totally unethical.
                                Now they are not responding on phones/mails inspite of my repeated reminders.
                                Chk my mail trail with them which clearly shows that Sleepwell is cheating customers.

                                BOTTOM LINE DO NOT BUY FR THEM & ENSURE THAT THEY ARE NOT RIPPING YOU OFF

                                Kindly note that I was offered Rs 900 against the difference in printed MRP on mattress & money charged.This is totally unacceptable.We do understand that your dealers offer discount on MRP.One of the Sleepwell dealers in Kirti Nagar was offering me less than Rs 24000 for the same mattress after all discounts applicable.(same Sleepwell duet luxury 71x79 & 6inches).
                                I’m really been cheated after paying Rs29900 for a mattress which was less than Rs 24000.
                                Ethically as a company you should be refunding anything charged above Rs 24000.
                                I’m not even asking for any discounted price but would request Sleepwell to honour MRP printed on mattress & refund the balance.This is taking too much of our time for such a small thing.This should have been honoured in the very first go after verifying details at your end.                                 This is with reference to Duet Luxury mattress purchased from Hare Krishna Sleepwell showroom located in DT City Centre gurgaon on 5th Sep/11
                                We purchased Duet Luxury mattress 71x79(6 inches) at a price of Rs 29900.But to my utter surprise when mattress was delivered to us is was carrying printed price of Rs 27220(MRP).
                                WE ARE SLEEPWELL REGULAR CUSTOMERS PURCHASING YOUR MATTRESS FOR LAST SO MANY YEARS.
                                This is ethically wrong & against the business principles of charging more than the printed MRP on the mattress.
                                We are overcharged by Rs 2680.This is pure cheating.
                                We would request you to take this on priority basis & pls get extra charged money refunded
                                PLS IGONORE MY PREVIOUS MAIL/COMPLAINT IN WHICH I HAVE MENTIONED 8 INCHES.

                                  We recently bought a new house and bought 2 sleepwell mattresses from Anand Foam Company Gurgaon thinking that the brand is very superior. The dealer also convinced us that it is a good buy.

                                  However, since the day it was delivered, we were not at all happy with the product as it was bit too soft. I have a four month old baby and his sleep gets disturbed everytime we even turn side on the bed.

                                  More so my husband has developed an acute back pain.

                                  I have been requesting the dealer to kindly change it.. I am even willing to pay any extra money of required. Also spoke to Mr. Alakhniranjan who is the area manager.. But even his service attitude (or the lack of it!) is so pathetic that he never answers the calls and has been making false promises.

                                  Need someone's help URGENTLY.. We are suffering a lot.

                                    I have purchased SLEEPWELL Harmoney Mttress for an amount of Rs 25000/- in April , i am getting severe back pain since i am using the mattress , not only me my doughter aged at 7 years also getting back pain, when i contacted vender he is telling that the technician will come and see the problem, but so far no person has come,
                                    can i go for consumer forum court to get the problem solved.
                                    and what are the required things to go to consumer forum court.
                                    pls give me suggestion

                                      I have ordered a Queen size 5x6'5 Sleepwell Matters with a specific color Just a week back with Ideal Matters in Marathahalli, Bangalore. The dealer promised me to deliver the bed in two days. After two days the dealer sends a bed with different color which was not my interest.
                                      He asked me to keep the bed for two days and he promised me to replace with the color of my interest.
                                      After two days, i have received another matters with the color of my interest. After Keen observation i found that the stitches of the bed got broken at some places and the bed looks like a old stock. When compliant about this again he again asking me to wait for couple of more days to give the new bed.
                                      It almost two weeks, same thing repeating. Can I file a case against this. The bed cost is 13k.

                                        i visited ur dealer GAGAN HANDLOOM sector 11 panchkula to buy mattresses,one of his salesman visited our house for size of mattresses,after taking the size from his own scale ,the represntative took advance of RS 1000/ - he promised to deliver the same but i recieved small size of mattresses which i mentioned while recieving. Till date dealer visited us 6 times [late night] with same small size ,different colour mattresses.Today he came with 4 of his associates to pick forcefully mattresses.Me and my family is very much disturbed.Please supply me accurate size of mattresses at the earliest otherwise i have left with no other option but to knock the door of the court to get justice...........sunit [[protected]]

                                        सर, मैने SLEEPWEEL DELTA MATTRESS (20/08/2011) को रेग्जिन हहउस सागर (MP) में ख़रीदा था MODEL DELTA (3X6)का मघर सर बेड बीच में से बेठा गया है ..एस की COMPLAINT 24/11/2010 को की थी जेसका COMPLAINT NO.7360 है
                                        मगर कंपनी ने मेरी अभी तक न तो फ़ोन किया है और नहीं है कोइ कर्मचारी भेजा है …
