Hello, I bought 2 mattress from all India handloom, rajpura patiala Punjab and its been almost 2 yrs now haven't received any refund nor replacement of mattresses .we have already made a complaint to sleepwell guys and always get a reply to talk to the shop (all India handloom)and nothing resolved .now we are not happy to recommend someone to use sleepwell products nor ourselves.we have full complaint reciept with the details of money paid and all.we feel let down, because we feel cheated as a customer .narain garg [protected], [protected]. Mattress serial number 16289091, serial number 3431 16/12/14 date of complaint thanks

I purchasaed the above stated mattress at a price of 60000 rupees on 1, 10.2016. This is only about forty days and such a costly purchase has gone down the drain as it has sagged from a corner. Bill no. 1799

    Hi,

    This email is regarding an issue in the resolution of complaint for a sleepwell mattress (Complaint number : 53458.)
    Mattress was faulty and after review from sleepwell, I got a voucher of 12553 as per 10 percent less on the MRP at that time 13948.However the revised current MRP of this mattress is 16491.

    Now, while buying same mattress i am getting it 2500 costlier.
    I should get a voucher of value as per current price so that i can buy it without bearing loss.

    Already i have faced so many issues in this mattress apart from the discomfort. i have registered complaint on 3rd September and i got voucher on 4th November i.e. after 2 months.

    I am expecting an appropriate and immediate action on this.

      I purchased 1 sleepwell utsav mattresses in Pune from an authorized dealer on 22th Mar 2016 in Wakad, But within 60 days the mattresses started sagging and compressed on the both the sides. At the time of purchase, it was assured that that the mattress is good for spine support but it turned out to be absolutely false as the mattress is too soft to give support to my back and on top of it it has sagged and compressed on sides while its somewhat normal in the middle portion which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep...

        With reference to the above tax invoice, I may hereby mention that I had purchased the aforesaid mentioned mattress in keeping with the disclosed qualities and features of the mattress.

        However, since that last 1.5 years since when I am using this mattress, I wake up with severe back ache.I am unable to sleep properly and my doctor says that this seems to be the case due to inappropriateness of the mattress.
        I had especially purchased this "Resitec Air " Mattress which is supposedly "one of the product from Sleepwell's Wide range of mattresses which are scientifically designed to ensure customer's good health and quality of sleep for years". This is the tag line Seepwell uses for advertising its products. However, if after proclaiming of such comfort, when their mattress has become a night mare for their customer

        I am continuously trying to contact their customer care but no response. I even wrote them a mail, to which I have received no reply.Therefore I now request you to kindly help me resolve this issue

          I have purchased mattress from sleepwell authorised store on 31st august 2016 for rs. 20500, with warranty registration no. 31936535. as soon as i opened the mattress, there was yellow stain around one corner. at the same time itself, i have forward my complaint to the dealer where i purchased this mattress (sleepwell gallery, ace comfort gallery, gp-8, pitampura, delhi – 110034,[protected]. i also have registered my complaint on sleepwell customer care with complaint no. 53360 and 54008. till date no satisfactory response has been received, both from the sleepwell and the dealer where i purchased this product. they have first promised to replace the mattress but now they are refusing to accept mattress with manufacturing defect.

            I purchased 1 sleepwell (model- SPINEBOND) mattresses in Bangalore from an authorized dealer on 14th May 2016 in Yelahanka, Bangalore and paid an amount of Rs.11, 500. But within 15 days the mattresses started sagging and compressed on the both the sides. At the time of purchase, it was assured that that the mattress is good for spine support but it turned out to be absolutely false as the mattress is too soft to give support to my back and on top of it it has sagged and compressed on sides while its somewhat normal in the middle portion which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep.
            I called up the customer care of the company and I lodged a complaint regarding this and I was also given a complaint number (53043) with an assurance that my complaint will be attended to within 1-2 days. Since then I have constantly been following up with them but no action has been taken till date and now they have started attending my calls also.
            The mattress needs to be replaced immediately or else the money be refunded without and further delay as I have been suffering even after paying the amount as demanded by the dealer for the product.

              I brought my sleepwell amity 10 inch spring mattress for rs 50000+ 3 years back and used it sparingly as i was out of country. We recently moved to bangalore and had kept the mattress standing as recommended. The sponge on top of the spring got collected on one side and to our surprise the sleepwell team said that it got damaged in transport since we moved to bangalore. Hence, they will not cover under warranty. Moreover, there was no way to fix it and they wont do it on payment either. So the only option was to dump it. I was surprised that how a 50000 worth mattress can reduce to nothing by choosing a wrong supplier, on the contrary, i have a kurlon coir mattress for last 8 years without any issue. So dont go with 10 years warranty catch as it wont be honored by making some excuse. We are already suffering and ont want others to fall into the trap.

                We bought a mattress in october 2015, having a warranty of 10 years. there is a big fold in the middle of mattress and wrinkled foam been observed from a couple of months, the same pictures are attached. and the vendor is not responding well. can you please do the needful.

                  Really disappointed on entire experience with team Sleepwell. After lot of research and guidance from the store we purchased Serenity mattress which cost around Rs.32k. After few months the mattress started loosing firmness and now is the cause for major spine problem as it does not provide required body support and feels like sinking inside the mattress. Even after explaining detailed issue on the customer care, the complaint was handled poorly with standard rebuttals
                  While we understand limitations for free exchange, all we were looking for a solution and now feel helpless with the monetory loss + discomfort. Complaint #46945 with all contact ans issue details registered with Sleepwell. Need a resolution ASAP

                    We bought sleepwell dignity supportech mattress from electronic city Sharma furniture in Feb 2016. The night the mattress arrived, I used it. In half hour, I felt uncomfortable and could not use it more. My husband said he will try it that night, but in an hour, he felt back ache and shifted to usual mattress.
                    I raised a complaint with sleepwell customer care. An executive appeared after 15 days. He said, it looks good and because it is new it is hard.
                    I tried to explain him that this is not the first mattress in our home. We have purchased several new mattresses in the past and none of them felt like stone like this sleepwell mattress. He didn't understand the issue. He only repeated it's new and verified with the serial number on the sticker that it's sleepwell.

                    Later sleepwell never got back to us until last week of April. The customer care number was always busy, and i couldn't reach them. Last week, they sent a mail to send the images and Bill, after doing so, they again gave the same reply that the reason is it's new mattress. It was very disappointing.

                    My questions are simple:
                    1) why the new mattresses that we purchased in the past didn't have this problem for even one night?

                    2) if it is normal for the sleepwell new mattress to feel like stone, when no one dares to use it, how can we make it usable and comfortable? Basically how can I make it old?

                    3) on what basis did the representative tell that there is no manufacturing defect? Will he agree it to be a defect, only if the outer convering is torn? I say, they don't know how it feels to sleep on that mattress. The representative just saw the standing mattress and concluded there is no manufacturing defect.

                    They really need to answer my honest questions. If they give me a solution why would I complain more?

                      This is just to sharing my bad experience with Sleepwell Mattress and their customer care . I have purchased one Sleepwell Duet Luxury mattress cost Rs.24000 on 13th of December 2015 . After using it I have started with severe back pain and body ache but I considered with some week to adjust my body with the mattress but unlikely my whole body was started paining and most likely a very uncomfortable sleep every night . Then I have informed the same to Sleepwell customer care, They have visited my place to check after 10 days and told that they will inform to the concern team and will get back to me within 48 hours. Till time I stopped using their product and contacted back after one month as I did not get any reply after one month . Their answer are just surprise me that they clearly pretend that they can not do anything for customers who are facing what ever issues if its not under their term & condition . Even though they were not worry that their product has some issues and it is reason for back pain for customer .

                      My concern is to informed them that their product has to be examine and review why its occur back pain after using it.Anyhow just I want to sharing my bad experience to everyone who are looking for mattress . Choose those company who are giving replacement and refund after one month or two month use . after all choose mattress is very important as we spends one third of our life over their more then that uncomfortable sleep will impact dally work life .

                      totally agree with this post.

                      sleep is 1/3 of our life and that we spend on the mattress.

                      there are companies that offer no risk 100 night trial also simply due to that reason. we spend all this much money to get good sleep and company has to consider that.

                        I had bought Mattress Orthotec (78 x 60 x 4) from Snehalata Bedding Stores, Kolkata, immediately within 2-3 months o[censored]sage I noticed sagging of mattress and registered a complaint on 13/06/2015 with ref nos 35638, I was told inspection by Sleepwell representative will be done within 10-15 days time. Mr. Kamlesh from Sleepwell inspected the defect on 11/07/2015 and confirmed immediately that the mattress will be replaced with a new one, or if we would like to change differential cost to be borne by customer to which we agreed. Since then we have not heard from Sleepwell & Snehalata Bedding Stores is rude, Sl No: 17083152. Because o[censored]sing the defective matress I have developed back pain and was advised by doctor to be on bed rest and continue with physiotherapy for 21 days. The complaint is still open till date (05/12/2015). Also 2-3 reminders have been emailed to WB Consumer but in vain. Request replacement of mattress of best quality and a compensation of Rs. 1 lacs and reimbursement of all back pain related medical bills.

                          To Sleepwell Sir/madam myself sachin Gundecha want to inform you that i have purchased an quilt comfortor from an authorized sleepwell shoppe in Panvel, District Raigad, Maharashtra. On that product is has been written to be maintained by dryclean only and for same purpose i went to laundry but they are saying that cloth will shrink after dry cleaning. Afterthen i hav been in your store. But they are not responding and arguing with us saying its not our problem. I want you to pay attention in this and resolve my issue as soon as possible or is there any problem in your comfortor?

                            Hello, I have bought the Sleepwell 8'' mattress in June, 2012. Within a year, i complaint the improper Sponge and dearth of Mattress to dealer who directed me to Sleepwell representative of the Faridabad area. He investigated and said there is problem in mattress but try using the other side. I did but that didnt help and the springs got worse as days passed. I called the dealer few months later and he directed me to another representative. That guy didnt even visit my home after repeated reminders (nth time) and on the contrary replied to dealer that mattress is fine. Because of this, my wife has got cervical and i am also having back pains. Kindly get this thing sorted out. Else I have to approach other means, likes of Consumer Court. Treat this as my final message to you.

                              Sleepwell-The global brand whose reputation precedes its name, But its mattresses has been a source o[censored]npleasant experience for my family.I bought them on 27 September 2013 and the mattresses serial number are 16227066 and 16227065.The mattresses after a few months started emitting water and I had tried to file a complaint by calling their customer care number but nobody is answering my call and my grievances had gone unnoticed.So i will request Indian customer complaint forum to look into my complaint and resolve it quickly.

                                Sir Complaint against sub standard mattress supplied. I purchased your Harmony mattress from one of your outlet in April 2013.This was purchased after your much hype about the quality of the mattress, its durability etc.. After hardly one year the mattress started sagging on both sides.. I lodged a complaint. No. 28984. After one month on continuous follow up your person showed up.. He promptly showed me the warranty card and told me that the refund value would be some Rs.7500/- less than the purchase price.. I was shocked to know that just after only 16 months such a highly advertised mattress from such renowned co. Sleepwell gets spoiled and we need to pay @ Rs. 7500/- pa for having used it for over a year.. Costing me @ Rs.42/- per day o[censored]se..At this rate your product would cost us a fortune over the next 10 yrs. We have been using many other such mattresses which are almost intact even after 10yrs o[censored]se.. I feel cheated by you and your advertisements.. If you can suggest a better option, I will consider it otherwise I will take up this matter at the appropriate forum against you and your shop that sold these mattresses..                                   I have purchased mattress last year in January and the problem of sagging start in August. I thought this is natural with this mattress.I also asked the sales person in your store to send someone for check but nobody come.


                                  I then start following up with Sleepwell Customer Service and then said that the mattress is good (though it has sagging problem). I again complained for the mattress this month and now they agreed that mattress is sagging.


                                  Based on the guarantee terms they are asking me to pay rs 7200 to exchange new mattress. Also they are saying that the refund will be done only by total mall not by them as i have purchased the mattress through Total Mall.

                                  I dont think that paying 7200 rs again for a defective product is an good idea.


                                  I have found that Total Mall is providiing low quality product and even other products like bedsheet, pillows has some or the other problem. But this is a high cost product and i am not sure why quality is compromised with this product.


                                  I would request you to please fight for me and provide me refund the money paid for this mattress.

                                    We bought a memory mattress 4 yrs back it's sadly misshapened and dented whereever we sit
                                    This mattress is supposed to return to its original shape but ours does not

                                      I have purchased sleepwell mattress on 19th- oct-2011 from authorized dealer ms.Bharat furnitures Chakrata road Dehra Dun.The matress become D shaped and compressed centre portion. It is a kind request to take immidiate action for replace the same.

                                        I had ordered a sleepwell mattress from the dealer in Viman Nagar, Pune on 3rd June. I was assured that i would get The delivery within 24 to 48 Hrs. I was also asked to make an advance payment of more than 60% of the total price which i paid. The mattress dint arrive by 5th and i had to make repeated calls to the dealer And each time i was assured with a wrong date. On 7th i was told the mattress would be delivered after 2 more days ie almost a week after Placing the order. Finally, frustrated With the false commitments, I cancelled my order
