I had bought a nexa mattress on 29th sept 2016. The upper foam of it slipped and had given a step shape to the mattress in 2 years. I raised a complaint and have received a voucher of rs 53k which is 90% of what i paid. I m looking for buying the same mattress whose cost is 88k now so effectively after discount and all i am been asked to pay 20k.
I m buying the same mattress and ready to pay 10% of current cost of the same nexa mattress. Can you please replace my mattress.
You guys have found a good way of looting the customers. The mattress price has increased 20k in 2 years. So now the diff i will be paying is much higher.
Either give me 90% of the current price.

    regarding changing mattress

    Respected sir,

    We have purchase sleep well mattress of thickness 4.5inch on[protected] but as per our bed requirement we need thickness of about 5inch.
    It is requested to please change it with more thickness. It is almost 2 days the purchase was made. Please do needful.

    I have pruchased my sleepwell mattresses 25 days ago and i have started facing the issues. Its been 13 days i registered a complaint however no one has responded. After a few days o[censored]sing it i noticed my mattresses got sagging we changed the side and within 3 4 days got sagging other side too. Even after usage of these mattresses my father and mother are facing severe back pain. When consulted a doctor we were told that it might be due to the mattresses. I immediately registered a complaint but sleepweel executives are saying if the problem is not visible we cannot do anything. This is unacceptable that sleepwell a big company treat their customer very unprofessional. I am not sure why its india's leading mattresses brand. I hope you will take this complaint on top priority or else i have to take this up to consumer forum.

      I had purchased your sleep well matters from hussain mart, kolathur, chennai.

      Matress model : resitec gold plus (U)
      Size : 78 x 72 x 6

      Serial no. Is 19784666

      We had purchased this matress 2 years back and after usage of your matress, all o[censored]s (Myself, wife and my child) are facing severe back pain. When consulted doctor, we were told that it might be due to matress.

      We were told by your dealer that there will not be any health issues like back pain etc on the time of purchase. But after usage every member of my family, using this matress, is complaining about back pain.

      Sagging issue is the main reason for our back pain and it has started after using your sleep well matters.

      I immediately want this to replaced with a non sagging best matress.

      I hope you will take this complaint on top priority or else i have to take this up to consumer forum.

        I have purchase the sleepwell ultima queen size mattress about 4months before thru authorised dealer (Krishna marketing, infront of dist. Hospital shahdol). After a few days o[censored]sing my mattress has become lumpy and the quality of mattress was not better than local brand. The mattress got sagging throughout the mattress. We changed the side and within 5 days got sagging other end too. I complaint to dealer and as a result he visited my house and admitted that mattress condition is worst. He also told me that he will get this replaced. I again complained to same plateform but since then i have not heard back from him (Dealer) or any one from the company. Dealer is washing his hands by blaming it to the company.
        Please contact us as nobody responded for complaints. Early action expected as it is very hard to sleep on that mattress.

          Hi team,

          I had purchased sleepwell esteem - supportec mattress product from your dealer located in vishal nagar, pune in the month of march. Since then, i am using it but causing too much discomfort and body pain when wake up in morning. Initially we thought that it is due to adaptation issue with new mattress. But, now it still continues and gives the same discomfort. The reason being i think the softness of foam is too much unlike what is mentioned which seems not suitable. My product is in warranty as well. Pls see attached warranty related details.

          Kindly suggest me suitable process to get it replaced. I think we need more hard/firm foam mattress. So, pls help in replacing process of current mattress with firmtec one.

            I have been purchased a sleep well mattresses from bhubaneswar by an exchange offer but i did not receive the message while scanned the shopkeeper receive the message and told rs 2750 is offered to ur exchange, i doubt it is already been scanned by some other number hence till now i am not receiving the message from sleep well official cite. Therefore i am requesting u kindly enquire at what time the mattresses is scanned with what phone/mobile number. I here by attached the photocopy of my mattresses and pl. Let me know as quick as possible. If this happening then it is a mass injustice to the customers.

            Justice delayed means justice decided.

            Mailed u the same and called you not less then 50 times with your customer care numbers but no result found

            When I raise fist time they have gave me 40% refund with condition to by same matterses now same issue repeated.

              This complaint is regarding sleep well mattress activa-supportec (U) (Np). Size 182.9× 88.9× 10.0. Product code 72×35×4
              Series no. 7v094055.
              This mattress have become dented from center. When you lie on it you will have a feeling as if you are sinking in the middle.
              Moreover it has started to cause lower back pain. Since the mfg date is[protected]. Which is within the 2 yr warranty given by the store owner, kindly replace this product.

                I purchased sleepwell spinetec mattress in november 2017 for 25000. Just after few months, me and my husband both started to have back pain which has grown day by day. I was promised that this mattress is specially designed in such a way that back problems will never happen but result was totally opposite and i feal cheated.
                If this issue is not dealt urgently, then i will contact consumer court.

                    Sir myself ashok from brajrajnagar a small town of odisha, about 4 years back i manage to buy the costliest mattress o[censored]r brand of impression model of 6" of cost around 60 thousand. I m not so much rich but for my family i had not comprised the quality but nowadays i m facing that the mattress has left the pasted from side and half the mattress is loosing and one thing that the distributor has not given me any bill so kindly convey what to do

                      I purchased Mattress from Great Royal Furniture 7month back but I started facing problem with my mattress in warranty period. On complain service manager came and said it will be replace with in a week but till now I have not received it. It's more than a month. No reply from dealer. Dealer is saying to talk to company directly till now no revert from company side.

                          I purchased sleepwell mattress having mode no. Esteem-supportec (U) (N) having a proce tag of rs.27000. Its been just 7 months and the mattress stars sinking from edges.

                          Secondly my back pain has become worse on sleeping on these mattresses. I won't recommend these mattresses on anyone.

                          On approaching the shop vendor he wanted us to contact sleepwell directly.

                          Please let me know what sleepwell can do to address this issue.

                            It is to inform that in last of week of May'2018, i had raised a complaint to sunrise sleepwell dealer sector-7 dwarka regarding the memory foam pillow which i purchased in Dec'2017. The pillow was very much stiff in comparison to the other sleepwell pillows which i purchased earlier in 2017 itself. I started having neck pain with the use of this pillow. In this regard, i raised a complaint to the dealer.

                            2.The dealer raised the complaint to sleepwell toll free no. [protected] after lot of persuasion and after a lapse of 10-15 days. Complaint no. is 96674

                            3. Till date, the issue has not been resolved. I am constantly trying to contact helpline no. and every time they say that your issue will be resolved within a day or two.

                            4. Please see the plight of your service which appears to be very pathetic since issue has not been resolved even after lapse of more than 1 month. The delay appears to be malafide in nature which needs to be looked into.

                            5. Kindly look into the matter and expedite it and also take appropriate action against concerned who has caused the delay.

                              I am very unsatisfied customer, just purchased sleepwell mattress before and the shape of the mattress become unshaped and came out of many points within 2-3 days only.
                              I complained to customer care after 5 days and got the complaint number and after following up for 10 days guy visited but still problem not resolved.

                              Not expect this from such a big brand.
                              The reply by the customer care was baseless and ignorant. I had attached my detailed complaint with the email the very next day after delivery was made. Even the representative of their company agreed with my complaint.
                              But the emails from the customer care just washed off their hands from the complaint.
                              I will not accept this and fight till this is farely treated. Poor product and poorer customer service.. Don’t want anyone else to through this horrifying experience with sleep-well product.
                              I will do whatever it takes to get justice. This is ridiculous.
                              It took me more than a month of mental torture and calling up regularly and following up withe dealers to company..

                                I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with after sales service of sleepwell mattresses. I had bought the most expensive range of the memory foam sleepwell mattress, but i was cheated with the product. It was not at all memory foam. I am a user of memory foam vita bed mattress since the year 2007, and very well aware of what a memory foam is.

                                The reply by the customer care was baseless and ignorant. I had attached my detailed complaint with the email the very next day after delivery was made. Even the representative of their company agreed with my complaint.
                                But the emails from the customer care just washed off their hands from the complaint.
                                I will not accept this and fight till this is farely treated. Poor product and poorer customer service.. Don’t want anyone else to through this horrifying experience with sleep-well product.
                                I will do whatever it takes to get justice. This is ridiculous.
                                It took me more than a month of mental torture and calling up regularly and following up withe dealers to company... For this baseless reply

                                  I purchased sleepwell activa matress from haryana handlooms, kumaraswamy layout bangalore on[protected].

                                  In less than 2 years of normal usage the matress has sunk from inside and one gets body pain if sleeps.

                                  This has been happening from many days, i had misplaced the bill and i have it now so i am raising concern.

                                  On approaching the shop vendor he wanted us to contact sleepwell directly.

                                    I have purchased the dignity - softec (U) (Np) 15 days before
                                    And within 1 week only mattress become unshaped (Stretched from sides)
                                    I have complained at customer care and got the complaint no. 94358 but nobody turned and after complaining 4-5 times a guy came after 10 days and went.

                                    But still my problem is not resolved.

                                    I think there is some problem with the model seen many complaints from customer today for the same

                                      Some problem in both sides of mattress as it is pressed
                                      I want to change my mattress because the cousin quality of the mattress is very bad and very difficult and uneasy to sleep on it.
