I had purchased the product from the authorized distributor and the distributor suggested me the product as a back pain specialist. He conveyed that there will be no back pain issue with this product. Buip=[ knl:;' t we are facing the issue of back pain with this product. I have one more matress from kurl on as well purchased at the same time which is also back pain specialist but we haven't face the issue of back pain with that product. The product i purchased 19th jan 2016. I am really disappointed and looking forward for the replacement at the earliest. Please assign your executive for providing us the solution at the earliest.

I have purchased two mattresses of the above said type of size 78x35x150 each on[protected] from sleepwell dealer m/s ace comfort gallery gp - 8, pitampura delhi vide invoice no. 474. I am sorry to inform you that the mattresses are so bad that we have started getting back pain. These are not at all firm, sags wherever you put pressure. I am not at all happy with this product and want immediate replacement with a better harder product. I hope you will do the needful as early as possible.

I went to buy a sleepwell activa firmetec 72 x 48 x 100mm mattresses. The rate for that was 5339 when my friend purchased it from the same shop because she paid in cash. But they charged me with 5503 because we paid from card. Also we bought 2 so we paid 328 extra + taxes.

Resolution of refund amount that we paid extra

Full description of incident : i have purchased sleepwell activa supportec mattress (78x72x4) in the month of dec 2016. Its not been one year and the one side on mattress went down, i am unable to sleep on that.

When above bed sold to me they said this is full foam and you will not have any body pain. After i purchased (On 18/07/2017) i used this bed only one night and i waked up more than 5 times because i felt sleeping on the stone like that bed.

I purchased sleepwell matters. 1 matters has damaged. I complain noted on 7 june. Company person told me that your matters has damaged nd claimed 15 days. Bt 15 days has complete. I m going to dealer nd dealer says your claimed matters also 15 days more days. I think sleepwell company claimed very hard process. I m very very sad. So i request my sleepwell matters claimed.

The above mattress has got deformed since last 1 year but now it is beyond use for spine purpose. It is understood that the same is still under the warranty. We would like to exchange the mattress with a new one made by sleepwell.in this context i would like to know your views and suggestion that would be helpful to me.

In the first week of march-2017 we booked complaint regarding our 3 "sleepwell duet matress" which are deformed in shape in less than 5 years time, though product warranty is 5 years and which is not exhausted yet.

All 3 sleepwell duet matress deformed in shape in less than 5 years and we are suffering from heavy back pain due to thesr mattresses. All the mattress have become soft (Like you sitting/sleeping on a big hole) due to which whenever we sleep on it we go inside the mattress from the middle.

We shared all the required snaps, bills and guarranty card and their executive visited and clearly agreed that the mattresses are in bad shape and they should get replaced. But later he submitted wrong report to company stating that mattress condition good and can be used.
We again contacted their customer care and as required shared few more pictures of mattresses, though condition of mattress clealry visible but still company does not seem to agree their product issue.

It seems that for selling purpose sleepwell is giving 5 years warranty and hence customer paying their hard earn money to buy these costly mattress to relax and get proper sleep. But seems, after selling the product sleepwell's executives and management are focussed on increasing company's profits and meeting annual targets rather then customer satisfactiona and standing to their warranty card words.
Though for showing purpose they have process in place, but it's totally biased process and followed towards company profit, no concern to their guaranty/warranty words/cards.

Thus i want to contribute more to company's profits by giving company my sleepwell 3 mattress and sleepwell can sell this in the market. I am ready to give them on free of cost.

I paid six months doctors bill and went through x-rays, medication thinking there is back pain due to some other issue but later doctor suggested me to change the mattress and this is what i did and i see that i have relieve in back pain.

I wish i could have chosen some other brand instead of this [censored] brand sleepwell whose management does not feel important to keep their words/guarranty/warranty cards/words.

So, i request if sleepwell is running loss or if their current management is looking only to accelerate company profit then kindly send your pick up guys to take my mattress at free of cost. I would like to buy some other good company's product those who if providing guarannty then they keep their words,

Business if not to just increase profit, it's about meeting your customer satisfaction and stand in market with your commitments.

All other new customers, please check properly and see many other customers facing lot of issues with sleepwell (Sheelafoam). So better go for some genuine brand who standing in market with their commitments.

I want you to tell that I have bought 1 pair of sleep well mattresses 1.5 year ago and now their size has become small I have also asked to company's men Mr Anil kashyap about it but he is asking me to give 6000 rupees and I don't want to give even a single rupee to change its deprisiation even the mattresses guarantee has not expired so you change my mattresses or if you don't change it than I will be forced to complaint in consumer court Mukesh Garg mob no . It has been sagging day by day and uncomfortable to sleep. Pls replace with new one as it is under wararnty.
Pls note that we had also purchased matress from the same dealer earlier aand it had deffects.

May i suggest you to supply relacement from other dealer in shakti nagar area. Which is much closer to our hopuse.

I paied 30262 rupees for this mattress when it's delivered I found that according to the details in the mattress I should have been provided a Mattress
Protector/Cover with the mattress but it's not there. Would you please explain why it's not included with the delivery. Please provide me as soon as possible. It was purchased from Maruti Home Furnishing, near telephone exchange, upper Bazar, Ranchi, Jharkhand on 2nd of March 2017 at around 4pm.

I would have expected a free delivery for this large item nut NO I had to pay delivery charges too

I am stressed, why I was treated in this manner.

Purchasd sleepwell elegance mattress dual comfort for Rs. 27000 in November 2017 from PARAK home collection Aurangabad.
It was meant to reduce back pain as assured on the product.
After using the backpain has increased. Not at all comfortable and induces more backpain.
Totally cheated and now we are incurring extra cost for treating back pain.

I don't suggest any one to purchase anything from sleepwell.

There product quality is very bad and service and customer case also very pathetic.

I have purchased 2 sleepwell shagun in oct-2016 both got damaged with in 2 months in dec-2016.

I ask for replacement in replacement for bith because both got damage dut to very poor product quality, I took 2 sleepwell admire. that is having offer.

They are running offer over TV and over call.

But I didn't got any offer product.

I asked to customer care many times to provide your replacement terms and condition.

They are not providing anything neither company replacement terms and condition nor offer item.

I suggest everyone don't purchase any product from sleepwell better to go for other brands.

I had ordered a Sleepwell Activa mattress from Sleepwell Gallery "Sunrise Foam Opp. Mother Dairy Main Road, Pandav Nagar Delhi-92" for 6*6&14 feet bed size. When the mattress get delivered the size was little larger then the bed and then I am trying log a complaint to customer care but no one log my complaint.

Hi All,

I purchase a New Mattress(Sleepwell Softech) 2 months Ago. After using the mattress me any wife have back Pain.

we complaint this to Sleepwell, but Company Close it with comment that they are not responsible for comfort.

Now I am not asking for replacement or money back, At least company should listen to us and give some alteration or support to overcome this Issue.

It is unfortunate to submit my complaint here as the company has failed to solve my problem.I purchased sleepwell mattress on19.10.2015 for Rs 38000.There is no specification mentioned about the product in the gurantee card or on website.The problem in the mattresses named impression is that when you sit on these mattresses, you will sink about 3 to 4inch inside it and it will not be possible to get out of it without somebody help.Iam 62 year old, it is really very risky and difficult to sit on these mattresses. After many complaints company sent one engineer who mentioned in his report that mattresses get sagged after sitting on it.But the company is not ready to accept the same.
I will be grateful if someone reads my genuine difficuly and get solved with the company.

I had purchased pair of Sleepwell Mattress Duet Air SW on date 26/02/2016 from M/S B.R.Sales Corporation, Yamunanagar-135001, worth rs.17600/- in cash vide bill no.- 563. For few days we enjoyed the mattress but after a month the mattress started bulging inside we thought that we need to change the mattress upside down and we did it but we again felt it bulging down so again we changed the sides upside down but in vain. In the month of may2016 we started feeling pain in our back and day by day the pain increased . I finally complained to the abovesaid shopkeeper about the problem in the month of october 2016, he said he will send the company representative Mr. Mandeep Singh to check the complaint but no one turned then in the month of November I again called the above shopkeeper who gave me the contact no of Mr. Mandeep Singh top whom I got my complain registered on his mobile through whatsapp but he hasn't still turned up even after calling him five times .What to do know . Today i.e on[protected] my wife woke up at 5:00 am with pain in her back followed with vertigo . Earlier also our doctor had advised to change the faulty mattress but we can't do that as no one is listening to our complaint.

Hello, I bought 2 mattress from all India handloom, rajpura patiala Punjab and its been almost 2 yrs now haven't received any refund nor replacement of mattresses .we have already made a complaint to sleepwell guys and always get a reply to talk to the shop (all India handloom)and nothing resolved .now we are not happy to recommend someone to use sleepwell products nor ourselves.we have full complaint reciept with the details of money paid and all.we feel let down, because we feel cheated as a customer .narain garg [protected], [protected].
