Complaint No 246008. The mattress is having pasting / stitching problem. The company says it does not come under warranty. My point is that there is a problem with the mattress, and it is to be rectified by the manufacturer, either free of cost or on chargeable basis.
The company cannot left its customer to fend for himself.

    Dear Sir,

    On 21st Feb 2023, we have placed order on sleepwell site and online purchased matters and payment have been made online on the same day.

    Details of order is as below,

    order no. sw_41701

    "Sleepwell Dual Pro Profiled Mattress
    Single | 75.0" x 48.0" x 6.0" 190.5 CM x 121.9 CM x 15.0 CM

    We paid Rs 9657 online.

    However, the product which has been delivered to us is of 4.0" instead of 6.0".

    We tried to call on Slepwell customer no but nobody received the call several times.

    Kindly take the above matter on serious notes and refund our paid amount as this is a fraud with the consumer.

      i ordered on 10 february 2023 from sleepwell website and i received that mattress on 21 february 2023.And i am facing size issue . I am not satisfy with it's size so i request to you please return this order and refund my money as soon as possible . I tried contact many times with your customer care but i don't get any response from your team. I hope you will solve my query as soon as possible.

        Hello I have raised a complaint regarding my mattress quality at 2-Feb 23, I call the costumer support of sleepwell the agent asking me to wait more 14 days the call back again, When I call today they were asking me that you can follow the instructions and we are unable to help you out at the same time I was checking my complaint status it’s showing closed and showing visiting in my home checking the mattress that’s was all Gud but no one visited in my home then how can they closed my complaint they are totally proving. The wrong information to the costumers also my warranty of the mattress is near to expire kindly consider this issue

            I have purchased the Dignity model mattress of Sleepwell on at 37700/- rs from Milan Furniture and Fitting sin HSR, Bangalore

            After using the mattress on the 1st day, me & my mother both have got severe back pain, and told it to the shopkeeper from where I had purchased it. He asked me to not call him / visit him as he cant help and didn't give any solution.

            Me and My mother are going to ortho and have been recommended to not use the mattress with immediate effect.

            I bought dignity mattress from milan furniture and furnishings, owner Ashok Sundesha and office boy Girish.

            Mattress was delivered and it is not suiting us, my mother has been recommended for orthopedician after sleeping on that mattress for 2 hours.

                  Now the mattress got deformed & we are facing difficulty in sleeping on this matteress.

                    I have purchased the Dignity model mattress (size 78*72*7) of sleepwell on 22 sep 2022, at 37900/- rs.(Bill attached with mail)

                    After using the mattress on the 1st day, me & my wife both have got severe back pain, and told it to the shopkeeper (save and save, karnal) from where I had purchased it. He asked me to use it the mattress from opposite side, as dignity model is used from both the sides (one side is soft, other is hard)

                    Used the mattress from the back (hard side) for more then a month and still the problem of back pain and discomfort persists.

                    Actually the back portion which is supposed to be hard is still softer than the front portion of the mattress, there's some problem in it.
                    The hard back portion is still compressible and gets the slight shape of the spine, and the front soft part on sleeping for more then 6 to 7 hours can lead to a severe back pain, not only to me and my wife but for whoever sleeps over the mattress.

                    After a month o[censored]se still the problem persists, the seller told us to use at least for 3 months as per the company policy then only after you can lodge a complaint.

                    And after using it for 3 months and wasting my 37900/- rs i lodged a complaint on 26th of December, complaint no.
                    240898.

                    And after losing my patience and wasting so much money and time on your waste product there's no response/ visit to check the mattress.

                    lodged a complaint on 26th december, still no visit from your side after more then a month, and in between i called the customer care, they always said we will send our person within 48 hours to visit the product.
                    but still no response.

                      It's almost 2 years I bought the sleepwell matress. But there is a problem as the surface of mattress gets sink from both side of mattress. This happens again and again. Please look into the matter and respond.

                        Hi,

                        Within two months of purchase, the bed lost its firmness and its sagging on both sides. When I try to complain about it, then there is no one to respond. Pathetic customer care. After several attempts, finally reached customer care and executives from sleepwell also inspected the bed and said it has defects. I have placed the complaint on 18th Jan'23, however still the replacement for the defective bed was not issued.
                        I have spent around 20k for this bed, not even a month slept peacefully in that bed. The bed is under warranty. I need immediate intervention to resolve my issue.

                        Please help in getting the complaint 243092 expedite.
                        The customer care is not helping each time I'm being told I'll get a call but there has been no response.

                          My sleepwell duetair developed fungus despite sleepwell claiming it to be microbial and anti fungal. The bed was purchased in Salem in March 2016. Please see the attached pictures. I want sleepwell to replace this mattress.

                                    I purchased Sleepwell Matrress on 17/11/2022 as shopkeeper promised me that coupon of minimum 1000rs will be given by company on purchase . it is my fortune that i recieved 3500rs as coupon on registration of matrress . i instantly rushed towards shop to redem my coupon, as soon as i showed the message of coupon to shopkeeper he denied me telling that he could not give me coupon offer . this is complete harasment & cheating . i have proof of coupon & bill purchase.

                                      I have purchase your company ortho Spinetech Air mattress for my mother because she is 60 years old back pain issue i was search online your matters rating is best then i have purchase your company mattress but your mattress quality is very poor after 2 years again same pain issue in my mother body because mattress has been misshaped and pressed your mattress quality is very poor i have purchase 2 set Spitech Air 1st is 21-Aug-2020 or 2nd is 20-mar-2021
                                      I was raise complaint on date[protected] and your Executive - Mr. Rishab Purohit Ji visit on dt[protected] after 41 days and no update received for your executive side

                                      I am very disappointed for your services
                                      today your call centre called me and share your depreciation policy this is your very good business many customers purchase your premium product and you make poor quality product after 2 years you want depreciation amount from customers you increase your revenue but loose your customer base I was purchase your premium product because at least used 8 to 10 years then i will change but your quality is very poor after 2 years your mattress misshaped

                                      so please told me i was choose wrong mattress company
                                      so please help to resolved this issue on priority basis or replace my mattress
