Till I have not received my mattress and also not received any call from your department. I am continuously calling at your customer care but is ready to give exact answer that when I am going to receive mattresses.
Please revert earliest. My family is facing problem of back ache because of bad mattresses.

    Dear Sir, We have purchased mattress 3'*6'*6" in the month of October 2020 from authorised dealer in Kota Rajasthan. Within 4-5 month the top surface of matress has become in bow shape which is causing back pain to me. Kindly arrange to replace the same immediatly since it is causing health problem to me.

              I have purchased above mentioned mattress from M/S B S Traders Alambagh Lucknow on 13.08.2014 through Invoice no 07/349, whose size was 2261×1930×115 and Serial no was 19382147.
              That mattress is not comfortable and creating problem/pain in back since the day we purchased. For this I have made an Online complaint on 19.07.2015 (Complaint No was 3519 dated 19.07.2015 )
              Now I request you to please repurchase that mattress and I will purchase another hard mattress of the size given above, which will reduce/stop back pain . Now I am Senior Citizen and facing problem, when we use the mattress, purchased from your dealer.i

                      My sleepwell sleeper cell service 1.0 is around 3 years old, warranty is promised to be there for 10 years. Just after 3 years, company claiming it value is depreciated it costs around 56K now. I bought it for 35000. As a result, company is asking me to pay 26500 for replacing it.
                      There could have been a repair options for this kind of mattresses. Customer care also very later turn arounds and really frustrated with them.

                          Folks, this is a company which treats their customers like filth once they have done the payment. In the modern 360 degree era, its hard for a company to survive which has zero focus on customer satisfaction.

                          After a month long battle with these horrendous guys for my warranty replacement, they finally charged my credit card in 1st week of Dec, 2020 and promised to deliver the mattress within 10 days. As expected, it was a fake promise and they aren't giving any updates to me whatsoever. My 2 year old daughter cries at midnight in their swollen mattress and i prayed to these guys with folded hands (both over email as well as call) to deliver ASAP, but they have deaf ears.

                          They have not given me any update regarding my order or status. After 1000 calls, they promised that it will get delivered by 21st Dec, after failing that, they have started disconnecting my calls with some excuse (putting me on hold). The support team of theirs is a horror, which you wouldn't want to experience. Even after doing all the payment, you are made to feel like a loser.

                          If there is any leap of faith remaining before i go for consumer rights, it is this forum. Can someone ring the bell in their ears and urge them to stop this deliberate attempt to frustrate people?

                              I purchased two pairs of cool gel s 32 72x35x5 size mattresses on 24.10.2014 from Aggarwal Foam, Mangolpur Khurd, Furniture Market, Delhi-110083. Now the mattresses has sagged due to this they are going out of bed border. I have 10 yrs guarantee on these mattresses. So pls take the appropriate action as per guarantee policy and solve my problem.

                                My Complaint is still pending and i have not received any revert from your side and whenever i call t your customer care, they always arrange a call back but never receive the call back. It is very difficult to speak to your customer care because it never landed to customer care executive. Today again i called many times but fortunately spoke with customer representative Mr Sunny and wanted to speak to any senior person but still he did not transfer the call and said they are not available.
                                Being a customer, it is a harassment for me neither i am not connectable with your customer care nor my complaint getting solved. Today when i spoke with your customer representative Sunny, he said, my invoice is still pending and he want my warranty card along with my invoice at the time of purchase. I did not get any information that this company need these details again. I am surprise because i did not get any call for this but when i called then i got to know.

                                I purchased your company mattress on 30th August 2020 from Dealer Jain Form Center situated in Gandhi nagar, Delhi-110031. It was a defected piece which was spreading from the corner. I raised the complaint on your complaint number [protected].
                                Somebody came from your side and check the matress and raised the replacement request and told us that it would be replace during 10 to 15 days maximum but till yet only i m doing the follow up but did not receive the replacement. I am attaching the warranty card along with attachment copy of your engineer who visited and told us about the replace.He came on 5th but till yet no response. The matter has already taken more time so please resolve it on priority.

                                I have complaint related to matress replacement. I m continuously doing follow with customer service team but nobody is bothering. My complaint no is 156651. I bought a matress on 30 aug but after one month matress was pressing automatically and spreaded from the corner. It is very difficult to sleep. Raised the complaint in october and somwbody visited in 3 nov and prepare a report then said it will be replaced within 10 to 15 days. But nobody gave me any call or i did not receive any reposnce that my complaint was pending for innoice. I called to sleepwell customer care n they gave me information that they need innvoice slip. After submitting i m just waiting waiting n waiting. Totally fed up with service provided by sleepwell. Very very very ppor service from sleepwell customer care. There is no one who takes care of customer. I m still waiting for my matress n i m not sure that i ll get it or not. Customer service team presume that customer will know automatically about their responses, pendencies n all but these guys never call to customer. Also it is very difficult to get connect with Customer care team. Vèry poor and zero rating i give as of now

                                  Similar to many other complaints here, my sleepwell mattress started swelling up at many places and i placed a request for replacement under warranty.
                                  Initially they were so professional that i felt like a privileged CUSTOMER of sleepwell, but didn't know this is a deliberate propaganda by them to just trap CUSTOMERs and never resolve their issue in the name of warranty.

                                  They will send an inspection team who will switch off his number after visit. Next, CUSTOMER service will call you and explain you the depreciated cost. You will feel delighted.

                                  They will ask you to visit store, select mattress and then communicate over phone the model you want. After you do this, the real circus will start. They will say that the CUSTOMER will receive an email with replacement details, which you will NEVER EVER GET. I have been calling these jokers everyday from last 2 weeks and they just say that we will send email today which will never ever come..

                                  Guys please be aware this is a fraud company and a fraud warranty.
                                  They will never ever replace. your mattress and this is their modus operandi to kill your time and frustrate you to the hell.

                                  which will just be a timepass. I have sent the emails ton times before coming here.

                                  Sleepwell team, don't just copy paste messages which you have been asked to. You don't regret anything.
                                  Even almost after a month, you are playing with me after receiving payment.
                                  I have no other work these days other than calling your support fools 10 times a day, who. keep disconnecting my call by putting me on hold.
                                  The complaint no is 159345 and the mattress hasn't been delivered even after payment done weeks before.
                                  Why don't you stop fooling people? Don't ask me to send any emails, I have been sending email to you every day which you don't see. Don't try to just look good in public, RESOLVE the issue genuinely.
