Folks, this is a company which treats their customers like filth once they have done the payment. In the modern 360 degree era, its hard for a company to survive which has zero focus on customer satisfaction.
After a month long battle with these horrendous guys for my warranty replacement, they finally charged my credit card in 1st week of Dec, 2020 and promised to deliver the mattress within 10 days. As expected, it was a fake promise and they aren't giving any updates to me whatsoever. My 2 year old daughter cries at midnight in their swollen mattress and i prayed to these guys with folded hands (both over email as well as call) to deliver ASAP, but they have deaf ears.
They have not given me any update regarding my order or status. After 1000 calls, they promised that it will get delivered by 21st Dec, after failing that, they have started disconnecting my calls with some excuse (putting me on hold). The support team of theirs is a horror, which you wouldn't want to experience. Even after doing all the payment, you are made to feel like a loser.
If there is any leap of faith remaining before i go for consumer rights, it is this forum. Can someone ring the bell in their ears and urge them to stop this deliberate attempt to frustrate people?
