Worst customer care and policies that I have come across. Please don't buy from sleepwell since the policy they have is no use for warranty. I have purshased the mattress at 22K in 2018 and still under warranty and since a replacement is needed they are asking to pay 27K to get new product.

Better to go for some other company to save cost.

I have raised an multiple complaints from last two years but no body is taking responsibility of my issue.my all family members are sufferings from bank pain due to this fault matters which delivered to me.
I have raised an complaint again on 1st march with complaint no 170052 and finally service person visited my home and he also found that the mattress has slots issue and he said it's a manufacturing defects and every try to call customer to get an update but they said they have arranged the call with maneger but still did get any response.

Please take appropriate actions on priority otherwise I will escalate it higher management of sleepewell company.
Kindly do needful action and provide be your update ASAP.

Mattress is having a big needle protruding from the mattress and it's about 3-4 inches long.

Complaint number 164822 of 17th Jan not yet resolved. Matress replacement still.pending

On 03-rd Feb 2021 payment done for replacement mattress and frim sleepwell customer care I got information within 7 days from the payment date replacement mattress will be received
But still I have not received until 14-Dec-21
No information from Sleepwell regarding delay

Till I have not received my mattress and also not received any call from your department. I am continuously calling at your customer care but is ready to give exact answer that when I am going to receive mattresses.
Please revert earliest. My family is facing problem of back ache because of bad mattresses.

Dear Sir, We have purchased mattress 3'*6'*6" in the month of October 2020 from authorised dealer in Kota Rajasthan. Within 4-5 month the top surface of matress has become in bow shape which is causing back pain to me. Kindly arrange to replace the same immediatly since it is causing health problem to me.

I have purchased one 4×6 mattress 4 months back. The problem I am facing is the bed is uneven at some places. It is stiff at one place and very soft in other place. So, I want to replace it.

I have purchased above mentioned mattress from M/S B S Traders Alambagh Lucknow on 13.08.2014 through Invoice no 07/349, whose size was 2261×1930×115 and Serial no was 19382147.
That mattress is not comfortable and creating problem/pain in back since the day we purchased. For this I have made an Online complaint on 19.07.2015 (Complaint No was 3519 dated 19.07.2015 )

I have given complaint against bulgr in mattress, my complaint nunber is158673.Even company feild person had inspected but till now no action is being taken .I have been trying to contact him but no use.Even customer care person is also not responding. Do pl take necessary action and see that my issue get solved.

Revital mattress pre usage

My sleepwell sleeper cell service 1.0 is around 3 years old, warranty is promised to be there for 10 years. Just after 3 years, company claiming it value is depreciated it costs around 56K now. I bought it for 35000. As a result, company is asking me to pay 26500 for replacing it.
There could have been a repair options for this kind of mattresses. Customer care also very later turn arounds and really frustrated with them.

Mattress is compressed from both the sides and from middle it’s upwards.
It’s not flat now.
It’s uneven .

Folks, this is a company which treats their customers like filth once they have done the payment. In the modern 360 degree era, its hard for a company to survive which has zero focus on customer satisfaction.

After a month long battle with these horrendous guys for my warranty replacement, they finally charged my credit card in 1st week of Dec, 2020 and promised to deliver the mattress within 10 days. As expected, it was a fake promise and they aren't giving any updates to me whatsoever. My 2 year old daughter cries at midnight in their swollen mattress and i prayed to these guys with folded hands (both over email as well as call) to deliver ASAP, but they have deaf ears.

They have not given me any update regarding my order or status. After 1000 calls, they promised that it will get delivered by 21st Dec, after failing that, they have started disconnecting my calls with some excuse (putting me on hold). The support team of theirs is a horror, which you wouldn't want to experience. Even after doing all the payment, you are made to feel like a loser.

If there is any leap of faith remaining before i go for consumer rights, it is this forum. Can someone ring the bell in their ears and urge them to stop this deliberate attempt to frustrate people?

Already complained about. Complaint No. is 161589 dated 18-Dec-2020. Jitender Kumar has been allocated to attend this complaint. But no news thereafter. Painful sleep continues. Matter extremely urgent.
