I had raised a complaint (Sleepwell complaint no. 178235) for degradation/crumbling of my 4 sleepwell mattresses. Mr. Jitender Kumar was assigned for inspection. I received a message from him asking for photos as he will not be able to visit. I had shared the photos of 1 damaged mattress and told him that I have the same problem with the rest of the mattresses as well. I asked him to let me know if I need to share the photos from all the mattresses. He didn't respond at all. This is highly unprofessional. I have attached the snapshots of the conversation along with this complaint. Also the complaint got closed quoting there is no damage to the mattress and the complaint is not genuine! This is totally unacceptable. I had shared bills as well with Mr. Jitender and also attaching the same over here as well. The mattresses are just 2 years old and are in bad shape. Please note the warranty description on the website says clearly that crumbling of mattresses will be claimed. I have attached the snapshot of the same from their website here as well. I have shared emails to the customer care and their responses as well in the attachments.

    Sleepwell sold me a mattress which is now claimed as a faulty product from their own company executives, it's sold to.me for 43000 rs and it developed issues in 6 months. Gave back lain and back issues to my grandparents who had to sleep on the floor for 2 months because of the fantastic service from sleepwell .in lockdown these guys say that the mattress is not being delivered as the logistics is not working . No one listens to the issue, no one cares . Fraud company, fraud products, gives only excuses.

    This is the same condition to me also. Mattress has manufacturing defect...Shayad sleepwell company diwaliya ho gayi hai...without physical verification they say that mattress is perfect.       Using the mattress has developed back ache problems for me. when I was ordering this mattress I was told that this is good for people having cervical problems...but I think problem has increased...I had to sleep on my sofa or in other room...to bet better comfort...pls look into and replace the mattress with a better one..even with a cheaper one...I need comfort for hwih I paid but I am getting pain only

        Firther to above communication may I submitt that owing my illness I was unable to persue the matter further. Now that I have recobered from my illness I would request based on my earlier complaint number 175943, the matter may be resolved at your earliet.
        Being sure of the reputation and name n fame of your, i am sure that full justice is done to me by replacing the matteresd that i presume is no more in production may because of its design fault.

          The Sleepwell durafirm plus mattress delivered to us is not looking new.Its sides are scratched, threads are coming out from many areas, its looking like a used one.Not satisfied with the product.Already mailed about it on 12 aprill 2021, complaint about it for about 5-7 times but no response from your side.Waiting for the response from a very long time.Pls take imidiate action on it.

            This is in regards to poor quality of the product . as brand is giving lifetime guarantee of the product that it will not suppressed, But within first year pasting (cloth will separate from foam) not work and wthin 3 years it got suppressed . we have made the complaint to dealer from there we have purchased but they said we need to raise the complaint to brand with the guarantee card . Unfortunately we have lost both guarantee card and bill in the time shifting our home . we need to take action Please look into this matter on immediate basis
            we believe in brand and hope to get positive reply

And at the time of purchasing a matter shivaji park branch shifted in other place so many contact customer care not responding that for file a complaint .after that one year is completed and company told me only 80% value given and choose a new matters .                         I bought a sleepwell back support mattress spinetech 10 days back. We bought it based on the features printed on the mattress price tag sheet and warranty sheet. As per the company claim it says that it has High resiliance layer for comfort but in a week usage I found my back muscles paining. It is not at all comfortable for body in sleeping posture. This is the reaction of all my family members.
                        Secondly the company claims that it has airmesh Fabric for Breathability. But the fact is that within 15 mins after going on the mattress our body can feel the heat released by the mattresses. It becomes hot.
                        As it was told and mentioned also that it has aerofirm layer for support and rebounded layer, I would like to just tell out experience that it is so hard that the top layer does not take the shape of the body. As if I am sleeping on a hard surface. So it's a false claim that the top memory foam layer take the shape of the back.
                        Now I have stopped sleeping on the mattress in fear of getting sick.
                        I request you to sort out my complaints or refund money. It is just lying on my house occupying one bed. Whenever I see it feel cheated.
                        When I am sending mail to customers care, their response is really horrible as if they just want to sell the product by making false claim and then sleep well.
                        I would like to know consumer can't get justice if they fall in prey of the seller false claim

                          The cushion do not hold it's firmness anymore. I bought 2 cushions, one is still firm, other has lost it's comfort.

                          Previous complaint submitted few days 171234 has no response and is not trackable over Internet. Status just keeps loading

                              Worst customer care and policies that I have come across. Please don't buy from sleepwell since the policy they have is no use for warranty. I have purshased the mattress at 22K in 2018 and still under warranty and since a replacement is needed they are asking to pay 27K to get new product.

                              Better to go for some other company to save cost.

                                Hi team,
                                I have raised an multiple complaints from last two years but no body is taking responsibility of my issue.my all family members are sufferings from bank pain due to this fault matters which delivered to me.
                                I have raised an complaint again on 1st march with complaint no 170052 and finally service person visited my home and he also found that the mattress has slots issue and he said it's a manufacturing defects and every try to call customer to get an update but they said they have arranged the call with maneger but still did get any response.

                                Please take appropriate actions on priority otherwise I will escalate it higher management of sleepewell company.
                                Kindly do needful action and provide be your update ASAP.
