This is in regards to poor quality of the product . as brand is giving lifetime guarantee of the product that it will not suppressed, But within first year pasting (cloth will separate from foam) not work and wthin 3 years it got suppressed . we have made the complaint to dealer from there we have purchased but they said we need to raise the complaint to brand with the guarantee card . Unfortunately we have lost both guarantee card and bill...

I have purchased Sleepwell Spin Tech Air Luxury Mattress 78x32 as on 29.07.2018 from JDS Vaibhav. The mattress was up in the middle. Therefore, we unable to sleep properly.

I m purchasing a new matter in the month of Feb end 2020 after lockdown is start . And at the time of purchasing a matter shivaji park branch shifted in other place so many contact customer care not responding that for file a complaint .after that one year is completed and company told me only 80% value given and choose a new matters . Request you to kindly replace the matters and given a new model...

I have taken mattress from a dealer, since June and from 1 month o[censored]se the mattress go air trap in it, it's about 2 mattress...I m taking follow up since August till date no issue solve... In this complain, dealer has done mistake in my contact - it's-[protected]/[protected]...

I bought a sleepwell back support mattress spinetech 10 days back. We bought it based on the features printed on the mattress price tag sheet and warranty sheet. As per the company claim it says that it has High resiliance layer for comfort but in a week usage I found my back muscles paining. It is not at all comfortable for body in sleeping posture. This is the reaction of all my family members.
Secondly the company claims...

The cushion do not hold it's firmness anymore. I bought 2 cushions, one is still firm, other has lost it's comfort.

Previous complaint submitted few days 171234 has no response and is not trackable over Internet. Status just keeps loading...

Worst customer care and policies that I have come across. Please don't buy from sleepwell since the policy they have is no use for warranty. I have purshased the mattress at 22K in 2018 and still under warranty and since a replacement is needed they are asking to pay 27K to get new product.

Better to go for some other company to save cost....

I have raised an multiple complaints from last two years but no body is taking responsibility of my issue.my all family members are sufferings from bank pain due to this fault matters which delivered to me.
I have raised an complaint again on 1st march with complaint no 170052 and finally service person visited my home and he also found that the mattress has slots issue and he said it's a manufacturing defects and...

Mattress is having a big needle protruding from the mattress and it's about 3-4 inches long....

Complaint number 164822 of 17th Jan not yet resolved. Matress replacement still.pending...

Till I have not received my mattress and also not received any call from your department. I am continuously calling at your customer care but is ready to give exact answer that when I am going to receive mattresses.
Please revert earliest. My family is facing problem of back ache because of bad mattresses....

Dear Sir, We have purchased mattress 3'*6'*6" in the month of October 2020 from authorised dealer in Kota Rajasthan. Within 4-5 month the top surface of matress has become in bow shape which is causing back pain to me. Kindly arrange to replace the same immediatly since it is causing health problem to me.
