Smashing Commerce — product being faulty not as per specification

I had ordered the pest repellent product from them but it was not as per the specification as well as they had send the second delivery of said product & recovered 380 rs from my home. Needs to have refund for both products that is 760 rs back from them. No one is responding on the said number as well as wrote a mail for the same but no reply is coming from their end.

I have purchased one Home Protection multiple machine. But my order model not delivered. And no more purchase bill. So I want to returned my Product.and kindly collect my product.
