Smashing Commerce — unethical means of selling a product

The product received from the company is having manufacturing defect.And the phone nos. given by them r fake and call failed.Plz ask them to replace the product or refund the money.

I am Nahid Ghawte, (Order 172277 pest repellent from smashing commerce site, worth of rupees 480/-. The image in site shown is different and received is different which looks like worth of rupees 50/- and very cheap quality.
Not even able to find return option and no clear return policy. People are not

Pest repellent product you had shown advertisement 'pest reject' brand instead of that i was received 'suraksha' brand and it was totally different specification. Please exchange my product and you was charged 480/- for that wrong product from me.

I am Ravinder Singh Sohi I saw an advertisement on Facebook about ultrasonic pest repellent which was offering discount. So I ordered it. But the product that I received is completely different from what is shown in the ad. Also it makes too much of noise. It's absolutely not possible to use it even for a minute. This is cheating and fraud. I want complete refund of my money. There is no way to contact these people. No reply from your side.
This is completely cheating the customers. The customer service manager Ankita Jadhav is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Please ask them to return my money
