Smashing Commerce — wrong and fake product delivered.

I have placed the order after watching video of product on facebook. My order invoice no. Is 3cwwn6xwrz dated 31-may-2019, supplied by smashing commerce pvt ltd, bldg b1, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, print world building, road vehel, bhivandi, thane, maharashtra, mumbai-421302, contact no. : [protected]. Gst no.: 27abacs2659f1zb.

Product delivered is totally different than one shown in video, link of which is shown below.

The contact number is wrong and does not exist and the product delivered is totally different than one shown in video.

There is no contact available to return this product and get back my money or even contact by email or website.

Updated by vjsm12 On behalf of above complaint, Today (04-Jun-2019) i have received call from [protected] and person was talk to me with very bad language (on MAA, BAAP and BAHEN). I told him to send me correct product or my money cash back, after that he told me nothing to be refund to you and he do not send correct product.
(Yesterday 03-Jun-2019, call recived from [protected], also this person don't talk to me clear).
This is fake site to cheat with public. They aksed for bank account (Please don't give him).
Indian consumer forum have to do very fast action on this people to save fraud with public.

Company is not registered my complaint.
