Smytten is such a fraud place where they've refunded me only half money for the cancellation of order
Where i had paid them 258
They've paid me back 148
Please help me get it back

I ordered on 28th February. It shipped on 3rd March and sill not delivered. I made payment done. They are not replying my emails. If they can't deliver then refund my money. They have worst customer service.

They've not refunded my money yet and least bothered to reply their customers please go through and help me resolve

Order confirmation is not received even after payment successful and the products are still in cart

I placed an order on 1st March, it has been 8 days. I have not gotten the product. They are not answering my calls. No communication from their end. I mailed them so many times. Their reply was an automated mail not even addressing my concern. There is no guarantee that I could get a refund. very poor customer care service....

My smytten order is not yet delivered and I've already paid for it they're least bothered to respond to my mails

Smytten is a very unorganized company with no mobile number for queries and no reply by mail will be received. By mistake, I entered the wrong mobile number that's why I did not. received my order due to which delivery boy went back but did not handover the order to me. I did not. recieved order yet and trying to contact smytten again and again.

I have placed an order on 25 Feb at 06:55 AM . Today is 5th March but package has not shipped yet, I have emailed them three times but not getting satisfactory reply.

I can't receive my product and they show me it was delivered on 28 feb and they show me it was delivered on 3 march but i didn't receive i want to refund my amount

I ordered few items from shop section and there were good discounts on products. One product from colobar had an additional 15% discount which was supposed to be auto applied on cart. But when i confirmed the order i noticed the discount was not applied.

This so called Smytten isn't actually doing it's job like the name it has got! I've been waiting for their update since the very first day i placed my order just to end up seeing that the actual estimated delivery date had been already dead and gone for more than a number of days(the estimated delivery date was 26'th and i saw this update on 28'th)! Which means, it won't be delivered obviously!!! Plus, when i tried ordering again, it suddenly showed that they don't deliver to my pincode!!! ### site to shop on!

Smytten has not resolved my issue satisfactorily. They claim to have called me, but have NOT.

Left feeling deceived.

I ordered 10 product on 14 February prepaid and its been week i did not received my product also my order come near my location and after that they returned product without my acknowledge also did not contact me. so solve this problem or give my paid back

The payment was successful but there is no single order detail or anything regarding payment. My amount was deducted from my side. I tried calling them but they are not available. Hello Sir/Madam,

I am not happy with my order.
I had ordered from Smytten and availed 6 free trial points but out of which only the gift item is sent correctly and the other items had not been ordered, really not happy with the service.
The list of the things which i did not order.

1 Plum body mist
2 Plum brighten up face scrub
3 Plum sheer matte day cream
4 m caffeine coffee scalp scrub
5 Dot & key night gel

My Actual order is

1 Instaglow Almond Complexion Pack just herbs
2 Lemon Cypress Japanese mint active silver ion deodrant seer secrets
3 La grace EDP fragrance and beyond
4 Peach lip scrub just herbs
5 Smytten scrunchie teal blue
6 Gloss me nail colour shade no 15 miss nails
Please arrange the return for this & i would need the product that i had ordered and paid for.

Kindly consider this as urgent and do the needful.

I also tried to submit order query but couldn't submit.

I ordered and paid for a product on 3rd February, 2023. The date of delivery was 9th February, but the package still hasnt arrived. It shows that the package is stuck in a place near me, but I have received no update from customer care explaining the situation. There also is no number to call. I've sent a mail to them, but have received no response. I do not even have a way of getting a refund.
