I have recently made an order with smytten including eyeshadows palette, wetwipes, soaps and foundation. All items received but foundation is missing. I raised complaint through all but they closed it mentioning incomplete information. Now their customer care number is not reachable. How to reach them to get clarity on this.

    My order no is 2587705.
    I ordered 2 minimalist vitamin c serum from smytten but after 6 days I dlonly received one.
    I mailed them but they said we couldn't find sufficient information so we're closing this.
    The box ive received is small so it couldn't even fit 2 products.
    There number does not exists.
    Please take action on this as soon as possible so they can't scam with other people

      I ordered few products from smytten shop section but my one product is missing from it
      I have ordered a iba perfume
      But i didn't got it delivered.
      In my orders it is showing that the order is delivered but i didn't got it.
      So complained on the app
      They are showing that the complian is solved what a laiers
      What a unprofessional service they give to coustomer and no response on the coustomers complain.
      And i already paid for the product
      Then so no product and respone
      What a worst experience for the 2nd time on smytten

        I have ordered cosmetics product worth rs 1256 from smytten which has free gift.
        They shipped the free gift but the product for which I have paid 1256 is not even packed yet after 5 days.
        I have mailed it to customer care but the customer care representative is giving different different logics. One is saying it's coming in one shipment, the other one said it's coming in two different shipment.
        But on the app it's showing only confirmed status and not even packed after 5 days.
        It's really disheartening to see my money wasting.
        I am getting married in February and that's why I ordered all the branded product.
        Please do needful in this regard.

          I have not received my order, but status is updated to delivered. 22 oct i have not received any call from delivery guy. How come he has delivered. I had raised query on the same day but i have received this response
          " We apologize that we cannot help you in this case, As According to our Delivery Partner, The Order was delivered to you on 22/10/2022, If you have reached us out till 24/10/2022 we could have Resolved your issue for the order #2505492"

              This is regarding my order 2510543 on smytten placed on 21st October 2021. 2 products in the order were wrongly delivered. After numerous mail exchanges finally they agreed to pick up the wrongly delivered products and provide refund. They did pick up the products but still waiting for refund.
              Another order 2546828 placed on 13th November also had a wrong product. Contacted then 3 times with images of waybill and the product as requested bit each time they have the same automated message. Share images so we can resolve the issue. They don't really plan on resolving the problem I think.

                Hi Team,

                I have placed my order on Smytten on 4th Nov 2022 but still I have not received it.

                The status of it has not changed since 9th Nov.

                Sending emails to them and talking to the customer service executive has not helped at all.

                Request you to fast track it and get me my order.

                  I have order on November 7 by delivery date was on 14th November. Still today I have not received my order. They have statued as reattempt as per clients instructions. They have not call me or given any instructions. Kindly delivery my products or refund my amount.

                    I ordered 6 trial product on 5 November prepaid and its been 2 week i did not received my product also my order come near my location and after that they returned product without my acknowledge also did not contact me and in tracking system they show that product returned as per client instruction. so solve this problem or give my paid back.

                          The phone number was mentioned wrong but how can anyone deliver the order to any random person at wrong address?
                          The delivery guy just gave the order to a totally wrong address without checking.
                          How does that work?

                          I want my money back because it's your mistake that an order was delivered to wrong address.

                            Hello Sir/Madam,
                            I had ordered 6 trail products, Mc caffeine face wash and a free additional gift from Smytten App on 28/10/2022. Apart from the freebies all other items were wrong. Attached is the invoice.

                            I am really not happy with this.

                            The items ordered were -
                            1. Mc caffeine naked and raw scrub
                            2. Black blender sponge
                            3. Ajmal - Sacred Love Perfum
                            4. Colorbar nailpaint - Cupcake shade
                            5. Naked and raw espresso face wash by Mc caffeine
                            6. Bodycare kit (freebies)

                            Items received -
                            1. Bodycare kit (freebies)
                            2. Wow ubtan face and body scrub
                            3. Million colors lip balm
                            4. Plum cleansing balm
                            5. Two Million Colors nail paint of shade - C- 7
                            6. Elitty nailpaint.

                            Please arrange the return for this and I would need the products I ordered and paid 300 rs/- for.

                            Kindly consider this as urgent and do the needful.

                            I mailed the team providing the invoice and the order delivered picture to me and they initiated a refund as a compensation to me. Follow up with them and you might get your issue resolved too as they did mine.

                                I don’t recived the products whole products are missing from the packaging and didn’t get the refund back i have raised a rqst regarding refund im not getting any response from there ends they were mentioned a resolved in the querie box but my query are still unsolved and i send them a mail so many times with photos and not getting any response from there side this app is totally scammed they do not support to the customers service are ridiculous they cheated on your money

                                    I have placed an order in Smytten. But the delivery got delayed so I couldn't collect the order myself. After collecting the order I found that a product is missing in the delivery. But even after multiple mails, neither did I get that product till now nor did I get any refund. So it feels like a losing transaction.

                                        I placed my order on Smytten app and it was supposed to be delivered till 16th October but I didn't receive it till the mentioned date. Then the delivery boy came at 18th and I was not at home during his delivery time and didn't get any information of him. There is no contact no. of him...Whom should I contact now.
