This is very shameful to Inform that Smytten company has done fraud with me 2 times, they don't send products in package and after raising complaints they just gives 20/30rs for product valued of 400/500 rs, I Had Asked for Replacement of product only by choosing the option of replacement, still they sent me 26rs refund in my cash back which expires in 30dys only, I don't want 26rs for product value of 300rs I wand that product again, and why this company does not have any customer care Number? People should boycott Smytten, because they are Looting people's, this company should shutdown.

Updated by Pooja CL I don't want refund, smytten has refunded 82 rs, I want My second kajal stick or full 140 rs offer price of Kajal stick as mentioned in Offer, this complaint not resolved yet, then how can only smytten company can decide it is resolved, And that refund is also not flashed in my cash back wallet, , complaint is not resolved yet
