Ha! How silly .. shame on you smytten.. u didn't delivered my products which I ordered 6th September.. the order should be arrive 12 September.. but I didn't receive any order till now... tracking details saying consignee unavailable .. I was at home waiting for the order to for three days... I had written many mails too I didn't received my parcel .. smytten simply ignores never replies .. is this how you react towards customer ... i have paid amount 235 already...
Get my products delivered at my doorstep or refund the amount 235

    They are sending wrong products and fake product and when raise a query about sending wrong products. They refund only a small part of whole amount. They are cheating the customers. I want my whole amount back which I have paid. And want to return all the products as I don't like them at all

      The above mentioned order numbers were supposed to be delivered by 8th sept but still not delivered.
      While tracking the order it is showing that destination unable to receive

        I have made payment of 212rs on 11 sept. Today but order got failed after payment has done.Please resolve my issue by refunding my money or by confirming my order.

            Order placed on 19th August.
            It was to be delivered on 20th August but still no trace of it.
            Tracking shows "Package missing in Audit". The customer care number is invalid.
            The emails to [protected]@Smytten.com are replied by some Disha who does template type replies and asks to relax and sit back. Gave a fake tracking number from Delhivery to track. Really a fraud company with no ethics at all.

            I want either an expedited delivery of my products or full refund.

                            I was placing order on smytten app . But I received error as order not verified and they declined my order. I can't see any order in order history tab. But amount got deducted from my bank account.

                              I order the wow hair loss control therapy shampoo but this product was missing in parcel box only free product received me. And smytten company was not responding me. I was calling so much time but he don't get responseblity. Also don't get refunding me. This company cheating me and also other people..

                                Previously, the cost of six trial packs was 199 rupees, but it is now 235 rupees.
                                The other two times I placed orders, they were delivered on time. This time, for whatever reason, the order appears to be on hold.
                                I have emailed [protected]@smytten.com several times, but I have never heard back.

                                When called, their customer service number[protected] states that it is nonexistent.

                                I found lot of other complaints against Smytten when I searched on Google. Please act to prevent the general public being fooled.
